    I didn’t like anything about the property. The rooms where not decent , it had a metro it my refrigerator was rusted and my friend had bed bug bites on her body which I have photos poor experience Read the previous line no good experience

    My stay was excellent. The cleaning ladies as usual were very attentive and pleasant. The breakfast could use more variety in a hot breakfast section. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They help me out a lot when my flight was canceled and I was rebooked by the airline. They have a few new people and they are very pleasant and overall it was a big improvement. I would like to add that they have one of the best workout areas or small gyms of the hotels that I've stayed in.

    Everything was great and hotel staff is wonderful and very helpful and accommodating when it came to parking. The only complaint I would have is there is not a lot of parking and we have a truck and trailer. But the front desk worker(might be the manager I didn’t get his angel or anything) was super understanding and helpful when it came to figuring out parking.

    Absolutely nothing The AC was not cold they sent the maintenance man to ""fix" it. TV in one of our rooms could not get any apps because it was not picking up the wifi. The TV in the other room did not work at all because the direct TV card was missing from the box and we couldn't use any apps on that one because thw room is apparently in a dead zone and would not get any wifi at all. Last day that we were there i went to adjust the shower head and it literally just fell off and you could see the glue in it from where it had been glued on. This place is a shit hole. Do not stay here!!!

    It was OK place to stay First room and check out urine and dog piss There was five wires hanging out of the wall, one of the drawers of the cabinets wouldn’t close. It would just stay open the whole time so every time you went by, you had to shut and reopen. The unit was absolutely disgusting. It looked like there was black mold in it. Producers were not lined up on the wall. Looks like crap.

    Requested extra pillows via the app before check-in and specified that there would be three people in our double queen room. There were no extra pillows and only enough towels for two people. So we had to go to the front desk to request those. The room smelled as though someone had urinated in it repeatedly, and it had never been cleaned up. It was very strong in the corner nearest the window. When hotel staff was alerted to the issue the response was, they would let housekeeping know. It should’ve been rectified immediately. And management should’ve been notified. The bathroom was in poor condition and had recently been painted, and there was paint on the shower curtain and on the faux tile walls that had never been cleaned up. Just lack of detail in everything.

    My room was not properly stocked with bathroom items. The room had a funny odor although it wasn't smelly, it wasn't a pleasant smell either.The one wash cloth that was in the room appeared to be used because it had long hair attached to it. The iron to iron with, had a extendable cord that would not extend. I was able to get another iron though. The microwave was VERY out dated but worked. The refrigerator didn't have shelving so we could only place food on the bottom. The simple things that were neglected before my arrival from Georgia, were not acceptable but overall the beds were comfy so we were able to sleep well.

    We looked for the pool, it was dirty and didn’t run until the 5th day. The sprinkler system leaked 2nd floor, a few rooms down they smoked pot every night, I had a broken foot and the 5th and 6th day( our last day) the elevator was broken. The room had a broken toilet paper holder that was barely hanging on. The dresser had bent handles, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to look for another hotel, but we had a package deal and spent our budget. We would have had to use our extra spending money to go somewhere else. We decided to tough it out and stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay at another one of these hotels…..

    Right by the airport and the hospital which was perfect when my baby had a medical emergency Didn’t look like the pictures, had a lot of small issues, for example: door bolt was coming out, toilet kept running all night, had bed spring in my back, was able to ask for more pillows because the two wasn’t cutting it. Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up going out for breakfast, but the reason we booked this hotel was for breakfast. You can tell they want the hotel to look nice but it seems it was upgraded very poorly!

    The location and staff The black and dark grey painted hallway walls which looked very Gothic or Dracula looking, old carpet, the room was a non-smoking room but the smell was disgusting, the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage which turned out to be an ongoing thing by the looks of the repairs which also started flooding our bathroom rendering the room unusable. We were moved to another room which also had an old cigarette smell and the TV wouldn’t stay on past 10 minutes and the entry door would stay locked and closed putting our safety in complete jeopardy. The maintenance guy who was in our flooding room across from us had to come over and fix the door. At that point, I was done.

    The night auditor did a great job with helping me get into my room. He offered to help assist me with the issue that I had in my room, but the property just wasn't up to my standards. There was mold in my room. I'm allergic to mold so I was in danger almost immediately when I walked into the room. My skin was itching and swelling about an hour into checking in.

