    They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family.

    Offered room service delivered. Room service called my room but was on hold and then line disconnected. I never got the food and after waiting almost 2 hours ordered through Uber Eats. I tried contacting them several times online with no phone number to call with no reply to my messages.

    When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. It did not feel welcoming or properly maintained. My room’s TV did not work for two full days before it was finally repaired. One friend staying across the hall had her toilet overflow, and it could not be fixed during her stay — she was told to use a restroom on the first floor even though we were on the second. Another friend on the third floor discovered mold in her room and had to leave the hotel entirely. A fourth friend also wanted to leave due to a strong, unpleasant smell in her room. My three friends who booked directly through Marriott were able to relocate to another Marriott property. Unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia, I was not given the same flexibility and felt stuck in unacceptable conditions. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I associate with Marriott. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort should never fall this short.

    Front desk was super cool and the breakfast attendant once we checked out. Welp I’m not a complainer it for 100 bucks I didn’t expect the water to be warm, shower was stained, the drain was broken so even if I wanted to soak I couldn’t. We pulled the covers back to inspect the bed and some type of bug was under the pillow. Rooms smelled like mold even after I Lysol it down. I’m very disappointed in my stay. This is not the Marriott experience I know.

    This hotel is filthy I cannot believe it is open for business. I will attach pictures and a video if possible. Room smelled of mildew/ mold. Mildew in fridge. Outdated, dingy hotel. Peeling, moldy wallpaper in hallway. When reported to the front desk staff, I was told “the inspector said it was ok.” I checked out after the second night. The first day I picked up my husband from the airport late and the next day was Thanksgiving…wasn’t spending the holiday trying to find a decent hotel. Only stayed at the hotel because it was recommended as being close to my relatives, of whom I was visiting. I am requesting a refund for the last night, as I did not stay, we checked out early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it had not been for the holiday, I would not have stayed at all!

    The staff at the front was rude. A black woman was extremely rude to me and another guest. I signed out of the hotel and asked them to keep my suitcases until the evening when I find another hotel. Upon returning at night my suitcases were not locked in a closet. They were in the room behind the front desk. I asked for my gallon of milk that could not fit in the fridge in my room. It was kept in the fridge in the kitchen unopened by me. The black woman started to argue with me while she was getting my milk. I stepped back and did not want to hear her speech. That day the cracked mirror in my room had pieces of the mirror fell on the carpet. I had to vacuum and pick up the glass from the mirror. I was put in that room with the wall mirror that was already cracked, The room on the other floor had a toile that should fit an elongated toilet seat, Instead they put a circular toilet seat on top of an elongated toilet. I stayed in that room for one day and asked for another room. I was then put in a room with a broken cracked wall mirror, I was not given any compensation for me the paid guest vacuuming up the broken glass. Instead I was verbally told off and threatened to call the police on me when I was leaving the hotel at night. i had signed out the hotel and went to find another one. I found a room at the Hampton Inn next door. I had to meet with my real estate agent in Tomball Texas. I returned at night just to get my suitcase, The employee then placed my gallon of milk on a seat outside of the hotel and then went inside and locked the top of the hotels glass door. She threatened to call the police. I signed out and was just getting my suitcase. My son said that day the same employee had an argument with the same woman. It was in the afternoon and that woman got her suitcase and checked out of the hotel. This was at the end of June.

    There was a gutter falling off the property from the roof and it looked dangerous, as though it could cause serious damage to the vehicles parked in the parking lot below. the room I was in smelled of mold and the ceiling repair looked terrible. The air conditioner needed repair. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly.

    On the night of May 13, the room in that hotel did not have telephone service, television service, or internet service. We went to talk to the girl at the front desk in person and she said that she understood our frustration and that they would make it up to us with a complementary night in the future. So we returned to that hotel on May 29 when we returned from our trip. The manager was there and gave a resounding No. He refused to keep the promise made. He said they never do that and he was never notified. He didn't even offer or look for a way to compensate us for the poor service. It was 10 at night, we were coming from the airport, we felt very tired, disappointed and frustrated. Given the poor service we received, we went to another hotel in the same area.     The location was close to all places we were going and a Mall right around the corner from the hotel The only problem was the bathroom fan we advice the night clerk but when asked about it the next morning she never put in for a maintenance like she said

    The Night Reception was absolutely amazing. The last two times we booked there we got a room we did not reserve. We asked for two Queen room and twice we get there and they telling us they only have a King Room. So twice my kids had to sleep on the floor.

    Room was good. Staff was friendly. I thought indoor pools were always heated. My mistake. My granddaughters swam 3 times while there. Two of the times they gave them hand towels to dry off with. Was not enough. Just think they should have pool towels for swimmers.

    2. Was a water leak from ice machine throughout the hallway and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk, he just shrugged their shoulder and said ok. 3. Could not stay at a hotel without internet and I had to go to another hotel. Came back the next day hoping I can talk with the manager. A lady told me that they have to have the internet to run the front desk and never explained why the internet is not available for the rooms. And she stated that she will not give me a refund. Interestingly, I never even asked for a refund yet when she stated that. When she realize that I had reserved through Expedia, she said if I try to get a refund through Expedia, that they will call her and she will let them know that she will not give refunds. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from a business. Not sure if she is always this way or if she was having a really bad day, but it's not acceptable to take it out on customers.

The transportation cost to and from the airport cost as much as one night at the hotel. There was also no restaurant in the hotel. Walking to get food was through a sketchy neighborhood. This hotel is only useful for travelers with a vehicle.

    The front desk personnel were friendly but made sure I knew that there are no accommodations like early check in or late check out for third party vendors. The room was disgusting. The mattress had visible stains and was flipped as well the sheets. There were rust marks everywhere. My granddaughter and I were only there less than a day so I didn’t put up a fight because we were made to feel less than by not booking through marriott directly lol. SMH. I didn’t fuss or fight about it.

    I arrived early at the hotel. Because my flight got in early. Was told there’s no rooms right now available until like 12pm which is fine. I kind of knew that. But I told the front desk AT LEAST 3x. That the refrigerator wasn’t working and they kept telling me they were going to have the maintenance person come and fix it. And they never did! Yes they offered me another room. But I had already unpacked and that’s an inconvenience. Before they assign you a room. They should make sure. We can use all the amenities offered!

    The staff from the check in to check out was attentive, helpful and everyone really nice. Manager Chrishan(sp?) helped with a problem I had with airline tickets and went above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Fitness Center very adequate also if you want to use it and we did. We didn't know what to expect for breakfast which is also provided but it had everything and more to satisfy all tastes. If we ever have to come back to Houston this is where we'll stay hands down. Kudos to all.

    Clean, courteous staff, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Only one problem--I wanted to watch Fox News and even though it showed on the TV menu, when I clicked on the channel it was a black screen that just said "Fox News" and apparently blocked so I couldn't watch it.
