    Thanks to the caring staff members, especially Jackie from the front desk my stay was not a total loss, the pool was not clean, the tiles are covered in dirt where people have tried to scratch off, only one tile is clean, water is merky, chemicals not maintained, electric hazards, life preservers hazards, i moved rooms twice, ended up sleeping on sofa both nights due to A/C not cooling bedroom,restaurant food is unacceptable, breakfast server only allowed me to have one egg, there are problems at this hotel

    Had a great breakfast bar with omelets.bar with sausage bacon biscuits n gravy while.all still with a room.for cereals.yogurts etc. Staff all seemed nice spoke no english 4 out of 6 elevators didn't work .we had to.change rooms.3 times when arriving due to air conditioning not working and flooding happening in bathrooms upon arrival

    smooth check-in and check-out, room was clean and comfortable. My shower would not turn on, and I had to get maintenance to come help. The noises outside at night were disturbing as well - sounded like cars racing at midnight and the airplanes on top didn't help.

    This hotel is going downhill fast! We had 5 rooms and they were extremely hot. Even with fans the temperature of the rooms were always between 75 and 80. The carpet felt wet due to the humidity. There was a large water break which caused the carpet to get soaked and smell so bad. The pool was filthy with food, bandaids, and other things floating in the pool. Management was advised and did nothing to clean it up. Our kids didn’t even want to get in it. Some of our rooms had trouble with toilets, showers and bathtubs. We had to evacuate the building at 5:00 AM due to some imaginary problem. It wasn’t easy for elderly people to walk down 10 flights of stairs for no good reason. Also one of our rooms did not receive the emergency alarm at all. We have enjoyed this facility in years past but not this time. Also we were not informed when making the reservations that there was $16.53 per night for parking.

    Staff was very helpful and provided great service, room was clean and had no smell of cigarette smoke. Only issues were that there was no remote for the living room tv, but I was hardly in the room long enough for it to matter. Also, I think the shower door was missing a handle on the side facing the sink. Breakfast was great, fast and exactly what I needed in the morning. Kitchen staff were timely and well managed the amount of guests in line. Would stay again, especially for the price.

    Amazing stay! This place was beautiful! & not to mention the best breakfast and dinner I’ve had a hotel! 10/10 experience. We had a whole family of 11 for a six flags trip and we all just loved the rooms and experience! Will def book again! Very clean rooms, and love how fast they refund you the cover fee when checking out! Go book your stay today!!!

    The rooms definitely need work! The door was hanging off the hinges in the bathroom. The shower was clogged and took a whole day to drain. We requested for them to come look at it. Then after repairing it twice it just kept getting worse. The carpet was dirty. The staff were very polite and nice. But the building itself needs lots of work. I’m not sure I would go back there. We’ve gone there plenty of times in the past but looks like I will be looking for a new place to go on my next trip to Dallas!

    Room was clean but balcony door couldn't be opened, no trash cans in the room only the restroom one, pool smelled like sewer and had big roaches. We were also told we were not allowed to eat lunch at the tables in the main room. breakfast staff was probably the best and courteous, thank you ladies, everything else was disappointing. not going back.

    The hotel had a large kid group there and they were yelling from floor to floor across the atrium at all hours of the night. There were children playing chase in the elevator system from floor to floor. When I ask the front desk about these incidents they informed me they were doing their best to control the situation but I’m insure what that means exactly. They missed charged my card by $150 that I’m still trying to get straightened out a week later. Like I said… not great.

    My stay at the Embassy in Irving was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. I also enjoyed the bar area and overall atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

    The room was hot and stuffy had a musty smell reservation where terrible,when we arrived was told that reservation were CANCELED and I know i didn't do that. Breakfast was average shower head didn't work properly. Paid to much for this stay !!! On website said temperiorly closed, heard fire and water link. That tells me t why!!!

    Room had a terrible smell. Breakfast was so disorganized and chaotic. One elevator was broken when we arrived and then a second one malfunctioned on the second day of our stay. The room next door to ours caught fire. I have called and emailed the hotel manager and he has yet to return my calls almost 2 weeks later. Our things were ruined from the carpet soaking up all of the water that was released during the fire. Brand new items of clothing, shoes, phone and watch chargers and Airpods. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel.

    Huge rooms, good price, good breakfast. Room was freezing all night at 60°. When I alerted desk at breakfast time they sent someone right up. Took two hours to warm up to finally take a shower. The thunder storm lightening from my window was beautiful.