    To summarise the issues experienced: • Shuttle service unable to accommodate our party despite being informed in advance • Long wait late at night with children after international travel • No staff present at reception upon arrival • Our booking for three rooms not honoured • A room assigned that was already occupied by other guests • Remaining room unsuitable with maintenance issues • Our group forced to sleep overcrowded in one room despite paying for three • A distressing incident occurring in the lobby area during our stay. We heard yelling and screaming coming from the lobby area, The disturbance lasted for approximately 10 minutes and my husband went to check what was happening as our children were frightened. From our room we could see the lobby area and witnessed a man carrying a woman out of the front doors while she was yelling at him to get off her. The situation appeared to be a domestic altercation and was extremely distressing for our family, particularly for the children who were frightened by what they heard and saw.

    Not a bad place to stay. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, but it wasn’t working. The pool was pretty cold, but refreshing. The breakfast was kind of sketchy. No eggs or bacon. They had a sausage on a stick. Looked more like a corn dog. I didn’t try it. The bagel was good. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. They don’t have their own shuttle, the driver we had from the company they used was great. Good sense of humor.

    Hotel was terrible , super dirty. Hair all over sheets, seems like they haven’t been cleaned in forever. The mattresses were dirty and to top it off when we woke up the next day my son was full of bites and we found bed bugs on his bed!! Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

    We signed up for the 5am shuttle at when we arrived in the lobby at 4:50pm, we were informed that the shuttle had already left and that we should have been down 20 minutes earlier. We were not told that, and if the 5:00am shuttle is actually the 4:40am shuttle, then why not call it that to reduce confusion? There are only six spots per shuttle run, which happens every 30 minutes. So if you aren't part of the first six for the time you need, chances are you are going to need to call an Uber, which is what we did. The hotel itself is not bad. The lobby has been updated but that's where it stops. The room we were in was dark and damp and had peeling paint on some of the walls. That said, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was quiet and we paid around $170USD for two rooms with two beds in each.

    This property was visually appealing, BUT only on the outside. Though it seemed really nice and new it was not well kept at all. There were stains on the bedding in both beds, we only had hot water at night, the pool was covered in pollen, the breakfast area was unappealing and all the appliances didn’t even work, they reset your room key twice a day. There was just way more cons than pros. But the staff was efficient and knowledgeable for the most part.

    This hotel is very, very tired.It needs a huge refresh. I usually stay at a different place but decided to give this one a shot because it also had the airport shuttle that I often need when i'm in houston. When I arrived at the hotel , it appears that expedia had canceled my reservation and had also canceled reservations made by other people. Not sure why this happened , but I have put a report in to find out. I don't think it was the hotel's fault , but this did happen.

    We booked a king room only to find out they didn’t have any when we got there. Next day asked to change, still none available. Staff was very unsupportive and unsympathetic. Hotel is in a bad part of town. Trash everywhere. Continental breakfast was not edible. Staff was extremely unprofessional and not at all polite. Back door to the hotel was propped open with a rock. Dumpster near back entrance was overflowing with stinky garbage our entire 4-day stay. Stray cats all over the place. Very dated and no modern amenities. Not a single usb port in sight. Toiletries supplied were terrible. Housekeeping only once in 4 days. Will not ever stay here again. Don’t stay here to save a buck. There are much nicer facilities close by for only a couple bucks more. I suffered so you don’t have to. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

    We booked a king room only to find out they didn’t have any when we got there. Next day asked to change, still none available. Staff was very unsupportive and unsympathetic. Hotel is in a bad part of town. Trash everywhere. Continental breakfast was not edible. Staff was extremely unprofessional and not at all polite. Back door to the hotel was propped open with a rock.     Thank goodness the Waffle House is in the same parking lot! Breakfast at the hotel was not good, the front lobby door is broken, my shower wasn’t clean when I arrived, and I asked the service attendant to clean it, she just half cleaned my bathroom and restocked it with towels and tissue. Still no clean shower. The room was horrible! It had no curtains in room 100, so I slept horrible the entire time I was there. Thank God I brought my computer and a HDMI cable or I would’ve been bored. The cable box wasn’t working either! The airport shuttle was beat up, the check engine light was on and you could smell the oil burning!

