Great and affordable place to book in. The staff are exceptional at accommodating you. My husband spent his surgery recovery here and had a such great experienced. The cleaning lady was so nice and helpful and did a wonderful job.

If this were a $50.00 room, I'd rate it four stars. However, it was a $250.00 room, with no closet, no desk, a small refrigerator with a small microwave on top. The towels were tiny and thin. the mattresses were hard. Hard like you'd expect in a cheap room. One elevator. It was very disappointing for a $250.00 "suite". We will not be back, and I strongly encourage others to stay away.

I appreciated the kitchenette as I was recovering from surgery and not leaving the room. Thus I was using it for food prep together with ordering food delivery. It was smooth and everything worked well. If I gave 'good' rather than 'excellent' on individual categories, it is to differentiate between this level and luxury level conditions. It was fine here and excellent for the price. The bed was comfortable. This is important for me as I will have back pain with a bad bed (too soft or too hard). One thing to be aware of if you plan to use the kitchenette...there are no utensils or dishes and no coffee, tea, or sugar etc. There is no coffee maker. Just a good working fridge, microwave and sink. (Lack of coffee was fine for me as I travel with my own pour over filter and some coffee). I crossed the street to buy some utensils at an inexpensive household variety discount store to augment what came with food delivery.Problem solved.

Picked the place due to location. Walked to and from LAX, stopping at Denny's for lunch and breakfast. Went to concert at Kia Forum and this was a good place for the overnighter. H3 was OK for that.

The biggest issue was that after spending the night here, I woke up with multiple bites across my body that appeared consistent with bedbug bites. This was extremely concerning and made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Paid parking in order to feel secure in a sketchy neighborhood, zero soundproofing in the building so every room door sounded like an echo chamber, vehicles revving and sirens on century blvd at 2AM, and the bed was very stiff

The issue was that the room had a heavy smell of smoke from a previous person. It was a lot to smell all night. If I’d gotten in earlier I’d have changed or tried to change rooms.

Very easy to get to from LAX and very cheap and clean

The room looked clean at first, but we saw bugs crawling in the bathroom area three different times. My partner also got a bite on his back during the stay. Very disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel improves their pest control and cleanliness standards.

Nothing, when I first entered the room and went to check bathroom, it wasn’t even flushed. They responded but both the rooms are smelling badly with smoke smell. I understand the management can’t control after a point. But booking.com charged that much for that hotel It’s bad

Me and my man stayed here twice and the first time was better than the second. We were on the 2nd floor and that was a pretty good room but when we stayed again, we got put on the 4th floor and our AC was trippy, there was no phone in there, and the tv was tripping for a second but we were able to fix it. There was one staff member (younger with a beard) that had excellent customer service but everyone else there seemed to not have like their job. Acted like being at work was an inconvenience & kinda gave false information. First time it was $10 for parking, they had a sign that says $5 per day but I was charged $15 for parking. The vending machines don’t take tap so you have to slide the card very very slowly, they just have the tap machines but don’t actually take it. Other than that, the rooms were very nice, just the staff and the here and there things

Parking did cost $5, which is not much but I would have prior knowledge. It was not a secure parking lot. I was required to put a deposit on the room when checking in, also prior knowledge would have been nice. When booking it was stated that no charges would be made until I checked in - not true, Charges had already been made on my Credit Card. Rooms were clean. Lobby was not inviting. No chairs, dark, loitering in front of building.

The price is good, but the spartan room and and minimal atmosphere might be off-putting. I couldn't identify the hotel from outside, found an alley behind the gas station and parked in a lot behind where I thought it was. The only "H3" i saw was a sheet of paper taped inside the clerks bullet-proof glass booth. The receptionist seemed nice. There was no decoration in the room, no picture or carpet, just white walls and brown linoleum floor. All furnishings were extremely outdated and uncomfortable. mostly made of particle board with brown laminate veneer. Air conditioning was old but worked well. This is not a relaxing place, feels like being teleported back to the 1940's, but the price is good and it was clean.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of eateries around within walking distance. However, I forgot my tooth brush & tooth paste and the front desk stated they don't have any :(

It was fine for the few hours of sleep before an early flight. Beds werent the most comfortable. Staff took a bit to be at the front desk when we checked in at like 8pm but was there when wechecked out very early (like 3am) for our morning flight. No real extra (no pool, workout room, etc) but fine for a nights rest. And very close to the car rebtal return (about 2 miles) with a gas station right nextdoor.

We were assigned a non-smoking room, but it reeked strongly of smoke. It was clear an overpowering cleaner had been used to try to mask the odor, which only made it worse. My mother and I couldn’t tolerate it for more than 20 minutes. On top of that, the sink was dirty with visible mildew around the faucet, and the overall condition made us uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t even want to take our shoes off. We tried turning on the air to improve circulation, but it only made the room feel musty, and the unit functioned more like a fan than proper air conditioning. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, the response we received was simply “seriously,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. We did request another room and were moved to an ADA room, which was an improvement in cleanliness. However, the bed had its own issue—you had to sleep in the middle because the left side would buckle. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.