    Upon arrival, the front desk didn’t mention anything about having to place a parking tag in our window. Luckily after dinner, another guest was filling one out and I asked if that was something I needed to do as well. The bathroom of our original room was covered in hair. The headboard was ripped up. The AC wasn’t cooling and the fan was broken. We were moved to another room which was cleaner but the AC was also broken and there was not a fan. It was late and didn’t want to deal with moving again so had to sleep with the balcony door open all night with the sound of highway traffic. One thing that was nice, and was what drew us to book the room was the amenities. Unfortunately, we will probably never stay again due to the maintenance issues.

    I always bring my own cleaning wipes and everything came out clean (most don’t lol). The staff is very sweet. It’s a tad outdated. The hottub does not work for the second time in 1month (we visited twice) the pool same as last trip was so cloudy my kids lost their pool toys. Beds are decent but clean. Breakfast has a good selection. We did not have hot water one night in our stay just luke warm. We will be back when we come back to the area. Cleanliness tops everything!

All of the emergency side doors were wide open the entire time, meaning anyone could walk in and out of the building without a keycard. Because of this, we had a frightening incident where a stranger actually tried to enter one of our teenagers’ rooms. Thankfully, the coach was inside and confronted him. The man awkwardly said, “Oh, one of your girls said hi to me,” then walked off while still eyeing the room. We later learned he had come in through one of those propped-open emergency doors. I reported this to the front desk immediately, and they claimed the doors were supposed to be closed and that they would take care of it—but nothing ever changed. The doors stayed open our entire stay. Then the fire alarms kept going off nonstop all day Saturday. It got so bad that the fire department had to show up, and the hotel eventually announced for guests to just ignore the alarms. Completely unacceptable. The room phone didn’t work, so when we needed more toilet paper, I had to walk from the 9th floor down to the lobby just to get basic supplies. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain because the stopper was stuck closed. And to make things even worse, the pool had cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and incredibly frustrating. I will never stay here again.

    AC didn’t work in multiple rooms. None of the phones work no hot water and pool area and all faucet smell like sewer other than that staff was friendly and offered great service but when we complained about these issues, they just said that it was being renovated and they apologized, but definitely won’t be coming back here

    One of the main reasons we chose this specific hotel was for the pool as I wasn’t sure of the weather and I have 3 little kids so I wanted a “nice” indoor pool. This was everything but nice. It was closed the first day of our trip. When it finally reopened the middle of the next day, it smelled SO horrible. Additionally, the fitness room was closed the entire stay. I have stayed at Hilton many times and this was the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever experienced. I am very sad about this because the potential is there with the main area being so beautiful. The breakfast was subpar. The front desk staff were uninviting. Hope this helps someone else before choosing this hotel.

    Horrible horrible horrible do not book, bed was painful, floors felt wet. TVs from 1996, Panasonic. Not even Netflix. I just felt icky there. I was ready to end my trip in the middle of the night. 1 working ice machine for all 10 floors. Hated everything about being here.

    Water was being cut off at 10 for maintenance reasons. Phone lines were down during our stay. Tv did not work so we were moved to another room, then it started “raining” in our second room bathroom apart we were moved to our 3rd room where they had no blankets or towels! Overall they need a lot of work! Breakfast was the only good part of our stay!

    Y’all do not stay here unless you like crappy service. I went down and asked the front desk for a blanket not once not twice but three times and they never came, each time they gave me some sorry response saying that they’ll bring it to my room, well it never came. The phone in our room did not work. The TV in the bedroom and in the living did not work, maintenance finally came to fix it after having to go all the way down and request. The blanket that did come with the pull out couch was covered in hair that was not mine. Maybe this would be something to expect in a motel six but if I’m going to pay and pick to stay in an Embassy Suites I expect the quality they advertise.

