Had a great experience will be back. Front desk was very helpful the room had everything I needed to relax after a long day of work.

The only problem was getting in and out of the room. Had to continually go to the front desk to reactivate the key card

Parking was good and shops near by is convenient, but the property just need to upgrade a few things or maybe I should say touch up a few things. The tub was rusted and disgusting, toilet had a molded ring inside and the noise was terrible. Sound like the person above was moving furniture all day and night. Just a lot going and had be overstimulated. I don’t expect perfection, but the experience could be better.

The whole place was disgusting. It smelt awful like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walked in the front door. The person working the front desk during the day was extremely rude and acted like I was a complete bother to “her”. The lady working the desk overnight was very pleasant.

I believe I asked for a king-size bed, but the kitchen accommodations made it with the queen. It was very quiet. It needs some updates. However, my husband and I enjoyed the staff and the staff who greeted us I will just say that there are updated cosmetics needed

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I expected a basic level of cleanliness and professionalism, and this hotel completely missed the mark. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff treated us like family. Room was clean and well stocked. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. No smell this timel and I credit this to the new housekeeping manager. Thank you?

The room was clean but out-dated. We didn’t care so much because we were just staying overnight on our road trip down to Florida. But there was definitely a musty smell in the bathroom. The shower worked nice and I really liked that there was full sized Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion in the bathroom. The area is really nice with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Very convenient to 77 so you can pick up and get off quickly for your trip. The front desk staff was very friendly. The only thing that seems crazy to me is there is a mandatory 75.00 pet fee. Not a deposit like most places, just a fee you don’t get back even if your pet doesn’t damage anything. I get it, but a little pricey for a hotel that is already a little overpriced for what it is. Overall, I would recommend.

No onsite breakfast. Upstairs neighbors were loud early/late. Parking lot is small for the hotel size.

Beds were very comfortable and it was close to the festival that we were going to. We had two rooms. It took two hours for the second room to be cleaned. I was tired ready for bed and had to wait a little unacceptable and the presence of marijuana smell was prevalent everywhere throughout the whole building and in the morning when I woke up. It was so bad in the bathroom. I wanted to be sick. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. The floor is in the hallway had construction dirt all over it. and in room 323. The receptacle in the bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall. That’s a little scary. and the light in the bedroom didn’t even work next to the bed. And in room 230 the recliner didn’t even work. It was broken. People on the patio smoking joints just a very low class hotel, and I wish I would have known in advance.

The staff was super helpful and really made our stay great. Shout out to Nikki and Lisa, the others were great as well. They met all our needs and suggested great places for us to bring the kids while in town. The room was clean but the fixtures and bathroom was dated and had some minor issues that need to be addressed.

We had stayed here before but it has gone downhill since. The woman at the front desk was very nice and did try to accommodate us. There was an unpleasant odor and a bit dingy. The first room we were given was never cleaned. The second room was OK but the overall hotel condition was sub par. The directions for connecting to the WIFI were different than what the paper instructions were. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

I don't know who owns this property, but you can tell very little thought or resources were put into "updating/redecorating." The smell in the hallways and room was very unpleasant. The mattress made sounds when you rolled over, sat up, or sat down on it. Caulk was used to fill large gaps, carpet was laid haphazardly.

The hotel is beautiful. However, the room furniture is too, too small, especially the bed. The bed was very low to the ground and uncomfortable. My mother is 78 and was not able to get in or out of the bed comfortably, nor was she able to get a good night’s sleep in it. Again, it’s a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately we had to change locations.

This hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was nice. The room and bed were fine. The bathroom needed a serious upgrade. The parking spaces in the parking lot are very narrow and there were a lot of work trucks. Be careful where you park if using a personal vehicle as it could easier be hit by someone opening their car doors.

The room was clean but in the plumbing fixtures were in terrible condition. The bath tub was cracked and the tub spout was loose. The faucet in the kitchenette leaked. The room door handle jammed so opening the door from the hallway was sometimes a challenge. I reported it but no one came to repair the door handle. The attempts at maintenance were poorly done. The bathtub had been patched, then painted, but not with the correct acrylic paint designed for tubs. The loose bath spout had been glued back on using sealant but that failed and the spout almost fell off when I pulled up the diverter for the shower. I cannot recommend this hotel in its current condition.

I will say that the bed was comfortable. The facilities were overall old and dingy looking. I had one towel in my bathroom, no washcloth and no hand towel , the phone did not work, overall musty and cigarette smell throughout. I was disappointed

Have stayed there on several occasions over the years and property is starting to show its age, needs some sprucing up but for the price can't complain.

I probably would have rated it higher but the front entry staff made sure to point out there would be NO housekeeping because of being there only one night and we were on our own if we needed more towels. Also pointed out there was nothing in the way of coffee or breakfast without purchase. In the room there was a coffee maker and a packet of coffee but no creamer, etc. Had to drive a half mile to get morning coffee. For $150 / night in a mediocre hotel the least they could do is offer coffee in the morning in the lobby.

We were in handicapped room #129. Room was very old looking and not sure how clean it was. But the appliances were new and all worked great, including the ice maker. Furniture very comfortable. Used a suitcase and stand for extra storage in the BR which worked OK. Staff was over and above friendly and accomodating. Clean towels and linen readily available for the asking. Lending cabinet of items; we borrowed a George Forman and an HDMI cord. Parking and access to our room perfect. I would stay there again since the options for a full kitchen with a stove in that location were few.

