Room was clean, bathroom was small and the shower faucet was leaking. Staff was ok, breakfast was ok, plenty of shops nearby but sidewalks down from the hotel were partially covered in glass shards so careful where you step.

No shops nearby except gas, cigars, alcohol. Curtains are unacceptable . No complimentary water which is necessary for emergency cases especially when you check/in late. Shuttle was not available which is the main reason why we stayed here in this place.

The property was nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, the environment felt unsafe, and there was constant noise throughout the night. We ended up leaving early because the conditions were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

This property may have been nice 50 years ago, but alas no longer is. The "suite" was barebones, and the bathroom was filthy. Partner killed 4 cockroaches. The exterior of this hotel is not in the least welcoming either.

This website needs an update. The pool does not work, which was the MAIN reason i booked here. The first room had a cockroach on the bed. They moved us to a different room. We asked for extra towels and get told we could’t, the housekeeper doesn’t come in until 10:30am the next day…..ok. This hotel needs to actually spend time in the rooms, RED FLAG. Do not stay here, you will be disappointed. Windows arent sealed properly, there was mosquitos in the room.

Sheets was dirty, couch dirty and when I ask for new sheets I only get one and the girl(receptionist) have a attitude. The guy receptionist was nice.

The rooms looked clean but the bed covers were dirty, black mold in the bathtub, dirty floors, smelled like air freshener that was 100 times too strong and there is no microwave in the room. It’s by the lobby. The pool is closed and the place looks like a haunted hotel. I think back in the day, it must have been a nice hotel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The windows to the room don’t close all the way which makes you feel unsafe and hear everything. Until about the witching hours, you can hear the airplanes fly by which were very loud. It was convenient place near SoFi stadium. Over priced! We reserved 2 queen bed room for over $200. Never again.

This hotel does not look at all like the photo. There is no complementary breakfast like stated and our room barley had a window it was just shutters. There were also amoke burns everywhere making it feel unsafe. I unded up purchasing sheets from target to cover the bed. Thankfully no bugs of any kind and free parking.

Worst hotel experience ever. I used a black light and seen handprints and fluid spray everywhere. My card key never worked even after exchanging and reprograming a dozen times. I cut my had on the metal handrail for the stairs and had to get a tetanus shot when I got home. I found an acrylic fingernail on the floor. There was old bits of cereal in the bed between the matress and the frame. No ice machine, I was told to go across the street and buy ice. No microwaves in the rooms, just a shared microwave in the courtyard. Pool was disgusting and closed. The refrigerator was broken but luckily we saw the maintenance man and he brought us a brand new one right out of the box but then it took over 5 hrs to get cold. I wasnt going to attempt to take a shower so luckily it was just an overnight trip for a concert so I waited until I got home the next day to shower. Very limited parking, no gate or security. I do not recommend this place. They need a visit from the county code inspection to get them to get lots of things in order at that place. This app isn't letting me upload any photos for some reason.

I didn’t like the broken lamp, the hole in the bedding, the dead and alive bugs, the cabinet without door handles or knobs, the dirty tub and shower, the barbed wire on the fence, the parking arrangement, the people surrounding the vicinity, the lack of additional security features such as the lock on the door, no vending machines or ice, lack of toilet paper, no toilet paper holder, very delayed flushing of the toilet itself. There was also a big concern for safety with numerous electrical outlets with burn marks.

Front desk service was terrible. The shower head was broken, squirting water straight onto the floor and apparently “couldn’t be fixed”, and there were bugs as well as bug “sheddings” in the bed. Would not recommend even for a weekend festival.

I travelled here with my 2 daughters. No way could we stay here safely. Spent an hour with Expedia who was researching my assertions and demands for refund. After one hour, they said they would need to call me back within 24 hours. Still waiting for that call. Horrible horrible, still expecting a refund. Expedia will lose customers over this.

This is terrible. It looks nothing like the pictures. I’m going to tough it out only because I dropped my wife and daughter off at sofi which is convenient. But I want my money back and they do not give refunds “under any circumstances”. Seriously, do not book this hotel.

Upon arriving to our room, we noticed the latch on the door was broken, and there were bugs all over the bathroom and floors. I strongly recommend spending the night somewhere else.

Unfortunately, we got a hotel room with a broken sliding door lock. We told 2 staff members at check in, but it was not fixed. It was unsafe etc. We took several room pics as proof of what we ended up with because the original room pics on internet were different from what we paid for on expedia. Sadly, We were given a hotel room that had 2 bunkbeds and 2 beds instead of 3 queen beds as we paid for on expedia. It was not like expedia pics and info that we paid for. No pool use either. It would be appreciated and necessary for hotel to update info on expedia and keep room safe, fixed, etc.