    I loved the atsthestic and layout of the hotel very spacious and various sitting areas. I did not like the customer service. It took about 5 minutes until someone came from the back to greet me. I wasn't offered any compliment water until I seen another guest being offered some by a different host. I then had to ask for some. The room was not cleaned properly. Ceiling prices were all over the table that fell from the ceiling. The heater was not working properly, I tried to use the phone to call front desk but that wasn't working at either. I had to go to front desk to let them know and she had maintenance come up to try to fix it. She then offered me a space heater for the time being. Maintenance came up and he was doing his best to try to accommodate the situation, he then went to get us some bigger space heaters because the heat just was not working. It was extremely cold throughout the while building, and it was already 25° outside. The bathtub was not clean. MY OTHER MAIN CONCERN WAS MY DAUGHTER AND HER COUSIN WENT INTO THE HOT TUB AND POOL. SHE COMPLAINED OF HER EYES BEING RED AND ITCHY, AND SHE HAS A RASH THAT LOOK LIKE TINY BLISTERS AND SHE COMPLAINED OF HER THIGHS AND ABDOMEN FROM BEING IN THE POOL AND HOT TUB. THE POOL AND HOT MUST HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TREATED BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER'S BATHING SUIT IS COMPLETELY BLEACHED AND IT SMELLED LIKE STRONG BLEACH. SHE NOW HAS A BAD SKIN REACTION BECAUSE OF THIS . AND THERE WAS NO SIGN ON ANYWHERE POSTED STATING THAT THE POOL WAS CLOSED DUE TO MAINTENANCE.

    Unfortunately, got stuck here in a snowstorm. Had to get a room last minute after many attempts to get into a room. I finally got into a room only to find out the heat was broken and given a small heater for the night. When I asked for reimbursementfor sleeping in a cold hotel room I was told since I booked through a third-party there was nothing they could do. The third-party said they tried to reach out to the hotel and the hotel never replied to them. I will never stay at another Embassy again.

    The compliment drinks. The water was off the 1st and then was cut off again. The staff was rude and over stimulated from the large they had booked there. The curtains was stain, patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open, walls and the headboards was scratched up, painting was peeling, the toilet was not clean and overall just looked old and outdated.

    The pullout couch was broken and sheets were dirty. The shower curtain was broken. There was ONE wash clothe for five of us. The elevator doors got stuck opening up when my sons were on the elevator. My 15 year old had to pry the doors open. This was the most unorganized breakfast I have ever had at an Embassy.     I understand that there was a winter storm however the hotel was cold. There was no shuttle. I selected the hotel because it had a shuttle and they wouldn’t run the shuttle.The room was dirty. The staff at the restaurant was very good. I do appreciate that they changed my checkout time however I couldn’t stay at the hotel because it was so cold.

When they entered the room, it was hot so my husband took them to guest services before we went to swim. They assured us they would fix it. The pool smelled like vomit and changed the color of our swim suits and after 30 minutes in the hot tub we retired to rooms. Their room was not cool. Donna at front desk said it would be fixed. Third trip to front desk they only gave them a box fan. When we asked for manager the next morning to find out why they never fixed the air, Jaden said oh you booked thru a third party you have to report it to them. Expedia doesn’t own that hotel and is not responsible for Embassy Suite not taking care of an air conditioner. We requested our money to be returned or a least a credit for a future stay and she was very rude and referred to our third party booking again. I will not stay at embassy suites again.

    From the time we arrived until the time we left our stay was horrible. The A/C didn’t work upon arrival and we had to ask for a floor fan. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL! Paint chipping, bathroom ceiling leaking, couldn’t open the balcony and it was rusted. I have pictures of everything. The water in the jacuzzi and the coffee bar were scalding hot. Some of the staff was nice but majority were not. No one could ever put us in touch with a manager. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.

    Horrible older hotel with room in dire need of maintenance and updating. Room smelt musty/ moldy. The “wooden” furniture was in poor condition with chipped edges or scrapes on the surface. All the furniture was very outdated. The ceiling in the room showed signs of needing plastering from visible cracks. Sound easily travels up from lobby/atrium and can be heard into room. The bathroom shower head was was clogged with sediment.

    Hotel lobby and space are great. Rooms are very run down for the price. Our air conditioner didn’t work. Both bed headboards were peeling off. Bathroom tub paint peeling very bad. Room looks like a motel. Doesn’t match the quality that embassy suites usually provides.

    The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Paint was in need of repair. Furnishings were worn and shabby. The shower in our handicap bathroom (not requested) flooded the bathroom making access to the toilet impossible without getting your feet wet. Breakfast was terrible from the coffee to the limited selection of fruit. The cook was unfriendly. There was no bacon available… only sausage. Also few healthy choices available.

    The fitness room was a great size. Could have benefitted from a few more lower weight ranges in dumbbells and a yoga mat, but was honestly one of the better hotel fitness rooms I’ve been in. Our room was a great size, but the bathroom was rather tight and not in the best condition. Breakfast options were great, and quality was on par with most hotel breakfasts. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to use our drink tickets due to the time frame.

    A storm came through and the hotel did not have power and the hotel state that we had to go to another hotel and they would not accommodate for our inconvenience. The hotel room was not clean and I had a hard time getting someone to come And clean the room.

