Fairly centrally located in Inglewood. Not far from Forum. The walls are very thin ! ?lo but I had no major issue with

At check in clerk demanded $100.00 cash deposit. He would not take same Mastercard that paid for room to put deposit hold on card. This requirement was not shown anywhere in reservation. Would have been nice to know about his requirement before with everything going cashless not everyone is carrying an extra 100 Dollars.

Clean loved the hot tub but the bed and blankets could of been better.

Got there had booked my room 1 month in advance when I got there I girl told me my card was diclined and there was nothing she could do!! I know my card was good so I booked another room from hotels.com and the card when tru perfectly so I don’t know if it was something with there system or they just don’t want my beauness!! Very bad customer service!!

Clean room is very good and personal.

Very budget friendly for a solo traveller. AC didn’t work very well, but I still had a good night’s rest and a nice hot shower.

When I book the pictures of the place have a hot tub and when I get there the place did not have a hot tub just a regular bathroom shower so the pictures r not true was so upsetting

Staff rude and disrespectful, woke us up at 7 in the morning saying we needed to turn our music down and we had no music playing at all, didn’t even bring a speaker to play music, room was clean tho but towels and wash clothes were limited, had to ask for extra. Be aware, $100 cash deposit upon checking in and will not take card for deposit

Found online, in an area that I was familiar with and close access to many options of entertainment and activities. The price was suite reasonable. Clean spot. Good experience.

The cigarette smell in the room was very strong, the AC was not working at full capacity. The shower did not have hot water. The cleanliness in the room was not great as well. There was a plastic on top of the bed, covering what it seems to be a stained mattress. There was cigarette burns on the comforter.

I love it here this is our new home me and my children are so joyful to be apart of this motel the manager is so loving he acts like a father to any children he meets we have no complaints the room are like small apartment without the kitchens other then that place your stay you’ll never want to leave no noise seems like a real trip lol

The staff were nice and there were small amenities provided. There is free parking with limited available spaces. Pillows were flat and there was no hot water. Street noise can be loud. AC can be a bit loud. There are a few gas stations nearby. A fair price for what it provides.

When they say no visitors that also includes DoorDash. They definitely harassed me and my driver for delivering food to me. Also, the shower is more like a fire alarm sprinkler and the fire alarm detector is hanging out of the ceiling, finally the heater/air conditioner sounds like a howling wolf while it’s running and once you cut it off, so we unplugged it and froze. Cash deposit ONLY! P.s WHAT IS THE BLACK PLASTIC PAD UNDER THE BLOOD STAINED SHEET? and why am I sharing someone’s old lotion bottle?

Shower head was horrible and the staff said I couldn't have guest. I understand that there are women of the night who stay in rooms in that area and do what they do but I am not one of them and shouldn't have been treated as such.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by staff or owners. Shockingly rude, violated ADA laws, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Do not stay here. Find somewhere else. These people are rude as can be. Like we were bothering them to stay here. Paid over $200 to be yelled at & treated like a child all weekend. We were not allowed to “hang out” in any other room even tho we booked more than 2! Threatened to call the police on us. Everything we did was a problem. Dont know how they are still open but they need to take some management & hospitality courses. You can find something better & closer to sofi if that’s where you’re going.

Place is quiet and as soon as we walk in and rang the bell, the kind lady took care of us right away, gave us a non smoking room. I definitely wil coming back next time im around the area.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice and super soft. The internet was reliable. I couldnt figure out to change the input on the TV but it did turn on. The desk railings were old and stained. The room was quaint. I booked the jacuzzi room. Everything worked fine. I did have a huge spider in my shower, i won't hold against the property because its a spider.

Excelente localização para quem vai para o aeroporto Lax. Fica a 8 minutos de carro. O quarto que ficamos era reformado, piso de madeira, roupas de cama e banho limpas e o banheiro tambem reformado. O quarto estava com cheiro de limpeza. Cama boa e chuveiro quente mas com uma potencia fraca pra sair agua o que pra mim não é problema. Excelente custo beneficio perto do aeroporto. O atendimento foi otimo, muito gentil quem nos atendeu. Nao tivemos problemas com barulho. As fotos condizem com a realidade. Super recomendo.

We had a show at SoFi & it was starting so I had no choice at this point but to just settle for it. I have real bad asthma & had the worse time sleeping & breathing. We checked out first thing in the morning.

So I went and sat in car, there was no lobby and the temperature was close to 100. Went back to check in and she wanted a CASH deposit. Which I didn't have cash on hand. So I called a friend to bring CASH. She rudely told me and him that he couldn't park his car in her lot, after driving to bring me CASH. She says there is only 1 car per room. Worst experience every ... I will never go back and because I am black, I really felt my color was part of the way we were treated. If anyone every ask. I will tell them to stay far away from CasaBell.

Horrible, shady practices without any regard to their customers. I'm sure it's some type of scam they run and somehow make money of it. After I called hotels.com the hotel "posted" the reservation and charged for it without giving me a room. It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed by hotels.com

Excellent owners . I stayed in room 114 which had the basic amenities and was situated off to the left of the property by its own . The bed was big , but not comfortable . The room was clean and up to date. A basic continental breakfast would be nice , but unfortunately they don’t serve it. I would definitely stay here again. A clean , comfy tucked away gem in the city of Inglewood !

It’s a lovely motel for the price, but I stayed here twice a month apart, and the hot water for the shower was still broken. The pillows are somehow skinnier than cardboard. Otherwise, the jacuzzi suite is quite nice, just know you need to bring a pillow, and bath only since the shower is ice cold.

The room was clean. Bed was not super comfortable (but you can’t expect it to be amazing either way). The service wasn’t great, the people we talked to were grumpy and generally not welcoming. Room smelled weird too.

They did a really fabulous job of renovating their very comfy motel. It's quite nice in the rooms. I had a hot tub suite and it was great for the price. My only recommendation is they need better pillows. They made all these amazing updates, but have cardboard thin pillows. Otherwise, great place for a great price.

The neighborhood is devoid of restaurants or services, except gas stations. Works great to spend the night and go back to the airport in the morning.

At arrival, the motel gave me the thought that it's not a safe place--The office has iron bar and can't enter. After the registration, the receptionist asked for Security---only accept cash and would not give me a receipt---when demand on a receipt, he just said if I didn't like it, I could withdraw.

The bed has a metal sheet around the frame, that is so loud once you accidentally hit it with your toe. Jacuzzi doesn't have drain plug to fill with water. Other than that its excellent.

Room was tiny, literally only space for you to walk to the restroom, blankets are cheap and worn out and they had a bunch of cigarette burn marks all over the blankets as well. The guy that works there is super strict on who comes in and out and literally has eyes on you. The shower curtain sucks! It looked dirty and kept sticking to my body. The shower curtain sucks so bad that all the water would splash in the bathroom tiles. I am definitely never booking here again the only reason why I booked was because I was in a rush.
