The TV remote also did not work so when we turned on the TV, the power button worked but we could not change the channels or volume. It was a nice hotel, close to the airport. It took us about 15 minutes to reach the airport and that was nice. The beds were comfortable and things were clean in the room.

The staff tried to help us with our issue as best they could. They changed all of our sheets and gave us a candle to hide the smell. We got a room and it was a smoking room, although they tried to initially tell us it wasn't until I told them there was an ashtray in the room. Our family is sensitive to smoke and my husband has asthma so it was quite uncomfortable to breathe.

Check-in was very fast. Receptionist just confirmed ID and Credit card. A standard hold was placed and I got my keycard in less than 3 minutes. My room had oven and freezer along with hair dryer and iron. Room was extremely clean and room size was as advertised (very spacious) On the check-out day, 1 employee just came at 10:40 to confirm if I will extend my stay and/or If I need anything else. She took 30 seconds to confirm and left. I left my keycard and checked out in less than 1 minute. Highly recommended!

I needed a place to sleep for several hours in the morning - between flights. This place had great reviews, and good price. The staff was flexible and pleasant, and the bed and room were very comfortable, No complaints

The room was very dirty. The microwave and toilet were both broken. There was no coffee machine in the room, even though they said there was going to be one, as they don’t offer coffee in the lobby. Staff was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Clean, close The fire alarm went off for 5 minutes at 0330 and again at 0430. The manager said it was due to the rain.

Clean housekeeping comes daily and take care of whatever is needed.

There is nothing close to here, not even a gas station for a bag of chips. It is a $20 taxi ride to the airport each way so save your money and stay at a hotel with a free shuttle. No shampoo in the shower and the water pressure is non existent

The housekeeper was nice. The price kept going up. I was asked to cancel my reservation through Booking and to book through the property itself and they would match the price. I did it once with no problem. The 2nd time the refund process was different and when booking called to tell them I was keeping my reservation with the app they told Booking I cancelled on my own. They didn't ask me to.

If you don’t have a vehicle is not the best place to stay everything is far and the only walking distance store is a valrero and it’s a very dangerous walk for there is no side walks cars are flying by and super expensive.

The room itself was very good. The only thing that bothered me about the room was that the built-in light in the bathroom didn't work, which was confusing. However, there was a built-in light so it wasn't a problem. As for the surrounding area, maybe it was because I stayed there on July 2, 3, and 4, but there were firecrackers going off all the time, and I felt unsafe.

I thought it was a dead roach as soon as we walked in the door but my significant other actually had to step on and kill it as soon as opened door… the bathroom was not clean hair everywhere and pee all over the seat and floor like someone just went crazy and nobody bothered to clean it up .. spiderwebs all on the wall like visible not in the corners of walls but actually on the wall.. we were staying for stand up shower but they didn’t have that like last time will never stay here again.. it’s certain things nearby but if actually want to get out and do actual stuff /have fun it’s about 20-30 mins which isn’t bad

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, taking the time to write down her recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, and was patient when I was having issues with my card. Very pleasant stay. Great price. Definitely recommend.

A blessing to have a laundry room! The plants&bushes are lovely&cared for. I had a car so could drive to a mall w/shops&eateries. Room was clean but not dusted; bedspreads need to go if not laundered frequently to rid old smell of smoke. No hangers or ironing board to complement the iron!

My husband check in no heat in room. They which rooms about 6 times, still no heat. They did not compensate him. He came from Detroit , no time to find a suitable spot. So he stayed the whole 5 days, they didn’t care about the heat didn’t work. They didn’t care at all. The temp drops at night, they didn’t care.

The Hotel owners are very sweet. They are accommodating and care very much about your comfort and stay while at their hotel! The parking is right in front of the rooms which is nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a very clean Hotel. It has been recently renovated on the inside and looks modern with very competitive prices. They are very attentive and concerned if you are being taken care of. Excellent service! Has a washer and dryer by the office for long stays and they sell laundry soap at the office for $1. No complaints from me! Will be staying here again!

The building is a motel. Our room was on the second floor so needed to carry our suitcases up the exterior stairs. The room seemed to be very clean and that to me is a top priority however the bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were coarse. The grout was missing from the tiles in the bathroom and the tiles were loose. Not very luxurious but did the job for one night.

I like that the staff was friendly and provided very good hospitality service which made my stay with Winchester Inn & Suites awesome a second time which I will be staying with them every year I am in the Humble/Houston area for my yearly medical checkup. Keep up the awesome job 👏 💞

Considering it was New Year’s Eve there was some loud guest in the early morning hours. The price was reasonable and I will probably stay here again. Close to the airport and close to the freeway. There was no noise from the freeway traffic. Check in and check out was fast and easy. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

It was so comfy I had stuff to do and didn’t wanna get up. I landed around 8 that morning and was able to check in for 25$ extra. I slept cause I was tired but baby that room was like no other. I loved it! This need 5 stars n I’m gone give them it. I checked out early cause my apt was ready and they refunded me that same day in cash!

The room wasn't a suite with jetted tub in it. It was just a regular king room. The pictures are not the right pictures neither is the amenities for the property n rooms are right just false advertisement.

Winchester Inn & Suites met my needs for what I needed. It was comfortable and cozy, had all the amenities I wanted. They even had a washer and dryer onsite for a small charge to use, which was very convenient. I interacted with the couple who ran the hotel a few times and they were such lovely and accommodating people! Highly recommend if you need a quiet and cheap place to stay in Houston!

Nice and affordable place to stay. Not much to do around the area however the staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and tidy with enough space for your things.

The hotel is fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, I specifically chose this hotel because of the free breakfast-to-go (which was suspended due to COVID) and the late check-out for $9 (which turned out to be $25). In addition, the smoke detector in my room had been removed and placed in a drawer. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I didn’t like the service and the hotel, I have request a room with jacuzzi and I didn’t get it, when I check in, they want to charge 60 more dollars for the jacuzzi, is not worth it, no breakfast, never staying there anymore
