We had a great experience. All of the staff was very nice and everything was clean and well maintained. The dinner/bar was very good and the server was excellent, wish I could remember her name. The breakfast was also great! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a flight cancelled and had to find a hotel for the night. This is very close to the airport and has shuttle service. It is a very nice hotel

The employees from front desk to breakfast attendant to cleaning staff were wonderful! The breakfast was a treat. Everything you could ask for. The pool could use full-sized cushions for the loungers and more side tables for lounger's. The sofas in room are VERY uncomfortable! Like sitting on a wooden church pew. Also, sofa back cushions force you to sit on edge of sofa because they are too thick.

I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm

Warm accommodating hotel. The staff were excellent and understanding as our flight had been canceled they handled the crowd checking in at 2 am efficiently. Food and beverages were still available for those of us who were equally tired and hungry.

Close to airport, nice large rooms, comfy beds and a bar that will stay open late when there are several customers….. like us when our flight kept getting pushed later because of weather until we missed our Dallas connection to CDG…. Very sad but hotel was great. Thank you. Nada.

The falicity isn’t so brand new but is very well maintained. Rooms as spacious and very clean. Could have some bottles of water in the room. We arrived very late.

Hot breakfast. Bed was clean and comfortable. A bit dated. Shuttle from airport was very confusing - ended up being 1.5 hours after waiting at terminal, being told they don't pick up at that terminal, taking a bus to another terminal, and waiting again.

the bed was comfortable only 1 bottle of water supplied (I stayed 3 nights) room service food came in a plastic container with plastic cutlery ! breakfast was poor assortment - no sourdough bread, no cheese or any other sandwich meats only jam & peanut butter (diabetic I can't have either) coffee or tea in Styrofoam cups smokers right at the front door, buds in the garden beds.

Booked at this location last minute. It looked nice on the website, but it was even nicer in person. My grandkids an dson loved it. even though my son and I booked at different times, the lady at the desk was able to get us rooms next to each other. Breakfast was so good. The had plenty of everything. I will definitely be returnng!!! There is nothing I did not like about this place.

The hotel wasn't to far from the gym that we were playing at. I like the balcony and the easy access to the restaurant available inside. The check-in service was not up to par. The staff member did not provide us with the access code needed for entry and was neither particularly friendly nor accommodating. Additionally, she seemed unfamiliar with several important details and was unable to answer many of our questions effectively

The rooms are sufficient but are starting to show some wear and needed repairs. This room had the plaster coming off the wall and the AC took all night to cool the room from 75 to 70. Our previous stay there the room carpet flooded from a leaking pipe in their auxillary room next door.

Hotel is a little older, but still in good condition. It kind of reminds me of an older embassy suites with the elevator in the middle and inward facing balconies on both sides. Rooms are clean and beds are average as far as comfort goes. Its a little difficult getting in and out because the road you turn into it on is one-way. Looks to be a pretty safe area, there's a gate you have to put a code in to open and enter parking area's after dark. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in and the indoor pool is nice but not heated. They serve a pretty good variety for breakfast but i can't remember if it was free or not. The internet is free and works good, and unlike alot of hotels you can connect a gaming system to the internet to stream tv(Netflix, Hulu, ect.). The TV's are good size too, I'd say if i had to guess they are between 40-50 inches. Overall it's a pretty good hotel, in my opinion its a little over priced( I think it was about $140 per night), it should be about $100 per night in my opinion based on stays elsewhere. But week days may be cheaper, i stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again.

It is older than indicated in the pictures and my booking stated that breakfast was included, but my daughter was turned away when she went to get it.

Property is very spacious has a nice pool inside the hotel. The rooms are descent. I didn’t like the bathroom. Every time we took a shower the water wasn’t running down the drain. It’s seems clogged. Try to used the iron board and it was broken. You can see that the bed skirt on the bed is dirty.

I was there for only a few hours. There were no charging stations for my mobile devices.

The property was well kept, comfortable, close to the airport with a free shuttle. I love the fact that it also included breakfast, which was like lovely buffet. Trying to get the shuttle back to the hotel was the only challenge I had to wait a little over an hour for the bus to come get me

Last minute booking due to layover. Very affordable. Prompt shuttle service, quick check in a friendly staff at 11:00 pm. The room was like a mini suite. I’d stay here again. The place is a bit outdated.

