    Cleaner than some some hotels i stayed at, especially the bathrooms, but the curtains and couches could use a good go over. The pool is tiny and there is no longer a hot tub, the gym is basically just a treadmill and tiny. Staff was helpful at first, the lady who helped us check in was great! The night time guy was difficult when we needed to get sheets for the pull out bed, strange they didn't have them in the room already as well. Coffee was not good. The hotel was easy to sleep in if that is all you need

    The rooms and hallways had not been vacuumed in quite awhile, there was lingering debris. In our room I found a plastic broken fork and a pop bottle cap that was on the edge as if they just shoved it under there, but not far enough as I stepped on it. We also questioned if they had even changed the sheets.Also we had a dnd sign on our door, they then entered the room without us being there. Left a extra blanket and pillow which I had asked and received the night before. Did not make the bed or take out the trash. When we just checked in and made it to our room, house keeping was knocking within 10 mins saying they thought that room was vacant until Monday.

    The rooms were clean enough for one nights stay but it was very clear that the furniture needed to be wiped down. The pull out bed was terrible and desperately needs a new mattress. Breakfast was ok but I've definitely had better continental breakfasts at other hotels.

    The carpet in our room was quite dirty and stained. Recommend removing it from all the rooms and replace with tile or a luxury vinyl plank-type of product. Otherwise, the common areas were very nice and hotel was in a great location.

    Filthy hotel. TV remote didn’t work. The refrigerator and microwave had a bad power strip therefore no electricity to the items. Maintenance leaves before check-in. Luckily got a new power strip. Beer bottles in stairway and throughout the parking lot. No locks on outside doors. Not a place to feel safe.

    The rooms were “ok” and the amenities were acceptable. This was a quick stop for sleep on our drive to Florida and the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for our kids so I didn’t expect much. What I cannot let slide is how rudely I was treated and disrespected by Shelly the night attendant at the front desk. She was not at the desk when we came in, no sign out about being back soon, I called the hotel number and no answer. My kids were falling asleep in lobby while we were waiting to check in. I was loudly calling for help and peeked into the office to make sure there wasn’t a medical emergency. That’s when Shelley threw open a back door and started yelling at me in front of my family that I had no right to be behind the desk and she had only been gone 2 minutes (check security cameras, this is a lie). No apology, no admitting she should have put a sign up saying she’d be right back. She also snapped at my wife who was holding our sleeping 3 yr old in her arms.

    Woman there for check-in late at night was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Told us there was no blanket for the pull out which we needed (that’s we booked the room). All the floors were wet , visible water throughout the downstairs with no signage. Breakfast was fine but not excellent as others reviewed. No healthy options really. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage waffles and sugar cereal. Oatmeal was the high sugar variety in packets. If you need a hair dryer bring your own. The one on the wall was the eorst. Pool could probably be cleaned.

    Great location and hospitable staff. The staff was very accommodating when we made requests. Our original room was obviously not cleaned well. There was a used bar os soap in the shower revealing it was not cleaned at all which made us with rest of the room. We requested a new room and were graciously accommodated. Also, the breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast but one would think they did not expect anyone to come. The coffee was lukewarm at best and we arrived early to breakfast. Additionally, there was no milk.

    Nothing. I was treated unfairly Everything. I was treated poorly and my money was stolen. My experience at Comfort Inn in Huntersville was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. My children and I had already been staying at this hotel for about a week and had extended our stay multiple times without any issues. On the night of this incident, I went to the front desk to extend our stay again and paid $126 for the room. After taking my payment, the front desk employee refused to give me a room key. She said she needed to swipe my credit card for incidentals, but my credit card was inside the room because we had already been staying there. I explained this and even asked if she could simply walk upstairs with me so I could retrieve my card from the room. She refused and said she “didn’t feel safe.” She then falsely accused me of having a dog, which was completely untrue. I do not own a pet and did not have any animal with me. Because she would not give me access to the room I had already paid for, I asked her to call her manager. She did contact him, and he instructed her to give me the key. Instead of following her manager’s instructions, she called the police. At that point I was simply trying to access the room I had already paid for and I was standing there with my children. The police arrived and explained they had to follow North Carolina procedures, but even the responding officer told me he believed the situation was handled unfairly. Despite paying for the room, my children and I were forced to leave the property in the middle of the night and were never allowed to use the room. To make matters worse, the hotel has refused to issue a refund for a room we were never allowed to access. I have the police incident/footage number documenting the situation and hope corporate reviews the surveillance footage and investigates how this was handled. No guest should ever be treated this way.

