Was good.

The front desk manager over night the guy with mexician accent was super mean and cocky selfish! I did not want pay that amount of money for a room and walk in to a hotel and be treated with selfish cocky who doens't know how to talk to their customers. Had long time and this MOD made it even worse!

4/5 stars, only missing a star because there was no fridge in the room which was a bit odd. Other than that, the room was clean and well designed. The staff was great and I like the free parking and good location close to the city and airports.

Everything was exceptional! Small sideway bathroom sink. It was hard not to make a mess just washing your hands let alone brushing your teeth or attempting to shave.

Only the wifi and the daily room service. Loud banging of the door (noises) all across the 4/5 nights; no fridge, no microwave in the room, and a very tiny sink. Thankfully, we had beds in the room.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend ❤️

The aesthetic of the Nylo was fantastic, with its rustic and minimalist design. However, I did encounter a few issues. Firstly, there weren’t enforced quiet hours, which led to disturbances in the halls all night and late morning. Secondly, I noticed a slight issue with the water pipes. On our last night, we believe someone was in the room above us, and whenever they used the bathroom, it caused a dripping or knocking sound in our bathroom. Lastly, we didn’t appreciate the limited shower options, with only a waterfall setting available. Despite these drawbacks, I would likely stay again due to the reasonable pricing and convenient location. However, I may consider other options due to the noise disturbances.

Was not good for families, for couples it is fine. It felt like prison inside the room. The toilet did not have a proper door, the toilet sink was too small. During shower, the water ran all around the toilet floor. It was bad with kids.

A good restaurant and you get $15 food and beverage credit to use if you have Gold status with Hilton honor. Many good restaurants in the area, especially Indian restaurants. Overall, it was good but this place is not recommended for a long stay. This is for overnight for the flight or two nights at most.

Staffs were very polite. The place was very clean except that there were water bugs in my shower due to the shower kind of leaks. I also found the sinks to be very small you kind of have to be careful or the water gets every where. Overall the place was nice and neat!

This property is very clean and has great staff!!! However, I think it is lacking in amenities. I wish this place had refrigerators in rooms and the bathroom sink is so small and awkwardly shaped that water gets everywhere. Also there are not water fountains on any upper floors and the beds have a top sheet but not a fitted sheet which was odd to me. However, I do appreciate the parking and the look of the building itself. It always feels safe and clean.

I liked that it had a food center nearby. That it was farther away from the venue than previously described. I didn't like that it cost me $350 to sleep on a hard bed in a concrete box. I didn't like that the shower had low water pressure or was tiny. I also didn't like that I had no refrigerator in my room or a microwave meaning I had to spend even more money on going out to eat. The shower was so slick I had to throw towels down for a foot hold. I had to makeshift a refrigerator to keep my leftover overpriced food cook so it didn't go bad.

The staff was friendly and easy to talk with. They were helpful when I had questions or just couldn't sleep & was wandering around the lobby! I liked that there were places to eat within walking distance from the hotel.My shower was great! It had plenty of room to move around, amazing pressure as well as consistent temperature! The $50/night gratuity charge. I understand why they choose to do it & understand that whatever you don't use of it gets refunded in 7-10 business days. But when booking the room,I did not see or know about the additional charge. Another thing I had an issue with was the temperature of my room. I couldn't get my room cold enough to sleep!

So disappointed in the hotel. The beds are twins not queens. It does not fit two adults comfortably. People above us wore heels and stomped around all night and could be heard.. cars, motorcycles, EMS could be hear all night. You would think with cement walls it would have been quieter. This was a very disappointing experience and we will never go back.

There is one thing I would like the property to consider. How about one more chair in the room. There is only one chair in the room. No sofa. No bench. Just one desk chair. This was somewhat challenging for two eighty year olds. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you for asking.

They had a pool but it was too cool outside to enjoy it. But we enjoyed playing games near the pool. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to any questions I had during my visit.

The rooms are large, and check in was easy. The shower was very good. The A/C in my room didn't work correctly. The breakfast buffet was what you would expect at a much lower priced hotel. Only one low quality chair in the room. The bedside alarm clock was not turned off, and it woke me earlier than I wanted.