This place is extremely rundown, all services were closed (pool, bar, restaurant), crack heads hanging out everywhere in front, and room was filthy dirty with only one trash can. The location isn’t so bad especially since it is an 11 minute walk to SoFi Stadium, Youtube Theater, the upcoming Intuit Dome and about 15-20 minute walk to The Forum. Most of the food options are a block west of the place and really start by La Brea Ave. the restaurant bar next to them is permanently closed, so don’t bother checking it out. Too noisy at night, my keycard malfunctioned quite a bit, the shower faucet got weird at times, if it came out of spigot it was (left to right) hot and cold but when turned the middle knob to turn a bath into a shower it would be cold to hot. Not a complaint but noting that housekeeping had random time and the staff doesn’t speak much but respond and work quick when it comes to issues, registration, etc

The whole place was totally totally disappointing the advertisements they have on this June on this adventure suites his old advertisements have been there since the old people that used to run it ran that place for over 30 40 years from the trade wind to the adventure I have history with that hotel the under construction with where Warehouse they never gave an option to anybody every guess that came in that day that was checking into a room came back to the office with complaints about the room I was forced my hand was forced for me to take that room at the time it's pouring down rain and I have two disabled grandkids that I have suction bags I have breathing machines I couldn't afford to go and drive around and look for another room and then may have if you know not knowing I might have bumped into the same situation so I called their nurse and the nurse was at another one of her duties and what she picked up my grandkids from that hotel very disappointed very very disappointed

After a long day in LA we stayed here. Got up to take showers and this happened. The thing was stripped out and wouldn't stay on or turn the water valve on. Just falls off and won't stay on ether. Impossible to take a shower. Check out time is coming fast so we just changed our clothes and went to the lobby office. I tell Vic the manager about this and he says I can move you to another room so you guys can shower. Hello management. It's not answer. We were checking out. It was a one night stay. We needed to get back on the road this moving to another room would take more time we didn't have. Also they advertise a nice pool. They also advertise a restaurant and bar on site. Both pool and restaurant/bar are and have been closed for a very long time. We only came there for those items and the distance from the SoFi stadium. I told him for all these reasons we deserve a discount or refund or something. He flat out said no and that was all. Not even the word sorry or kindness. What a horrible place. Would never go or recommend this place. DO NOT GO HERE.

Our room was filthy, cigarette burns all over the bedding, broken table. There is NO tiki bar by the pool like the pictures show. The windows don't close all the way because they're the old glass slats.

Hotel is old, outdated and definitely needs some work put into it if they want to attract guests to stay there. Very limited parking. Homeless are all around the property during our stay as we were hopeful management would run them off, but to no avail. Rooms are very outdated. Thin walls as you can hear literally everything. (hearing the bed bouncing off the wall in a neighboring room wasn't exactly pleasant) Tub and shower wall around the window has deterring holes in it. Beds were rough. TV's do not give a good or clear picture The price is ok as we picked this hotel due to the pictures listed. The pictures are a tad bit deceptive. Very close to Sofi Stadium. And I will say again... The hotel staff are the absolute nicest people!!!

The bar and restaurant looks condemned. Not open at all. The pictures on the website look like they may have been taken 8-10 years ago because the property is not seven close to being kept up well. The price definitely did not reflect the quality of the hotel. Better off staying at the chain hotels in the area for 1/2 the price.

Room was disgusting, dirty and poorly maintained. Facilities are also poorly maintained. After I saw the room I returned to the check in desk and gave them the key back. There was no way I was going to stay with those conditions.

The property declines to tell customers that it is a transient hotel as well , it is filthy and smelly and zero amenities. Windows do not close all the way ,there were branches coming into 2 of the windows , and I spent 2 bites freezing in the room . If I hadn’t pre paid for this room I wouldn’t have stayed

It was not what i expected. The pictures do not go with the real thing. I was very disappointed. Very ghetto and i didn't feel that safe around there. I definitely won't stay there again.

They asked us for a $50 deposit in CASH! Really? We had reservations at another hotel that over booked and canceled our reservation and we ended up in this crappy hotel.

The place smelled funky. One bed was so loud, any movement more than breathing woke everyone. Not meant for comfort had a pub table with 2 wood chairs, 2 beds. If you just need a place to sleep it does the job. Only plus, the parking was gated.

This motel is in no condition to be renting rooms out to the public! It is seriously laughable that they should be charging me $124. Had i known of the property i would not have paid $1. It is run down. The maintenance is either sorly lacking or ahoddy at best. The staff was abrupt, seemingly angry, not friendly at all.

The hotel was immaculately dirty. Checked into 1 room, there was broken glass on the old blankets onthe bed. Requested a different room ,which had cigarette butts on the floor. I checked out 20 minutes later & requested a refund.

I failed to see that it was a hostel before going. The bed was comfortable and clean and so was the bathroom, but no soap, with a pandemic, you'd think that would be mandatory. But the carpets need to be ripped up as they were less than desirable to walk on barefooted. If I were travelling, low on funds and desperately needed to save $10 I'd go again but I'd rather pay $10 more to stay in a newer, cleaner place with tile so I wouldn't worry about carpet bacteria or fungi. Also the front desk area smelled stale.

