Additionally, the air conditioning took quite a while to cool the room down, and the beds were not very comfortable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, which I appreciated. With some improvements to room maintenance and comfort, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

Showers were not the cleanest and the hotel spelled like w**d. I’d recommend staying somewhere else, but if you need to be in this area for a night or two. It’s ok. But recommend somewhere else entirely

I actually rented the room for my son, who left two days early because of a bad odor that he attributed to the black mold he discovered in the room. He intends to send me pictures, but I have not received them.

The property on the outside and the lobby was kept clean. On my first night While unpacking I saw roaches. I immediately took my luggage back to the car where I kept them. I left the hotel early.

the bed was not a king size you only get 2 pillows that have no cushion in them and the liner of the bed is plastic which makes the bed so hot. and on the portal it said 5 per dog stay they charge you 50 deposit first false advertising

When we were leaving in the morning there was a bad marijuana smell in the hallway. No one was available at the front desk when I tried to checkout at 840am. Definitely will not be going back, experience was horrible and overly priced.

Nothing at all It was disgusting. There was extremely dirty carpet in the hall, mold slimy stuff all over the shower, hair on the bed sheets, uncovered wires sticking out (definitely a fire hazard), caked on dust on the bathroom door, brown rusty looking stuff on the floor. Mold like stuff on the lamp shade and walls. Sliding door on shower was stuck, the wall in the shower had two what’s looks like slashes with a knife. Front desk lady screaming at the computer, huffing & puffing, banging the desk and kicking the footstool.

My stay was far from what I expected it to be. Unfortunately it was dirty and furniture was peeling, shower door was broken, and did not come with any utensils or pans to cook with as advertised in pictures. I’ve stayed at the Medical Center location and I had a much better experience there including the accessibility of kitchenware. Worst part about it was the roaches. We’ve kept our area very clean and we still had a few small ones come in due to other guest’s uncleanliness. The hallways had a foul odor because of this as well. Customer service wasn’t at its best ability either. In all, this location was disappointing, and could have made my vacation even better if the hotel was in better shape.

N/A This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting — there were roaches crawling around, holes in the sheets, and stains and spots all over the bathroom ceiling. The shower barely had any water pressure, which made it impossible to feel clean. The hallways smelled awful, like urine, and the carpets were filthy. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff left their baskets of dirty laundry right in front of the elevator, blocking the way. The back doors were left wide open, which made the place feel unsafe and poorly managed. Honestly, this hotel needs a serious overhaul. The lack of cleanliness, safety, and basic care for guests is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

Then I needed something so I walked back down. She’s still on the phone and was exceptionally rude. I’m very laid-back so I didn’t say anything you know.

Expect roaches of various sizes and management will admit it’s a problem but they only require the minimum for pest control. There is also a lot of illegal activity late at night, as in prostitution and other things in the parking lot. Several broken down vehicles in the parking lot as well. Staff…. Someone started shooting in the parking lot on my second night staying at this property, I had to call downstairs twice because the people above me were too noisy and they were still loud the rest of my stay, and I saw a roach in my room along with some strong odors coming from the halls along with my room

The location was near my loved ones The property run Down. The room smelled moldy there was the toilet paper roll holder was missing a handle. The light in the Mirror was out. The door clamps needs to be adjusted. The bed was comfortable and I slept. I had a view of my vehicle from my window. That’s all I have to say about that.

DO NOT STAY HERE THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN, THE AC UNITS ARE BROKEN, AND YOU GET 1 PILLOW PER BED. Our AC unit was broken and making the loudest possible noise that prevented us from sleeping or even hearing each other talk but the hotel refuses to even offer a refund because they claim the room was still livable. IT WAS NOT! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

The initial customer service personnel was off the charts PROFESSIONAL friendly and helpful . I had an okay experience with another team member on 04/27/2025 when I extended my stay for one more day. This team member proceeded with the vibe of I seemed to be bothering her for adding another day.

First, they change the sheets every 2 weeks! That alone made me not want to stay there. The place smelled of weed, there was a dog barking in the building, and people loitering in the hallways. The smell in the room was nauseating. This place is where the homeless would go to stay. It's not a vacation hotel!

It was a nice clean Place and the service woman was really nice. The room was clean however on the bedside i kept finding bugs coming out of nowhere. Idk if they are bed bugs or not and the room smelled like chlorine at first. But besides those two things thay can be improvex I loved my stay

This hotel odor is bad as well due to the pets (we don’t have pets but was on the floor with alot of people with them). Another guest dog ran to me and my children and startled them. We also had another guest who was high constantly come to our door making it very uncomfortable. Will not stay again!!!

I found it nasty that there are no housekeeping coming in regularly to clean the room but come bi-weekly.Overall,my stay was okay.

I did not like that housekeeping is every 14 days. We had to take out our trash . Dumpsters were full and trash on the floor. If we needed new towels we either pay for new ones or wash them ourselves. The hotel smelled like dirty mop water.

I liked the location It was close to my people. What I didn’t like was they didn’t info me till I got there the elevator wasn’t working and I was on the fourth floor. They could t move me or cancel my reservations. They gave me no head notice that it was out a day or two before so I could decided to come or not. The girl at the front didn’t really care. The hallways were really hot. You could see the bare foot prints of they people who state don my room before me on the fake wood floors. The room had an ethnic smell that was very punnet. I had to get a plug in and air fresher cause they had no other room for me. No shampoo or conditioner.

There was no elevator had to go to the 4th floor for the room. In have a handicap placard for a knee injury yet they could only place me on the highest floor. Elevator broke,no coffee bar as indicated. Very inconveint as we loveeeee coffee! Tamika at the front desk warmed up in no time,staff friendly. We stayed at Woodsprings during transitions in our family ,waiting on home to be ready and Hurricane Harvey and I would still recommend them.

I checked in on a Friday. Went back to the front desk about an hour later to let them know that the bathroom in my room wasn't working. They told me they would not be able to fix it until Monday, which was the day i checked out. Asked again on Saturday and the lady at the front desk said she would give it a try. Sunday came around and they said that it was an issue that could be fixed with a plunger but they did not have one on site. Sunday night comes around and i arrive at my room at night and see a plunger sitting just inside the door. I used it, but it turned out that it was not a plunger issue. The bathroom in my room was not working the entire time I was there. When i repotted it, their response was to tell me they didn't have any way to fix it, then i was made to try to fix it myself. I was never offered a room switch and ended up having to leave my room each time I had to use the bathroom to use the one in the lobby. The whole experience was a nightmare.

The hotel should have specified that they are extended stay. The linens was dirty, hall way was stinking in overall it was 0/10 for me.

Quite hotel just has a bad smell to the hallways and rooms. Room is on the small side it was clean but the floors were slippery, like left over residue. Check in and out was fast and smooth.

The hotel is relatively clean for the price. The staff is very friendly. Downside, only coffee is served during the week and not the weekend.No ice machine and we’re in Houston. If you want clean linens there is a $10 fee.
