    I stayed here for 10 days and since day one I couldn’t wait for the end of my trip. The day I checked in I had to wait 1hr 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. When he showed up he said sorry I went in the shower when you called, I am not sure if you’re on duty to take showers? My total reservation amount from Expedia didn’t match the total charged by the hotel there is about $50 more. They use a cleaning chemical smells really bed to the point you wake up light headed.

    I did not have a chance to eat breakfast. The location was nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was, I was assigned on the 2nd floor. The guest on the third level had children and they were running back and forth making a lot of noise during late hours. I think that should be addressed when guest arrive, to respect other guests with a certain tone and a certain time of night. Invest in security guards at night. Other than that I was happy Also I am a member of AARP, I could not take advantage of my plan when i checked in. I was told I had to call a 1-800 number. Everywhere else I visit they would scan my AARP card and I wouldn’t have a problem. I suggest that your company look into that to better assist those with the AARP membership. Thanks

    The room itself was absolutely awful. It was not clean, not fully functional, and looked like it had been barely maintained for years. The sink in my room was broken, several things appeared damaged, and the room had this dark, gloomy energy that made me want to leave immediately. I honestly could not relax the entire stay because everything felt dirty and uncomfortable. For a hotel that advertises itself as an extended stay property, you would think basic cleanliness and functionality would be the bare minimum, but apparently not here. What made the experience even worse was the staff. Completely unhelpful, dismissive, and honestly incompetent. Any concerns I brought up were either ignored or handled with zero urgency or professionalism. Customer service clearly does not exist at this location. Instead of trying to make things right, they acted as if guest complaints were an inconvenience. I am honestly shocke

    We had a very hard time me and being disabled. The elevators did not work. We had to leave the next day and I did get did not get a refund only stayed one day have a room for two and as I was leaving, they were getting the elevators fixed. I don’t do well with any stairs.

    i was staying here for work at the houston rodeo like i have been for the past 2 years the hotel was ready when i arrived i always recommend first floor it’s easy access the wifi is not the best but will work the kitchen amenities were good everything worked it was easy to use the washer and dryer since they have a app for it the weight rooom is not big but will do the job i never had security issues 🙏 i would definitely recommend this hotel especially if your staying long term

    It was a prime location for the rodeo. The staff member who check me in was super rude. My room smelled like a cat had been in there for years. It was terrible! The bed was so small and hard it was like sleeping on the floor.

    Bed was comfortable and location was not too far from where we needed to go Nothing major close by. Room smelt like cigarettes, restroom wasn't clean... appeared to be a quick wipe down. Hall reeked of weed. TV did not work and was never fixed, room also stayed humid the entire time.

    Check-in was quick and clear. But for a double queen room with two guests (my 16-year-old son and me), we were given one key card. I've never seen that before. The room was okay and had a kitchenette, but no dish soap -- just a dishwasher tablet (overkill for the one fork I used). No iron or ironing board. No hand towels. No soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. No closet doors. No phone. No USB ports. The A/C squealed like it had rodents living in it. The TV setup felt straight out of 1985 with the slow-scrolling cable guide. My son missed the name of a movie and had to wait for the entire channel list to cycle back around. In 2026, why are we still doing this instead of smart TVs with streaming access? The Wi-Fi barely worked -- maybe five good seconds every fifteen minutes. I ended up driving to Walmart for an HDMI cable and used my phone hotspot just to stream. No "Do Not Disturb" sign meant a 7:45 a.m. knock from housekeeping looking for a towel request that wasn't mine. Then came three hours of hallway maintenance noise, ending just before checkout. Hotels shouldn't feel like anxiety endurance tests. This place had potential, but too many avoidable issues made it hard to relax -- especially at this price point. Wouldn't return.

We needed toilet paper a staff member told us we have to go out and buy our own and they don’t give out toilet paper.

    The property was horrible. You have to call to sign out an iron & the iron board was broke. You can only get towels during a certain time. The guy named Zach has a horrible attitude. The elevator went out & I was on the 4th floor. I have degenerative disc disease & had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The bathroom door didn’t shut.

    They stay was good. Only thing is that we were on the 2nd floor and that’s the pet floor so the hallway smelled like dog poo. Also they have a two burner stove top but if you cook bacon the fumes from the bacon set off the fire alarm twice while we stayed there. Other than that it was a pretty good stay.

    The location fit our need for 1 night. But we will never stay here again. $50 pet charge but no dogs on the elevator. Pet rooms on the second floor. No hand towel. No iron. Only one bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner. No coffee maker.

    I would not stay at this hotel ever again they didn’t have the cart for me to bring my stuff up to the room so I ended up having to bring it all the way to the 3rd floor by hand one at a time luckily I had help from some of the other guests I didn't have any help when I left and the cart was still not down there 7 days later when I checked out so I was forced to have to carry it all my items down by myself with no help at all the kitchen was missing certain items and they did not do any sort of housekeeping at all after a long day out I came to my room to it locked and when I found out the reason I was pissed becuz I was hit with a $25 linen fee which I’ve never had to pay for at any hotel let alone them locking me out of the room for it and it happened to be the day before I check out which I felt was jus insane the people at the front desk were unprofessional in every manner and provided very little help jus an overall bad experience I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone

    We got there and doors were lock and nobody was at the front desk, I had to call and when they finally answered they couldn’t gives exact directions on where was the front desk, when we found it, he finally open the door and open the window for the front desk. Was rude and didn’t explain where the elevator was or where was our room. Building was hot all over. Room ac didn’t cool off enough and because of the conditions we had to leave at 5am, room temp was unbearable. When we were trying to return the room key the frond desk was closed and when I called he took again forever to answer and told me just to leave the keycard by the window.     We got there and doors were lock and nobody was at the front desk, I had to call and when they finally answered they couldn’t gives exact directions on where was the front desk, when we found it, he finally open the door and open the window for the front desk. Was rude and didn’t explain where the elevator was or where was our room. Building was hot all over. Room ac didn’t cool off enough and because of the conditions we had to leave at 5am, room temp was unbearable. When we were trying to return the room key the frond desk was closed and when I called he took again forever to answer and told me just to leave the keycard by the window. I asked to be move to a another room. She said it was against thier policy.     My family and I chose this establishment because of the easy location and extended stay rates. We came to Houston for the livestock show. The overall room was ok, it slanted down as you went towards the heads of the beds which meant when you laid down the bed slanted head low feet higher. There was a family above us that was extremely loud allowing their child/children to run around during later hours of the evening. That was kind of remedied but it still happened. The cleanliness was ok. It has definitely been lived in and no updates have been done. Minor things could be done to help with the overall feel of the room, paint over worn marks, clean up scuffs on floors and walls, and even air fresheners to help with slight odor. It is extremely convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room especially when traveling for a week away with family to help curb food expenses. I would ask for extra blankets in the room but everything else was just fine for what we were staying for.

    Beware!!! On the second day my truck was broken into. I worked nights so it was 11:30 in the morning hour. Broad daylight. It’s a nice facility, relatively new. Great lighting and apparent cameras. Clean room. Mostly permanent residents. Feels like government housing. If you’re a working person with tools keep away!!! Someone is waiting and watching. I told the manager under the circumstances I would have to cut my trip short. She still refused to cancel my stay and charged me the full amount. Stating no refunds. I thought I was going to save some money because of the decent nightly rate. Wrong! Ended up over a thousand with repairs and theft of tools. Unfortunate all the way around. Stay clear of this place unless you’re part of the tribe. Outsiders beware. Someone’s looking to take advantage of you. Seriously.

    Roaches in my room. 💩 stains on the sheets. I tried to ask for clean sheets but there is never anyone at the front desk. Working girls in front of the hotel. I stayed for a week and when I asked for clean towels on day 3, I was told to bring my old towels down to the front desk and there would be a $10 charge. I have never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress. If it weren’t for the roaches, I woukd have slept on the floor.

    Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I came to spend the night for one night while I was displaced from my home and I arrived at 730pm. And it is now 9:36 pm and I have yet to be given a room. Another guest waited 4 hours for clean laundry. Definitely not my expectation of this place. Will never return or recommend.

    First of all, I do understand that it’s a low-budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The only thing that makes this place an extended stay is the availability of stovetop burners and a full-size fridge. The internet is very weak. I stayed for four weeks and was working remotely in agony every day. I paid $20 for the internet and had a lot of issues. The staff is careless. I called them many times regarding the internet not working, and they stated they would contact support, but nobody reached out. Guests get only two rolls of toilet paper for their entire stay. No tissues. There was only one tiny soap bar in the bathroom. You only get your towels and linen replaced once every two weeks, or you pay $3 to replace them early. Supposedly, the rooms are cleaned every two weeks. My two-week anniversary was on a Saturday; I called for cleaning, and the guest service told me they don’t clean on Saturday; then I called on Monday, and they said the 3rd floor gets cleaned on Wednesdays; then I called on Wednesday they said they have to clean checkouts first, and that’s the last I heard from them. I stayed there for four weeks, and the room wasn’t cleaned once. The elevator always stinks because there are more dogs than people in the building, I mean giant dogs. The only positive thing is that parking was almost always available for me in front of the building. American consumers are the most ill-treated in the world; I wish people would leave honest reviews.

    We got back from the concert about 1:30 AM on Friday. The parking lot was pretty full as to be expected driving around, trying to find his parking spot. We noticed a tall, dark man coming out of the shadows and waiting at one of the side entrance doors he continue to stand there for no reason whatsoever. It was very unsettling. There is no one at the front desk when we called for some assistance we then went to the opposite end of the hotel to get in safely. the doors were unlocked, making it accessible for anyone to walk into this hotel.. we were extremely scared, knowing full well, that man did not have any good intentions. Upon arriving in our room for the evening we noticed hairs in the shower hairs in our bed. The glasses were also not clean. I’m very disappointed with this as far as the hotel is concerned the safety measures in place are absolutely non existent. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there was not an attendant at the front desk during the night. Furthermore, entrances to the hotel should be locked and secured unless you have a card key.

    DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT STAY THERE! I GOT IN LATE! THE STAFF LEAVES AT 10! ON CALL MAINTENANCE HAD TO CHECK ME IN! THE PLACE IS SMELLY! THE KEYS TO ROOM DOES NOT WORK!     I also paid online on Hotels.com but was also told by the employee that it was "just a hold for the reservation and that I had to pay at the hotel too" Turns out I have paid 2 separate times because of this confusion. The cleanliness and the room were great besides the fact that there was a hole in the bathroom door that I brought to their attention and hopefully dont get charged for.

    The receptionist was horrible super bad attitude! Took us 45 min to get check in since there was no one at the main office. When the lady finally came she was mad and with an attitude.