The AC kept the room cool. The hotel is old but very clean. I did not get the kitchen room but my room did come with a microwave and mini fridge. There was no coffee pot though. There are many places to get a quick bite to eat that are across the street. Taco Bell, 7-11, Burger place and Starbucks. I would recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a show at Kia Forum. The room was surprisingly spacious and the price was very reasonable for the area. The place is a bit worn and could use some updates, but it was decent overall and did the job for a short stay. Good budget option if you just need a place close to the venues.

H3 Inn & Suites - LAX Airport proved to be an acceptable budget type accomodation close to LAX. Our room was sufficiently clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable; the wifi worked well. We were able to get around the immediate area and from/to LAX by bus and free shuttle from the recently-opened LAX/Metro Transit Center Station. We appreciated that we were allowed to check-in early without an additional charge. Best of all, the price of the hotel was reasonable. We would stay there again. There is no hotel lobby. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

Besides that, you get what you pay for I guess.

The room was comfortable and generally in good condition. I did notice that the curtains could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the overall experience. With some attention to these minor details, the stay could be even better.

I had to wait about 10 min for a front desk person to be attended. There should be a sign with instructions for after hours check-ins. The shower had a big leak to the side which wet the bathroom. We didn’t have enough towels to dry it up. Also there was a cockroach. Other than that the room was clean and spacious.

We dd not stay at this hotel. We checked out right after we went in and booked a different hotel. The description did not match what it was. We had garbage in our room. Toilet paper was left on the ground. The place was filthy and smelled like marijuana everywhere. There were homeless in the parking lot and people breaking into cars. The bedding was stained with what looked like puke and blood. Hair in the bedding. I could not let my family stay here. We spent $190 to stay at another hotel.

It's a bit of a seedy hotel, And don't expect much in the way of service or linens, but it's more or less safe and pretty much clean, And maybe the cheapest option near the airport. There's a good Mexican bakery and coffee shop across the street.

Hectror is very kind, nice, caring dude. Sig is a sweet heart and the lady who had the nice fashion Piece I'm very sorry for forgetting her name she is very friendly and caring.

We drove from Vegas to attend the Chargers and Raiders game at Sofi. Check in was smooth and the lady was sweet! Our room was very clean. The stadium is not far at all, and there’s a Dollar Tree right next to the property in case you forget anything. The room has a microwave and a fridge. I’d definitely stay here again!

The rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable! The location is great due to the bus line, stores and restaurants surrounding it. The pricing is also very fair, it's one of the cheapest in the area while providing much more value than the others!

For the price this was a great fit. The only complaint I have is under the beds there's this tin covering wrapped around the bottom of the beds that can be annoying over time. Other than that I had a great stay me and my lady and we will definitely consider place again if ever in the area

No kitchen, but they did provide a frig and microwave. parts of the wall tiles were falling off the wall. My floors had loops of hair and dirt on the floor. I did not feel safe in this area. Not sure why they charged for parking since we pay to stay there.

It’s an old building and it looks to be fairly decently kept up bathroom was large and roomy and the shower was nice with enough water pressure. The bed was rather firm and the pillows were pretty awful…. Close to everything local there are no amenities really in the motel itself for the money. It was good enough.

Room was worn and showed great use. But it was clean and did its job. Some suprises. The price from hotels.com reservarion and what was charged is quite different. There is also no free parking as the reservation said. It was o ly $5 for the stay with in/ out access allowed. .

Had a very nice stay at this property. Staff was pleasant and the property was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

very dirty room had a huge hairball sitting on the nightstand. bed frame is super inconvenient and annoyingly loud whenever its touched.

Easy one night stay for a delayed flight. Staff was super friendly.

The lady at check in was very sweet. The property itself was nothing like the pictures. Not a nice area, old run down. Surrounding houses and buildings all had barred windows. Parking on sight, but definitely not secure. We didn’t even unload the car.

Really nice establishment. Honestly really pleased with the environment and staff is not rude. Make sure you don’t stay past 1130 if not they have a 25$ late fee other than that. Perfect for the traveling couple or just visiting family. Close to the airport.

