This hotel in the pics looks nice but when you go it needs lots of repairs. We were for sure glad for water pressure and AC that worked but needs drastic repairs for it very out dated.

The steps were broken and a tripping hazard. Once we got to the third floor. Open the and the smell was disgusting, the carpet looked like an animal had eaten spots all over, the furniture had some of the worst stains I have ever seen, the bed did not have clean sheets hair was in between the sheets. The bed pillows were so flat and soiled with saliva stained, the bed frame was broken. The non-smoking room had an ashtray burn all over the bathroom. Evidence of the door being kicked in. It did not look like it was safe to stay here.

Never did get a chance to stay a night. Well when I booked my room I specifically requested a handicap room downstairs. Ok they said that they had one well I got to the location to get the key they said told my husband that the handicap smoking room was upstairs. That didn't set horses with me.

Cannot check in at front desk. Doors are locked with sign to check in next building over at Howard Johnson's. Drive over to HoJo's and doors are locked with sign to use night window. Go to window and clerk takes ID and credit card and disappears (assuming to lobby). Got 1 key, even though reservations for 2 people. Got to room - door is not flush, crack at bottom letting in light, bathroom filthy, TV was on when we arrived but only on screensaver & will not change channel. Found baby roach one night and another in bathroom following night. AC was not on when we arrived so room was 83 degrees, turned on & room cooled to 61, but would not auto. Poor experience

The first room I was in, there was blood on the sheets! The smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. When I called down, they got me a new room immediately. The new room, was clean in appearance, aside from roaches (4 I could see!) but the smell!!!! It smelled like animals had been using it as a bathroom! I was on the third floor, and it was so slanted in some places that it made me question the integrity of the entire building. If I hadn’t been exhausted, and needing to go to the airport early in the morning, I would have found another place to sleep! Save your money, there’s a good reason this motel is so cheap!

Run—don’t walk—away from this hotel. The place was absolutely disgusting: filthy, grimy, and reeking the moment I stepped inside. The smell in the room was unbearable, like something had died and never been dealt with. I didn’t even last five minutes before turning around and leaving. The towels looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, stained and stiff, and the bathtub was coated in grime and residue. The floors were sticky, the sheets looked unwashed, and there were visible marks and smudges on nearly every surface. Even the air felt stale and unhealthy to breathe. This was easily one of the worst places I’ve ever seen—completely unacceptable and not worth a single dollar.

This was just a horrible experience. Upon check in everything went smooth, we entered our double bed room proceeded to shower and saw mold around the corners of the tub. We excused this and showered with our slippers on. We left out to grab food then returned to our room. We pulled the sheets back on the bed and saw a visible fresh blood stain. I went to the front office to request for the sheets to be changed and was told they didn't have any clean sheets at the moment, I then asked if we could get a different room and was told there were no rooms available. I asked for a manager and was told they would be there in the morning ao I walked to my car and slept there which should show on the cameras. That morning I went to the office and was told the manager wouldn't be there till 9 or 9:30 am, I then a detailed message to the manager of property with contact info vut was never contacted. I returned to the office at 9 to find a new person there after the shift change whi told me the lady from the night before said she offered a room and we refused. I explained why would I sleep in my car on your property if I was offered another clean room that was already paid for? Noone could make it make since to me. I asked for a refund due to all the inconvenience and lack of customer service and was told the room could not be refunded because the shower was used. This is ridiculous and horrible service. Noone tried to rectify the situation and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled like smoke, the room was extremely dirty, dirty linens, only 2 pillows for 2 queen size beds. Only two towels and they were dirty. Tried to get a refund and were denied.

The room was filthy, No sooner than we closed the front door a cockroach went crawling across it. The door looked like it had been kicked in and the latch was found in the corner of the room under the A/C. The toilet and sink including the hairdryer were dirty. Seriously the place was gross, we slept in our clothes didn't even bother getting under the covers, yuck. The pillows were nasty and had cigarette holes in them and we were in a non-smoking room even. My jacket made for a better pillow. All in all just nasty. Will neve recommend or go back.

