Con respecto a Hotel, si vas de pasada y te urge quedarte en algún lugar Okay, pero si te comento que el pasillo y cuartos huelen feo, cigarrillos o marihuana, humedad. Si pude dormir, solamente me desperté un par de veces por el ruido del siguiente cuarto o gente caminando en el pasillo. El lugar fuera bueno que le cambiaran siertas cosas viejas que tiene, cables por fuera eléctricos duchas dañadas, el agua sale súper caliente no se puede regular, refrigerador con óxido, AC pence que caería al suelo, sobrecamas sucia con mancha extraña, lámparas de la habitación no funcionaban y el teléfono menos, creo que es solo por adornar la habitación, solo me quedé una noche, y si aún así decides ir, ve con cash porque te piden depósito de $50, esto solamente lo pagas en cash o el cajero te quitará 3 dólares más. Cuando te vas si el cuarto está okay te regresan tu dinero, lástima que los dueños no mejoren este hotel.

Ive stayed here a few times over the past few years. The first few times were decent, you get what you pay for. This last stay, the room i stayed in was clearly recently remodeled, significantly improving the quality of the room. It’s still a cheap hotel and you still get what you pay for, but it was clean and comfortable. Only saw 1 roach this time I stayed, which was also a big improvement. It’s not a high end hotel, but for the proce the quality was definitely there. I will definitely stay again anytime i need a cheap room.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room. I wasn't expecting a suite per se as I wanted to getaway for the weekend as it was my birthday to just relax. There are a few restaurants in the area. There was also a sign by the door to make sure it was locked at night and not to open it to anyone. The pool was closed during my stay and apparently it has been closed for a while. It’s a budget friendly location so you get what you pay for.

The room was good, parking was convenient, would stay there again and I travel to Dallas around 6 times a year so a return is likely. I do wish more businesses in Dallas had heard of and implemented recycling though.

Location We went to front desk to ask for extra towels, 2 towels is NOT enough for 3 adults. They said we had to wait for cleaning lady to come by room. She did not come to room till after 10. Then she told us we had to turn in 2 towels from room before we could get anymore. We stayed 3 days & we had to do this EVERYDAY.

Lots of things such as the Wi-Fi not working causing me to lose $1,000 from my paycheck and the maid service thinking that she was privy to walk into my room unannounced to do an inspection. Only management can address hotel guests

I’ve stayed at the property several times and I like it’s convenient location. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I myself I’m a smoker, and the only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that they don’t provide a smoking pavilion outside

Some noise from highway but acceptable. WiFi doesn't work - very slow and unstable. Staff was not helpful - except manager who try to do his best all time when we ask for anything. He kick off couple who made very (I mean very, very) loud s*x for more than two hours at late night.

The second night I had issues with the tv not working. The front desk would not help with getting it fixed. I tried explaining to the front desk when I checked out what the problem was and they still did not care. You do get what you pay for.

Nothing , not clean at all bathroom has that nasty all around in the toilet , towels weren’t clean . Property was real hot . I make a reservation online I accidentally book it to the 11 when I was just trying to do it for the 10 to sleep do to my concert it end at 2 am when I show the property they explain to me I have to check in till 3 pm when I need it to sleep just rest few hours . So I did another reservation as a walking customer n get the room but I DIDNOT STAY FOR THE 11 . And I try to cancel because the mistake it was they still charge me and on top of that I got charge 6 more dollars that idk what that was for really never again I will stay in any of this hotels .

This is the dirtiest, scariest, bad spirited hotel I’ve ever been in.

I booked a king sized bed with mini fridge and microwave. 1st room had two twin beds. I went and explained that I had reserved a king sized bed. I was given another room. This one with a king sized bed. And a busted door lock, no fridge, and no microwave.

When I checkout out of OYO, I brought my receipt for the deposit. The staff never reminded about getting back my deposit. I had to ask them about it for them to give it back to me

We stayed for two nights and the Wi-Fi was never working it would come up and go down and come up and go down it was useless. The telephones in the room were dead so you could not call for help you had to walk down to the front desk just to be told they're addressing the issue.

My bedding was nasty, and the whole place had a musty odor. It was hard to get to as well coming off the interstate. The staff was somewhat amicable.

This property was a value booking experience. Sure, it was not a Hilton or Marriot hotel, however it did surve it's purpose for a quick few nights booked last minute. The air condition worked, it did not smell of smoke, sheets were what appeared to be clean. Not much I can complain about for sub 100 dollars.

It was less than I had expected. There is no coffee or tea in the reception area and they didn't clean the room every day. Now I know why it didn't cost so much. I also didn't know that there is a local ordinance prohibiting outdoor pools from operating before May.