    It was clean and spacious The constant police everywhere, almost everytime I came downstairs the police where there I couldn't even use the lobby to take photos. I also haven't received my deposit back my bank statement said someone tried to charge me something once I was checking out & I stripped my own room , aswell as collected all of my trash to make my room a breeze I use to work in housekeeping. Also breakfast was kinda empty when I went down it was the same hot food every morning would have been nice to have a different option atleast one of the days

Also we don’t think the room cleaned since there are pieces of orange peels and m&m candy pieces laying on the floor when we entered there. The only mistake we made was we didn’t ask for the room to get changed which the manager on duty said we should have done it and they would be able to get it done when we complained it about the next morning!!! We booked the stay with Expedia after seeing 8.2 ratings!!! Anyway we don’t recommend this one to anyone!!!!Really disappointed

    Their heated indoor pool was the coldest pool I've. Ever been in. We picked between this hotel and another that both had pools for the kids and this was unfortunately a disappointment. It was like an ice plunge and the floor was extremely slick. The breakfast and the room was good though.

    The room was in fair condition. After wiping down all surfaces, I discovered counters as well as the toilet did not have proper cleaning. The room did have a smell upon arrival. Other than the cleanliness, the hotel was quiet which I liked. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

    The room was in fair condition. After wiping down all surfaces, I discovered counters as well as the toilet did not have proper cleaning. The room did have a smell upon arrival. Other than the cleanliness, the hotel was quiet which I liked. Loved the complimentary breakfast.

    The front desk check in was great. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, from the 3rd floor elevator area to the hallway until the room there is a horrible smell throughout, smells like vomit mixed with something disgusting and you can’t avoid the smell throughout the hallway. You don’t smell it in the room which was a huge relief. The room is spacious and seems to be clean. The breakfast was mediocre at best and really on the lower end compare to other hotels we stayed in, like holiday inn, hampton inn, drury, etc’. The floors, carpets looks very rundown and chair and tables in the breakfast area are extremely rundown. The hotel was ok for one night, but the family voted to avoid this hotel in the future travel and we travel on yearly basis. The area around the hotel was little dark, but the parking area was with satisfactory lighting if you come with car. Unfortunately because of the severe vomit smells and the dirty hallway and rundown look and feel all around we will not go there again. The owner should seriously consider investing in some maintenance and repair…

    Our main concern was the dirty used comforters. We watched house keeping bring sheets in but never did they bring new comforters. Bryan came to the rescue and brought us additional blankets and new clean comforters. Breakfast was fresh, good and had a great variety.

    The room we received was a handicap room. Everything in the room was low understandable for a handicap room. Unfortunately we are 5'8" to 6'5" so that was a problem due to our height. The carpet also smelled like dog urine. The staff was really nice. I know next time to request a non handicap room since we are taller.

    My weekend was for Friday-Monday. I called on Friday because I knew I was going to check in late due to traveling 6 hours, so I wanted to know if there were any additional deposits or what was the latest you can check in. I spoke with a younger man who said that there are no deposits/preauthorizations, the latest check in is 4am, but they can charge my card for a portion of the balance due and I would just pay the remaining at the hotel. I was like that's fine. They charged my card and I was under the impression that I would just pay the remaining balance at check in. No. I was charged the price of the full stay and the portion they took out. I understand if there were any additional deposits but when you tell a customer that they only have to pay the remaining....they should honor that. I ended up paying over $200 more for my room. They even provided me with receipts where I pointed out how the math on the receipts didn't even make sense. I tried to get help at the front desk several times and was met with "The manager isn't here and will be here tomorrow"...then every day we checked if they were in...of course he wasn't and nobody could provide us with a number to call or an email or anything. Extremely disappointed in my stay here. Will not be coming again and I don't recommend you do either. They don't care about your stay. They only care about your money.

