We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory. It was an easy, short walk to the venue and restaurants. It’s right across the main street from the venue parking garage. It was great to be able to just walk to the hotel after the show instead of fighting traffic to get out and then driving home late at night. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was really good (though a little pricey). Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice lake view.

Some of the staff were not as accommodating as I expected. I requested a late checkout and was told no, but later met another guest at the pool who had been granted one because she was a Marriott Rewards member. The issue is that I am also a Platinum Elite member. Since I booked through a third party while rushing to plan this trip, my rewards information wasn’t attached to the reservation. Regardless, I feel I should have been treated with the same level of consideration.

I absolutely love this hotel. I always receive superb service while staying. Check in/out were seamless. The rooms are roomy and comfortable as well as extra clean. We have the best view of the lake from our room. Nice, quiet and relaxing were our experience.

How close it was to our venue

No breakfast included, extra cost, waitress scolded me for getting coffee from eating area, deposit paid but only half returned back after parking fees pulled out and kept by Marriott we were not informed ahead of time, several kids running up and down halls kicking doors, called 3 times to let them know from 9 to 11 pm at night while sleeping. First time staying here will not stay ever again. Employees not helpful, no receipt at checkout even though I requested it, this place might be pretty in pictures but not a place to feel good staying at. Room was not clean very well, smelly, toilet backed up and filled over. No urgency there at all in case of fire save yourself but sleep on lower floors. That's what our experience was very sad.

Room door got stuck often. Parking needs to be reviewed. We are in Texas, trucks are common. Even normal size trucks don’t fit in garage, both nights after dinner it took almost 30min to find parking in the lot because so many trucks don’t fit in garage. $18/day to “hopefully” find a spot is not ok. No lights on balconies is a safety hazard. It was pitch dark out there in the evening, could not enjoy at all.

I was able to check in 2 hours early which kicked off the stay in such a nice way. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. I chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Toyota Music Factory which is across the street. Would definitely stay again if I come back again for a performance.

My only issue is that I couldn’t stay longer. Love the property! The views of the lake from my room and balcony were lovely. Being able to eat outside overlooking the lake for dinner was beautiful. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint. The on site parking was a plus for no extra charge! The staff was very accommodating although I hated the fact that I had to go all the way downstairs just to get bottled water. My overall experience was a 10/10.

I found two cockroaches in my room. I told the staff thinking they would at least give me my deposit back or something and all they said was "ok I'll let the cleaners know".

I love my Marriott, when we walked into the hotel it was very nice, clean, modern. While waiting to be checked in I could hear how pleasant and nice the staff was with the first customer in-front of me. When it was my turn, the staff was really short and unpleasant with the whole check in process. I was kind of disappointed, maybe it was because of my appearance. He was very short and when I asked him where the elevator was it was kind of like an annoyed response from him vs a pleasant let me assist you type of response.

Only downside was shower head was coming off, sink stopped up. Everything else was great!

Found a huge cockroach on my pillow 3am. Had to sleep in my car the rest of the night with small children. Management was not on sight and waited all day to speak with someone. Money was refunded. Please check under the pillows are bed before sleeping. We were told it’s a water front property and it’s expected.

I expected a much higher level of professionalism from the staff. While the hotel itself has potential, the service unfortunately did not match the standard one would expect. Interactions with the staff felt unwelcoming and which took away from what could have been a pleasant stay. Hopefully this is something management will take seriously and improve moving forward.

I only stayed to run the Irving marathon. I ordered steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries and was a little disappointed that it was overcooked, the steak wasn’t sliced, and the fries were regular fries with Parmesan dumped on them. Tasted ok but way over priced. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Didn’t eat in the restaurant. Didn’t appreciate not having any sheets for the couch bed. Didn’t appreciate having stains on the couch bed. Should at least use mattress covers so the guest won’t see the nasty stained mattress or replace the mattress.

Had a lot of parties going on next-door neighbor was called twice and asked for another room. They told me that they’ll take care of it. I asked for another room the next night and they said they took care of the problem but the problem existed the next night when I was checking out they asked me and I told him and they just said sorry. I would never recommend this place ever again.

