Cleanliness!!!

Everything was great but for only 1 thing , it had just a couple roaches but I can see he’s working on the facility, hopefully that’s one of them, he should have that taken care of before ppl are in the rooms

There was nothing that I liked about the place. The place was very nasty on the outside and the inside it had a very foul smell in the room. The man that was there that showed me the room. He wasn’t helpful at all. I almost fell going into the room because I have a cane. I did not stay in the room because the room was not clean and like I said it had a stinky smell. I went back to the window to see if it was something that he could do because I had to go to another hotel he told me to call Expedia. I called them. They tried to get in contact with him. They have been sending him emails. He still hasn’t responded so I’m trying to get my money back but I can’t because he will not respond to them. They called him several times and sent him several emails because I have called them several times this Hotel should not even be on Expedia or any other app for that matter. Bathroom was nasty. It was stains on the covers and sheets and I couldn’t stand there with me or my grandchildren so I had to get another hotel that I stayed in that night with my grandchildren at the Vanguard.

I'm definitely not staying again. The floors were dirty the curtains were barely hanging on. The kitchen was horrible. It was a horrible experience all together.

Place a lot less impressive than the pictures. There were plenty of construction and remodeling to adjacent rooms. Room I checked into had some dirt from construction in floor, and no work desk as shown in pictures, but front desk person was nice enough to move me to another room. The TV remote was not working; again, the front desk person provided me with another one. Bed was not confortable; mattress was very cheap and you had to stay in the middle not to roll off the bed. Also pillows were more like half pillows (literally!); they was not large enough to cover the whole head space; they looked like they were folded in half. Microwave also did not work at first; AGAIN had to have someone come in and "reset" it... Bathroom was super tiny, with no room to set up your toiletry, but clean. No hard shelf area to set up your luggage or clothing; just a cheap cloth hanged closet that had some hardened liquid spilled from previous guest... Price wasn't exactly a great deal, so I could not say I got what I paid for... The vending machine in the lobby was all dusty on the inside from all the construction dust!.. Really not much positive to mention unfortunately. Maybe after they finish the construction they will fix all these issues; good thing the front desk person was firendly ans quick to respond at least...

Front dest staff were nice enough and helped me cancle a booking i made by accident. The owner has lots of cctv which helped The motel had prostitutes hanging around and would not leave you alone. I arrived late and withing 10 minutes of arriving i had a street worker come upto me. I had a rented car and felt It would be stolen or damaged. The next morning I had more prostitutes trying to get me to go into thier room. Thier was drug deals going down outside the motel and just felt sketchy. I would recommend any family stay far away it is not a child friendly place what so ever , and only stay if its a last resort like me as I forgot to book a room and it was 11pm.

It was the most terrible experience, very nasty rooms we rent 2 and were the same ,,broken appliances never been cleaned before refrigerator was old and vroken,stove broken and full of grease broken cabinets bathroom door was broken shower was nasty and missing knobs toilet was with stains floor like is never been moped, blind very old and full of holes the bedss sheets were dirty with holes ac was like 100 years old and dirty take pictures of everything so people believe me and reported to expedia, a place li this can not be rented and the price was way high doble charge me ,with this place

Room had microwave and small refrigerator I booked a non smoking room but the room I got smelled badly tobacco, there was an ashtray on the table. Bed sheets , covers and bath towels had stains, a/c filled room with tobacco smell, one of the mattresses had a dent, there are no chairs in the room, you have to sit on the bed. Entry door had smudge stains on the inside. Shower head placed too low, I’m 6ft and the shower head was at my chin level. No shelves in shower to put shampoo and soup on. Roaches on the floor and on top of refrigerator. And terrible, strong tobacco smell in the room at all times, and I asked for a non smoking room. Parking spots are tiny, I had a full size SUV and had to back all the way out of the parking onto city street, impossible to make a U-turn inside the property when all parking spots are filled. Friday construction crew continued activities untill 11:00pm, noisy. Do not book here, especially room#10.

nothing at all. they have bedbugs and roaches. i had to argue with them for a refund at 2am for a whole hour. i was there for a couple hours but once i shut down the lights they started coming out! it was disgusting!

The only good thing is that you have a couple of convenient stores walking distance. This place was gross! All the sheets had stains and someone else's hair stuck on them, the towels were stained as well, the window in the restroom does not shut at all and yes anyone can peak through (it's low enough for people to look inwards), there were several small German roaches on the wall, the furniture was completely broken, just not worth it at all! The photo's they used were definitely from a clean-ish room.

