Nice room. Good water pressure in the shower. AC works well. Didn't go well for the morning shuttle but I Chalk it up to bad luck. I will be coming back for my next trips for sure.

The couple running the place were very nice. I liked the free airport shuttle with a friendly driver. The hotel seemed older but maybe recently updated with paint and flooring and fixtures. The price was good at around $78/night. Hotel smelled weird overall, not particularly bad, just had that "old' smell. The windows had a lot of condensation due to the storm and made the entire windowsill wet. The walls are very thin and I coild hear my neighbors TV and talking. Beds are decent, pillows could be updated. TV is small but has a decent channel selection.

We booked the hotel because of flight cancelation. Location is close to the IAH airport. . Shuttles were canceled due to winter storm.

There was a shuttle to and from the airport. I thought I read about a breakfast. There was none. The woman who answered the phone was not only not friendly, she was rude. They supplied ONE packet of coffee for 2 people. I phoned and asked for more. She was rude and the coffee never did come.

The room was spotless and the check-in and check-out were quick and easy to complete. The shuttle service was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything necessary for a good night sleep.

I like that the room I got was on the ground floor near to the reception desk because I had some luggage. I think the price could have been a little less although it was advertised a s a deal. I only spent a few hours since my flight was 6AM. I know you have a set rate, but I think in the future yo could consider making accommodation or adjustment to the price base on the length of time the client would be staying if they are just checking in so that they can have easy access to the airport for very early morning flights. Another thing, some should be there to retrieve the trolley, luggage cart and take it back to the front or at least have more than one.

This was an ideal stop over, close to the airport. It's clean and well-equipped. The wifi was fast and there's a few restaurants in walking distance. The staff were friendly and even organised a complimentary return shuttle trip to the airport. Every aspect was excellent and I can heartily recommend it. Nothing to complain about at all.

It was clean I didn’t like that the worker at the front desk didnt knock on the door and came in my room. I was embarrassed and felt so disrespected. I had just got out the shower. I didn’t have any clothes on and that man just came in my room without knocking on my door.

Good location for people who are coming or going to the IAH airport. Free shuttle service to/from airport. Friendly staff. I also liked the coffee machine in the room. Very minor thing, but the water pressure in the shower was unnecessarily high. It even hurts your skin a little. It also made the bathroom floor completely wet. Some people may enjoy it though.

Arrived around 2am and was still able to check in right away. Wasn’t a fan of the bed sheets/curtains but was overall a good stay for an affordable price.

The property was dirty the rooms were dirty the tub was dirty and they had roaches outside and inside the room. The pictures posted on here look nothing like how the room looks so I was deceived and chose it because of how it looks on the website. The only good thing about this place was the convenience to the airport and the shuttle. Glad I only stayed for a night. Never again.

Excellent value for money, comfy beds, quiet, right next door to service station for essentials and Clucky? chicken place open to 3am (yummy food). Shower rose has fine jets which are a bit harsh (hard) on skin for my liking, but you might find it envigorating. We found it so good we returned when our plans changed.

Hotel workers were friendly. Simply room but sufficient for 2 nights. A little musty smell in my room. Very affordable and convenient. Super close to breakfast place.

Property overall was okay, We got the room with the jetted tub and Queen Bed the bed was definitely not queen it was extremely small the jetted tub was not clean thoroughly we had to clean it. For the price it was not worth it I’ve been to multiple hotels and paid the same price and had an amazing experience.

I found it convenient with a free shuttle to and from the airport, it was very good value for money, and I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. The manager was extremely helpful and there are a few options for dining in the vicinity. I would recommend this hotel if you want a one-night stay.

Though we were able to sign up for a shuttle, they later called our room and said it wouldn’t work so we ended up having to take a shuttle 45 minutes early (even though I had called in the morning to confirm our time). The front desk guy was nice. It was nice to be able to have a Walmart delivery dropped off though!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have found it to be a good value. It is very clean, the rooms have been nicely decorated with enough space for your belongings. I made a reservation for a night. I called the hotel and informed the front desk of my late check-in around 1:00-1:30am and asked if it was ok to still check-in. The front guy said yes and he’ll still be there til 6:00am. I told him i would be driving and that’s why i woulf be arriving around that time. When i got to the hotel around 1:20am, NO ONE was at the front desk. I rang the bell, knocked on the glass and office door, and called the front desk. NO ONE came to the front desk. I waited for like 20mins or so. I ended up going across the street to another hotel since i wasn’t able to check-in at this hotel. It was very frustrating coz i was tired from a 4hr drive and needed to rest coz i had an appointment at IAH early morning. I’m thankful Expedia was able to help me get a refund and understood the situation i was in.

Look old and cheesy. Broken ac units in the hallways, lobby, & outside of building. Just looked tacky.

We got in around 1:30 am. Desk clerk could barely speak English and any questions I had were left unanswered. Air conditioning had been left off all day and room was unbearably hot and took several hours to cool off. So much for getting to sleep quickly. The bed was hard. NOT a particularly good value.
