Very clean. Property seemed new. It was quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was excellent. Elevator was a little slow, but not too bad. Also, as in many hotels, the labels for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers are hard to read in the shower.

The personal is extremely attentive and careful. We highly recommend this hotel. We are traveling in a family.

The Check-In process was not a pleasant experience! First time I was given keys to a room which was already occupied and 2nd time to a room which was being cleaned! Apart from that, it was a good experience.

Motel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue i had was i asked for clean towels to replace the dirty ones used the day before and i never received them

The stay was great, the receptionists were so sweet and quick with check-in & check-outs. The breakfast was great, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruits and a mini fridge of yogurt/milk/butter/cream cheese. If you love fast food and a mini walk, it's right across the street with many options. All the best to the hotel and I'll definitely come back again !

Clean room, but a bit of a weird smell. I did have trouble connecting to the wifi, however the front desk was very prompt with helping me sort out the issue. Breakfast was decent. Staff was extremely friendly. Seamless check in and check out process. (Cynthia was great!). I would stay here again.

It was clean, the beds are of good quality- very comfortable and supportive, breakfast was very good; lots of variety. It was fine, no real problems, with location, typical highway hotel pull off. I am having trouble pulling up my final bill. I know that possibly it takes a day or two longer since they make sure there is no issues with the room, once guests depart and then refund the $50 to ensure such. I am hopeful either today or tomorrow it will be sent to my email.

Night check in clerk was barely civil. Bedding and pillows were wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I had a desiel truck engine outside my room for most of the night that kept waking me up. Good breakfast and the woman who was responsible was friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay for 4 nights. The rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy. The staff was friendly, and opened up the breakfast room so we could eat dinner as a group at night. Rooms have fridges and microwaves, and breakfast was great. Thankful for the kind staff. A 8 min drive to the metro station to DC. Convenient for us, without having to stay downtown.

The pricing was supposed to be all inclusive but the hotel charged extras on top of Hotels.com promised all inclusive pricing and it was not parking as we did not have cars to park.

Just a basic stop over hotel, absolutely no frills, nothing extra. Breakfast was a simple standard menu

This hotel is very average. The hot water barely worked, dead batteries in the tv remote. But what’s worse, my card was successfully charged a pending $50 incidental hold, but the front desk called me 30min later saying that it was declined and maybe my card was “on hold”. That is nonsense. I verified the charge on my bank statement so I don’t understand the disconnect. Luckily, I booked the room and paid via Expedia ahead of time. Who knows what the charges would’ve been. I recommend going elsewhere. Too expensive anyway for this average hotel.

Overall…I give it a 9 out of 10. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly. It’s in a great location close to gas stations, restaurants, etc.. Only drawback was that my room did have a weird smell to it. Not sure what it was but definitely odd. Again, it was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Bed was not comfortable and floors need to be shampooed. Our bathrooms were clean, rooms were clean. No shade on my window just a curtain and could still outside. Our other room had shade and curtain. All and all would stay again for the short amount of time, 3 nights but would prefer more comfortable bed.

Everything was so clean and the interactions with staff was positive and helpful. The lady in charge of breakfast area was so nice and kept everything so clean. The breakfast was really good and tasty. When we came back from a long day out in DC, our room smelled so good . These days I’m not used to staff coming in and cleaning up in the middle of the stay. The bathroom was cleaned again and more linens were stocked without even asking. Would def recommend.

One day stay to visit our college-going son. Nice place, bit further from UMD than we realized. Clean, comfortable, spacious, excellent hot breakfast included. Walmart close by was handy to pick up stuff for our son. Lots of fun restaurants near by.

Lady who checked us in was super friendly and an absolute pleasure. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the room. The pictures they use on Expedia are definitely from this hotel, but very cleaned up. Hotel is run down. Room was dirty and smelled bad. Carpet was very sticky and would cause your shoes to stick to the tile. Glad we were only staying one night as we would not have stayed anymore than that.

Traffic was busy. Had issues with check in because of 3rd party (Expedia) reservations, but the staff was friendly. The AC didn't work great, it took all night to cool our room, and the refrigerator part in the room didn't work. The freezer did, so we could only cool or drinks in the freezer. Other than that, our stay was comfortable.

Bed was horrible....room had a smell , toilet didn't work...but the did switch room ...well that room needs new mattress

The front desk staff elevated the experience of the hotel. Just by being polite, funny and recommending things in the area. It added another level of comfort.

Hotel room was clean which was most important to us. The breakfast was pretty tasty. Only complaint was that the room we stayed in had very dirty carpet. It felt moist underneath my shoes. My daughter walked around in her socks on the floor and the socks turned black on the bottom.

Customer services is horrible they never fix your problem they said that they're going to fix it but they don't if you made a simple mistake and you call back right away they give you the running around and they never fixed problems

Overall a really comfortable stay. Easy access to DC and its monuments and museums. Parking and breakfast included is a huge plus. The pool however has not opened this season and its mid July. That was a let down.

I asked for the crib and the staff doesnt know if they have any. The staff told me to check in the morning but it was needed at night for my kid to sleep. Breakfast was good though. Pool was not filled and not at all in working conditions. Parking was ok on the back. Water force is low in the shower. Shapoo conditioners and soaps seems all same in the soap despensers. Ill choose better place. With this price i was expecting some basic proper facilities but disappointed.

Nothing too fancy, but good tor a night. Mostly fast food options in the immediate area so you need to drive about 10-20 minutes for a sit-down dinner. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor manager communication and lack of overall safety. Arrived with small children and multiple people partying outside in parking lot. Felt unsafe as police actively working call with multiple units. Was not staying there with small children safety at risk. Called at least half dozen times following weeks and had to leave messages on voice mail for manager without courtesy of call back. Expedia customer service also tried without success of matter resolved. This place needs tlc