The area was good. The only issue I had is blood was inside my rest room. I couldn’t walk on floor without shoes. The room wasn’t clean it was crossed contaminated. I didn’t set on toilet. I was uncomfortable. I had been at the airport all day. So I just stayed inside the room. I want them to re-accommodate me. Or some type of money back. The area was good. Very nice looking building outside and room was very cute. There was no kitchen accessories or any good coffee. There is no extra trash bags or coffee in the rooms .The shower absolutely sucked there is no door on or hooks to hang stuff. No breakfast included. For the price and looks I expected a little something more. It was disappointing and won’t definitely stay somewhere else in the future.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. But the bathroom has to be the worst design I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Unlockable sliding barn door, a heavy rainfall shower in a small space so the water sloshes out of the shallow lip of the shower and spreads into the hotel room (and don’t want to get your hair wet? Too bad!).

Asked for a refrigerator. Didn’t get it so asked again. Finally got one. The refrigerator never got cool and then it stopped working completely. We lost a lot of food. Restaurant was good, breakfast was good. I don’t think I’d stay there again. It’s a little pricey for the type of accommodations.

I always love my stay at Nylo. But the room I was in had terrible shower flooring. It was uneven…the room was great but was let down by the seemingly cheap shower flooring.

Staff gets 5 stars, but the room was just average for my tastes. It looked like a cool design on the photos, but once getting into the room, I felt like there were less-than-typical features available for a room at this price point. An average rating from me is not a bad mark, just not exceptional. SO, if you want a good place to stay, this is sufficient, but not what I would choose for luxury or anything in that direction.

The hotel/room was clean for the most part, with the exception of the palmetto bug. My biggest complaint would be the bathroom sink…it’s not ergonomically functional. I hit my face on the mirror multiple times while washing. Lol

Love the loft concept

I stayed there because I was attending a Dallas Cowboys game. The NYLO by Hilton was positioned nicely near the stadium (a 25-minute drive). The Hotel had a fantastic smell, impeccable staff, and the room had a nice Art Deco-themed vibe, which was a nice touch. This Hotel met all my expectations. This Hotel deserves an EXCELLENT rating from me. Thanks you, staff at NYLO by HILTON Los Colinas, TX.

The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved the rainfall shower and loft-style vibe. The **outdoor pool and lounge area** were the perfect places to relax, and the bar had great drinks with an upbeat but relaxed vibe. I also appreciated how conveniently the hotel is located—close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the highway. What truly stood out was the **exceptional service**. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails both style and hospitality, but NYLO does it effortlessly. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues. A true hidden gem in Las Colinas!

I didn’t like that the room was so dark. There’s no an outlet by the mirror outside the bathroom. The sink is really bad. You get all wet when washing your hands or brushing your teeth.

One of my rooms had a leak from the ceiling and soaked one of the beds and floor.

My elder fur baby and I needed some quiet retreat time. So we got a room here and relieved nothing but Class A in Excellence. She was greeted by friendly staff and was even offered extra items for her stay. The cat-dad that I am had everything we needed and more but it was good to know for the next time. Hats off to the hospitality given. 👍👍

The building and interior were industrial chic and the staff was nice. The room was attractive and comfortable but the lighting was terrible. The bathroom was functional, but there was very little counter space and the shower was very slippery. The ice machine on our floor did not work.

Cute, niche hotel. We won’t stay another night though. Not a fan of the industrial feel, concrete floors, walls and ceiling. The open air bathroom into the room was a miss for sure.

NYLO in Irving, Texas, is where the magic happens! Seriously, this place is a steal for the price. My room was so comfy, I considered moving in! (Though I had a mini-meltdown when my leftover pizza realized it had nowhere to chill—a microwave and fridge would have made it actual paradise!) The staff was super cool, and the late checkout? Let's just say I did a happy dance in the lobby! If you're looking for a fun, affordable place to stay, NYLO's your spot!

Stayed here one nite because of Airlines mess up. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy it fully. But the rooms were clean. Hotel looked nice. Bar area was nice and had good food.

