Starting from the airport shuttle to them letting me check out late at 4pm because my flight was at 8pm is just the type of hospitality that one appreciates. Maria at the Front desk is a star. If you get a room next to the elevator. You'll hear it go up and down. There's a loud vibration

TPS is a nice cozy hotel for a short stay near IAH. My room was cozy with a fridge and mini kitchen. The TV was small, but I was able to pull it out and face it toward the bed to enjoy my show. The AC was a floor/lower wall model - but it worked fine and keep the room comfortable. The bathroom soaps/hair wash was of good quality. The breakfast was ok/good - but didn't quite fit my diet, but for others it would be adequate. They also have a small little shop/store with goods that you might need if you didn't have your suitcase/luggage with you. I also got a ride to the airport, which was really convenient. There are 2 elevators and no signs point out that the 2nd one is a long ways away and around the corner. There aren't keto friendly breakfast options.

From the shuttle bus ride to the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place, we were highly impressed and happy with our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much! Breakfast was lovely. The entire place was well kept. Spotless even!

The service is VERY good! I was treated very well and they allowed me to check out later on both times I stayed! The breakfast is EXCELLENT too!! I HIGHLY recommend it! EVERYTHING was good!!

Breakfast was ok. Would have liked to see more bananas and fruit options. Orange Juice was sometimes watered down coming out of the machine. Overall, the hospitality, customer service outweighed everything else. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean, comfortable, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, practically a small one bed room apartment, very close to the airport and the shuttle was very punctual in comparison to other experiences in the past, and they also have a washer and dryer on the first floor, I would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for something budget friendly and not too far from the airport

The bedroom doors (i think) to the hallway are not sound proof so I could hear all the conversations in the hallway crystal clear coming into my room. That was the only thing that made it obvious it wasn’t a nicer hotel.

The shuttle got to us in good time and took us to the hotel. The breakfast provided enough options for most people to enjoy. I was able to sleep well after a long teavel day.

The hotel was lovely and clean and in a very pretty spot surrounded by trees. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance however we had to cross the freeway to get to most of them. There was a sidewalk but it was a very loud and somewhat intimidating walk.

The room was clean & convenient. There’s not much near for food so plan accordingly when you have no ca. the shuttle & airport are confusing so make sure to get to the right terminal and RIGHT Marriott shuttle. The planes are loud, but the acts what happens when you want to be close to the airport. Breakfast is not great but did the job.

My room did not have a hair dryer. I had requested one. They told me someone would bring one but no one ever provided the hair dryer. One other thing, travelling from Europe, my charger did not have the proper plug. I believe the hotel should have one for the few guests that may request it. I have a hotel myself and I make sure I can provide these type of connection to my guests. Everyone of us is so dependent of the internet these days to double check their flight reservation for example. It is not much but it is a nice touch. Anyway that is my personal thought.

Everything was great, except that the hotel is located right in the flight path, and the room is very loud. I parked up front by the office and found my very own guard dog in front of my car both mornings.

This property was great. I really love the room. Had a full size refrigerator. It was super clean. The staff was great. My only comment would be that there's 's a dog that roams the property. So if you're afraid of dogs, be aware

Even the GM was walking the ground and making sure everything was clean and organized, and even stopped to talk for about few minutes. Very friendly. Easy access to the airport The rooms were special, good was fresh, and the shuttle service was fast and friendly Will definitely return there when I'm back to the area!

Only thing we didn't like was the shower was clogged so there was a slow drainage each shower time, but we managed and did report it, so hope the next customer has a better shower drainage than we did.

We booked a room for 3 people, they gave us a room for two people so one of us had to sleep on the floor. We were only given one tiny blanket for the third person on the floor, Marriott couldn't even provide a rollaway bed. Horrible experience.

One main lowlight was the room A/C. First, the thermostat was not working properly. In a 30-minute timeframe we experienced big temperature changes ( /- 5 degrees). It ranged from too hot to too cold. Actually this impacted the quality of our sleep. Also the A/C was too noisy, it’s an older unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay except for the AC issues.

The cleaners use products that are too potent and containes harsh irratation . I’m a season traveler and I’ve never experienced this. I change hotels for my third night.

Did not like that the maid opened our door at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and continued to knock even after we said we resting. Felt like it was intentional to get us out of the room.

Less than 20 minutes from the airport and free parking! Checked in within 5 minutes! I would definitely stay again!

Really nice reception staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The room is lively, comfortable, clean and well equiped. Shuttle bus deiver was super helpful and pleasant. I had a lovely stay here.

The bathroom wasnt what i expected, didnt ask for ADA, got one anyway. Made the floors a bit slippery, but if i had needed that accommodation it would have been amazing.

Nice hotel for a 1 night stay. Check in was fast and easy. The room we were originally assigned had a strong smoke smell so we asked for a new room and we were moved to another room with no problems. They were very accommodating. We returned our car the night we checked in and the hotel shuttle was on stand by to pick us up from the rental car area which was great. They were also ready to go right at 5AM the next morning to take us to the airport for our flight. Definitely recommend staying here.

My room was located on the first floor, I was able to park my truck right outside the window. Well lit parking lot. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed, the bathroom and shower were on point. The breakfast was great. It was a good way to start the day.

Coffee was weak and warm, the food was Luke warm, which is a health hazard for salmonella and no fresh breads, or a toaster. Food choice was limited. For a Marriott facility, the “free breakfast “was an embarrassment.

Rooms are small and no choice of bedsize, only one size bed,blankets are small. Staff are amazing, helpful. Facility Clean ,neat and sanitized.

I Couldn't find the front entrance to the lobby and the Uber driver I was with couldn't either. The room had a horrific smell and I had to move rooms. I would have been nice to offer 1 complimentary bottle of water.

The air conditioner is so loud it woke us up every 30 minutes when it would turn on. Our sheets had small blood stains. The roads around the hotel are under construction as of May 2021 making it complicated to get in. The only saving grace was a super kind and friendly man at the front desk.

Took a family weekend trip. We found this hotel to be safe and quiet. The wooded surroundings are nice.

Hotel was nice and in an okay area. The pool area was nice and clean and had a grill for use. The gym was really nice. I was surprised to see a makeup removal towel which was a nice bonus....rooms were big and had a fully stocked kitchenette. There is also a little store/bar in the lobby to buy stuff. Was surprised at how much noise the guest kept...and how much trash was in the hallways.

My stay was very comfortable, peaceful and memorable, it being a Valentine’s Day weekend. I was able to make good use of the kitchen to prepare a nice dinner and breakfast the following morning with all the necessary cooking utensils and dish wares. It was like being at home away from home. I was able to park my truck right below my assigned room this made me feel even more comfortable along with the covid19 guidelines being followed by the hotel. The price of my stay was worth every penny.

The room had a mini kitchen and there’s many items for cooking that you can borrow if you wanted to cook yourself. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. I was placed on the 3rd floor overlooking the swimming pool. I couldn’t hear anything from outside the hotel which was nice. The location is close to the highway so that’s a plus. There’s no shady homeless people wandering outside or any apartment complexes nearby. Families were pretty active in the amenities provided which shows that the hotel is doing something right. It’s not a ghost town inside. Overall the hotel was very clean inside and out. I would definitely come back here to stay and will probably book another room here in a few weeks when I go out to enjoy the nightlife in Houston.