    No, not really. Admittedly, I was leaving at 545am, so maybe they didn't have the full breakfast set up yet, but it was very limited items. Room kind of smelled weird upon arrival, but you get use to it. Air condition was fine. Seemed to be only one or two staff members. Shuttle works well, run every half hour but you must be there 20 mins before departure and they leave from Terminal C at Houston airport which we found out by ronging the property as there was no information about pickup

    I was very happy with the location but the room left in in an uneasy conflicting feeling. The hotel smells like marijuana which is annoying. I saw two handicap spots I had to drive around a few times to get a parking spot. The Parking lot is overpopulated and it’s hard to turn around in the back especially with a bigger vehicle. After driving 4 hours nobody wants to be told you have to wait your room isn’t ready yet. The wall had dents in it and the mattress looked to have been saturated by urine dry blood or spilled drink. I definitely won’t ever stay here again they need to do some serious checks and reviews of their mattresses and signal on the tv was horrible. Every show I watched on the tv froze up and the screen went black excessively. Guest an be rude and disgusting I understand what labor looks like and the housekeepers had the room very accessible for my Walker and my fiancé is partially blind. We needed a handicap parking space but had to walk the long way around. The door on the back side of the building allows anybody to come in there is no lock and people come in and out all the time. The could have a better variety of items to purchase like snacks drinks or the simple things for continental breakfast overall this building should be cleaned and smoke free. The staff was friendly and welcoming so to speak I just wanted to lay down. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel for those with debilitating disabilities wheel chair bound. They need to be accommodating.

    Hallways were full of smoke and sounded like there were parties in the rooms at night. Loud place barely got any sleep. Elevator didn’t work when I was leaving and had to carry my bags down from the 3rd floor. Rooms also were outdated and everything seemed a little bit broken. This place needs to be renovated. Also found hairs in the shower, toilet seat, and bed. Pillows were also stained.

    There are no instructions for how to get the shuttle. If you come from an International Flight, they will not come to concourse E and you will have to go all the way to concourse C. Nowhere this information is found until you call the property, after realizing that the shuttle does is not countinuous but under a request basis. The guy at the counter had a nasty and unfriendly attitude. Will not be returning.

    I arrived to the hotel and was told my reservation was cancelled and I had never cancelled it! The only room available was a King bed and pull out sofa room!! Room already was paid for and still made to wait and pay 100% of total cost on deposit? Big issue, no parking. Wa stood by night attendant that they sale parking spaces for others. Approximately 80 rooms and parking flooded out to nearby business (Waffle House) till late night. Was told I couldn’t park in front of hotel at driveway when it literally was the only space remaining. Who runs a hotel with not enough parking for the customers? Room door lock deadbolt would not work. Overall, was alone with my 14 year old and my 4 year old for a sporting event staying at what I thought was a Wyndham level place. This place was using a name. Horrible accommodation and I travel world wide. Embarrassed that for me who lives in Houston that this is what visitors to our city get when they go for a reputable name like Wyndham and end of with WYNDNOT!!!!! Now I can wait 3-5 business days for my deposit that basically covered the price of another room. Ridiculous.

    Customer service was lacking. Hotel room was not clean, very dusty and I saw bugs. There was trash and materials in the stairwell on my floor, which was a clear fire hazard. Upon checkout I attempted to discuss my issues with the property and the front desk clerk could not have cared less.

    Hotel was ok for 1 night stay. We checked out around 3:30am to catch a flight so we just stayed a few hours to sleep. Probably would not choose this hotel again unless it was the only one available. Carpet was damp, bath tub was stained, door wouldn’t lock, the deadbolt was broken and the smell of weed was strong.

    The room was clean the lobby was clean but the hallways the carpet was old and smelly the elevator was old and was broken 2 days out of my 3 days stay breakfast was included but the only offered toast fruit and coffee so if you want breakfast you go next door to Waffle House which is very convenient overall the hotel served this purpose but it really needs updating there were updating the room across from me and doing the floors so it made the whole place smell like old dirty carpet somewhat uncomfortable but definitely serve this purpose perhaps some updates would be great

    Even after booking “pay later”…the hotel called demanding payment before I even arrived from out of town…threatening to cancel my room if I didn’t pay by 3pm…never pick us up from the airport…we had to spend $50 on a uber after being stuck at the airport for over 2 hours because the hotel claimed they offered airport shuttle….The hotel was filthy…smelled like a wet basement…the carpet was soaked with water…had to sleep with a wet vac fan in our room

    Lady at check in was extremely nice, beds comfy and clean, and bbq pits at pool were nice touch but that was probley the only positives. Place was beautiful once I’m sure but it’s become really old and run down. Pool area was trashed, gym equipment old and dirty. Treadmill only let me walk on it or it was acting like it was going to fall apart.

