The staff was great nice.

It was clean and the rooms are spacious. Check in/check out process is very easy. You have to pay for breakfast. I’ve never stayed a place that I have to do that. Also there was a weird noise in my room that sounded like water was constantly running. It was coming from a vent. I have no idea. Also, if you need any extra blankets or towels, you have to go down and get them yourself.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. I rented three rooms, and each one was clean and well-maintained. The hallways and entrance were also clean, and the pool area was very nice. I even put my toes in the water and enjoyed how relaxing it felt. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our family.

Clean rooms & beautiful lobby area. Comfortable bed. Centrally located. A lot of amenities close by. Great breakfast available for purchase. A little pricey at $18 per person but it was great quality, fresh choices, pristine, and very awesome staff, Micheal. Who was so friendly & quick to provide great personalized service. Highly recommend the breakfast. We didn’t use the pool this time, but looked very nice. We would definitely recommend. And will stay here again.

Looked as though the property had been remodeled. Nice. However, the mattress was uncomfortable and the wash cloths were the smallest I have ever seen which made it very difficult to wash one’s back. The bathroom sink would not drain, which they unclogged upon request. The shower/tub drain stopper had to be removed to allow the tub to drain. The plunger on the shower/tub faucet was stuck on shower, which was a cold surprise the first time I used it. The room had an odor, which was an old musty smell and reminded me of one of my commercial property tenants who is a cannabis operator. In other words, the room smelled like marijuana. Also, breakfast was not included. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

This was the best stay that I have had in a long time. Very comfortable. Very accommodating, clean, nice amenities, decent area, and great bar... The room was comfortable. Black out curtains helped me sleep until 8am, the water is HOT, and the room was the size of a small apartment. Made the trip enjoyable.

Overall a nice place to stay. Careful with the breakfast. I had thought it was a free continental breakfast but they charge you. Very expensive for some eggs and sausage. Ice machine on our floor was not working, we checked out before it could be fixed. I had to go to a different floor. Staff and room were nice but the AC made loud clicking noises that woke us up. I will find a free continental breakfast hotel next time.

She then said “I won’t charge you this time” other people witnessed this exchange and stopped me to ask on my way out. I will be getting names from now on.

I didnt eat it it was 30$ for eggs and bacon. It was very load and disruptive in my room. I requested a first floor unit as im handicpped. I didnt like that mt request for a handicapped room was ignored and I was placed on the 5th floor. and the room was very load and smelled of mildew.

I had a great overnight stay! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area, which made it easy to get around and feel at ease. I would definitely stay here again.

I wouldve given a higher review but we were on the top (5th) floor and the ceiling had water damage and it was pushing down. It looked it there were multiple patches done to the ceiling. Other than that the room was comfortable. I did bring it to the front desks attention.

The only complaint I have it that it wasn’t a smart TV in the room. The available channels didn’t fit my likings.

We enjoyed our time here in the hotel. The service was efficient and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The a/c was nice and cool which is essential for Texas in the summer.

Left an item and called to let them know, long story short they could ship or we could pick up. The nice lady that helped never mentioned a time for pick up and my husband drove 4 hours to pick up and front desk didn’t give us the item. They were rude and didn’t even acknowledge what my husband was saying and he had to drive back! She kept saying they could ship it instead of checking with lost and found since I had entered online that I would pick up!

The biggest problem by FAR was the lady at the counter. She was awful. She made lots of us mad as we checked in. I wanted to see if connecting rooms were available and she wouldn’t even look. She said I should have done that ahead of time. And she wasn’t nice about it AT ALL. As people checked in, about every other person came away saying she was rude. She really just wanted to listen to her earphones or look at her phone way more than help us. The lady behind the bar….Elva, I think was her name….was WONDERFUL! We all loved her!!

The only disappointment I had really had nothing to do with the hotel because it is beautiful, however I requested a senior citizen’s room with a walk in shower for safety reasons and reseaved a tub with shower but thankfully my sister assisted me in my showers.

Room was great. Staff was very polite and professional. Had some difficulty upgrading room booked on Expedia. Lost power last night so had to wait in lobby for an hour until they restored power. Not good thing in 100 degree heat. No hot water last morning so had to take cold shower.