    I was a bit disappointed in my 1st day of stay. I could not get anyone to answer the shuttle service number, so I had to Uber. There were multiple people at the front desk, none of whom appeared to really want to help. I never received my complimentary bottle of water, which was probably because they only had beer for sale in the shopping area. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the staff on the second day (front desk, breakfast, and shuttle driver) were very friendly. I have stayed at numerous Hilton, my hotel of choice, and I was disappointed.

    We are experienced travelers and know how to navigate the heat & air and electronics, and we could not fix them. We complained about the TV and WiFi and received an automated text message asking us if the problem had been resolved 36 hours AFTER we checked out. We would not recommend this hotel again, especially for the price.

    Room seemed clean, but had an odor. Staff seemed nice. Air conditioning probably need some maintenance, didn’t cool down to the temperature that was set. Breakfast was great. Really disappointed in the pool/hot tub. The hot tub did not work, couldn’t get over 70. The indoor pool was very cold.

    I love Embassy Suites hotels and wanted to try this location because it was beautiful on the outside and it was recommended by that their breakfast was good...for starters, there weren't any bag carriers to use and we had to make two different trips up to the room and including parking the car. When we got up to the room, it's not what I signed up for. We went to the front desk and was told they couldn't change it because it was booked by a third party. I book all the time so I know it's not true. It even shows the room to the staff when checking in. We got a small room next to the construction inside and it smelled like mold. I asked for a manager who was able to fix it but it still wasn't the right room. When five came, we went to get our drinks and snacks. It was way past five and it wasn't ready. In the morning for breakfast, it wasn't that good. The potatoes tasted frozen and the juices weren't good. They didn't have that good of a selection as the others I've visited. We were asking for help but the staff hardly spoke English and we had to find someone who did. They maybe need more staff at breakfast time because they became agitated as it was super busy. It was one staff cooking and the other severing... it was really crazy and I'm so disappointed at this location. Not to mention the the balcony was broken and kinda held up with yellow tape. The bathroom was so small you had to squeeze in to use the restroom and shower. The beds were worn down.

    We've already left. But the hotel was not in the best condition. Upon arrival there was a large leak in the lobby ceiling and water was pouring down the center of the lobby/check-in area all over the furniture. Once checked in, our room was freezing and the thermostat did not work. The shower was leaking and because of that the bathroom floor was flooding. I tried to get the shower to turn off, it wouldn't so after I cleaned up that mess, I just closed the shower curtain and left it alone. The bathroom sink had black spots in it as if no one had actually cleaned the room. Oh and our Bathroom door did not latch so you could not close or lock the door. When we went to check out I looked around the room to make sure we didn't leave anything and found a tank top in the corner behind an ottoman that had been left there from a previous guest. So I guess the housekeeping person just made the beds and didn't actually clean anything. There were electrical wires and holes all over the 5th floor just hanging out of the ceiling and walls. And everything elevator had sticky floors. Some of the other people in my group had complained that their a/c wasn't working properly in their rooms and some showered weren't working correctly either. All of the employees were great and very friendly and helpful. The condition of the hotel was definitely sub-par. I do not intend on staying at another Embassy suites in the near future unless I find out that you take better care your properties.

    Had no air conditioning and room temp got up to 85 with 90 temps outside. Parking lot always full and luggage carts were hard to get and did not work well. Shower water pressure very low and poor output. Maintenance did not speak English and could not help. Rooms are old and falling apart. Not a very comforting staff and didn’t really speak much. Short staffed and long lines. Furniture in poor shape. Only good thing was the breakfast was pretty good but cold. It was my wedding weekend and on my wedding night we had a very hot room and it was miserable. This hotel needs some serious upgrades for the high amounts they charge. They did refund us for one night and offered a new room but it did not have cool air either. Will not stay here again

    I was given the room card, it did not work. I went back to the desk and was told oh, the card maker doesn't work. A nice clerk let us in. After entering we saw that the ceiling panel that covers the heat/cooling was down. I went back to the clerk and she said maintenance would be there tomorrow. Unacceptable - couldn't use the bathroom. She asked the clerk with the key to help. Around 1 hour later I went back to the desk for help. This clerk and another employee came to the room and fixed it. I was very appreciative. Otherwise lovely hotel and breakfast. Good transportation to airport.

    The staff is always great. This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property. I'm from Oklahoma and I fly out from DFW Airport. I leave my car at the property and use the shuttle. When I return, I call the property and they dispatch a shuttle to pick me up from the airport This has always worked really well and smoothly.