    The bed while very soft was also very comfortable so I slept well. It was pretty busy so the price is very affordable. Here's my issues... You can tell from the lobby and elevator this is an older model hotel, 3rd floor lobby could use better lighting and floor felt a bit unstable, very Steven King. Room was clean but had to fight a flying young roach and the toilet was a little tricky to flush most of the time. You can hear if someone is moving or talking in the hall but much clearer other rooms. Would I stay again, not as a solo traveler which is what I do mostly.

    The male worker was not helpful at all at check in-told us our room had been given away and no other accommodations could or would be made! We were forced to stay in a room that was not comfortable and only a small percentage was refunded. Towels were difficult to obtain and only one lady was cordial and helpful.I never pay attention to poor reviews but I had to address the male at check in because others said the same.So disappointing to have such a horrible experience!

    Building looks to be re painted and still being painted. New carpet but not vacuumed or having the ending or toe molding on it. Lots of little details need to be seriously completed and cared for on a regularly basis. The grout in my bathroom needed to be re done. New tile but grout is out of wack and looked horrible. New fixtures but paint job botched. Big room was a plus. Bed was ok. Half way up dated and u can tell. The place needs to be up to standards as the 4,5 star places because its in a premier location and could be so much more.

    When we go to check in the clerk say it was a $100 deposit up front if I pay with my card I would get it back 7 til 10 days or pay cash and get it back when I check out. Most hotel just put a $50 to $75 hold on your card. I really think that the $100 upfront deposit should be somewhere while booking.

    The property is older than it appeared on the website. There was a smell to the hallway and the carpet has not been updated. Additionally, when I arrived, I had to give a deposit for my stay which was not addressed on the website. I do like that they do have 24 hr transportation to the airport but question the safety of the van.

    I stayed there in May 2025. 1st day of our stay the tv didn’t work, 2 of the 3 lamps in our room didn’t work, the 2nd to the last day of our stay there was a major leak coming from the room above us. It was coming out of the walls spraying and dripping from the walls and dripping in the bathroom. So the room they moved us to after that smelled of mildew and again the tv was not working properly. I talk to the manager and he agreed to call me in an hour and accommodate after we checked out which he never did. I flew home from that trip and called twice to get compensation and he avoided me.     It's a clean, quiet place. We did have a snafu with the room. I had been checked in for about 3 hours and I see the living room light click on. Someone had tried to come in, thank god I had the chain lock on. A while later a member of staff came knocking and asked to see my ID. I guess the system messed up and showed my room as vacant. Later I left for dinner and when I came back my room key wouldnt work and I had to go get it remagnatized. On my way back up the elevator doors wouldnt open until I hit the door open button. It was just a lot of inconvenience.

    There are some fast food joints open late for food. The room is clean and quiet. But the hotel is so under staffed that the same guy who works at the front desk had to go to the airport to pick us up late almost midnight after we waited 40 minutes, then go to drop us off early 5:00 in the morning. It can use some upgrades and hire a few maids too. One room was left open with towels outside when we checked in and still there when we checked out. For a quick one night stay it is manageable.

    Stains everywhere (bodily fluids), smells of who knows what (bodily fluids as well?). Breakfast was microwaveable sausage wrapped in a pancake on a stick and 2 cereals. Wheelchair but a rut that was covered with a rug and abruptly stopped. We ended up leaving and halfway through our trip and finding a bit more pricey but WAY better accommodations.

    When we arrived the TV in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk twice. No-1 showed up the first time. I called back and they finally sent someone to fix TV. Then our toilet in restroom didn't work at all. We had to change rooms at 1130pm at night which was absurd. The male at the front desk was very non shalant and rude. I will not stay here again.

    The young lady who checked me in was pleasant and got me going pretty quickly. Gentleman who picked me up in the shuttle was polite, and helpful. A couple issues I had was on the nightstand underneath the telephone, I guess the previous huest forgot their fake eyelashes, and they were missed in the clean-up. The place waa decent and convenient for a one night layover, thin walls though. Overall 6/10.

    The property has likely seen better days but it is a solid value at half the price of some name brand competitors nearby. My room was actually a suite, so plenty of room to stretch out and be comfy. The desk staff were very friendly at check in. Water and soft drinks are available for $1 and $2, respectively. GB Intercontinental Airport is just 3 miles away with a shuttle if you need it.

    For the room price I feel like you get what you pay for. The room itself was clean. The a/c worked well. However, it seems there are A LOT of people staying there paying by the week. The hotel smelled like weed. The breakfast area was dirty and a lot of residences lingering. The parking lot was full of trash. Being this is a national motel chain I think I expected it to be a little cleaner and safer. Felt more like an apartment complex.
