Great staff! Clean room.

Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. My bed was a bit creaky, but was still very comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and safe, as promised, so it’s all truth in advertising here. The staff were all very nice, the complementary breakfast was unremarkable but on the right side of adequate, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you, Quality Inn.

The outdoor indoor feel

CONS: Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived. The shower was very moldy and the water would become extremely hot at random intervals. the toliet in our room was leaking a bit from the back. The carpet was dirty so we wore shoes whenever walking around the room. Some lights in the room did not work, lots of damage to walls and even the ceiling. PROS: Breakfast was very good and the selection was great. The bed seemed clean enough. Water in the lobby was delicious. Staff were friendly. Did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked decent. Overall, not the worst for a short stay but be weary of the high price for the quality of the room. Bring shower shoes.

Shuttle to the airport runs regularly and also whenever needed. Staff was super helpful and friendly. And despite the fact that I could see the runway right outside our window, the room was really quiet. Yes, I could hear the planes, but it was really subdued, not intrusive at all, very surprising. Breakfast was typical mid-level hotel breakfast, and that was good.

Overall experience was good. Ice was not available on every floor.

Property was reasonable for the price. Relatively clean. The room I had was on the end near the street so lots of road noise unfortunately. I would recommend a room away from the street. Area around hotel seems a bit rundown but location was close enough to the airport and near other things I visited. Room was quiet enough. Amenities were good (in room microwave). Breakfast was good. I think there was a pool (didnt use it). Overall not a bad choice.

Stayed with my family and we were very pleased. Staff was wonderful throughout our stay. No complaints! Breakfast buffet had a good variety there was cereal, bagels, sausage links and patties, toast, make your own waffles yogurt. It was good to get our start going. Great find at a great price!

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Kia Forum, Beds were comfortable and lots of channels on the TV. The supplied linens were nice and soft. The room was big and had enough room for the 2 of us. The shower stall had no shelves in it. The was no place to put a bar of soap or a bottle of shampoo other than the floor. Lots of airline noise overhead. Nobody came to clean and make our beds. Our trash was overflowing. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. One of two lights over the bed didn't work.

The hotel was great but the location is indifferent. Close enough to the metro but still a walk and need the metro for transportation.

The staff had great customer service. The pool looked very filthy and unappealing. The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned, the tables were very dusty, I had to wiped down the entire room with my Lysol wipes and spray, the overheard light by the bed kept flickering, the TV lost signal every 10 minutes, the bathtub needs to be replaced/reglaxed and tiles need to be grouted. Luckily, the breakfast was hot and good. However, we will not be back.

There was blood on the carpet. No hot water the first night. The elevator and hallways reeked of weed. Not recommended.

The room is clean, but the fans in the toilet doesn't work well and make much noise when I turned on the light (as light and fans are assembled together). Hope it can be fixed.

The Room smelled like smoke I was coughing from the smell. The towels were dirty, stained sheets, stains on the carpet. The bed made sounds when you moved. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The entire room needs an update. Sink had a big makeshift crack repaired… it was a quick place to stay before my flight stayed on the leather chair it wiped down in the room and got out of there in the morning.

All in all, the hotel rooms were comfortable. I was suprised that if offered a living room as well as a bedroom. The location was perfect. It was near the airport as well as near the strip mall. There were many convenience stores, as well as restaurants by the hotel. I don't have a car, so that was perfect for me. I also liked having a refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig in the room. I stayed for 3 days, so upon having more experience in the hotel, I noticed some problems. The hair dryer did not work. The TV did not offer many channels and the selection was quite limited. Also, the TV channels froze up multiple times and it was took a lot of time and effort to get them back. Sometimes, I almost gave up on getting back the channel that I was watching. Additionally, the bathtub had a stain on it and it was impossible to operate the shower. I had to try to bathe in the bathtub.

Our room itself was clean and comfortable. The hallways, parking lots, eating areas of this hotel need work. We did not feel particularly safe or comfortable. Online it seemed like a typical economy hotel for middle class people but I think that's a stretch. The eggs were carried in a plastic bad to the buffet and were freezing cold. There were people hanging out in the parking lot at night...

I like that the room was big with a little living room. I also like that has a little refrigerator and a little microwave.