We were accused of smoking in the room. It was not smoking. We recorded a video. Then the guy came back up and said the room didn’t feel like smoke. We were not compliment like it was just a hard experience like we were false accuses like it was very hurtful and degrading it at the same time, but the issue is not Marriott itself is the staff and just for them to have to wear a Marriott name tag is embarrassing and very unprofessional

The room keys were given to me at check-in. I was give 3 sets of keys that never worked. I was told I was called later in my room and did not answer, but the phone never rang for 2 1/2 hours we were in there. I came back down when we left for dinner and was given a new set of keys (#4) and when we returned those did not work. I went back down again from the 6th floor and my wife was always stuck outside the room. When I went back down I was told I should have stopped at the desk and made sure my keys that were given to me the 4th time worked. No "I'm sorry" but it was my fault. The management to told me they did not have my number to call me while I was out, but when I checked in they asked for my number and email. The other room I booked under my friend's name was a rewards member and they knew we came and left together. The 5th set of keys worked and by then it did not matter because we sleeping and leaving the next morning. It was frustrating and not handled well at all. The maid was cleaning the room next to our room (done with ours) and even she made my wife stand outside the room. she watched me go up and down the 3 times in the beginning when I went back and forth on the elevator from the sixth floor. It was not our fault yet she had just been in that room and knew it was empty, I showed her my keys and number written on the back of my card holder. She still left my wife stranded outside the room the whole time. The customer service for that situation was not good.

When checking in again the following day, I requested a non-connecting room. Unfortunately, the front desk staff member assisting me (Adrian) was unresponsive to basic questions, including checkout time, and appeared impatient. I was also given inconsistent information regarding internet access compared to my previous stay. During the interaction, I noticed a clear contrast in demeanor: the same staff member was friendly and smiling when assisting other guests nearby, while remaining dismissive and unresponsive toward me. This inconsistency was uncomfortable and unexpected for a four-star hotel. I would like to note that another staff member, Betty, later assisted me kindly and professionally, which I appreciated. I hope management will address the inconsistency in front desk service.

Location and Free private parking is best part about this hotel. The Lobby was nice and clean even on a busy night. The parking garage was covered in leaves didn’t know what I was stepping on when I got out of my car. The pool was not heated and they said they were gonna send someone and after waiting 30 minutes we just went back to the room. The room smelled and the room looked very outdated.

Check-in was professional if not friendly. This property has REALLY gone down hill. Elevators are slow and in need of an overhaul (when they work). My room was dirty. Previous guests left things in the room and balcony that housekeeping didn't remove. The sink was dirty. The shower has no shelf or any place to keepa washcloth or razor. I won't stay here again.

The room appeared fine until discovering a stranger's underwear lying on the floor. Made me question the cleanliness of the room and unpleasant to see.

Overall the hotel was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel that has been renovated but the renovations were nice. The lobby area was nicely decorated and gives a great intro to the hotel. As I said you could tell the hotel was old and was renovated. While the updates were great the things they did not update stood out and really took away from the room. Walking in the door and locks were old and beat up looking. Once in the room u can see the light switches and wall plugs were old dated and dirty looking again taking away from the room. The doors and trim around the restroom and closet doors also showed age and wear and tear. These things just kind of gave me mixed feelings about the room. Made me feel like it just appeared clean but really wasnt.

Good but older hotel. Two of three elevator banks did not work. Had to wait for it a long time. One time took stairs from the 7th floor. Emergency exist signs are not lit. Toilet was clogged but they cleaned it fast. Sheets are clean. Shower booth is clean. Breakfast is overpriced for quality but service was good.

There’s no microwave in the rooms. They do have one downstairs that is not powerful. With such a big hotel I would assume that they would have a better microwave for the guest. It took 5 minutes to heat up mash potatoes. Other than that everything else was a plus. The views are amazing, staff were friendly, stand alone showers, gym, pool, restaurant. If you’re in the area. If you walk the trails it’s 6 miles long and the scenery is beautiful.

I love coming to this hotel however the strawberry blonde woman (front desk worker) is very very rude she seem like it wasn’t busy when I arrive but she was very short and seem not able to answer my questions regarding payment only telling me she “thinks so” the other staff were friendly and so was housekeepers.

Fix elevators. It was so inconvenient using service elevators

Clearly an older building but the recent renovations to the rooms are nice. Elevators seem to be the last thing yet to be renovated. Wish the bathrooms had a fan and better lighting. However, the soaps in the bathroom smell amazing and the room was very clean.

The staff was exceptional, the room was clean, the elevators were being upgraded only one was I working order so we had to use the service elevator several times which was not great but doable.

Poor condition of room . rooms look like motel rooms. Cheap motel room not worth the price. Never coming back to this location!

It was just ok. The queen beds were twin size, the shower had a weak stream, and nothing really stood out about the room. It was just another hotel room and no continental breakfast.