Hotel is very close to Blythe Landing. Good choice of restaurants around. Definitely an older hotel that has been given a face lift. Only problem in room was the huge chip out of the fiberglass bathtub. The marketplace downstairs is very easy to use and the prices is reasonable. We asked for late check out and was able to stay until 1:00.

This is the most pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed at! We were given a small treat bag as a gift for our stay. Our fur-baby loved it here. It makes our travel here very convenient because we have family in the area. The accommodation made us feel very much at home. We will definitely come back again!

The rooms smelled like mildew. The first room I entered contained roaches and coffee stains on the nightstand. I immediately informed the front desk and was provided another room. The floors in the second room were dirty, contained ants, smelled like mildew, and there was a leak under the bathroom sink; the dishes were dirty, the microwave did not work, nor did the fan in the bathroom. ( I have photos and videos as evidence) There was one remote control for two television sets. I am very disappointed with this property. I was told by front desk staff that I would be contacted by the manager regarding my concerns. As of today, I have not received a response. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, my daughter and son also reserved a room at this hotel and encountered roaches as well. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies at other nearby establishments. Therefore, we spent nearly two hours cleaning and disinfecting our rooms.

The floors in the second room were dirty, contained ants, smelled like mildew, and there was a leak under the bathroom sink; the dishes were dirty, the microwave did not work, nor did the fan in the bathroom. ( I have photos and videos as evidence) There was one remote control for two television sets. I am very disappointed with this property. I was told by front desk staff that I would be contacted by the manager regarding my concerns. As of today, I have not received a response. I do not recommend this hotel. In addition, my daughter and son also reserved a room at this hotel and encountered roaches as well. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies at other nearby establishments. Therefore, we spent nearly two hours cleaning and disinfecting our rooms.

On Saturday, the room was never serviced. I was in room 206. Bed would sink in about a foot.

The rooms are filthy. We asked to be moved from 115 because it was filthy and a lot of damage to fixtures in the room. The stove top had burnt on food. Sink was pitted and we didn’t want to get blamed for it. They moved us to room 128 not much better. Toilet was filthy. Rugs were filthy bare floors and cupboard doors were sticky from ??? The refrigerator was noisy and the heater started vibrating loudly. The furniture is ugly worn out and out dated. Bed is too close to the wall on one side very difficult to get up in the middle of the night without hitting the wall. My blind wife spent time cleaning and disinfecting counters and toilet. Sign in the room says that is was deep cleaned before we got there, not true. When we told this to woman at checkout we were told that she would let the manager know. I doubt it. Not happy want my money back.

I booked two rooms at this hotel for two associates for work. It was so filthy, that one refused to stay there and booked a room at another hotel. The other associate found it equally dirty, but reluctantly stayed there since she had no other transportation.

Upon arrival during check in. The lobby smelled. I hoped it was just from a recent passer through but after checking in and getting on the elevator the smell followed. Once inside our room we found it to smell even worse. My spouse being former law enforcement stated the smell was of weed. Not sure if someone who stayed in that room had smoked it or it was simply on our floor. The separate bedroom smelled of rotting food. There was dirt on the floor and grease or oil in the kitchen floor area. I know it isn’t the hotels fault but the people above us where running and stomping around from our 9:45 check in until we’ll after 3 in the morning. When we called to tell the front desk about 11:10 the woman said “what do ya want me to do about it?” She never once offered to call or go to the room and ask them to quiet down. All of this made an overall horrible experience. My 2 year old didn’t sleep and my 12 year, my spouse and I woke up with blood shot eyes and severe headaches. We didn’t finish our stay of two night. We packed up and left. On the second night we went to a hotel that treats guests the way your supposed to. Country Inn by Radisson is where we will stay in the future. The Candlewood Suites has lost our business out of respect and principle. No one apologized, offered to help with the smell or even a room change. Don’t waste your money here. You wont get any rest!

Staff was friendly, and housekeeping did a good job. My only complaint was the water pressure was horrible in my room.

Went to the hotel an told the ladies workong what happened and the helped me get a full refund for thursday and friday and rebook for friday only. Rooms seemed to have been freshly painted not long ago but was not a problem being that it showed that they cared how the rooms look

This was a very good choice for my husband and I. Great location and lots to do. Staff very pleasant and checking in a breeze.

We enjoyed our stay, but will not stay there again due to the fact that they don’t not offer any King size beds. We were cramped in the Queen and did not sleep well.

Came for a quick 'just get out of town' for a few days & to do a little shopping. Our suite was roomy, clean, & comfortable, as well as being quite affordable. The bed had a brand new mattress & was very comfortable. Bathroom was actually pretty spacious & very clean. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchenette was amply stocked if we had chosen to prepare our own meals. Location was perfect as it was only minutes away from Concord Mills (Highly recommended for shoppers!) & not too far from Ikea!! The staff are very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

The service was great and accommodating once I spoke about my needs and concerns for the first room. Overall good gym facility and pantry was easy to utilize.

We ended up not staying here. The first room we were assigned, on the third floor, smelled like smoke, as did the entire hallway. The second room we were shown, on the second floor, smelled like old wet towels.

The hallways were dirty and the TV cable was not working ..... This place looks great on the reviews but , we all make mistakes ... I would not spend my time here again....