This property is horrible, people yelling outside our window til after 4am using every profanity imaginable. No hot water. Weeds from outside growing thru the window into the room. Had to leave first thing in the morning to find a new hotel for 2nd nite. I want a refund for the 2nd nite. Also very unsafe area. The did not have shuttle service-told us to Uber.

You get what you pay for. Very old and run down. It appeared that guests stayed here long term. We couldn’t sleep due to the noise. We only needed a room for the night between flights. Would pay a little more next time for cleaner, quieter conditions.

420 FRIENDLY ~ ADULT PLAYGROUND ~ LAX 2 MILES AWAY ~ AND THE TWO BARTENDERS HONEY & SCARLET

I booked this as a cheap option for an unexpected layover. Big attraction was the advertised 24 hour shuttle. But when I rang it had ended & I had to get a taxi. The next morning getting a shuttle was a problem but they did organise & pay for an Uber. The property was dated & needed maintenance but it was clean. Not the best part of town but ok. I got what a paid for- a cheap nights sleep.

This was the dirtiest and most disgusting place I have ever been in my entire life. The carpet was mildewed and dirty. There were bedbugs in the sheets and ants and roaches inside the refrigerator. They claim to have wifi but the strength was so poor that my devices could not connect. The bath tub literally had fecal matter and hair on the faucet and I was afraid to leave my room because there was gang activity happening in the hallway and I heard shots. I am completely serious. And I paid $149 with taxes and fees for a room that scared me to death. I have bites all over my legs and lower back. I am reporting this hotel to the state of california and the county of los angeles. Hotels.com (or expedia) should absolutely not offer this hotel. I have no idea how the hotel is able to stay in business.

We picked this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle. We were very disappointed at 11pm at night we had to wait outside at LAX for an hour for the shuttle to arrive. We also got a smaller room than originally booked, the carpet had many stains, as did one of the quilts. Even though it was 1am there was also a lot of noise from guests outside our room.

The property is run down. Found shoe & other trash under the bed. Have literally 5 channels smh. Hotel charges more than what it is worth.

This place shouldn’t be recommended here in the Hotels.com webpage... this is a horrible place to stay at. The room that we were supposed to sat in was soooo smelly it smelled like weed the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter.. there was no toilet paper.. our windows were open and theree was no way to close or Lock them!!! So unsafe me and my husband were glad we didn’t take our kids because it is in a bad area too... they charged me so much and wouldn’t refund me because I was unhappy with this place... the price as ridiculous high.... I am very upset Hotels.com has places like these... very very unsatisfied. I regret checking in this place. We had to leave and book another hotel because this place was horrible!!! I don’t recommend this place!!!!

I did not like the fact that there was literally cockroaches everywhere. I was disgusted the whole time I was there and I had my little girl with me and was freaking out of her touching them or them crawling up onto or bed.

This property should be taken off Expedia as it breaches Australian consumer laws. It's not as described. We had to Vacate as my son was so scared to leave the room. when My eldest son and I went to get some food he thought they killed us. This is a scary place avoid avoid avoid.

The private suites were comfortable and reasonably clean. It was handy having a shuttle to the airport.

The heated pool was very delightful. The staff members at the hotel were always willing to help such as giving proper information of the hotel. It was also nice having a gated parking area.

Ew. We left. Too yucky to stay. The pictures make it look like a great place to stay but it is scary and shouldn’t even be on Expedia.

This place is not for family romm is loaded with beer and liqure. Check the price before you touch them, I saw small snacks pack cost is 3:00, I placed filter to have wifi, wifi doesn't work, No power outlet on the bedroom. No hotwater until 7:00 a.m, Breakfast only coffee and Muffin anything beyond you have to pay. On the total, I booked 2 hotels thru Hotesl.com for this week and next week, Next week booking is next to this property. I am totaly disappointed with Hotesl.com booking, not sure what kind of validation they do.

Roaches, lots of roaches, open drug use on property, shabby onsite property security, old swamp coolers for air conditioning, stained dirty carpets, bathrooms rusting, makeshift overhead shower, etc,etc.

Clean room. Nice pool. Comfy beds. The rest of the property is sketchy at best. Razor wire over barbed wire on the fence surrounding the building. Definitely a low budget place. Security in a shaky neighbourhood seems to be a priority. We did feel safe. Having stayed at a hotel on Century Blvd. in the past, we thought this place would be ok. Unfortunately, it is located within a stretch between the high end airport hotels and the shopping district.

The hotel is old not for foreigners that used to high standards of clean shower and good bed condition.. i will never visit thus place again!

Took shuttle to Marriott 3 miles away, had a wonderful stay.