Nothing Noisy the place was tiny construction going on at 7 am right outside my door it was a horrible experience not to mention checkout says 12 on line but they were at our door at eleven arguing with us about the time

I liked the respect and professionalism of the staff, first and foremost. The rooms are clean and tidy. I had access to the TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, dressers and drawers, and snack machines. The rooms were small, but comfy. Encore Inn motel served its purpose. Due to daytime renovations, it was noisy in the daytime.The rooms only have a bathroom sink. There's no extra sink in the rooms.

It was a little noisy due to some renovations being done during my stay in the day time. The bathroom blinds were broken. I had to cover the window.

the bed was great and the location is excellent since i needed to make it to the airport in the morning the other people were weird and the area doesn't feel very safe at night. also, i wasn't notified in advance about the active renovations, which were noisy.

I loved the friendliness of the safe and how helpful they were.

Omg, room was extremely small, needed paint, rusting fridge, cabinet was splintering. We asked for a different room but they insisted there were no others but no car filled there parking llot all night!?! Bad experience all the way, won’t be going back! Sorry not sorry!

Honestly there was nothing to like about this place it was the worst experience that I had and ever and renting hotels from hotels from in biggio from a Booking.com it's just was the worst thing that could have ever had happened to me we actually booked the room we stayed there for four nights we ended up booking a couple more nights after that the reason was because I had booked them in advance and the last night that I wanted to book was like you know what let's just try to make the best out of this place and we booked one more night but on booking.com and it clearly stated that I would be getting too bad and it even had a picture of two beds and it was about $25 more but like I said I needed the extra bed for my daughter so that she can have her own bed so I went ahead and purchased it then in the morning when I went to the manager and showed him like hey look I got another night it says right here that it's 2 queen beds so I paid an extra $25 for that room however the manager told me that I was wrong and that if I wanted a room with two beds that I had to pay an extra $45 on top of what I had paid online already so I did my own research on booking. It was the most scariest and crazy experience that I've ever been through my wife and my daughter are still like very frightened from that situation and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I honestly feel that this was the worst thing that could have happened to us and I'm very very disappointed

The air conditioning was a little infrequent and the parking was the most tiny, cluttered area I've ever been in. Like playing Tetris with your car. Amazed I didn't destroy the rental car at times. There was also excessive noise (usually yelling or banging) at all hours after dark, and cops came by at least once, which made it incredibly hard to sleep. However, the manager was also nice and informative when questions were asked, and the room was surprisingly very clean, which puts it up from a 2 to a solid 3.

Was very unhappy with my stay. I got in late and when I was checking in there was another person complaining that she had cockroaches on the floor and needed a new room. When I walked into my room there were also bugs on the floor and smelled very bad. Nothing was clean and I did not even want to lay on the bed. Sheets were dirty and had no AC so it was very hot in the room. I immediately booked a different hotel for the next night and I would’ve left right away and got a new hotel if I didn’t get in so late.

The room stinks, there’s bugs on the floor, the sheets had stains in them. Overall I’d never stay here again in life. I honestly want a refund

Room was very small; knees barely could fit between sink and toilet. Bed pillows were extremely small, bathroom door handle was not properly screwed in, couldn't watch tv without having to pay for stations or programs, furniture was old and dusty, refrigerator rocked when door was opened, bedroom light flickered, and hard to exit parking spaces to exit facility. Heard sirens frequently going up down main street.

He charged me 28. Dollrs Extra and give a old building i ask the owner ge said they online room is assigned to you , but it takes him 20 minutes to get the room ready. My fee was$ 88.00. , he charged me 118 ..00. , i need the difference back to my account asap

Overall a good stay

My other negative is that there's no restaurants nearby that's walking distance, so I had to order Uber Eats for a night. There is a convenience store at the Chevron gas station that's about an 8 min walk. Overall, it was ok. I felt comfortable and relaxed and it had good wi-fi as well.

The advertised amenity of a microwave was not in the room. There are no blankets, just sheets so bring your own. At check in they were not kind or welcoming. The room was very dirty with hair in the tub and filthy floors. The business seemed very shady. I asked for the weekly rate and was quoted 10 times what I paid for one night. Parking is extremely difficult and NOT GUARANTEED

I had stayed here before and there were some minor issues however the staff was very helpful and the place is quite improved. There is definitely some improvements done on the rooms. Overall good for the price and location