We booked here as a layover before an early morning flight. Checking in took forever as they were disorganized. The shuttle service is sketchy bc it is first come first serve every half hour. It served its purpose and was budget friendly but wouldn’t recommend for anything other than a layover

I absolutely love staying at the Atrium! I've spent 5 out of the past 7 weeks there on a work detail. The indoor pool, and pizza bar and restaurant are pretty badass!

It’s a dump. The room stunk. The door barely closed properly. The shuttle never showed up at the airport after an hour wait. I had to take an Uber. The only bright spot was Brinda at the bar restaurant with her great service.

We didn’t swim so I can’t speak to that, and it’s indoors but the atrium is pretty chilly. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Victor at the breakfast buffet! He was very attentive and friendly, and was just all around a wonderful person! Breakfast cost is a little steep ($16 without voucher), but the convenience is nice and the food was decent. We didn’t eat at the pizza bar or the dinner cafe, but I’m told those are good too. We did take advantage of playing billiards, shuffleboard, and cornhole though! One bone of contention: they advertise car rentals onsite, but they don’t tell you it’s for AA/Envoy staff only, so that was a bummer. Parking is gated but there are ample spots. Location isn’t terrible but it is in a one way frontage road, so if you miss the exit on 183, it’s a long loop back and with all the construction, it’s easy to miss. But, nice and close to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Our shuttle driver was absolutely excellent!

Room struggled to cool off. Pool was nice. No soap in restrooms. They dont change out the comforters. We stayed two days not once did they change comforters in the other rooms while cleaning.

Horribly slow service at both bar and restaurant. I got up and left after waiting for over 30 min and not even acknowledged. Overall room was clean, but lots of hair on the shower and no toiletry soaps at checkin. Had to wait until next day to get help

Well check in was good then we went to our room and it was a double queen bed room so we went back downstairs and got the King room that we had reserved so when we got in the room I noticed it wasn't cool so I turned down the A/C down to 71 then we left the room and had dinner and had a few drinks then I went back to the room and noticed it was still warm so I went to the front desk and they said they'll have maintenance come look at it we'll maintenance never did show up so it was warm and uncomfortable in the room all night and the bed was hard as a rock and the room was dirty and outdated and no wonder I didn't see anyone in the pool because it was so cold so NO I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in Dallas this hotel needs better management

I always choose the Atrium when flying out of DFW. Its close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I learned yesterday that Hotel transportation will also take you shopping! The Atrium has a bar and grill and a pizza place inside the hotel! Very convenient! Hotel staff is always polite and friendly!

Sits at junction of two freeways. Noisy and inconvenient. Also, breakfast beginsat 6am and dinner service begins at 4pm. No lunch.

My 3rd or 4th time to stay here when traveling out of the country in order to leave my vehicle with them and utilize their airport transportation. Place is always nice and clean, big rooms with everything you could possibly need! Couple issues at check-in with the young lady nearly refusing to give me the parking price that was advertised via Expedia. Eventually I was able to find it again and she relented but didn't seem happy about it. I've always had good stays here and I'm sure I will again in the future!

The mini fridge did not keep our few drinks cold. The microwave smelled. But worst of all, the maid barged into our room HOURS before checkout without knocking. Complete disregard for our privacy.

Our stay was fine until we were awaken the next morning by very loud knocking and sawing/sanding on the outside wall of our room. I couldn't believe we were assigned to a room where there was active construction being done on its outside wall. I complained to the front desk and was advised he would pass on the information.

The amenities are adequate, but a *little* underwhelming, but they DO have everything you need. If you're snooty and want everything like a 5-star resort, you should go spend 3x as much and head off to a top-shelf hotel. If you want a nice room in a hotel with 2 restaurants, nice amenities, good service, friendly staff, and very competitive prices, then this is your place.

If you want a nice room in a hotel with 2 restaurants, nice amenities, good service, friendly staff, and very competitive prices, then this is your place.

The entrance to the parking lot was somewhat weird and there needs to be a sign and lite better. It doesn't look like an entrance to a hotel, in my opinion. My room was clean and in good condition.

We booked "suite with 2 king beds". We got a room with 2 full beds. We were told the pool was open until 9pm. It is closed and the heater is off.

Front desk was extremely unfriendly and seemed bothered to be working. Very short and rude. Would have left but after driving 16 hours I did not have the energy.

Check in was easy and flexible. The balcony view is great but the rooms were a little out dated including the mini fridge that barely kept our food cold.

This was a quick overnight stay on business. Check in was easy. It seemed like the restaurant/bar was a little understaffed when we were there, but service was fine once they go to us. Hotel seems a little dated, but was a good value. I would stay there again.