Since it is not really SAFELY walkable to anything, the times where we were at the hotel, we just had to sit in our room. It would have been nice to have an outside seating area and maybe a gas fireplace or 2 for patrons to utilize.

    The cleanliness of this hotel was really bad. Not one to usually complain but be warned. The smell coming into the lobby was not pleasant. The lighting is deem but I think it is to hide the fact that the floors and walls etc are not very clean. The first room we were given, as soon as you came in the smell was overwhelming. There was red stains which I can only conclude was throw up all over the carpet given the smell. The walls were dirty like someone had thrown things on them without cleaning up. The bathroom floor was so sticky I can’t imagine it was even cleaned. The sheets were stained and so were the curtains. You could tell someone partied a little too hard and no one cleaned it up. No way someone cleaned that room. I can’t tell you how disgusting it was. The second room was much better but it was right off the elevator and you could hear everyone coming up. I would not recommend staying here.

    It was a decent enough stay overall. When I first arrived, no one was at the front desk for a long period of time to check us in around 10pm. A line started to form around the desk. I said "hello" loudly to get staff's attention and Brian came from down the hall with an attitude saying to stop yelling at him. That he heard whoever it was the first time, there was no need to continue. We all looked confused because I only said it once. After an exchange of blames, Brian realized that he never put his sign up saying that he would be back in a moment. We apologized to each other and understood each other's frustrations. The next day at the snack shop/store, the female working the desk had a nasty attitude towards myself and my friend as if we were bothering her because we stood at the window instead of walking around to the front desk. We just did not know and asking her got ignored. Other than that, the room was clean but freezing. The thermostat only moved 1 degree every so often. The pool was nice.

    I have stayed here for the past 3 years when i visit my son in Charlotte and have never had an issue until this visit. There was horrible wi-fi service and it was beyond frustrating. My boyfriend was trying to do work and he couldn't and I couldnt access certain sites i needed. we were told 2 different things when we asked at the front desk what was going on. I paid a lot for the 3 night stay and was very frustrated!

    Just a few notes off the top of my head. The floor in the bathroom was sticky, the room had a musty smell which you could only smell when you turned off the a/c. The beds were super soft, which I'm not a fan of because it causes me back pain. The breakfast buffet was good with a few options for everyone. The staff at the front desk (Brian) was very personable and helpful. The main let down was that the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.

    The staff at the front desk were very and courteous, but not very helpful. Our room looked like it was rush cleaned, had a little bit of an odor, and our mini fridge wasn’t working. I called the front desk to mention to them that the knob to regulate the temperature of the fridge was broken and they replied by saying that all the rooms were like that. So the food we had that needed to be kept cool all went to waste. We were in town for my daughter’s Softball Tournament. I will NOT be returning to this property.

    Bathroom was tiny and rundown. Ice machine was only on the second floor in a 3 floor building. Incidentals charge is still pending on my card after a week. Not impressed.

    When we arrived the Comfort Inn. I couldn't believe it the same room. I actually booked photo's advertise are deceptive. After getting in the room it was veryout dated. The sofa bed needed to be thrown out and replaced with a new one. The pool water was disgusting looking like a swamp. I wouldn't suggest booking. you'll be disappointed. Couldn't received internet inside the hotel. Television was working. I reached out to the front deck to request a refund for the room. Stating I didn't receive what I booked and was told they have not controll over photo's advertise. I was told I would be getting a refund. Now I'm disputing the charge of $141 for the night we didn't stay. We had to book another hotel for the night. Be careful with this place if thinking of staying there and don't believe what is showing on booking site's

    Check in took a bit, but I think it was one of those situations where a lot of requests hit the desk clerk at once. Also hotel location a bit hard to get to with the road construction. Still worth the price paid though.