This place should be shut down, it was horribly disgusting, my first room was so dirty and disgusting all over the walls, the bed was stained in multiple places, and there was hairs and crumbs in the sheets, the bathroom looked like the door was tackled off the hinges, with a visibly dirty bathtub and toilet that was covered in pee and hairs. The staff was quick about providing another room which indeed smelled 100x better than the other room however it was still very dirty, I was not interested in touching anything, the microwave was plugged in but had no power, and the were roach skeletons all behind the fridge and desk. And when I sat down with expectation to get comfortable a roach was crawling across my purse. I instantly departed and never returned. Leaving me to sleep in my car until I was able to get a livable room somewhere else

It couldn’t have been any worse. The roaches, the creepy men, blood on the sheets, DEESGUSTING bathroom, and ofc the door that doesn’t lock! I had to put a chair on the door in hopes that no one would come in and kill me. Unless you want the fbi to come looking for you DO NOT stay there.

Nothing I didn’t like it. The front door didn’t close properly, very unsafe, the room smells bad, the fone to call front desk was in pieces and couldn’t be used, the room was super noise, and guests upstairs seem to be having a party late night, parking lot was super dirty. Will never use again

The property is connected to a second franchise and only the adjoining properties front desk is manned so you have to go next door to check in or out. Our room was full of chipped pain no back to the remote, the security latch was broken like the door had been kicked in and there was blood splatter still on the ceiling. All photos of the property are at least several years old

Nothing its dirty we checked the room out and the bed the sheets were already dirty ! When we asked for new sheets they kept telling us they didn’t have any and when they finally did bring us somemore sheets they were also dirty. I also asked if there was a way we could get a different room as they didnt clean our room prior to us getting there it was hair in the shower freshly shaved no top for the toilet just avoid this property at all cost honestly ! EVERYTHING !

The room was odorous, and all of the furniture had stains, including the bed sheets. The bedding also had several black burn spots and smelled of old smoke. The towels were small and didn’t smell clean either. The only positive thing I could say about this hotel is that the air conditioner worked well, so we weren’t uncomfortable temperature-wise.

It is what it is. It accomplished what I needed and I left. If I wanted more then I would have paid more. I have nothing negative to say. I got what I paid for. I was safe, I slept, showered, minded my own business, then I left. Mission accomplished. Rub does not look appealing. There is no microwave as posted in the pictures. You can’t use the microwave in the lobby. You have to go over to the next hotel to heat up your food. My tv remote hardly works. The afternoon window attendant has an attitude problem.

I been to some pretty low grade motels and hotels but this was hands down the most disgusting place i have ever stayed the smell of the rooms were so gros i took 2 showers and could still smell the room on myself in the airport the sheets were stained badly they actually look like they were never washed. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. Dont waste your money your better off sleeping in a tent under a bridge.

We went to another hotel. This was very bad. You could not go into lobby, due to they keep door lock and do business from window. I would not recommend this to any one. Did not feel safe at this location.

I stayed here with my 70 year old grandmas, my pregnant sister and my one year old son. There was a dead mice or rat behind the toilet that smelled up the entire room missing 1/4 of its body. There were roaches everywhere I woke to killing wrenches off the wall and bed. There were empty beer bottles in our room with drugs on top of one of the cabinets. Broken lights hanging by a thread. When I went to complain and get a refund staff acted as if a refund was nonnegotiable and there was someone outside with cops complaining that someone stole his gun. Highly do NOT recommend. Still waiting on a refund this was days ago.

Didn't have any wash clothes and towels in my room only one large towel also the person name Victor wasn't given me time to receive the payment zelle or even allow me to leave me stuff in the room to get the cash and I've been staying over a week all the other workers are amazing also didn't have any cups to drink out of but the ac was perfect and tv cable was entertaining... He just needs to work on his understanding the customers and by the time I took all my stuff out I had received the money from zelle he has already checked me out of my room...

