It’s out dated. Door and walls allow a lot of outside noise in. That being said the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price it was worth it.

The rooms had a fridge and microwave which came in handy for eating meals. The maids did a great job keeping the rooms clean. Overall, was a good deal for the price.

You get what you pay for. It’s not glamorous, but it’s in a great spot. Beds are super comfortable, definitely worth it!

This is very much a budget motel. If you can, spend an extra hundred bucks and stay down the street at an IHG property or something similar.

El lugar esta bien en relación calidad y precio aunque si parece antiguo algunos muebles o así el lugar esta limpio y es comodo lo cual es lo importante y el personal fue muy atento. Hubo un incidente de inquilinos que estuvieron peleando pero eso sucede incluso en los mejores hoteles así que no culparía al hotel por la poca educación y respeto de personas ajenas.

The location There was two roaches crawling in my bathroom. I killed one and lost the other. Thankfully it was morning time, because I couldn’t go back to sleep after seeing them. I unpacked everything and shook my clothes. Just to make sure no roaches got in my clothes

Nothing I had to check out earlier due to a family emergency, I made reservations for a week stay. I stayed for 3days and had to leave, spoke with the manager about my situation. I was told to call Booking.com and they will send us a email to confirm and the manager decline the email. The room was a smoking room which I asked for, but the box spring on the bed had brown stains on the side the mattress had 5 to 6 mattress covers on it. This bed scared the hell out of me. I purchased some plastic and covered the whole bed then placed my sheet and blanket. The wood stand that held the mini refrigerator was rotted, the toilet in the bathroom literally moved from side to side. I requested another room was told they were booked up due Kanye West Concert, had to wait 2 days to hopefully get a okay room. I spent a little over $1000 this was the worst hotel I've been in. The house keeper was nice. That manager didn't have to lie, when I asked if I would get some of my money back he could've just said no, but he said I would it's not a problem. People if you going to run a business tell your customers the truth. Honestly I believe you should be able to view the room before you pay. These hotels/motels using pictures when the first opened. They know them damn rooms don't look like that picture no more. So, forget I didn't get any money back. Let's keep it ? I would never come here again this place needs NEW FUNITURE!!!! This is not healthy

Good location. Bed was comfortable, Jacuzzi was nice to have to relax. Everything you could need for a Day away. We needed an Iron, front desk had it available. 12 min Uber drive to Sofi Traffic after concerts and trying to get back into the suites a bit of a mess but to be expected. Not worth getting a Uber just walked down instead 30_40min.

The curtains were amazing, it felt like it was night even in the middle of the day. Great place to stay for concerts at Sofi or Intuit dome. 10/10, I do recommend it

Tub water handle was broken. I had to go get tools at the frond desk to put it back together since there was no maintence staff available. Area around hotel is not very pleasant.

Let’s be honest, I chose this hotel because it was one of the most affordable within LA. The rooms were not ready for us at the check in time. There were questionable activities going on in the parking lot each night. However, the rooms met our need of a place to take a shower and get some rest. It’s very close to the Intuit Dome. About 15 minutes to Manhattan Beach. There is a large shopping mall and beach about a 20 minute drive away in Torrance Beach. Close access to freeways.

Checking in people were fighting at the pool across from the office. Nothing was done. Parking terrible people didn’t park correctly I was afraid of my car being damaged. Ants all over the tub/shower. Pulled back the bed sheets one of the beds had hair on the sheets. Nasty. I will NOT book a room here ever again nor recommend anyone.

Staff was great!! No visable bugs room was old but clean, toiletries avaliable white smaller towels clean.. no bed bugs...gap under door had to put a towel..cats patrolled the parking lot nightly... Overall property was dirty a hose powerwasher would help the sidewalks ....walkways parking lot needed leaf blowing to get rid of drug paraphernalia baggies..no visable needles..... Within 5 minunits of arrival police presence checking on parking lot seemed very nice..continued to patrol.... booked specifically for concert @ Kia forum and pool ... pool had debris in it when I went to swim closes @ 9 ....Never went swimming.. seen others in it next day having a great time. Ice machine in public/outside charged 25 cents for a bucket of ice Parking lot is smaller but had a spot ever time I arrived Next to expressway noise was not bad for a motel.. A cleaner outside sidewalks parking lot would improve my review...

The bed was really hard and pillows were only 3 flat ones. The comforter old and not comfortable. We didn’t like the smell of the room. There was a huge brown stain on the bottom of the bed. Only 1 key card given a $5 if you need another or lose the plastic card.

Having to put a deposit down for having a King bed...not happy about that. The internet was not very good. Other than that, the stay was good.

I have been coming to Crystal Inn for over 10 years now. Never have I ever been disappointed. Whatever the challenge has been, there are always reasonable and nice. They are clean and the staff does a great job doing that. The floors are clean, the showers are clean, and the linen is clean. The beds are very comfortable and most importantly to me….i hear very little noise when I stay here. This is my go-to spot. Thanks guys!

Not well maintained premises, damaged/ scratched up furniture, dirty carpets & walls. Charges $40 for early check in. Even at 2:50pm (check in at 3pm) Will not return.

The beds were ok, but the carpeted floors were super black, sticky, and dirty everywhere we walked. My son's feet turned black after 5 minutes with no shoes. It looked like someone spilled car oil all over the pathways of the carpet. We all wore shoes the rest of the time. There was mold growing under the soap dish too. And there were noisy people outside of our room for over an hour in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. This was in room 102. On the plus side, the pool was ok, and we had no issues with it car in the parking lot.

We were regular customers for over 3 months bcz we were waitn for an apartment,. Normally, we had a sustainable relationship with the staff and bcz it was economical, we didn’t complain about the conditions (broken old furniture, roaches, mold, etc.). We were there frequently. However, the last (and final) stay was demeaning… bcz I thought we had a good rapport, the room had a leak somehow… It wasn’t bothersome for us but I reported it to the front desk and the attendant accused us of causing the leak. I was offended bcz I was simply telln them for their knowledge but the attendant rudely dismissed my details to the point where the waitn customer noticed how rude he was. I requested (and was given) a refund for th e remainder stay… and upon their investigation, they found that the leak was caused by a plumbn issue… yet, he never apologized… we will never patronage this establishment agn, and will not recommend them anymore bcz of this demeaning behavior… I was sooo disappointed bcz they received thousands of dollars from us… to the prospective consumers, please know that you have options and you are appreciated, elsewhere.

Nothing amazing but not bad for the price. Close to stadiums for concerts. Pool chairs weren’t the cleanest. Room seemed clean. Fridge worked well. Surprisingly quiet even though close to major roads and airport.

My stay was great, the bed was so comfortable and I got the best sleep. We will return for sure in the near future. Thank you Crystal Inn Suites for a great stay!

Bedroom was smiling at cigarettes you cannot sleep with that odor. So I have to goand find another place to stay.