We stayed here for the night before our flight from DFW. This was not a pleasure trip. My husband’s mother was in hospice and passed the day after we arrived in Mt. Pleasant where we stayed for a week. After driving from Mt.Pleasant we were looking forward to a good night sleep. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My main complaint is that I had called the front desk the night we arrived and requested a late check out ( our flight wasn’t until 3:30 the next afternoon) I was told to check back in the morning. I called at 9:00 am this morning and requested a 12:00 check out ( check out is at 11:00am ) I was told that they have reached their limit for “Late Check Outs “ so I was told we would have to check out at 11:00. I just called the front desk and requested to speak with a manager. There are no managers on the property today as I was told by Rosa. I explained the situation and she said she could give us a late check out but it would cost an extra $25. I requested the phone number for their corporate headquarters and I will be calling there once I arrive home.

I would like to have towels everyday if needed instead every other day

Most of the front ofice staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately t h e first night the tv remote did not work. They did bring another one but it did not work either. The curtains did not close or open as they were suppose to because they were off the track. The coffee pot was rusted in the water section so i did not use it. Once i discussed this with the front desk all were addressed. However, being a Hilton facility i would not expect it to be like that...

me and my gf stayed here for 3 nights and we LOVED it! the staff was very friendly and pretty funny in my opinion. the room was spacious and welcoming. our only complaint was the shower didn’t have anything blocking the water from going into the bathroom and room itself. other than the shower we enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay there again!

The stay was amazing! We loved the restaurant breakfast. The elevators are very slow and there isn't any air circulation on the ride up and down. The room was very warm for a summer stay, so we had to go purchase a fan to circulate air in our suite. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay! We will definitely return in the future.

The hotel was nice, room size was very nice. Once we got settled into our room we realized our room was infested with ants. Called front desk, maintenance was quick to arrive and was very kind. My issue was they wanted to spray in there while we were in the room and with all our belongings. I asked if we could move and they said they didnt have any other rooms available till later. So we had to pack up all our things load it up, as we were checking the room to make sure we got everything I saw that the cabinets had all kinds of trash in them. The people at the front desk never apologized and acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for them. We come back later for a different room, unloaded and get ready to take a shower and it is nasty, it was NOT clean. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was VERY understanding, kind and even apologized about this situation. I was told when we checked out we would get an adjusted receipt, but we didnt. I had to call back the following day and the assistant manager gave us a full refund with no issues. Also, the pool door didnt work with our key along with several others. I would add photos, but the app is not allowing me.

Only negative was the breakfast cost. We pre-paid for breakfast. But the way it works is you pay full price again for the breakfast when you eat it, then they credit you at checkout for part of it. What? Either pre-pay or include in the price. I don’t need to bring an accountant with me on vacation.

Great property, great location, friendly staff. Our only cons were no hot water the first night and you have to visit the front desk for pool access. We had to contact the front desk for hot water maintenance, but it was fixed by the next morning. To use the pool you have to go to the front desk, sign a waiver (never done that at a hotel before), and staff had to let you into the pool themselves. I would highly suggest having the waiver signed (wondering why it’s required) at checkin and issue a separate key (or code the room key) for pool access.

An outdated hotel with outdated rules for access to basic amenities. If you’re a business Traveler this choice of hotels is NOT for you because your bill does not include the basic amenity of free WiFi. You need to join the antiquated Honors club of which I was once a mbr but these days basic amenities such as WiFi are included at MOST hotels that do not require antiquated upsells. Your bill also does NOT include a simple breakfast meal to get you on your way. A simple question about breakfast ensued as follows “is breakfast included”? The response of “oh let me check your details was followed by a shouted response of “oh, no breakfast for you”!! This was shouted loud enough for the ENTIRE Lobby & breakfast area to hear. I simply said thank you & drove 1 block to Wendy’s for a fresh, hot meal. Lastly, the dingy carpet needs to be shampooed if not replaced was another non-positive complemented by old dingy curtains. I’ll go back to staying at hotels that are only 2 mls from the ofc where WiFi is always free & breakfast is included at most, and these are brand new hotels. I would’ve been perfectly fine with the exclusion of breakfast because that is an add’l cost to the Proprietor’s business model, but free WiFi is a basic amenity at 99.5% of welcoming hotels that want to attract new customers; instead I was told “no WiFi for you & a shouted no breakfast for you!!” This experience was reminiscent of an old episode of Seinfeld. So no thank you to this hotel, next!!
