Evening Staff when we arrived was friendly. I didmt interact with other staff. Ice machine disnt work on our floor and no sign of there was another kn a different floor but when we asked it was only available on the 4th floor. Room was clean and sheets too but they did halve old stains on them. There were missing tiles in the hallway which made AC pretty loud. Other than thay it was a nice oversight stay. Pretty quiet and easily accessible as its right off the freeway.

The staff during the day was very helpful, jay and the general manager pam. The breakfast was on point. The sheets had small stains on them , but they were taking care of immediately by house keeping.

East to get to! My room was musky smelling, bathroom was dirty and shower was disgustingly dirty and sofa was filthy.

I’m not sure how we had such a poor experience at a hotel rated this high. When my husband arrived, we were assigned a room that had a stained tub floor. Since it appeared dirty, he asked for another room. We were put in another room with a stained tub floor. The staff onsite said it was nothing they could do because their cleaning staff tried everything to get the stains out. The towel rack fell after I pulled a towel off of it. The air conditioner broke on our last night. We put the air on 60 but it was 79 degrees in our room. There was no ice in the ice machines. The soap was chalky and didn’t lather well. For this hotel to have a $100 holding fee for incidentals I would think our experience would have been more pleasant. I’d recommend RUNNING not walking unless you like wasting money. We will not be returning.

It's close to the highway no shopping centers in walking distance. However, if you have a car you will be fine

Our front desk Jay was wonderful. He called and checked on us to see if everything was okay with our room after we checked in. Breakfast was great and the attendant kept everything stocked and fresh.

The breakfast was good and the stuff was very nice. I did not use the pool. The rooms could use a little bit of refreshment like as far as paint on the walls. The only thing that was really an issue was the ice machine on my floor is broken and the one on the second floor of us usually out of ice because of that so I had to go up to the third or fourth floor to get ice that’s all

The elevator was broken and they gave 70 old the third floor with a dirty room

Breakfast was nice. Parking okay. Shower spacious . I had a multiple day stay but my room card got deactivated twice requiring me get it reactivated both times at the front desk. The ice machine on my floor has mold in the water which I only found out the next day after the ice melted. Yuck! The computer/business center computers dont work have internet and I needed it to do my timesheet on a desktop.

This by far is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in, it immediately smells delightful. The floors are so clean you can lick them. I’m very picky when it comes to where I stay. I normally use my own sheets and blankets, but I didn’t even feel that was necessary here. The shower was squeaky clean. I took the most amazing showers here. I slept so peaceful. The hotel is very quiet. I kept trying to think of a con but I couldn’t. I want to thank everyone who assisted in making my stay comfortable. I guess it just means so much more to me because I had a tough week. The housekeepers came by every morning to replace my towels and take out the trash without me having to ask. The manager was super duper sweet to me. She greeted me when leaving out this morning and made sure to let me know the elevator had been working again, since it had been out a few days. Her greeting was so sweet maybe because I didn’t expect it. I normally don’t get the hospitality and customer service I expect when visiting places. So that meant a lot to me that she went out her way to speak to me. Even the lady who makes breakfast was sweet and patient with my children and I. I hate I didn’t get anyone’s name because they all deserve to be remembered. Everything was perfect. The only thing I could maybe say I didn’t like was that the elevator wasn’t working throughout my stay, but that isn’t anyone’s fault just a minor inconvenience

The place seemed cleaned but we were put on 4th floor with the elevator broken so had to bring 3 luggage bags up flights of stairs and back down. The fridge was broken and told the employee who seemed annoyed that we were bugging her. Air didnt remove the humidity in the room. Last thing was the air fresheners they use in the hall way was so over powering it went into are room and gave us all bad headaches.

Absolutely nothing People’s car got broken into. When we got in the room, there was trash from previous guest on the floor, which was a Snickers rapper and some other type of rapper so I know the room was not cleaned. The fire alarm went off a few times and which woke us up.

They will take cash for deposit if you charge it it can take 15 business days for it to be returned. That’s what I was told by the host.

The hotel has a bad smell in the lobby and also on the 4th floor where we stayed. The room we stayed in had a hole dent in the wall. Like someone had punched the wall. For the price they are charging it should look better and smell better.

We just stayed for one night. The whole building was very clean and smelled clean. Restroom was clean. Best part was the size of the room to fit 5. If I carried an air mattress with me, it would easily 8. Biggest room I've stayed in. I'm bookin here again.

Overnight stay to catch a flight from IAH. Hotel is conveniently located in Beltway 8, with an easy access to airport. Staff is kind and helpful, quick check in. Room was clean, though a bit musky (maybe from humidity) still a good overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly! The woman at the front desk was a delight, I missed the spelling on her name tag but I know her name is Sephora! When there was a problem, she immediately fixed it for us!

We stayed for three nights. We had to keep going downstairs every day because our key card was not loaded to cover the duration of our reservation. I alerted management multiple times and was told it would resolved, but they failed to deliver on their word EVERY time. I do NOT recommend staying here if you are looking for comfort.

The bedroom space felt to big it didn't feel comfy and not enough parking, we got late to the hotel and had to park around the back and I didnt feel safe. When checking out the next day I was asked how was my stay and I mention that TV wasn't working and the Front desk lady said "I know we have been having issues".

I wish I could rate this property a negative zero, Upon check in they informed us the elevator was broken and they placed us on the third floor.Once we go to the room the pill cases were dirty and the shower had black mold in the corner.We walked back downstairs and the worker moved us to the fourth floor..we ended up switching to three more rooms(all was dirty) so we just left the hotel.The worker wouldn’t even come and check the rooms out she said” The housekeeper marked them clean and I don’t leave from behind this front counter”.Horrible will not return back to this hotel.