One walk across the floors in sock feet, sticky dirty black goo all over my socks. I just threw them away. Feces stains on wall in the bathroom. Huge amount of long, black hair all over the shower and walls. Shower curtain has NEVER been washed. Room service took away the towels and NO REPLACEMENTS received until 8pm. I asked over and over for simply just towels. However, they didn’t bring them until 8pm and after several requests. I had to run to the dollar store nearby to buy towels just to take a shower to make my afternoon meeting. This is advertised as a non-smoking room. Every piece of furniture had cigarette burns and even the bathtub and sink had cigarette burns. Body fluid stains (all types and colors) were over walls and headboards. I saved no money by staying here. I’ve stayed in budget motels in this area for years but this place IS THE WORST. I’ve got photos and I’m contacting the Houston Health Department as well as the Better Business Bureau. Shame on hotels.com for letting humans book this place. I’ve been RIPPED OFF and lesson learned. NO REFUNDS and you WILL NOT get another room. You get what you paid for. Just needed a night stay, booked it through expedia. Arrived and they said there was no reservation made. Got them to input the confirmation code and was told they had in their computer that i already checked in??? That it was a glitch. Got the room, to find that the sheets and pillowcases had stains all over and short black hair??? with a burned out hole in a non-smoking room?? The whole outside of the hotel also smelled of pot, heavily. I tried to save money but i regret it. This is the type of place that they pocket the money, rather than put any effort into maintenance and basic sanitation.

After 2 hours of telling them the room is disgusting they moved us to a second nasty room that was better but still nasty! I am so stressed and ready to cry I have my two year old here picking old trash off the floor I absolutely do not feel safe here.

The hotel is terrible! The rooms smell like cigarettes, there are burn holes all over the blankets along with disgusting stains!! The room had very bad roaches and will not refund your money regardless of the reason you are leaving!

There is nothing too like. The property was in terrible condition and felt unsafe in every way. There were bugs everywhere in our hotel room, which was unclean. Sheets and towels may have not been washed, there were stains and hair. The area is beyond sketchy with visible drug use in and around this hotel. The staff was very unfriendly and there was nothing redeemable about this property or experience—amenities we paid for were unavailable (including breakfast). The entire listing is beyond misleading and by far the worst hotel in the area, maybe in the world.

Don’t let the name “Wyndham” fool you!!! This place was absolutely horrible!!! It is advertised as smoke free yet the room we were given stunk of cigarettes!!! I asked the guy at the front desk multiple times to move my daughter and I but he refused, it was not until we were having an asthma attack he decided to move us to a mold infested room! Roaches, filthy bathroom room, and towels, stained carpet and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place is a dump. The worst I have ever experienced. It needs to be torn down.

This motel didn't have a proper reception. Only a window around the side. The WiFi worked for about 5 minutes then kept turning off and on..the carpets were torn, the table had cigarette burns, as well as the bathtub. The shower was so dirty I decided to just not use it. The TV wouldn't turn off properly and was incredibly bright. The walls sounded like they were made of paper as I could hear everything going on in the room next door. Avoid at all costs

You have to stand outside when paying for stay. Man has fixtures for sleeping inside building in front area

This place was filthy dirty and so outdated. I can’t believe Wyndham even has their name attached to it. The beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs and the mattress. Also, you can see scratches on the nightstand from using it for you know what cutting. Also, very shady people staying there would not recommend this place at all.

The rooms were old need to be updated. The picture of the place doesn't even match the place in person. JUST VERY OLD AND RUNDOWN!! DIDN'T FEEL SAFE AT ALL TV DIDN'T WORK ,SMELLED BAD IN FIRST ROOM THEN SECOND ROOM AT A LITTLE BITTY TV .

In a non- smoking room , there was a cigarette burnt hole in one of the showers, huge hole in the wall, huge hole in the chair, old disgusting and falling apart furniture, and many more. AVOID at all costs!!!! It should be illegal to charge a fee for something like that 😡

It’s not the best but it’s not the worst. It’s affordable but bring roach spray, some air fresheners, towels and sheets. You’ll survive and don’t go outside unless you know a thing or two about the streets.

It's an ok hotel for those that need a nights rest but this location isn't ideal for vacationing people here are staying out of necessity.Its quiet and staff are friendly ice machine ,vending machine, laundry room available they also have a pool not sure if it's open to the public or clean website photos are photoshopped but I'll book again if needed also affordable

This property was absolutely disgusting. Room was dirty and had bed bugs. I didn’t stay here. And they refused a refund. I went to another hotel. When I called they said they wouldn’t refund me because I was still there. No I was there less than 5 minutes. This place definitely needs updated on Expedia because those pictures are not anything like the pictures posted. Shame on Expedia for offering this hotel.