    The property looks like a contruction zone. Outdated! Nothing like the pictures!! Dissatisfied! Staff was nice. Manager was nice but seriously try hotel next door would’ve been better!! Not up to expectations and the pictures before booking are not accurate. The Roach in the hallway stated their for 2 days straight which further let me know it was not being cleaned daily as they say. Breakfast was the best thing they had!! Please do better with cleanliness of rooms , hallways and bathrooms!! Very glad we stayed gone our whole 3 day visit. Really expected better.

    All the renovations were done to public areas which was very nice but not the rooms ( we were in 329). In all my years of construction I’ve never seen a 30inch wide bathroom door (delaminating ) or a toilet that far off a wall causing poor accessibility to the tub! The carpet looked to be original and the room smelled a bit musty. The sofa bed mattress that my teen wanted to sleep on was appalling…all springs with some foam rubber really? My advice to travelers stay across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn instead .

    We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 12 people. When arriving to our room there were only 3 towels in each room and we did not receive bedding for our pull out sofas. The rooms are extremely outdated. The bathrooms are very tiny. They did renovate the middle of the hotel to look nice but the comfort of staying there was awful. The A/C did not work in one of the rooms. I had to request bedding and towels three times. I also requested at the end of our first night if they could change all our bedding out and they didn’t even touch one of the rooms and did a rush job on the second! Stay away from this location!!! We stayed at better Holiday Inn expresses! Not sure If I will ever use an embassy suites again, but I will make sure I read reviews and take them seriously.

    On Friday, as soon as I got to my room I noticed there was no shampoo (empty) bottle in shower. A man at the lounge area was loud and harassing me Saturday night. He was taken away by police. On Sunday my entry door just stopped working. It took over an hour for maintenance to come and they left without fixing it. They did not communicate the problem to the front desk person that tried to come back up with me and open it without a physical key. I told him he needed a key, but he had to see for himself. I finally got fed up with the staff. Once they got the door open, I slid my plastic key over the latch hole when I left the room so the door would not lock. I did this , leaving my room unlocked when I was gone. I did this for the rest of my stay. Rm 307

    Upon entering the room, we noticed right away that the toilet paper roll was nearly empty. Knowing there were five of us staying in the room, we requested extra towels and toilet paper early on. It took four separate requests and until nearly 11:00 p.m. to finally receive them ( we checked in around 4:30). That kind of delay just isn't acceptable, especially for basic necessities. On a positive note, breakfast was great—probably the highlight of our stay. But the rooms themselves were in need of some serious updates. Our bathtub was heavily discolored, and both bed headboards were falling apart. It didn’t feel like the standard we expected from an Embassy Suites. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from staff and the condition of the room made for a frustrating stay. We’d recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re only coming for the breakfast.

    Our stay was 2days! Very friendly staff! Easy check -in! Breakfast was really good & large selection of food! The only downfall was a noise in the air conditioner that was annoying during early & late hours periodically! We managed to get through it! Also-too add-the shower curtain didn’t keep water from going on the floor during use of the shower! Otherwise it was a great place ti stay!

    We arrived almost 2 hrs after check in time and our room was still not ready! They wanted to make us wait longer but we needed to change because we were going out. I suggested they give us another room, which couldn't accommodate the number of people in our party, to wait in until ours was ready. They begrudgingly obliged. They continued to add that our original reserved room would be ready when we came back. 6 hrs later, it again was not, and they also did not hold our room for us! Due to lack of communication within their staff, the lady at the front desk was not aware that we were waiting for our room. Because of that, we had to wait another 15 minutes or so while she looked through the system for an available room. She was finally able to find one, which according to her, was the only one available. We get to our room and it's not entirely clean, it smells musty and the beds were super uncomfortable. It was not a good experience, and definitely not for what we paid for it. Needless to say, I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

    It was not a good experience at all. We got there at 3 to check in at 4:39 we still did not have a room we did want three rooms close but not a have to. It was a graduation get together with family out of town. After my step son and xhusband went to talk to the desk we finally about 530 got two rooms. Said they'd text about the thirdbroom. They did say they could not do a late check out. The pool was shut down when we got there. It opened for a few hours then shut down again. Was shut down the next morning as well. We did not ever receive our third room so All 16 of us shared two rooms. I've using d this motel multiple times before but this left a very bad taste in my mouth not sure we'll be back

    The staff were very professional, friendly, and lively! I was placed in a room that was very hot and the WiFi did not work in that room because it was in a cove. The wonderful staff placed me in another room but once again the WiFi still didn’t work, so I had to go purchase a mobile hotspot to work, and the bathroom was odd. The toilet was sticking out about 8-10 inches from the wall and the door was always in the way. Maybe an upgrade to pocket doors for the bathroom will be more accommodating than having to basically touch the toilet when you’re getting in and out of the shower. There were also lots of ants and 2 spiders in my room. Hilton is my favorite brand and we have stayed at multiple locations in Texas but I was a little disappointed this time.