The hallways smelled like someone was smoking weed. Outside there were men smoking weed. Elevator did not work. Ice machine did not work on 1st floor.

I had a medical emergency and wasn't able to make the trip and couldn't cancel my reservation in time. I called the hotel as well as Hotels.com and neither would help out. Very disappointed.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING!! The breakfast was pretty scarce but there were a few things to select from. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is located in a quiet area.

My only real criticism is that the toilet in the room would not flush all of the way. Combine that with traveling and it’s not a great mix!

The elevator was out of order, breakfast had only water decaf coffee, and yogurt. Nothing was working for breakfast. Had to book another hotel for my parents due to elevator out of service for days as per receptionist and there was no one to fix it. Room was only made look clean but was dirty bedding and shower. Do not recommend.

Room was really muggy and smelled stale. Almost like it was an evap cooler vs. air conditioning. Our clothes were moist from the humidity. Found a few ants in on the bed and the couch. Didn’t make a huge fuss, had I paid more, absolutely. This area is NOT walkable. Rent a car or expect to Uber.

My family and I traveled in to attend the Cowboy Carter Tour. A member of my group called ahead to discuss early check in but when we arrived at noon there were no rooms ready. We waited in the lobby where you could see that the front floor had not been vacuumed from debris. After an hour of waiting my room was ready. The extra pillow in my room was dirty. It looked like a small bug but didn’t want to touch to confirm. The sink in the bathroom slow drained and there was leftover hair found in the shower and bathroom floor. If you just want a quick stay I suppose it would suffice if you are in a strict budget. Since this was a group venture I did not choose the hotel as I would not have stayed at this level of comfort.

The shower was dirty. I was in room 303 the walls in floor of the shower was absolutely horrible.

Great location and clean hotel

Stay was overall good. We had a little mishap with something that we felt was offensive hanging on the wall in our bathroom which was a picture of cotton in the cotton field. The hotel manager Josh immediately handled our issue with care and was very very pleasant and understanding.

Oh my God, do not stay here you will be terrified. My kids was scared. We was in a room where the couple Next Door was fighting seem like they was busting through the walls. We also woke up with bites all over us from Bed Bugs I have Redd bites all over me and my kids. The owner was nowhere to be found and every time you call you can never speak with him. The front desk person that worked the night that we stay there he couldn’t authorize a refund and we have paid to stay there a week in which we only stayed five hours before we were waking up by Bed Bugs and they were full of blood. I still haven’t gotten my refund. I still can’t talk to the manager. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was very good.

I stayed for less than five minutes before deciding to check out. This was not a place I felt comfortable or safe staying in. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Good, relaxing stay.

We were unfamiliar with the area, and there are not many places to eat that are very close. The access road to the hotel is a very busy 4-lane, 1-way service road. Returning to the hotel was tricky because our navigation app directed us to the service road from the main expressway, and we had to quickly get over two or three lanes or overshoot the hotel. There may be a better way to do it, but we did not find it during our 2-day stay.

Our vehicle was stolen at property. We were parked right in front of office. They took a 2500 high Sierra Denali. We needed an extra day to stay to get everything situated. We got a minimal discount on stay. Only staff member was helpful

The location was great however there was limited housekeeping, and you had to exchange your towels in order to get new ones. I was also not pleased to have to pay for late checkout.

Great location, lobby was welcoming and clean. Breakfast was basic, but free. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Only complaint the bathroom needs to be cleaned better.

The property did not have wild people and loudness.

The amenities were fine, the continental breakfast and staff were fantastic! The only real problem we had was entering into the parking lot and exiting the parking lot. You are on a four-lane highway and there is no right turn lane. So you are going from 60 miles per hour along with all the other traffic, and then you’re supposed to make a sharp right hand turn right into the parking lot off of the highway. (Turn on your right hand signal early!) Getting onto the highway was another issue. You enter into the four-lane highway with cars going 60 miles per hour. It is not for the faint of heart. On top of that, there are shrubs that block the view from your left so you have limited sight of the oncoming traffic.

The rooms are not properly clean special microwave and coffee machine they provide also the breakfast is done to early at 9am a least will be good if they close at 10am and furniture are falling apart

The water pressure could have been a little stronger but other than that, there was no complaints. The front office staff was very swift and helpful with our check-in as well as check out. We woke up late and missed breakfast but they still let us grab a few muffins and some juice when they didn't have to. Will definitely be back. .

Both my check-in and check-out were great! I feel like it gives it a great experience when you have nice and friendly staff. Yall have very well trained staff that receive you with a smile and ask how you are doing!

My biggest gripe would be the landscaping! The hotel is on a pretty busy street and traffic is moving pretty quickly. Only one way in or out of the parking lot and they have trees and shrubs blocking your view to the left when you are trying to exit the parking lot. Removing those shrubs and tress would make it so much safer to get out of the parking lot.

The hotel was very clean, I liked the breakfast. Great staff, and Ms. Lanetta was very helpful.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the very friendly Asst Manager. This was just a over night stay and we found everything very nice. Comfortable and clean.

Ive stayed here a few time before thats why i chose to book again...but this time i feel the hotel is getting ran down my room was not cleaned very well and shower door made a loud noise when opening it...and Sunday when getting ready to check out the water wasn't getting hot...it was really disappointing cause hotel use to be really nice
