Skylar and Chelsea were so nice and friendly and helpful! Breakfast wasn’t too appealing. Would be nice if they had a waffle maker.

We were very pleased with our visit at this hotel. The staff was amazing and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. Their breakfast was very good. They had a little of everything. We will be staying here again when we return to Houston.

Large room. Staff was excellent. Would have liked to see better overall maintenance of hot tub and carpets in hallways, broken tiles, TVs etc.

Then I call police to come to the hotel . Talk with the office on the details & made a report on the stolen merchandise.

Breakfast was great every morning we were there! Eggs and sausages were so good! Then we had eggs and bacon another day. My boys were very happy! I would have liked some fresh cut up fruit like papaya, oranges and melons. They did have bananas and apples available though. All in all, breakfast here is good. Will fill you up and keep you going for a long day!

The location was perfect I didn’t like the fact when I asked for more towels there wasn’t anything and I was questioned on why I needed more it was because we had an all day event Saturday and we wasn’t going to be there that way we didn’t have to bother anybody once we returned that night

Room was in good condition, however in our handicapped bathroom, the shower did not drain properly allowing water to spill over onto the floor. Also there was no night maintenance personnel to help deal with this situation. We were given towels to soak up the water ourselves.

Checking was great the staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The conditioner in the bathroom shower was just water. I feel like it was diluted multiple times over. The toaster wasn’t working and 1 of the 3 days the pancake maker was broken. Overall the stay was good, breakfast could have been better.

Safe and easy for main travel, plenty of light with security

Staff was SO Friendly! Everyone that I've talked to was super... I just wish that I would have looked at nametags or requested their names, as I would have liked to mention them herein. The coffee was DELICIOUS! I've preferred the freshly ground coffee in the lobby vs. the K-cups in the room, although that was good too! The room was nice and the plush pillows were amazing... In fact, I thought of asking if I could purchase them! I've even thought of "stealing them", as they were just amazing, providing a night of deep rest. Only one thing that I did not care for was the traffic and road construction in the area. However, this is beyond the hotel's control. Otherwise, my stay was absolutely perfect!

Bed was hard as a brick. We had extremely rowdy party in rooms next to ours. Ask front desk to quiet them down with no luck. They finally got quiet at 6am, by then we just got up. Staff did not handle the situation.

Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable. Room smelled good upon walking in and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that sent me off the edge was hair in the tub and all on the wall. Bathroom definitely could have been cleaned up better. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Stayed here for one night . The property is clean and kept well, only negative is we got a room (on the third floor) on the side of the Main Street and you could hear trucks all night . Other than the annoying noise which I’m aware they cannot control , our stay was great .

AC unit inside the room is noisy. You can hear it every time it starts to cool. I don't see any CCTV camera for the back parking behind the property. Breakfast need to change up a bit. Feels like everyday is almost the same.

This was our first stay with this hotel. It was a great stay! It’s very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We even left a couple of dresses hanging in the closet, realized it several hours later, but they were super sweet to hold them until someone could pick them up.

However, room 214 was dark and dingy - the sitting area very cave like. The outlook non existent. (Photos to support) The decor very dated - carpets starting to fray - the bed linen clean but a bit sad. And due poor sound proofing we suffered with a herd on Elephants in the room above. Yee Ha!

This hotel was wonderful. The staff seem to nevwr stop moving. Just cleaned all day long. Even saw them scrubbing the ceiling of the elevator. Everything was great. The staff were also very friendly.

Hotel is just okay. The area had a lot of construction happening during my stay but most of basic stores and fast food restaurants are near by. The hotel met most of our needs except when the drunken people staying next door came in and woke everyone up at 3am with loud talking and bumping around on a week night. We were traveling with a child and this really ruined an otherwise good stay. No quiet hours enforced at this Hotel despite it being posted. Something to consider if traveling with children.

My stay was great. The room was nice and big. Definitely enough space for a family. The water temperature was wonderful. It didnt take long for the sink or shower to get hot. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the water pressure in our room. It would shut off to a dribble in the middle of a shower or washing your face at the sink. I didn’t tell the hotel because we were only there for a couple of days so we just put up with it. The hotel was nice and looked newly renovated. The breakfast was ok. Typical for a hotel. The staff was very nice.

There was a vote for school board going on as i entered and this lasted my entire stay. As i turned on tv, CNN was on every channel. And set as default on room TV. So, I did not care for listening to the hate news everywhere i went. How about putting something on everyone would appreciate? Like Science channel. Just sayin. There is road construction in the area so not really a great view but it was perfectly located for us to get to our destination in Kingwood easily. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Good breakfast also!

We've stayed at this location before and it never disappoints! The hotel was very clean. Our housekeeper did an excellent job of making sure our room was clean from top to bottom! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The room and property were clean. I’m not sure if it was an other guest on the floor smell or the room smell, but there was a particular scent in the room. It lingered even after we sanitized the room ourselves

Our room was very nice! Very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. I would have rated this hotel a 10 but couldn't for 2 reasons. The breakfast was good but could have been better. The eggs seemed like powdered eggs not fresh. Upon swimming at the pool there were people that showed up from the back of the hotel parking lot and came to the gate, reached over the gate and let themselves in. The gate requires your room key of which they didn't have. I didn't think anything of it at first but after an hour they left the pool and went to the back of the hotel parking lot, got in there car and left. Then I realized they were not guests. I think the property should be monitored better.

Location was updated, well kept and the rooms were clean. Bed was super comfortable. Staff was helpful as well. We had flights re-scheduled on us and ended up checking in early and they were able to get us another room that was ready to go. Really great stay

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting family. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. But definitely better than buying overpriced fast food. They had a variety of cold and hot foods which met all my family’s needs.