Great gym, beautiful views and the hotel was amazing

Most of their elevators do not work and we had to go in the service elevator with the cleaning staff to get to our floor. The room had a horrible smell to it and the air conditioning did not go above 75 degrees the entire day and night. It is just an dingy old hotel that you pay premium for!

Perfectly convenient for the toyota mudic factory, easy parking, friendly and accomodating staff, clean and safe hotel and area, tons of food options, easy access to main roads, what more could you ask for?

Great hotel. Nice room and the bed was comfortable. Nice water view. Really can't ask for to much more.

My only complaint was the staff member at the customer service counter in the early morning. I approached the counter and waited a while but the staff member refused to acknowledge me or look up from their cell phone. After waiting a bit I asked if I could ask a question, the staff member didn’t even look up, they just said “what”? I asked if there was a schedule for the airport shuttle. The staff member looked up and said with a surprisingly bad attitude, “we don’t have a shuttle”, gave me a dirty look and went back to messing with their cell phone. The attitude and total lack of customer service undermines the otherwise wonderful staff and nice facility.

Hotel is close to airport, clean and quiet.

We arrived a bit early than expected drove around to kill time and then Headed to the hotel, front desk associates were amazing check was smooth, they had some maintenance going on for the elevators but other than that it was beautiful and very calm. Our room was not what we expected but very peaceful and comfortable.

I love the view of the city.

We’ve stayed here a few times before and loved it. But this time we stayed, our room was not cleaned the best and when we asked to move to a new room, the lady helping us was nice but the manager came out and tried to get an attitude about it and continuously tried to give us a handicapped accessible room when that is not what we needed, they already had put us in a handicap accessible room and that is not what we even booked to begin with! Also, they need to add a little bar in the showers to place your personal body wash!

Only downside is the main elevators had 2 down for updating but it was still an amazing stay. I am glad they take the time to update theor facilities

Nice location, hotel had elevator issues.

Bed was awful. Bedding was awful. One working elevator in a 4-star hotel with 14 floors… emailed front office manager and never even received a response about my complaints. Will not return.

The staff were really helpful and nice the rooms were a home away from home I really enjoyed my stay!

This was an amazing stay. Perfectly catered to the entire time. The building is literally one the water and walking distance from everything.

Last minute booking as our flight was rescheduled for next day. We had only a few hours there, but it was well worth it! Great price, super-helpful staff, absolutely fantastic bed in a very quiet room! We asked if we could get a rollaway bed if out daughter's flight got bumped as well. We didn't need it after all, but they said they could help us with that if necessary. They were very nice, and honestly, this was the nicest few hours in the 29 hours it took to fly halfway across the country. Thank you!

We had a nice room with a waterview. Easy access to restaurants (within walking distance) or within 5 minutes for other dining options. After dinner, we took a walk on a path along the lake and river. Breakfast on the weekend was a buffet style for a fee but you can also order custom omelets from your seat. And our omelets were one of the best ones I have had in a long time. The room was spacious with our king-size bed. Unfortunately, some of the elevators were not working so we ended up using the service elevator at the end of the hall. But the staff were extremely accommodating, helpful, and provided first-class service.

Our stay was excellent. Check in was fast and easy. Our porter was delightful. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We will be back as we like to attend concerts at The Music Factory. Thank you

Was a good experience, however, if you are and average customer can't park in front of the Lobby unless you drives a Ferrari or have plenty of money. You will get orange cones put around your vehicle and VIP treatment. Clearly was a no parking zone. Nevertheless good hotel and staff.

The staff is great, and the location is perfect. However, parking is a pain in the butt. There is no easy entrance to the hotel from the parking garage.

This hotel was near a lot of great things to do as tourists and was exactly as advertised.

Great location! We love the area and dining options that are in walking distance. Great location for concerts at Toyota Amphitheater.

Cleanliness

Ordered breakfast and got the order wrong. They remedied the situation and it was great. Fantastic place for a night out at Toyota Music Factory. It is as close as the parking lot for the venue and free parking!

When we arrived the room we booked wasn't available, but it was sorted out and from there everything was great. The room was clean, beds comfortable, great products, lovely lobby, friendly staff. Very happy with the experience.

I was stuck on a floor for 30 mins because the elevator was not working. I was late to an event due to this. This is ridiculous and unsafe

Front desk was absolutely amazing. I mentioned how beautiful the lake was and they made sure to give me a room to over look the lake. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Excellent property.

Check-in was not as simple as it should have been. I had paid through Expedia, but it yook 15 minutes for them to sort it out. Also, overheard them tell another customer that the lounge was closed and they then gave him free breakfast coupons, but nothing was said to me.

My room was very clean just as I expected.