After 1st night asked for the room to be cleaned, they only emptied the trash and replaced towels, but never replaced the sheets. Didn't ask for the room to be cleaned after 2nd night and they did the same thing, emptied the trash and replaced the towels, but didn't replace the sheets. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

This property was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches in my room crawling from behind the headboard. No iron or ironing board in the roo m. They required me to leave my driver's license at the front desk in order to use the iron. Still no ironing board. With the exception of Fran, the people at the front desk were rude. This was the absolute worst piece of crap hotel I've ever stayed at. They need to condemn that roach motel

Cons: 1. Internet is slow and many time not working. Really you need to have a better internet connection otherwise people will be in problems with their work. 2. The housekeeping service is good but they didn’t clean up under my table, where some food trash fell. It wasn’t taken care of even after telling the reception. 3. Cons: 1. Internet is slow and many time not working. Really you need to have a better internet connection otherwise people will be in problems with their work. 2. The housekeeping service is good but they didn’t clean up under my table, where some food trash fell. It wasn’t taken care of even after telling the reception. 3. When I informed the desk clerk about the roches crawling on the chair, she did not respond in shock. I stated I would not be staying and wanted a credit to my charge card. She stated that is something I would have to take up with the 3rd party I booked the hotel through, Travelocity.

WORST hotel on earth they don’t deserve a review PERIOD and they are infested by roaches RUN and they sold my $100 deposit stating my black skin on their white sheets was nasty something they can throw in the washing machine and clean they took the entire $100. Which they demanded in CASH so they can avoid taxes. They have a shop behind the front desk they will only serve you if you have CASH!!! IRS I’m here if you need me I have phone records.They threw me out of the hotel because I kept booking through EXPEDIA they wanted CASH to avoid taxes. When in reality they only had me as a customer because of Expedia biting off the hands that feed you. Expedia needs to stop sending them customers they’re the WORST

This is a long stay hotel so if you’re just vacationing don’t even look at this hotel. The guests are questionable everyone is barefoot and questionable looking they want you to pay cash and I paid through Expedia so they refused to honor my reservation anymore because they weren’t making and money long term . And they want to evade taxes they don’t have a soda machine they sell everything requires CASH so evade taxes. I have no idea HOW Expedia does business with them. Even though you’re long stay housekeeping knocks loudly on your door every single day so if you’re looking for rest don’t look for it here. The OyO in Irvine, Texas was a nightmare I found a cockroach in the bathroom on the toilet very unsettling wouldn’t give us towel for the pool which was crappie little and unsafe I will never stay at one of these hotels again it’s been a nightmare for my granddaughter and myself

The night shift front desk people are rude as hell. You go ask for another towel as there are only 2 in the room & the room is booked for 3 people. They go on to tell me that they only give everyone 2 towels, you just have to share. Even if there is 4 people booked to a room you get 2 towels. My husband walks up behind me, and they oh sorry sir and give him a towel. Otherwise the hotel isn't all grand, it's an okay place. Decently clean, half ass updated/janky work. But a cheap, decent place to stay a night or two.

I rode my bike ( motorcycle) over 100 miles away. Go to check in,big sign on the door. No bikes allowed. Now what was i suppose to do? I was told to just park it next door. Next door has towing signs up. I locked my bike up and hoped for the best.

Several bugs in the room. Room smelled. Locks on inside broken. Toilet seat broken. Bedbugs. Stains on bed. Noisy. A big sign from Irving Police warning customers of theft, drugs etc. at this property. We did not feel safe.

Just needed a place to sleep. Does not have great amenities.

All we needed was a place to sleep at night, so that’s all I was looking for. Very little amenities.

Photos in the app do not match the rooms you're given to stay in at all. Elevator broken, whole building smells of mold, chlorine and weed, several lights in the hallways/stairways not operational. The room we were given has cigarette burn holes in the blankets, mold on the floors, lamp fixture about to fall off the wall, and signs of previous water damage to the floor. The front desk has no sympathy.

Property is great for the price. I’ve stayed in much worse and much better. But like it’s said it’s a good bang for your buck!

When I get into the room, after going through a disgusting and dank hallway and 2 separate staircases, I check the bathroom, the closet, and under the bed. They gave me a connected room. And there's a TV blaring through that door. It's after midnight, and I am traveling alone (as a woman, if it matters). The latch to lock the doors have clearly been smashed off and not replaced. This includes the door to the room, and that connected room. So my bag never hits the ground or the bed. I immediately head back to the front desk. I tell them I cannot stay there. I do not get a refund. Would not recommend. I think the owners of these places (both the north and the south locations) know that they are running crack dens, and they are in on it.
