The staff were very helpful, breakfast was ok, room space was good but cleanliness overall was ok. The location of the hotel was good (not walking distance) but short drive to grocery and restaurants.

I was a little annoyed that the bathtub was hardly draining so we were standing in water to take a shower. Also the shower curtain had some dirty stains on it which wasn’t giving very good vibes on the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly so I will give them that.

The breakfast room was small but adequate, the room was clean, and the bathroom had tiles that were very loose. Shower was horrible from a controls standpoint. You either get a full water stream at a boiling-hot temperature, or reduced water output at a reasonable temperature.

Marginal neighborhood with people loitering around parking lot. Had to call out vocally to get front desk help 100% of the time during at least one shift.

Very clean the hotel both the lobby, the corridors and the room, the breakfast very rich and a lot of variety, very helpful employees and aware of the clients, we will certainly return to this hotel, it is very complete.

We booked the hotel because it was the best price at $98 a night and still had high reviews. We were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable, it was a good location from MD Anderson, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay there again.

I booked my hotel stay at this hotel thinking that it would be a great experience, I must say that I was HIGHLY disappointed with this hotel. I was ready to check out a few hours into getting there. The hotel is not up to date, the rooms looked like they has not been properly cleaned or cared for in months. I have an autistic son who LOVES swimming and was so upset because the pool was not open/operable..it looked unclean and not sanitized had greasy film and leaves floating on top of the pool(even after confirm with the staff upon check in and was told that it is working). What really took the cake for us was when we woke up the next morning and there was NO WATER we couldn't shower, cook, or anything I called the front desk{who took way too long to answer calls} just to be told nonchalantly that the water was cut off that morning because work was being done to the sewer lines so it'll be a few hours {UGGHH} no prior notice, accommodations or anything. so very unsanitary for your guest AND STAFF who is preparing foods and everything with no water supply!!!!! HORRIBLE 0.0 STARS! VERY DISAPPOINTING. We checked out from this hotel way before planned and had to find another hotel to accomadate us for the rest of our visit there!

Staff was very helpful I booked my first stay through expedia under the impression it was a handicap room, it was not. The lady at the front desk moved us right away.

They didn’t provide an additional roll of toilet paper, and called and went down to the front desk and asked for toilet paper, and they claimed that they couldn’t find any. We only were able to get a roll when we saw a housekeeping lady in the hall.

The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff seems like they hate to be working there. The breakfast is free but i doubt its not part of the payment and its not about the options that was given to us but it seems like they control the food and will give a few bacons or sausage until they will refill a few again on the dining room. It is always empty and we feel like we should be grateful on the food being provided. Its a horrible experience, we went there for a vacation and not just a place where we stay for a night. Indont recommend this place for families

The property itself is nice and clean. We made reservations for 5 people in a suite and the property only allowed us to have 2 towels.

The breakfast was good We only stayed one day so I have nothing to complain about hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, facility was clean, the only thing which has nothing to do with the facility but there weren’t two many food options around only thing was a cheddars across the street.

Big room, with all the bad stuff, they gave me 1 free night which isn't much when I think about it since I was a hospital patient and wasn't there for fun. Smells made me sick, beds are terrible couldnt sleep, other stuff too.

First room they gave us the couch was old and had rips in it. The carpet had patches of ripped carpet. We requested another room and that room had a distinct odor. I won't be staying at this location again ever.

overall it was ok. had a leak from the overhead in the bathroom. unsure if it was fixed or just stopped. They didn’t fix the light i reported. several towels were wet from the leak. They didn’t get replaced for almost 2 days. shouldn’t have needed to ask.

Original room had a few things wrong with it . Staff upgraded room and that made our trip . We definitely needed bigger space . Wish the rooms were a little more cleaner

I did like the value of pricing for the amount of days I stayed. I did not like the condition of the room. It needs remodeling and somethings replaced.

This hotel is perfect for me. I love the little kitchen, the rooms are clean and modern, bed and pillows are super comfortable. It’s a pretty busy hotel but my room was very quiet.

We booked a 2 rooms suite but were informed at the last minute that they don't have a 2 rooms suite. They gave us 2 king rooms next to each other. It is a little inconvenience but it is not a big deal. The property is very close to Bellaire area with a lot of food. There are a lot of parking spaces. The pillows are kind of too soft.

Staff are GREAT! We like staying in this clean, simply laid out room. Has all we need with a microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner stove. Cheddars is across the road ( careful! crossing on foot); people staying there are friendly, breakfast good.

We are expected to get a suite and we have been provided with normal room, breakfast is not that great, room was not clean, no indoor pool. I was bit disappointed with Al these.