    Overall the hotel was good. The door locks worked VERY poorly. It always took several tries to get the door open. No hot tub anymore. Typical minimal continental breakfast. Staff were very nice. Gym was closed due to AC issues.

    Not totally impressed. Hotel didn’t look ANYthing like Expedia pictures. Free breakfast was very unimpressive. Cold, poor choices, barely any choices. Flattest over easy eggs I ever seen. Waffle making line way too long. Should state continental breakfast at best.

    After we had checked into our room, we discovered that 2 lamps and the TV set did not operate. Upon calling the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance available that evening and we would have to change rooms. We repacked our belongings and relocated to another room. After unpacking again, we attempted to turn on the TV and again, it did not operate. I noticed that the cable box was at an angle under the TV, and when I looked behind the TV, the HDMI cable from the TV which was too short by at least 12 inches was totally disconnected from the cable box. I propped the cable box more steeply and reconnected the HDMI so the TV would operate. The tub in the bathroom has no safety rails and no non-slip strips, so getting in and out and showering are dangerous.

    First, it was on my route. Second, the gentleman at the front desk (I believe he said his name was Brian), was GREAT. He was personable and knowledgeable ... definitely an asset to your organization. I actually chose this hotel because of how he answered my questions on the phone. Of all the places I called, he was the only one who made me feel as if I were important enough to take the time to talk with.

    We were traveling from FL to OH. I would say that I understand that a dog room can have some issues. I thought the carpet looked really bad. I wish I had taken some photos of it. The frig did not really keep things cold and needs replacing. The bed was fabulous and the front desk was so helpful and kind! It is great hotel and I loved the quiet. I would stay here again.

    The area was quiet and the people at the hotel were very nice. The hotel itself was in decent condition. There were a couple areas where the carpet was worn and the couch was clearly well-used. The breakfast was substandard, with very cheap sausage and eggs. The coffee was very poor.

    The hotel needs a little TLC. One of 2 elevators was out of order. The tub didn't drain well. Carpet had seen better days. Always out of coffee and clean towels in the room. Front desk Staff was wonderful. Lobby and breakfast area were well lit and clean.

    We had a horrible experience. Stayed for one night. Our room had not been cleaned properly and our blanket was old shabby and torn. The tub had clumps of black hairs in it. I notified the front desk and was told there was no other room to move to that the best the young lady could do was as to leave a note for the property manager. The property manager never reached out to me after 4 days I called Expedia of which I booked the stay. They sent an email to the property manager about the experience and asked for a full or even partial refund. The hotel manager said no refund is there policy sorry. That’s a load of crap. I paid for a nasty room and was not even able to shower. This shows bad leadership and bad costumer service. Everyone makes mistakes but acknowledge the mistake and apologize then learn from those mistakes and do better the next time. I also have pictures.

    Stay was ok. Was in town for volleyball tournament. Hotel was pretty full. Woke up to a phone call at 7 am. Multiple cars had their windows smashed and broken into. I leave nothing in my car for this reason. They still broke in. Took nothing but huge pain as I’m 3 hours from home. Hotel staff didn’t offer much help in trying to patch the windows or anything. Car alarms went off at 2:15 am and the front desk staff didn’t call the police. Several other hotels in the area were hit too. I’m not sure what night staff at hotels do. My car was parked right in front of the lobby door. Super frustrating to wake up to that especially after paying $160 to stay there. Hotels need to be more accountable and responsible with their parking lots. Hire security for night time. It happens all the time and the hotel gets off with no issue.

    We had an unexpected stay here due to car problems. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the staff were so engaged and pleasant. They were particularly nice to my family who had to stay in the lobby for a few hours the next day while that car was being repaired. Would definitely recommend!