Tye breakfast is good with alot of healthy chioce at least 3 types of fruits oatmeal waffles and some dairy free options for the sensitive tummies lol we loved our stay and still here lol there is a great Mexican restaurant across the street that we an stop going to. There is a good African restaurant next door. 7 - 1q next door laundry on premises. Beds are super soft housekeeping on point I had a small issue an manipulative was upstairs in less than 5 minutes and he also fix it in less than 5 mins . Staff needs a bonus check for real. Great service and I travel all over the USA and only stay at chioce hotels they never disappoint.

we stayed in the triple room, was great. air con was good and strong. was only there waiting for our flight. staff let us store bags waiting for our room while we roamed the city and let us check in earlier than allowed as we had waited til 10am. good stay. wasnt there for breakfast but im sure it wouldve been great. worth the price. also handy to eateries right next door and it has a POOL! down our hall there was a strong smell or "smoke" but since we were only there for a few hours i didnt mind it too much. if we were there for a longer stay i wouldve said something.

There were maintenance issues: The battery in the safe was dead, the bed-side lights didn't work, and I had to get my keycard reprogrammed at least once a day (and no I didn't have it anywhere near my phone). All in all, it's a valid budget stay.

The front desk person was helpful. It is a bit of a hassle to move around the bags from the side entrances.

Was able to make a quick reservation last minute. I thought it was very close to the metro buses which is always convenient. I’ll be staying again in August. Can’t wait!

Great place to take the kids. Not a big place but it felt nice.

We arrived early and were able to get a room right away. Top floor in the back away from the noise of Century Blvd. The room looked like it was recently revamped. We were warned at check in there would be construction noise on our floor while other rooms were being worked on. The noise wasn’t so bad, ended promptly at 5PM. The dust was another matter. Maybe the hall could have been closed off with plastic to keep everything being covered in dust. You had to duck your face into your shirt to avoid getting a mouthful. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. 9/10 only because in this day and age in a large metropolitan city that sits right next to an international airport, there is no excuse to not have a dairy milk alternative readily available. The pool is shaded all day, not heated, there is no hot tub:(. Close to venues like Sofi stadium, Kia Forum, a mall, and the airport.

Perfect for an early flight departure. Close to LAX with only terminal traffic. Breakfast was hot and filling with a good selection. Only downfall were having to pay for parking as a guest and no airport shuttle. So kept the rental and dropped it off and took their shuttle to airport. Parking fee was cheaper than taxi.

It was a kind of sketchy neighborhood.

The photos were misleading. Multiple things were broken; faucets, hair dryer, and the toilet kept clogging. Honestly half of the staff did not speak English but we're still nice. The bed was comfortable and they had breakfast but the breakfast is definitely very basic. Nothing fancy. But at the end of the day it's a place to rest and it was ok.

When we let the front desk know, they sent a handy man at 10pm who was using all sorts of power tools so late at night, he ended up actually damaging the water spout, and then they determined we could change rooms in the morning, because it could not be fixed. The next day, they said they would "let us know" and call us back, which they did neither of. The pool was dirty, maybe unopened for the season, unsure, but it is also in the shade so I would imagine it is not comfortable to swim in the shade. The only enjoyable part were the waffles in the free breakfast. I would say much better options in the area for a few more dollars a night. We made due because we only stayed a few days.

Room was clean apart from some hairs in the bathroom from previous guest. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. Staff were helpful when we asked to see the rooms prior to checking in (due to a recent poor review) they allowed us to check the rooms out first. Basic but acceptable.

Wifi did not work in our room so we were upgraded to a room where wifi was good. Breakfast was good and when items ran out they were quickly replenished.

A friend and I stayed here in April 2026 for 3 nights as we were here to attend a baseball game at Dodgers Stadium and wanted to be fairly close to the airport as we had a 7 am flight. The property is aged, our room smelled although it was clean and it was decorated as best it could be. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was decent so it was an ok stay and a good enough place to stay since we were basically only there to sleep. Would I stay there again, maybe not but if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, this could be your choice. We did not use the outdoor pool although it might be decent for a dip on a hot day.

Staff is very pleasant and courteous. From the minute you walk into the lobby to check in or have breakfast to the housekeeping staff you encounter on the premises, you are greeted. It is very welcoming. Rooms are clean.

Booked this stay because of a late night flight into LAX and didn’t want to travel far knowing I would be tired. It was literally a 6 min drive from the airport which was great. The person at the front desk was wonderful (even at 2am) and the check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I need a hotel close to the airport.

The room was ok except for the Air conditioner, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The water in shower & sink was look warm. So I asked to move into another room the next day. No noise from air conditioner!! But the shower was just luke warm. And something new. You know those old 25 cent vibration beds in hotels years ago. I figured out that the spin cycle on there washer near by would continually get out of balance & shake my room. Couldn't wait to leave! Maybe just a 4th floor issue?

