Unfortunately, I fell in the elevator because the floor was wet; I reported it, but no one took any action. My knee swelled up and is still bruised. I asked for a room on the first floor, but I was told there was no availability.

The staff was great in problem solving! Friendly and efficient!

We drove over 8hrs, arrived 3hrs early. Was told the room was ready, but it would cost $25 plus tax more to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and upon checkout, was told I couldn’t receive a senior citizen discount because I had booked through Booking.com. I was told if I’d have booked through the Best Western website, I could have gotten the senior citizen discount. The breakfast would have been better if kept warmer. The sausage was rubbery. The coffee was excellent.

This has been 1 of the best hotels I've stayed in.....Breakfast was more than perfect. Room were great. The AC was awesome. Washer and dryer was good. The shower and the bathroom was perfect. The weight room was good but the ac wasn't working. I left the door open so i could get some cold air in. Other than that. 10/10. I would stay again if i am in the area.

They treated me and boys bad and would not allow us to rebook and the lady at the front desk says they just want y’all out. Never said why or what we did. Just 3 black men enjoying the hotel like everyone else.

It’s ok for the price. Linen and towels are worn. Some of our Blankets had worn holes as did the drapes. Toilet had a ring and the housekeeping staff are difficult to communicate with. But it was short term. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was par for a free hotel breakfast, but the facility was clean, all in good working order. The hot tub is set to 98 degrees, a Best Western policy per the front desk person, which is NOT warm enough. I would stay there again, but would not bother with the hot tub.

It was clean everywhere, nice breakfast bar with good coffee machines, the staff were ok just not overly friendly. They were working everytime I’ve seen them though and well presented. The hot tub and pool area is nice for sunbathing.

I ask for a hot tube never got it staff was slow cleaning the from. I left at 8am and came bk at 3pm she was more on her phone then anything I will not come bk again I wanted what I paid for the front test couldn’t even change my room

The hotel was very nice but our only concern was the smell of marijuana that was lingering in the halls this is supposed to be a smoke free facility but it was obvious that someone was smoking in the hotel while we were staying there. We had small children with us and it made it feel very uncomfortable knowing that drugs were being used around my children and we all had to endure that smell . The Breakfast was good but the lady who was working breakfast kept rolling her eyes when people would ask her if she was going to bring out more food because it seemed like every morning the food would run out and we all had to wait . It was also aggravating that you still use the tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner not enough for a family of 4 in the room when we came down to get more we were handed a handful of small bottles and it was just lotions so the next day I just went and purchased my own . Also not enough towels for a family of 4 we had 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. I am not trying to rant but I see issues that could be improved also the housekeeping staff playing music on the carts while cleaning was loud I could hear playing in my room and the house keepers were laughing and being to loud in the hallways . We made it though our trip but we are heading home today so really don’t k ow if I would come back to this establishment again . Thank you

Our room had a dirty tissue in the room. The tub leaked out of the bathroom into the entry way where I almost killed myself from slipping on water. The desk chair in the room had a wheel broken off too. Don’t Believe me? Check out my pics. Also, we were set to stay from the 12 to the 15 but checked out on the 13. And they refused to issue a refund for the 13 and 14. I contacted corporate. DO NOT BOOK HERE

My only issue was the smell of marijuana. It was abundant. Not bothersome once in the room. It was very strong throughout the hallways. If I wasn’t a former stoner it would have been a major problem. I get it though. Elderly people might now. Or even a different crowd.

Older property could use a remodel. Found a bug on the bed. Weight room A/C didn’t work.

It was quite adorable at first entrance with a beautiful staircase. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful with all our questions and check in! We were allowed to stay in the hot tub (January) after hours as long as we were respectful of other guest. The room was clean and the shower had excellent pressure and heat! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We loved the coffee and latte machine!

Uncleaned bathroom, therefore stinking. They didn't even bother to update the torn shower curtains. Simply filled the bathroom with strong smelling scent when complained about the stinky restrooms. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the noise, as early as 7:00 am on a Sunday morning, and there was a lot of noise in the hallways and outside.

