It's a completely adequate place to stay while sleeping off your jet lag. One night and out. Convenient in that regard. There was nothing wrong with the room.

Inn is nicely tucked in the back away from the main road. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would recommend if you need to be near the airport.

My tv wouldn’t work even after they fixed it and WiFi signal was so weak, None of my devices wouldn’t connect. I had to use my personal hotspot. Room wasn’t filthy but hadn’t been detailed cleaned in a while. Curtains had horrible stains on them. It was a terrible experience, but wasn’t worth the price at all because I couldn’t use any of the amenities offered.

In keeping with the price I paid (which was good value compared to other accommodation nearby). Towels were very thin. More substantial breakfast would have been nice.

Cleanliness and cordial staff There were no box of tissues in the room. There was no luggage rack to put my bag on. There wasn’t a clock anywhere in the room. There wasn’t a bath mat to prevent any slippage while in the shower, nearly fell several times. The remote cover for the tv was broken and would not keep the battery cover on.

First impressions: good signage showing where to turn to enter the parking lot, friendly staff, the room smelled like cannabis but was freshly painted and remodeled, fridge still had food and a sticky spill, microwave hadn't been cleaned, beds were new and very comfortable.

When getting navigation on your phone the address 3231 does not indicate E or W... Siri had me turing East on FM1960 twice.. before I figured it out. Turning East gets you to Old McDonald Farm. Turn West. It's worth it Clean/Comfprtable ~ great price.

Decent and pretty clean place to sleep when your layover is extended due to a cancelation. Pretty cheap and close to airport. Nothing fancy and it’s just a bed. Faint smell of old cig smoke on the room which ceased a few years ago.

The room was clean and tidy. My only complaint about the entire stay was that there were only two towels in the room. My partner and I are both of larger size and the towels are very small. It would have been nice to have a few extra. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

We stayed for New Year's Eve, location is very centrally located. Close to several restaurants. The room was clean. The TV was not working and we called the front desk and a gentleman came in about 15 min and fixed it. The only thing was it didn't have a coffee maker in the room. Other than that we didn't have any issues. Room was big and comfy.

My sheets had small stains,also small roaches on the walls and floor. I literally had one crawl on my remote as I was watching TV. Walls were chipped and missing paint and very dirty. It shows a very old picture on Google when it was brand new, very misleading! Definitely do not stay here.

The hotel was okay—nothing special but nothing bad. Getting to the lot wasn’t the easiest, and we drove by the first time and had to loop around which was a pain. When we did get there around 5pm, the front door was locked. We went to the night window and the lady working asked us if the front door was locked. She came and let us in and then promptly locked herself behind a wall of what I’m guessing was bullet proof glass. That doesn’t give a great first impression. The hotel faces a strip mall parking lot, so not any good view. Our room was on the second floor and no elevator. The room itself was okay. It wasn’t fancy or real dirty. The mini fridge had standing water in the bottom and had a soaking wet towel in it. The tub was missing the metal cover over the overflow drain. I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. The bedding and towels appeared to all be clean. We checked out at 4am for our flight and the person working the desk was very nice.

No frills hotel in walking distance of restaurants and some shops. A large supermarket is about 1/2 mile down the road. Staff was friendly and helpful getting me a taxi in the morning. A bit further from the airport than expected. it was $35 to the hotel and $20 back:

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was quite okay, for the price you pay. Comfy bed and the showers worked fine. It is just a bit far from most places you may be visiting in Huston, but I definitely recommend it. We missed the address a few times, because the entrance is not as easy to find.

When I arrived the room was full of flies. A couple of the pillow cases had stains on them. The room had a weird smell. The biggest issue was 10:30 Friday when we went to bed we couldn’t. The room upstairs had kids making a lot of noise. I called the front desk and he said he would call them. He called me back to let me know he made contact with them. The noise did stop for maybe 10 minutes and then it started all over again. It really pissed me off that people don’t care about other guests. Also I had to purchase a fly swatter. I wouldn’t have stayed in that room if I didn’t rid of the flies . The beds were comfortable.

The owners are clearly doing well keeping the rooms clean and comfortable, however the area was super noisy and seemingly dangerous. There were definitely motorcycles using the road out front to race each other for quite some time. We had the power go out in our room right when going to bed for around 30 minutes too.

I had a pleasant stay in the city , getting a room for a quick getaway. The room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the set-up with three pillows on the bed.

If you are on a business trip in Northern Houston, the hotel will do. Absolutely nothing fancy but it is well located and clean. The bed was very comfy; a proper fridge and the bathroom was spacious and clean. NO GOOD for any kind of romantic/leisure trip, but if you are going to work in Houston for a week, this is a very good option.

The property is not very well kept. The photos on the website misrepresented the site. The prices are to high for the room. I would only expect to pay less for the stay at this property because of conditions for this property.

Very hospitable and professional front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds are comfy. They offer breakfast from 7-9am which was unexpected pleasure! Food options & convenience stores in the vicinity were a plus. Security cameras on the property made me feel safer as a solo traveler. Had an issue that was handled immediately with the upmost care 10/10. I would stay there again if in the area!

You can tell it has been newly renovated. The beds were decent. The white comforters had dirty boot prints on them so we were really questioning how clean they were. The room smelled really funky and my clothes ended up smelling like it. Close to the airport. Felt safe at night.

This place is alright in a crunch but definitely not the best. I knew by the price that I was getting what I paid for but looking at the reviews I had higher expectations. First off the staff (he was extremely nice though) on duty that night was taking his time on the phone and it was just him so me and another customer were sitting at the window waiting for awhile. They were out of singles which I had booked ahead for so he moved me to a double. As soon as I got in the room BOTH beds had stains and the room had a funny smell. I had someplace to be so wasn’t there long but when I came back I noticed a lot of outside presence like it was a hangout ground but no one tried anything. When back in the room my neighbors were in and I heard everythingggg! So totally don’t recommend unless it’s all you got but definitely don’t trust these reviews you will get what you’re paying for.

First the person in front desk did not solve some issues that I had with the payment, it was sooo hard to hear him tru the window of the front desk, second the room had a very unpleasant smell, the sheets were dirty, the remote didn't work, the shower was dirty to, the AC was making a loud noise when it was working, and the price at the hotel was 20 dollars cheaper than when I booked! Worst hotel!!! And plus there was a fight on the parking lot the night that we checked in.

Nice place. Not easy to find. The people were friendly, but a lot of people allowed to just hangout around the hotel. Seem to be some drug deals going on as well. Or just quite odd movement around the hotel.

I arrived at 1pm and the property charged me $20 to check in an hour early. Other than that everything was fine.

I had to deal with a very rude employee because i asked for my money back for one night being i went and paid at 3:30 p.m and my family didn't arrive until 12:30 -45ih and the room in which i paid want ready. Everyobe blamed the house keeper because it was a late check out but how was i able to pay if it didn't show availability. I'm still frustrated because again where is my money. The employee smiled and said you're not getting your money back is stated in like i don't even have a receipt that says that beecher the young lady kept that i paid. I would never recommend this hotel to any one.
