I had to change rooms because a dead roach in the floor of the 1srt room and with my 2 bd room it was abt 6 pieces of hair in my bed! I immediately reported it, and the housekeeper came & change the entire bed setting!!!!!! The hair dryer did not work and it was someone where to sleep that night! The hotels can do better for the rate of pay from each customer!!!!

they offered coffee but I woke up very early so I'd always have to wake up whoever's on duty or fine whoever's on duty just get a cup of coffee, everybody that stayed in a hotel I think smokes marijuana which is driving me nuts, I had to stay in the handicap room is the only one didn't smell like a marijuana party! I'll walk out of my room and you see marijuana cigarettes all over the ground everywhere and blunts and , yeah I know it's legal but I don't have to smell it constantly, the room was nice the room was big but the floor in the shower was uneven so the water did not drain down the shower drain it just went everywhere so I had to put the fan over to dry the water up sometimes don't like to walk around in the water but the bed was nice and soft so that was good anyways I would give it a 2.5 out of five just because of all the marijuana and uneven floors, hope this helps but the staff was great

The room appeared clean but smelled of smoke so bad we had to cancel our stay. The manager was very helpful and found us a room at another motel. Thank you Sam for the help!

Wonderful staff and a nice little place. does not look run down anr the upkeep is beautiful. Next to a CVS and close to fast food chains. Great location if you're staying near the airport.

My room was great and I honestly enjoyed my stay with them the only reason I left is due to the fact that one of the staff stole my personal belongings. I went to work 7am returned around 5pm didn't notice until the next day when Im getting dressed for work that a few clothing items where missing they were noticable because I just purchased two particular items that was missing. As I'm getting ready I notice it I go to work come back inform the front desk he says no one goes in the room beside the cleaning lady's exactly I know this so they went through my belongings and took what they wanted not cool . So first chance I got I left I no longer felt safe with my personal things there not cool at all I work hard for the things I have and for someone to just decide to steal from me because the feel they can is just crazy to me. The hotel didn't do enough for me to even try to rectify the situation so I had to go before I start really tripping on the cleaning staff more than I already have.

Room temp was 50 degrees at check in. It took three hours to warm up to 70. No coffee service - period. Not a coffee maker, no coffee to put in it if there was one. This is easily the worst hotel stay I have had in the last 10 years.

I didn’t like anything about the property The noise, room felt unclean, everything was dusty, you could smell stale cigarette & weed smoke. Weird people walking all night( honestly I think they are drug addicts), I couldn’t control the AC unit

This property is bare-bones, but offers decent value. The electric clock in the room was broken, and the staff failed to deliver a requested wake-up call. A CVS and an Aldi are very close by, so that was convenient. Lots of restaurants are within a short drive away.

All the shopping and everything around was very convenient. Everything is within walking distance as well. The only issue with parking was that they had construction going on at the entrance. But overall, it was very nice day and I appreciate the staff for providing a great four day stay.

Hotel was in a good location in relation to Houston, the noise from the airport wasnt that bad, plenty of light around the parking lot, our room smelled horribly like pot, i don't know if it was the cleaning spray or if people could not smoke in their own room, smell went away after we shut-off THE AC unit.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was nice and clean. No shuttle service… because every property I have stayed at around that area has had shuttle service…. I never thought to ask. I had to leave for the airport at 3:00 am and my ride did not show… so I called Uber. The savings were less than the taxi $30 and the Uber $16…

They will stay in your business if you walk outside the whole staff walks out the office. They watch you in the parking lot when you put your stuff in the room. The stove is broken too. Overall the place isn't bad but it's definitely not what's it's like online.

Location- close to airport It was rundown. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke (it was supposed to be non-smoking) the fire alarms was removed from the ceiling, didn’t seem to bother them when we told them. The second room, had bugs, the faucet was almost coming out of the wall. The toilet seat was just about broken. There was sticky candy on the comforter. Stains all over the wall and floors

The room has several roaches in it. We were located at the end of a hall next to a mechanical room. It was so very loud and disturbing. The toilet would not flush properly.

Our first room had dirty linens - you could tell they hadn’t been washed so went to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room had bed bugs. I got bites all over my arms. Left the property at around 4am to another hotel. Would not recommend at all. Do not stay here.

Good price serving the purpose of an overnight layover to IAH. Accommodated my request for extended checkout (with $10/hr, charge), but better than roaming the streets dragging a suitcase around. One irritation is that they are still playing the Covid card and keeping the continental breakfast shut down. Both them and “Let’s go Brandon” need to let it go, and ahora mismo!

Location: nice quiet, clean, not sketchy area near restaurants and stores (walking and driving distance). Didn’t feel unsafe to leave car parked out Room: clean (I give it a 9) didn’t smell bad just muggy because the windows don’t open so there isn’t natural air. Bed squeaks super loud no matter how slightly your turn but comfortable and clean overall. Cleanliness: bathroom was really clean, no hair or trash on floor, I’m kinda picky so for the price it was clean I would stay there again, no problems during stay, no noise outside, no noisy neighbors, at night I didn’t hear anything at all. For the price point and location it was great 👍

Did not realize it was a motel until we got there. We picked a non smoking room. Our room smelled strongly of weed. Not sure if it was from a previous guest or coming from another room.

Room was very clean. Credit to housemaid staff. Air conditioning unit was next level noisy & kept us awake even after a 14 hour flight. Rom 210 is next to a storage room, no foot traffic from other guests but no view at all.

The property owners were very nice and dealt with a “glitch” in their reservation system promptly and generously; however, the room was terribly noisy. The window air conditioner, while it worked wonderfully, was incredibly loud. We could hear pounding and jumping in the room above us for most of the night. Overall, I do not think I would choose this location if I visit the Houston area again.

Honestly, for the price this place cannot be beat. If you’re planning on staying just a night or two, this is your place. It’s so close to the airport, there’s plenty of food options around you, it’s updated inside and clean. Only thing is when we walked in our room it was WARM! They keep the ac units in the off position unless Someone is occupying the room. Once we figured out how to properly turn on the AC unit, it took about 10-15 minutes to start cooling it off. Bed was a little squeaky but comfortable. Shower is HUGE and pretty second!!

No breakfast as advertised when I booked. When we entered the room is was hot and muggy. It took the entire night to cool down the room which never actually cooled as you would expect so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep in. Had to put towels under door cracks to try and maintain the room cool

After travelling for over 20 hours, on arrival at tge hotel, the woman at the reception was not particularly friendly in welcoming. We might as well have been speaking a foreign language, we were both speaking english, very unhelpful. Your advert says there was free breakfast, on asking told no breakfast. Thank god for an Aldi shop next door. Room lovely, clean and comfortable. Also a few days before travelling i emailed the hotel to book the shuttle from the airport. Never received a reply! Couldnot make a booking which caused problems at the airport in travelling to the hotel.