I didn't like the elevator, it felt like it was going to break down and sounded like it was about to. The first interaction with the Staff wasn't great and the interaction my girlfriend had with the staff wasn't great.

Really want to give a compliment to the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job cleaning our room daily. Front desk was friendly. Only downside was elevator was not working the entire time we were there. Also I'd recommend replacing the carpet runner on the stairs as it looks a bit worn. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

The room itself was nice to the hotel. General was was clean, however Miss Yolanda, the lady that works the front desk on check out says that we couldn’t have our deposit back because the room smelled like smoke however I don’t smoke and neither does my boyfriend and there was nobody in the room smoking. So our refund was refused of $150. I’ll never stay there Mrs.Yolanda wasnt at all pleasant and to be honest, she didn’t seem like she really cared for her job or interested in anything we had to say regarding our room an our deposit

Very nice property, clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately there were some internet issues and my Roku stopped working after the first day, and the peloton in the gym also lost access to the internet which was more inconvenient than anything.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Best Western Plus! I wasn’t expecting much because let’s face it, its Atascosita, but this hotel was super cute and clean and the gym was great!! I was shocked to see it had 2 treadmills and a Peloton bike. Location doesn’t get better than this- you have absolutely anything and everything to eat and shop right across 1960. I will be staying here again on my next family visit!

Very impressed with the property. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Will continue to stay here when in town. Close to grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants (highly recommend Italiano's).

Hotel was nice and clean. Enjoyed see the holiday decorations in the lobby. Just wish had a little more breakfast items.

We stayed in the 2 bed suite for a siftball tournament. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. The breakfast and coffee was also very good.

Like an old carpet , low maintenance place I came back to my room to realise there was no cleaning done. When I asked front desk they said the cleaners have left , there is nothing they could do. I asked for a a newer room, the said the manger declined. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend this place. Not to mention their so called Breakfast is like dog food. It disgusts you from far. I should have read the reviews prior. I was seduce by the picture they posted of the front . It is all lies. This is not a reputable place. Plus this is so far away (45 minutes) from downtown Huston.

My only complaint was the room we had was right above the dining area and when the breakfast was served the noises from that area made it hard to continue sleeping

All great from questions on survey; the only comment I have is the complimentary breakfast: it is always the same for our 1-week stay. Eggs and sausage links/patties. There should be a variation every other day (like sausage, bacon or other alternatives. I mentioned the same from our previous visit last year but no changes. I guess the manager just heard it accepted but did not listened to my recommendations.

My room door deadbolt to latch from inside hotel room would not engage to lock, maintenance did fix within hours of complaint. No trash bags in trash bins in room. No clock. After 1st night of staying maintenance knocked on my door to replace mattress. Just wish these things could have been done before i checked in. Ive stayed in this same hotel 2x a year for past 4 years while visiting my son. All previous stays were great except this booking, im thinking new management. Not the wonderful booking experience from previous years.

Is supposed to Be non- smoking but it smelled like cigarettes. I mentioned it to the receptionist but she just laughed. The bathroom had a bad smell. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We extended our stay for two nights because of our flight cancellation. The hotel did not have power at all during our extended stay. We had to stay in oven-like rooms and darkness at a 3-digit temperature outside. They did not clean our room during those two days until we came down to the front desk in person to ask for the cleaning. And the most unbeleivable thing is: for the extended two days of no electricity, no breakfast, no cleaning, they charged me more than the amount that I paid (through third party) for the first two days.

The young lady that did the check messed up the check in process, something with inputting the room keys, and she had to call someone to help her resolve her mistake and I had to stand there and wait about 45 minutes to get my room key. Everything thing else about my stay was fantastic. I feel she was probably new or undertrained.

This place was very nice and well kept. Smelled great in the reception area. I would definitely stay here again.