Staff was super friendly, especially Ms. Brown at the front desk. The configuration of the bathroom is weird. The king room shower wall doesn’t reach the ceiling, so if you’re staying in the room with someone, they’ll likely hear (and smell) everything that goes on in the bathroom. Also, the sink position was terrible! It’s super small, and the faucet is positioned so close to the mirror that you can lean your head over to wash your face or brush your teeth comfortably. That part wasn’t thought out well. The location is very near DFW airport and Toyota Music Factory area.

room service is very confusing… They have great menu options but you can’t order from your phone and when I called the front desk, I was told I had to come down to the restaurant and order myself (which defeats the purpose of room service?!) also, the staff is very friendly! I would stay here again.

The autograph collection used to be better than non-collection hotels. this hotel seems like it's a former office building that's been renovated and retrofitted to be a hotel. the bathroom in our room was separated by a wall such that the top two feet were open so the smell from the bathroom came into the room. The pool is just 3ft deep so it's more a dip pool. the area is an office park area with a strip mall across the street with lots of food options but not other walkability or shopping option.

The only downside was the bathroom (maybe just in my room). The sink was too small to comfortably wash my face, and the shower didn’t have a ledge, so water leaked out onto the floor.

The only thing missing was a small fridge in the room.

There were some things I would’ve expected to be better considering the price that was paid. We got a balcony view & there was a foot-long tear in the curtains. The outlet for the nightstand was coming out of the wall & wouldn’t allow for proper charging. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open for anything lol, just a funny something I’d mention.

The rooms and the property were beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed our 3pm late checkout that allowed us to hang by the pool for the day. We played cornhole and jenga and was super relaxing atmosphere

This hotel was fine, but we absolutely hated the bathroom sink. It was small with a tall faucet, not very wide or deep, and not practical. The staff were very nice and overall condition of the place and surroundings were nice.

Very nice property! Had a nice modern vibe. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The only minor thing we didn’t like is the placement of the sink in the bathroom and wish the tv was centered instead of at an angle. Besides those two things, great hotel and experience! 4/5!

This hotel has a raw warehouse vibe, but it is clean and comfortable. Unpainted cement walls and floors. Well decorated. Comfy beds. I recommend this hotel for a great priced hotel convenient to DFW.

Always, comparable to first tier stays, the staff from the front desk, cleaning crew, restaurant, and otherwise, possess a servant-leadership heuristic. Envision staying at a modern NYC flat. The facility makes solid use of the meeting rooms and venue as there are meetings, weddings, and otherwise happening, which makes it vibrant and interesting for guests. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Price point is spot on, including the plumb location to major highways, stores, and airports.

We’ve been staying at the Nylo for close to 10 years. We love this place and all the amenities. The only issue this time around was a birthday party on Saturday afternoon that we were uninformed of. Probably 20 kids in the pool splashing around. That would’ve been nice to know. Otherwise we love this hotel.

Vacuuming at 9am on a Sunday and no fridge in room. Place is nice and clean though

The hotel felt very run down. Pool missing several tiles and trash in the pool. The lounge chairs are also run down and ripped. Overall feeling is that the hotel is not being properly maintained.

Ceilings were leaking and room was not clean

Check was awesome. The customer service was great. My family met me for drinks and food. The food was amazing and so were the drinks. I was in room 501 at the very end of the hallway. I feel that hotels should not put women at the end for safety reasons. The hallway of my room had some type of fan and there was a urine odor that was embrassing as my niece come by to see me and she noticed the order as well. Why would you put some one on that hall way. Staff must have known that there was a situation as the fan was plugged in and blowing in that hallway. Great hotel it just wasnt great consistently. Good food, good drinks, great entry but stuffy room and hall with scent of urnine.

Very nice hotel for our stay in Dallas for the weekend on a casual weekend getaway !!

During our visit we had loud blaring alarms wake us up out of our sleep and was evacuated. The alarms continued to go off randomly during the day afterwards . Also the sink is the size of a small bread pan

Had a family emergency. The hotel was very accommodating and nice. My only recommendation is to have a place out front for those with elderly riders to drop them off. There is no front entrance of the normal hotel sort outside.