The room was fair- you can see the carpet is worn and the furniture also. The bed was not bad at all. The side of the hotel we were on in a suite was the noisy side, traffic noise day and night a busy intersection. The staff were very, very kind and inviting and friendly. The staff is very kind and accommodating here. The bed is especially comfortable and the room and property are clean. I love the fragrance-free linens which are very well-tolerated and neutral for my allergies. My room was prepared fragrance-free at my request and I am grateful. The air conditioner smelled musty so should be cleaned soon, but everything else was great.

While the hotel was clean, it’s just very old. Colors are dark and drab. Somewhat of a musty smell. Road noise is AWFUL! You hear every siren like it’s in your room

Why would the guest next door create such a ruckus, bang on the walls, try yelling things, etc. Am I mistaken in thinking that the Marriot brand does not allow such disturbances. The first time I informed the manager, this should have been flagged, I should have been offered to switch rooms, and given a sincere apology. Instead, upon telling the manager, they did nothing.

The room was clean and stove work perfect..The place is safe and free breakfast was ok..I stayed for four days .I would of stayed lomger but construction started and noise was unbearable. Overall, my stay was good and way better than Sonesta in the same area. Pricey even with discount..

Housekeeping knocking on my door excessively today and trying to gain entry when I got in late last night. I already booked another stay and had my room cleaned yesterday

Today, someone from the room next door banged loudly on the walls. I am not sure why, possibly a party or drug addicts.

The reason I booked this property is because it has got full kitchen so we can cook. But there are no cooking utensils at all in the kitchen. Requested front desk to arrange some and was told they will raise a request for next day but haven’t got any. Luckily we carried one pot that got handy for cooking baby food for our baby

On Day 3 ,around 10am, the cable and the pool finally opened at 11:00 am. The pool ,at the time, was mucky looking so we made the best of it until it got uncomfortable. By 10 pm that night, the homeless man blew the cable again. So of course, we were without cable the duration of the trip. Which in turn we got a FIRESTICK in order to get by. The general manager was suppose compensate us for the inconvenience and I have YET to see any effort's. I have called several times in the last week and nothing. ***Also, the breakfast is ok, nothing fancy. They were real stingy with servings.Even another guest laughed at the portions that were there. I just went out to enjoy the brunches elsewhere. ** Also, the rooms smell a little funny, so bring some air freshener PROS: **The front desk representatives were very nice and as understanding as they could’ve been. **The location of the MOTEL is nice despite the confusion of the entrance and the exit and the homeless **The rooms looked really nice and beddings were cared for.

I have been to this hotel multiple times & loved it every-time. This time was a little different. I got the Two bedroom suite with the pull out sofa, and was very disappointed to find that the sofa smelled like a pile of piss. I couldn’t even sleep on it, the smell hit me so bad before i could even fully open the couch. It was so disgusting (plus plenty of stains on the mattress). They need a new mattress on that pull out couch or at least a deep clean before allowing another costumer to have to deal with that mess.

I was fraudulently charged for a stay I did not have at the hotel. They stole $104.13 for not staying after THEY told me there was no availability. I am pursuing legal action against these thieves!

Happy with the comfortable bed and breakfast which is included. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Not happy with a smell of really old carpet, mould in the bathroom, air conditioners have a huge lag time making the room either too hot or too cold.

Everything is good especially the front desk is nice. One thing I hate about the people fix the ice machine across from my door at 5:05 am in the early morning. Everybody open the door and yell to the workers. They make such a big noise at 5 o’clock when everyone still sleeping

The room was very loud, I could here every door open and close in the hallway and people walking on the floor above.

Property was clean and quiet.

The hotel in whole was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a handicap accessible room which was great. The room was big and spacious for my family member whom was in a wheelchair.

Breakfast is good- front deak staff are proactive and helpful. only issues I have is when we got to our room, there were some dried blood stain in the sheets and blanket.

My first time staying at this property and will definitely stay here again. I was greeted by a friendly Front Desk Agent who was able to check me in two hours earlier than the standard check in time. I had a standard king room with kitchenette, which was definitely very nice and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the room that I had. Though I only used the refrigerator the kitchenette was nice to have and came with all necessary items supplied. Also, the free breakfast was absolutely excellent. Definitely the hot food was the best I’ve in a long time at a hotel like this. The location is good as well as it’s located next to a freeway but wasn’t noisy. My only minor complaint was that I saw several cars parked in the handicapped parking with no tags and my 2nd night I had to park rather far from the entrance but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a great property with a great price and you can’t go wrong with staying here..

I really enjoy my stay with my family. The room is clean and everywhere smelled so lovely. I will visit again if i I'm in Houston.

Phone was broke in room so couldn't retrieve messages that were flashing. Lock was broke on the door.

The property wasn’t up to part I entered my room it was rust all over there dresser handles and in shower i definitely would like my money back . Breakfast sausage was cold .