I wasn’t sure about booking this hotel but the pictures didn’t look bad and it was rated as an eight. After we got to out room, I really don’t understand how this hotel has earned an eight. The pictures on the site must be old. The bathroom was in need of repairs to the walls and the wall of the shower needed replacing. The first room we were given had a leaky AC unit that leaked on the floor and went to the bed within five minutes of turning it on. We went back to the desk and got a new room, which was a little better but still not an eight. The bed only had two small pillows, plain white sheets, and was not very comfortable. Looking out the window. I could see a roof just below us that had alcohol bottles and crack pipes left on it. The windows were thin and did not keep any of the outside sounds down. We heard sirens all night. The lady at the desk was nice and polite. The vending machine near the entrance was broken. The only ice machine was on the third floor and there was an additional fee for parking. One of the towels in the first room had brown spots on it. Additionally, the only towels we were given were too very thin towels that didn’t even wrap around me. I’m not an over I’m not overweight. I wish I would’ve brought my own towels.This place was doable for a quick one night stay but not a place to stay if you want a comfortable vacation. This is a two or three star hotel, not an eight.

Room was clean but how a stale smell, walls are thins, mattress, pillows should be replaced. Overall it was ok, for the price it’s well worth it for short trips and traveling on a budget.

This was a quiet stay. At first my room was next to a noisy guest but the front desk kindly switched my room. The room was simple and clean. Really appreciated the microwave and fridge. Parking was convenient.

I like that both the room itself and the bathroom are each huge and extremely clean! It also has decently priced washers and dryers, which is great. The staff are all very kind and friendly, and are always eager to help with whatever you need. The location is perfect - it's right on the bus line but also has parking too. There are plenty of places to get some good food in walking distance (and even more by bus), and there are two dollar stores on the opposite side of the street on each side of the corner where the hotel sits, which is very convenient for getting toiletries, snacks, and whatever else you might've forgotten at home. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay at a very fair price, and its my favorite in the area!

Rooms were nice and clean

I didn't like the price I paid, the room looks dirty everything in the room needs and update. The bathroom has a lot of rust in it. The toilet looked Soo gross but it was rust it looks like someone's already used the bathroom. We had just enough towels. For us to have one each. The whole motel has a smell to it. I would not stay here again. The pictures on website are enhanced. The place looks old and run down.

Room was wide and confortable, the only downside was the ceiling and walls are thin and you can hear sounds from other rooms. there was a guest walking back and forth on the room above until about 2:30 AM, which made a lot of noise and it was difficult to sleep. Also keep in mind transportation options are limited outside taxis/ubers

Awesome Property! I read a lot of the reviews, and everything about homeless people or the property being dirty is a lie. I currently stayed here pretty recently, and for the price it is an awesome hotel. I highly reccomend this hotel to others if you want to find somewhere to stay that won’t break your wallet and will provide you comfort for your stay out there in California.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient for LAX.

No frills hotel but it is clean and it’s a great location option for both the forum and Sofi Stadium. Parking is only five dollars a night and the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the hot shower felt good and it was a good stay.

Great for the price paid, clean room, clean toilets etc. Good parking. But the road was noisy, no a/c. Other stuff I didnt expect due to price, such as a lobby etc. Also its very conviniently located near the airport but the road does not feel safe to walk at night, guess its most of LA.

Its a good location regarding proximity to LAX airport. The hotel has great customer service! The surrounding neighborhood is a little destitute!

This property is located in a very unsafe area of town. My cab driver warned me to not go out at night. As many times as I’ve stayed in LA, I’ve never been warned that the area was unsafe.

Property condition was good, ac, shower, and bed were good. Parking is ok. Compact area is to be expected, our stay was good and its close to LAX

The surrounding area felt unsafe, and there were homeless people right outside. The air conditioner was old and so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Also, the windows were not well-insulated, so we could clearly hear the sounds of cars and people on the street.

I got there at midnight, checked in and was given room keys that didn’t work. I was going to go downstairs and the man from the front desk walked out of the elevator and had different room keys to try. How did he know my keys didn’t work? Those second keys also didn’t work so I was let in with his master key card, which did work even though he said the batteries in the lock would need to be changed. I didn’t feel safe so I left and I chose to sleep in my rental car in the airport parking garage instead. For real.

Room was nasty dusk all over the place, bathroom sink had cracks paint was bulging, pillows were super thin and bed felt like a sleeping on the floor. Mini fridge froze anything I put in with no knob to adjust the temperature inside.

First time staying at this property had a hard time checking in upon arriving and then after getting into the room less than an hour, I seen roaches and then you cannot smoke in facility not a place I will ever come back to

Excellent property, close to everything, walking distance from food , very close to the LAX airport, and the front desk people exceptional, great customer service, our room was extra clean, is nothing luxurious but you get a nice clean bathroom and a clean comfy bed 100% recommend.

The outside appearance wasn't anything to rave about. However, you can't judge a book by its cover. On my floor, the hallways were clean and nice. My room was clean, nice and spacious. There was no sign of any bugs. I was very impressed and would stay there again. The only negative was they only had one elevator, and it was kind of slow when I was there. Also, if you want a late check out, it is an additional $25.