The\n Wrong was very big, very clean and it was a nice quiet environment. The location was perfect in the middle of everything, food, transportation, all the amenities.

Everything kind of had a stench to it. The breakfast was ok, just normal free breakfast. It smelt like weed so bad. There was a man that checked in while smoking a weed blunt, just in front of the staff and they did nothing about it. The room was clean, but it is old and it does have the old room smell. It’s also just in a scary area. Besides that, I actually liked the hotel room and it wasn’t a terrible experience but definitely a one of a kind one.

Stayed only for one night. Clean and comfortable bed with all essentials you need if staying for a layover in LAX.

Safe location, quiet room, basic necessities were good. Room had strange musty smell to it. It was bearable with the fan on and window open. Parking add on was not disclosed at check-in and ended being $16.50. It was billed through my cc after I left. They told me Expedia would send a receipt even though the original inclusive package did not include parking.

The stay was adequate and provided a place to rest; however, the property is dated and could benefit from improvements. The carpet was stained, and the restroom appeared worn and in need of renovation. While the location was convenient for visiting the YouTube Theater and offered good value for the price, I would not choose to stay here again.

Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. The room had a stale smoke and/or mildew smell. This was the second room. The first, we refused, because outside in the first floor smelt awful, Marijuana and smoke smell. I actually like this place, but this time seemed needed more taking care of better. We won't be going back, however.

Parking was easy and check in was very efficient. Best rates in the area for the night we stayed. Had the jacuzzi tub room and was abke to soak and relax. Will stay again when visiting SoFi Stadium.

I wound up in three rooms. The first room stank so bad that it smelled like I can't even tell you. It wouldn't be appropriate for public remarks. The second room I was awakened by a mouse size image coming down the wall that wound up being what they call a water bug...still a cockroach as far as I am concerned. Then I finally got to the third room and was able to get one more hour of sleep. The tubs in all three rooms were awful. I slept in my clothes. But the breakfast was fantastic. Staff was excellent.

I had an extremely frustrating experience staying at this hotel. Parking was a complete nightmare despite paying for it, there was absolutely no guarantee of a spot. The security guard on duty was rude and completely unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests who were circling the lot just trying to find somewhere to park. I ended up having to sleep in my car for nearly 4 hours waiting for a parking space to open up, which is honestly unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that charges for parking. By the time I finally got into my room, it was around 6 AM, leaving me only a couple of hours to rest. To make things worse, when I explained the situation and asked for a late checkout, I was denied with no flexibility or understanding. There was zero effort made to accommodate the inconvenience caused by their own lack of parking management. Overall, this stay felt like a complete waste of money. Between the lack of guaranteed parking, poor customer service, and no accountability from staff, I would strongly recommend spending a little extra to stay somewhere that actually values its guests and provides basic amenities without the hassle.

Rooms are older and ok conditions. Lots of burns in carpet, AC doesn’t fully blow at the flow you chose. It’s ok to stay for one night.

Quality Inn was nice rooms were clean. There’s a comfortable customer service at front desk is OK atmosphere around the hotel was nice and quiet. Don’t think I didn’t like about the outside. I was when you have homeless I wanna linger around and lay places where guests can see and make how they live in and make it look bad. Could they just lay anywhere cause it’s open other than that, the quality of the hotel is nice. I’ll tell a friend to stay at quality Inn. This just needs security to keep the riffraff out of the of the property.

The hotel met our needs for what we needed, just one-night, late night arrival and early departure. The check-in clerk was helpful, polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the neighboring room had their TV on all night making it difficult to get the nights rest we needed.

The hotel is very convenient if you’re flying out of LAX., the staff is very helpful, the breakfast was very good. My negative comment is that the room needed maintenance. The light was not working, and the TV had no signal so you could not watch it.

If you’re looking for a place to stay for next day flight at a safe in expensive cost and to sleep it’s perfect. Clean room. I think parking was free or like $11 I can’t recall but it’s very convenient self park. After checking in got parking pass and placed it in car. Traveled for next day flight. Close to LAX. Right off the 405 Freeway. 5 minute drive to LAX with no traffic but it took us 15 minutes because it was bumper to bumper LA traffic in the early morning. Comp Breakfast starts at 6:30am. Will come again. It’s not luxury but it’s clean safe quaint and close to lax. The outside of hotel is small but it was was well lit and felt very safe which is highly important for lower cost. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful at this very, very busy hotel. Maria at check in was so accommodating and helpful with our needs after a rough time traveling for our family, and the staff related to the breakfast buffet (which, itself was a really great breakfast included with our stay!) was so efficient and friendly.