    At check in I was greeted by a very sweet and helpful young woman, Toya, but that is where the good part ended. My room was terrible, the A/C unit did not work during the entirety of my stay, so my room was extremely HOT. I couldn't be put in a different room because they said they were completely sold out, so they brought me a small box fan. The "leather" headboard of the bed was in bad shape, when I moved the pillows to turn back the bed there was a literal head shaped hole worn into the leather material with fabric exposed underneath. YUCK! When bringing this to the attention of hotel staff there was nothing that they could say or do. And, as if this wasn't enough, the water to the entire property was shut off on the last day of my stay from 9am-7pm. At the end of my stay there was no comp, or attempt to make this right in any way shape or form. This was definitely not worth the money I paid to stay there. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

    We had no ac in our room, they tried to fix it and they weren’t able too. We were told we would get moved to another room and an hour later they were all booked. Mind you we had to wait an hour after check in to get a room because rooms where not ready. The manager at that time was very much room did not try to accommodate anything. Claim he could give me partial refund that I am yet to get because he claimed that he couldn’t help since I booked through Expedia as if that was something out of the ordinary. He offer 4 fans that were not much help. We were sweating. It was too late to look for another hotel. The only nice people where the girl up front which i did not catch her name and Edgar. They looked overwhelmed trying to get everyone situated. Meanwhile the so call manager Chris i think is his name brushed people off by acting he was getting a phone call.

    We we told a manager was not onsite or available. But, the young gentleman offered two king rooms that were right beside each other. So we took those since we had a game to get too. The staff was friendly too at the bar that evening when we got back.

    The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere! However, we had toilet issues that were never addressed after telling front desk twice. Our friends staying in another room had AC issues that were also never dealt with. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom and hot tub was not working.

    At check in we just got told our room number. We were not given any information. We had to ask the employee what floor (which we knew fit to the room number). We had to ask what side of the hotel our room was on to determine our parking. We had to ask what time breakfast was and what time the pool opened and closed. I mean that’s the employees job to give the customers a layout of all those details. We arrived to our room were we noticed trash was in there. Windows to look outside were not cleaned they were very foggy. The door to enter the hotel had a huge space and the door frame and door where the knob was had looked like it was already broken into. You could easily open the room with a credit card or a screw driver. The hotel did relocate us to another room once we brought it to their attention. The new room was better but then when i tried using the phone to call the front desk. It didn’t work. Luckily I don’t have a crawling baby as there was pills hidden around the floor. Housekeeping wouldn’t stock our towels. It took 20 minutes to receive more after having to ask at the front desk since our room phone didn’t work. The swimming pool area was dirty. The pool was freezing. With the prices we pay at least a huge hotel like this one could Atleast have a heated pool. Our last night staying (Saturday) at 1 am there were kids running in the lobby/ breakfast area yelling and screaming as well as LOUD adults talking and yelling they were at the lounge. No peace to sleep.

    Our room was extremely hot. We had maintenance come up to try and fix it, after working on the thermostat he said the air should cone on soon. It never did. We had to sleep with our balconies door open. Even though it was very loud inside the hotel and outside the hotel. There is no side door entrance if you park in the back parking lot. When I asked thr front desk of there was a side door for the back parking lot he daid no, only thr parking lot next to the lobby. So if you are lucky enough to get a parking spot up front you can you a side door.but if you have to park down the hill you have not way to enter the building oyher than thr front door. I had to make several trips from the room to the car. It was very inconvenient. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool. When we got to the pool there where 16 kids and adults in the hot tub and 15 in the pool. There was no room for my daughters and me. We waited about 4 hours to try again. But it was jam packed the entire time.

    First, I went to check in at 9pm (check in begins at 3) and was told there were no rooms available. Half of the hotel had no working air conditioning or hot water. The front desk clerks were rude, but the front desk manager was super kind and helpful. There was mold in our room and we could not get any housekeeping services during our stay. We had to take towels off of a cart because of the lack of response of this hotel. Would not recommend.