Great staff, restaurant and Pizza Cafe we're very good fun conversation sitting around the bar. Breakfast was probably the biggest letdown but still okay if you're on your way and hungry.

Disappointed stay; the pool was not functional at all. Was a major selling point and I even called to confirm that it was functional and was told yes. Very disappointing. Also only was given two breakfast vouchers instead of four in room. Gym was great but also had issues with tv not working, water fountain not being functional as well.

The room was nice the AC didn’t work so it was very muggy. It was very hard to get comfortable due to the air not working. I definitely wouldn’t pay almost 200 for that room ever agin.

The iron was broke. Everything was very old

Arrived at night and parking behind the building and to the side is behind gate, however, poorly lit parking area and makes it seem very sketchy

Very convenient to leave your car and shuttle to the airport. Room was nice and breakfast was good.

We spent one night and it was good enough. Inside lobby is large and spacious with dining options and indoor pool. They have exercise room and gated parking. Our room felt outdated and bathroom was cramped and small. We got two king size beds but they were uncomfortable and my back hurt the next morning. Sheets were rough and carpet felt like bugs could be jumping around. I honestly did not feel very comfortable in the room but thank goodness we only slept there and left early in morning. Breakfast buffet was very good and probably the best thing about the place.

The amount of money that they charge for a breakfast and for dinner or drinks at their bar at the front of the building is a little ridiculous especially for the food you get and then when I'm trying to sleep there was some kind of party going on downstairs with people singing laughing it was just crazy and I had to be up at 5:00 a.m. and I called down to your office which I couldn't do on the phone in the room I had to call you on my cell phone the guy was laughing and said we kept the restaurant open late cuz we have people coming in I just don't think it's acceptable I need Expedia to contact me ASAP the amount

Bed was hard and hurt my back. Lady at the desk was rude and couldn’t find my my 2 rooms.

Desk in the room was filthy. Front desk service was very very slow. Bed was comfy lol.

Would not stay here again. Waited over an hour for the shuttle- had to call 5x and we had a small infant at midnight. Reserved king beds and they only had queens. Front desk was condescending. Only redemption was the breakfast buffet gentleman was wonderful and provided excellent customer service.

Was not able to contact Expedia via phone or email about my cancellation plans. Need a full refund of $163.86 charged to my Visa. Not the property's fault.

It was easy to get there and for one night it was okay.

Gated parking is a plus, rooms (suites) are spacious and comfy. The hotel is a bit older, the restaurants inside could be more vibrant since walking to get something to eat is not really an option being on a frontage road. Close as you can probably get to dfw so it is convenient. I’d probably stay there again if the situation warrants.

Hotel was okay. Definitely not 4 star. Front desk staff was not friendly at all upon arrival and checkout.

The facility was very nice and the staff was kind and friendly! The only issue was our wait at the restaurant for someone to get in there to wait on us but it was late and they didn’t have anyone else in there so I don’t know if they just were staying busy doing other things as they didn’t know they had a customer! The bartender was great (I only got coke but) she was still super kind and chatty! 💕

Unlike the popular hotel chains, this hotel has 2 bar options, a pool table, a foosball table, 2 dining options, a swimming pool and a good deal of transportation options. They will ride you down the street to a restaurant if you would like and the breakfast is better than hotel chains in my opinion.

Large room with comfy bed. There wise a small store, restaurants, bars, pool, billiards, foosball, table shuffleboard… and every employee I encountered was super friendly. The layout is open and inviting. Treat yourself to this delightful overnight stay!

The property is not exactly in the easiest place to get to, there was hair in our bathroom floor and sink, the bed/pillows were terribly uncomfortable, staff was not overly friendly by any means, housekeeping was knocking on our door before 7a.m. the next morning...

No free breakfast like the app states; the hotel has free breakfast for people who book through the hotel. All in all a horrible experience and a horrible hotel, never again

Had to stay overnight due to flight cancellation. Easy check in, close to airport. It was clean and comfortable. Bartender was very friendly.

When we had an unplanned delay in Dallas that would have us flying out the following day- we needed to find a hotel that was convenient to the airport to avoid having to sleep at the airport and found it! Easy booking, seamless check in, transportation to the airport every 30 minutes, restaurant and bar open late for those arriving late, breakfast, comfy room and bed, great value for price. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

Property rooms were very clean. What I did not like was the restaurant waiter with glasses who was rude on the first day at breakfast and seemed to be desperate to get the coupons for the free breakfast in all the days we were eating there before we even finished breakfast.