It was awesome to have a room with 3 Queens Beds. Extremely unusual. Generally comfortable room. Walkable distance to various restaurants and stores.

No house keeping, after two days the key didn't work and the young men at the front desk was a smart mouthed person. And they offered zero compensation for the inconvenience I was afforded! Not good if desire return visits or good comments!

The original carpet is still in the room is probably from the 70s or 80s very dirty. There were stains on the comforter on the headboard, greasy hand prints on the leather chair. The elevator was very slow and the door didn’t always open right away.. there was also a lot of shady stuff going on there at night in the parking lot. I did not feel safe staying there. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people yelling or fighting and whateverelse going on.

The bed was comfortable and they’ve done some updating but times are hard financially. They obviously have a lot of transient problems. Front staff professional and friendly. Tiles in tub badly needed replacing. Asked to be put away from street and was put on same side as street. Carpets have burn marks and is really old.

The reality is, it’s an older property and not in a great neighborhood. That being said, it was convenient for what I needed. The room, bathroom and tub were clean. The staff was professional and courteous.

Roaches, roaches and more roaches. We seen so many roaches in our room it was ridiculous. We were scared to leave any food out. Unfortunately, a refund would take weeks so we were unable to book at another property. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

If you plan to go to a show at the Intuit Dome like me, I'd recommend this hotel. It was my first time going there so I wanted to find something close bye, with some good restaurant options close as well. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and the people at the front desk were friendly and professional. I was upgraded to a suite room, which was unexpected, but the room was really nice, spacious and the bed was comfortable. As a guy I felt safe, but I probably wouldn't feel the same at night just walking around to look for a place to eat. Your experience may differ.

Staff was the greatest and very friendly and helpful. The first problem is the hotel location it’s in a very dangerous part town and is not safe walk around in at night. The rooms were very clean but mold in the bathroom and the carpet is filthy I had ware my shoe all the time. The pool I would not want to swim in either. The hotel is not bad but it’s showing its age and needs a good facelift. For me the location alone would make it so I would not stay there again

This was my first time trying this hotel and I had a good stay here. The staff was friendly, I was told my room was upgraded to a suite, was spacious and clean. I didn't go out much at night, but behind the hotel where a few good restaurants so that was really convenient, and others within short walking distance which was great. Overall a great choice to stay for concerts, conventions or other events.

I had never stayed at a Quality Inn so when I went into my room and saw I had a living room and a bedroom, it was a pleasant surprise. I had such a spacious room.

There was no isolation between floors. We could not sleep two nights because of out neighbors started to collect their luggage at 4am. We moved on the upper floor.

The property us in a convenient area that is also close to LAX. You can walk to 7-eleven, Panda Express, dollar tree and other restaurants very easily. The room was comfortable but the bathroom and carpeting needs updating. There is no reason to have mold under the silicone sealant around the tub and shower. There is no vent in the bathroom so that is why it is so prone to mold since there is nowhere for the moisture to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was blood on the door in the bathroom. The floors haven't been cleaned in a long time as our socks were black from the floor. The bedding had little black things on it which made you itch. The hotel did not offer a refund at all. Not even a partial, which would have been courteous.

I would definitely come back to stay just because the staff here are very nice informative and very accommodating. Thank you ladies your a more all awesome!

I’m disabled and I was extremely satisfied with the accessibility features. The room was spacious, and I could move around in my walker easily. The shower had a seat and hand spray and the water was ideal temperature. The bed, fridge, and microwave were just what I needed. The front desk and staff were extremely helpful Quality Inn is five star for me.

All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic but yummy. My only complaint is that my bathroom door was difficult to open and shut, but it was managable. The elevators were also more creaky than I'd like them to be, but that's my opinion. Most if not all the doors entering the property needed a keycard to enter, making me feel very secure.

I stayed at this hotel because it seemed like the better value in the area. It didn’t look run down like some of the other places nearby and price range. They offered breakfast but there were no eggs. So if you’re hoping to get a high protein breakfast like I did you will be disappointed. The breakfast consisted of cereals, waffles, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee and milk. The good thing is there is a Denny’s walking distance and other food options. It’s about 2 miles away from the Kia forum and SoFi stadium. Uber cost around $18 to get to the venue. Parking cost $10 a night. I would stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, but the rooms need some attention. Dirt, mildew, and paint issues. We had to change rooms because the first smelled like cigarettes. The second room did as well but was a bit better.

