Staff was amazing. Room was spotless. Bed was really soft. Breakfast was great. They do charge 15$ a night for parking though. I didn’t like that cause depending on the days you stay that can get a little pricey. I did stay for two days.

Noise all night tried calling front desk for support for 30 minutes without them ever answering this was at 3 am. I emailed to complain and the response was delayed offered the equivalent of $15 as compensation for a night of no sleep and no staff available to help. Concerning

Rooms were comfortable and clean There was only 1 elevator for both staff and guests parking was a bit small for my taste I understand the area so makes sense

Location and free breakfast When checking in, the receptionist was talking to housekeeping asking if they had any clean rooms. I understood their conversation in Spanish and the maid said they had no rooms clean. They stuck us in a room on the second floor next to the maintenance closet. .

You have to pay for parking. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at where you have to pay $15 per day for parking. It's disappointing.

A good transit hotel - yet we stayed for 3 days and I’d say it was still good for a multiday stay. Clean big room, lots of dining options close by. Complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff. We had people smoking pot in their room on our floor which was not so good when you stay with your kid

Building shows some wear and tear but was clean, and front desk person was pleasant. Room and bed were simple, clean and comfortable. The coffee at breakfast was good and the food was a minimal spread but not bad for the overall price of the stay. Parking was easy and inexpensive. Overall it was a positive, stress-free stay.

The person at the front desk seemed bothered when I asked questions. I didn't feel like she was really interested in helping me. She didn't smile and it made me feel awkward that I even asked about pickup locations for transportation.

Very nice clearly renovated room. In an excellent value for anything near LAX. Good breakfast too Not really a dislike but it didn't have much in the way of amenities. But that's not really the kind of property it's meant to be. Perfect for one night travel stays.

The room smelled of spices. As if someone had cooked in the room. Management sent housekeeping to spray a deodorizer immediately however it only masked the smell. They were unable to switch my room as they were sold out.

Just noting a few things: many times throughout the night you hear the emergency vehicles, the shower was luke warm. I would say people that enjoy refreshing showers would be happy over this. Breakfast was good. Personally I like bacon, but others may enjoy the sausage. The air conditioning was a relief after coming in after visiting Hollywood.

Don’t let the outside fool you. The inside is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. The room was VERY SPACIOUS and very very clean! I was very surprised to see just how amazing the room was. The free breakfast was good enough and overall such a great stay, I will 100% be back here if I end up in this area again.

The room was alright for the price and location. Less than 10 mins from the airport and SoFi stadium. The breakfast was decent. However, because of the outside activities I wouldn't have my family stay at the hotel.

The whole hotel + rooms were clean from the moment you walked in. It was walkable to SoFi Stadium & we felt safe. Breakfast was pretty good, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Windows were smashed out on outside of the elevator shaft. Breakfast was disgusting ! Omg! Nasty! And the toaster was broken! How do you serve breakfast and not have working appliances needed from breakfast! Also there were random people that weren’t staying there eating breakfast! I overheard their conversation. Smh. Will never go back!

The room was ok. There were a few crackes and dirt. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Front desk was ok. They were not the most hospitable. No smoking areas on property and the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs.

We arrived late after a late flight. The parking is crammed, there were only a few places left to park and it was so close to the wall, I couldn’t open my car door. The elevator was broken. The washer and dryer were also out of order. We heard random banging noises during the night… maybe mechanical, maybe guests clanging their luggage up the stairs? The area has people wandering around and crossing in the street. Definitely not returning.

Our stay was great. The only thing that bothered us was a homeless man in the parking lot next to our car where the elevator entrance is.

My bathroom had no hot water, water was lukewarm. The coffee maker and TV did not work. My door key was deactivated could not get into my room till after 12:30 am. I will never give a referral for this property.

Washing facilities unavailable, the parking fee was a little high. The breakfast was alright minus the waffle machine did not fully cook the waffle. Staff was nice and inviting.

Room is nice. Weirdly, it was the same exact room we had last month. People at the front guest are not friendly. We arrived and the lobby was full of people checking in. This was 2:45pm. They would not check anyone in til 3pm. Started making a list so they knew what order people arrived in; but did not even use the list. Then the elevator quit working so we had to take 4 flights of stairs.

Great place to stay. Went to Kia forum for my daughters 1st concert. We had such a gun time. Hotel was a perfect place to stay. Very clean great breakfadt, friendly staff and loved the lemon, lime, orange water. Very refreshing. Easy parking, comfortable beds and very clean in the room and outside.

Was placed in a room by the stairs and road and just heard constant noise in the night getting little sleep. The towels had hair left over from someone else so we know they were not washed properly. The front desk had no one there when we left leaving it an annoyance to check out.

We traveled with family and it was plenty of room for us. 20 min to hermosa beach and 30 min to Santa Monica beach which was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner seemed to not fully cool the room no matter how low we put it. We will stay again

For the area it is not a bad place to stay. I appreciated the morning breakfast bar and the free coffee. Parking was a little tight at times but at least there is parking available. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. During our stay I found one bug, but who's to say if that is a hotel issue or if it just came in on our shoes or something. I smooshed it and didn't see another one so I'm not too upset about it. The area is a little noisy as it's on the intersection of two busy streets and a freeway onramp. We heard the occasional ambulance/cop siren race by us but not so much to be a bother. We stayed here for the convenience of being close to SoFi and I think it was a good choice for the area. People said Inglewood can be sketchy but I didn't feel unsafe here at any point.

Good hotel nice and clean good service

It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking to explore LA and you have a rental car/form of transportation to get around. Perfect place to crash after a long flight too. Really friendly and polite staff. Guest traffic isn’t bad either. Would stay again!

Easy check and friendly staff

Close to the stadium and arena. Room was nice but nothing special. TV was old and not HD but really a first world problem. Seriously no complaints and would stay there again

The hotel is not that bad. The elevator is terrible, slow and the property is kind of like an apartment building. It’s clean, but it takes time to get around and the parking isn’t the greatest. Overall is not that bad and close to LAX which is convenient.

Great property at a great price!

The room was clean and beds were conformable. We stayed there because we had a flight to catch the next day. It was a restless night due to the neighbots next door physically fighting and aeguing all night. We called the front desk multiple times to look into it but not sure they did. I wont be staying at this location again.

Booked a room at 3 pm at noon and drove around 300 miles to hear that their system is not working and hence cannot check-in. Had to bok another hotel at 10 pm with small kid where i got smooth checkin . Cant believe that they dont even have proper ways to know that someone has booked a room.

Great property near SoFi Stadium. Not a walkable area.
