The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this hotel again.

The property was clean, they came through in a clutch... but my jewelry was stolen and nothing was done. They asked the cleaners if they had seen it and of course they said no. Nothing was done by leadership, well a shoulder shrug and sorry about your luck.

There could be more variety in the snack shop. At least one vegan option on the restaurant menu would be nice. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

When I arrived everyone was super nice, but when I got to my room. It was not throughly clean to me..it was a piece of razor from a shaver on the floor and the room did not smell super clean. I think the floors should have been cleaned with a fresh smell. I bring room fresher when I stay out of town so I was able to stay in the room... they were accommodating but I think they should have went over board to accommodate me, like switch me to a different room. I won’t stay there again.

Perfect spot for travel to airport

Disappointing on 2nd day with no bacon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was helpful. Bar staff were on the ball and an excellent evening meal had

For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too. Will never book at this hotel ever again.

Close to airport, clean but also very new, staff was friendly Very expensive place for Houston and they did not include breakfast. You could buy the continental breakfast for $15.95 per person. Ate at their "restaurant " the night before and had a burger and fry for 20. It was fine but $20. No thank you. Never again. Also sign on the pool that just said closed until further notice.

The walls are super thin, the bathroom smelled like mold and the bar menu has no variety.

The front desk check in person was rude and questions I was asking her she seemed to be an annoyed with.

Water wasn’t hot even after running for awhile. Elevators were noisy and slow making them feel ancient.

The hotel is also very clean. The beds are comfortable but difficult to get into, especially for shorter and/or older people, and for those with limited mobility, because they are so high. The water temperature and pressure in the showers can be slightly temperamental.

I booked the room on Booking.com for a family of three, including breakfast. The hotel said that breakfast is only valid for two people, and that I have to pay for one person’s breakfast, and they charged me for it.

Bad crowd outside at night, wife got sick eating at the restaurant and rooms are not clean. Night staff was rude, booked one room with 2 queens but got a room with 1 king. They would not cancel my reservation and they did not have a roller bed. Had to sleep on the floor. Not a good hotel.

Not friendly and on his phone both times. Every other staff member during our stay was very friendly and represented what we expect from this hotel brand.

The tub in our room wasn't cleaned properly and the tub didn't drain when taking a shower.

Very clean, amazing shower, super comfy beds, quiet even though it’s in a busy area close to the airport. Very thankful we were able to book the room last minute due to flight delays. Breakfast was OK, however, we did get there only about 45 minutes before they were closing.

Great selection and clean. Location was excellent. Staff were professional and friendlly. The mattress was the best that we have ever slept on. Not needed, but very impressed with the lifts in and out of the swimming pool. I had a side salad that was remarkable in that the pieces of lettuce were bite sized, rather than the usual huge leaves; the temperature was tastefully cool but not cold, and the vegetables were extremely fresh. There was nothing to dislike.

They don't show on hotel.com site they charge a $150 deposit till time of check in, which is more than room rate, We ask when we would be credited back on our credit card, and would be in severals days, no real answer, we had house keeping check are room at check out, just to be on safe side, I learned from being a long time traveler, red flag warning when the security deposit is more than the room rate

Nice facility close to the airport. Good restaurant, excellent staff. But it’s very noisy with noise from people arriving echoing through halls and into rooms. Room doors slamming all night. The a/c was also on the fritz and we had to set it on manual to get it to work. Temperature settings ranged from 14 to 19?

The breafast was not included, there was no water bottles in the room, the wifi didn’ t function properly

Then i get to my room and there are FILTHY street with what looks like mold on them. GROSS. I made the reservation from the airport within a short time arriving at hotel. Upon arrival/checkin, I was told 2 reservations were made. I explained the mistake but was told hotels.com has to call to request refund. Hotels.com reports they contacted the hotel and the refund was denied.

Great stay, close to airport. Only complaints I had was shuttles don’t start until 5 am and I boarded at 6. Then after a long day, I checked in around 4:30 but the restaurant didn’t open until six and I was starving. Other than that, it was great!

We had an airline cancellation and issues with retrieval of our luggage. The hotel staff was very accommodating to a group of 11 and provided toiletries and then multiple trips back to the baggage claim. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good restaurant and bar. Everyone was so kind and respectable and truly made us feel they were happy we were there. I would stay here again if needed.

This place is very quiet and safe. We stayed here before our flight to Punta Cana the next day and we were very welcomed and comfortable. Very clean and friendly.

Convenient and comfortable, with great beds and excellent linens. My only complaint is that the food on offer is all junk food (hello, America!). Some healthier options would be welcome, especially after a long day and delayed flights that force one to spend the night in an airport hotel rather than going home.

A particular highlight, especially for a Houston visit, was the air conditioning system. When the fan was set to "On," the room became incredibly cool, reaching 52 degrees Fahrenheit even with the thermostat at 75. While this is a fantastic feature for combating the Houston heat, I did find myself quite cold at night due to its powerful cooling. The breakfast was also a definite plus; the eggs with rosemary seasoning were particularly tasty. While the omelet on the following day needed a little adjusting, it didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable meal. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the condition of the walls, as there were some black markings that could use attention. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed any minor issues, and I would gladly choose Holiday Inn again.

This is the best hotel near IAH. It is near the airport and there's a free shuttle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard, but clean. The gem of this hotel is the restaurant and bar. The food was much better than expected.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet. Our server and the restaurant was excellent as well and our shuttle driver was amazing too. The only negative is when we went to the restaurant in the morning for the continental breakfast I didn’t like how the fella yelled to us from across the restaurant to have a seat instead of greeting us at the door as well. There was two staff rolling silverware up at the bar, leaving all of the tables with dirty dishes on them when people were coming in and trying to find a place to sit, but all the tables were dirty.

Everything was excellent the only thing is that I wasn’t some to have breakfast as was served till 10:00 and I went to have breakfast after 10:00 I was worried as I had to take my médications and the worst was didn’t served lunch!!!! They sell only chips, chocolatés which are not good for somebody with diabètes. My suggestion is to sell something different if is possible

The only issue is the beds are so high, even a normal person it is very difficult to get in. My mother 89 years old, she have to sleep on the sofa, i requested different room but every bed has the same high.

The restroom was noisy. Door hinge for the restroom door was noisy. Faucet and toilet were really loud, specially at night.

However, the room was so filthy. The carpet was dirty, trash left behind. We had asked for a crib with linen and the night front desk staff said “you need to come get it yourself as house keepers are gone”. She refused to give us a blanket for the baby crib .. pretty much a bust.

We finally got into the room and it was scuff marks all over the walls. So, I called to make sure the front desk was aware. He said the rooms were being remodeled and acted as if I should have had awareness that they were remodeling. He acted as if my concerns were invalid. Notifying me of the condition of the room would have been a great talking point at check-in. One person made an otherwise GREAT stay, okay.

The day we arrived in Houston, we called for a shuttle pickup. After waiting 25 minutes, we called again, only to learn the shuttle had just left the hotel. At no time did anyone tell us the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, which would have been nice to set our expectations properly. The driver was ailent and unsmiling. It seemed like he hated his job, and was not a positive opening to oir atay.