They didn’t have my reservation, and said it was for yesterday, even thought it was for today. They fixed it, but it appears that someone at Expedia messed up.

Walked into a room that smelled like smoke and moisture. It had a dirty towel hanging, that seemed as some wiped off their makeup with before leaving. I found pubic hair stuck on the bathroom curtain! When I told the house keeper she ignored me and handed me more towels. :( I felt gross the whole time there. On top of all that, there must have been an aunt hill where I parked my car because when I got back to my car it was an aunt infested. I mean all over the inside and outside of my car. I had to go to the store and buy aunt killer and take my car through a car wash. Would I stay here again? Never.

This place is not what i expected. I could’ve stayed at the Doubletree for less money. This place is a remodeled dive. Old. Gross.

The room was ok. The door didn't close when we left, you have to pull it till it's completely shuts. My son didn't do that and when we came back you could just push the door open without the key. The breakfast looked good but we were in a rush so we didn't eat. The staff was super awesome. It was pretty good for the 8hours we were there. Would stay there again but next time at least half the day for the amount we paid.

The room itself was renovated and clean, and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The hallway carpet was filthy looking, and the area around outside the property was very dirty with a lot of trash and a few homeless. There are a lot of food options in walking distance, as well as a 7-11. The bus stop is right out front and drops you right in front of Sofi Stadium and Hollywood Park. The staff was very friendly, especially Maria at the front desk. Very welcoming and helpful. She even called me to let me know she found my phone charger after we checked out! Made my day. She is why I’m giving a rating of 4 instead of 3. The property is okay for the price.

The front desk staff was very friendly including the rest of the hotel. The location is conveniently close to the airport. Less stress dealing with the LA traffic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had different varieties everyday. For the price of the room, i was happy, especially they had 3 beds room that accomadated all 6 of us. Friendly and accomodating staff. It was our first time in LA and they helped us with the metro to the stadium. We were also able to check in a bit earlier which was nice! Breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend it. The only issue we had was while we were leaving, I found someone elses underwear under a chair, haha. Not the end of the world, we tossed it in the garbage. Would stay again!

The Pool and hot tub were dirty. They put me on the 3rd floor with NO handicap access. I am in a wheel chair and use oxygen. I could not get up or down stairs without someone's assistance. I booked 3 nights and it was miserable

I’ll start with breakfast.The sausage was good, but the eggs were pre-frozen. The Jacuzzi tub did not work. The carpet in the rooms was filthy. It needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The towels were new.This place had potential but seemed very, very old and dilapidated. The staff was wonderful.

It is a basic hotel room, which was all I needed. The front desk attendant was super helpful! I just came back from Paris after losing my wallet (I dropped it) and I didn't realize I needed a deposit. So she was able to tell me how to get the money for the deposit since I had no physical card or any US dollars. She was also kind enough to hang onto my luggage until I was able to take cash out from a local ATM, which she also directed me to using my Google wallet cards on my phone. I am so grateful for her!

We found the room clean, the beds comfy, the AC worked well, the shower and bathroom facilities worked well - although the hot and cold were reversed at the sink. Storage was sufficient for our three days' worth of clothes and sundries. The parking lot seemed safe. Though it was near the LAX arrivals flight paths, it wasn't noisy. It was a convenient location for us to see a show at The Forum. We would stay there again.

But, even for one night - I would not recommend this property unless there is nothing else available. The carpets in the room were dirty, bathtub was fully chipped, hair was stuck on door, towels had holes, shampoo bottle was not filled. Breakfast was also very mediocre with stale bagels and muffins. This hotel is so near to airport and in an area with many hotels - they should definitely step up.

Room was clean, it was one night while waiting for our flight.

I stayed at Quality inn for two nights. I was not aware that parking was an additional charge until it was charged to my credit card. Mind you, I was staying in the hotel due to maintenance in our apt building. My family along with another tenant stayed at Quality Inn but I was the only one who got charge for parking. The only difference was that I used a credit card to pay for the room and the others paid with a debit card. I looked at the website to see where it said parking was an additional charge and didn’t see it. Before being charge I think front desk should have mentioned it to me. Paying parking was not the problem, being the only one who got charged for parking is the problem. $100 security deposit was also charged to my credit card and I ask the other tenant if they had also deducted the charge and they said no. So if you pay services with a debit card you don’t get extra charges vs someone paying with a credit card. That’s insane!
