My wife and I stayed at the Post Oak for our anniversary, it was the best of the best. Staff took excellent care of us from before we got there until we left. All amenities were top notch. You had everything you needed at the Post Oak, from coffee shops tonfine dining and everything in between.

Loved the pool and the corner suite. Very clean and peaceful. Security guard by the bar was very aggressive with patrons.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. I also enjoyed the spa and the overall atmosphere of the property. Everything was well maintained, and the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

This hotel is awesome! I will never stay anywhere else while in Houston. The staff was very polite and went out their way to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed. The rooms was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the bells and whistles that came with the room. Like the surround sound and tv in the tub. The service is top of the line. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants top of the line service!

The hotel experience overall was also wonderful. Every aspect of my stay was more than pleasant. I also met Gary Owen at the craft bar. My stay was wonderful and I plan to stay here again.

Amazing experience was there to celebrate my birthday and they pulled out all the stops!! They were so pleasant and overall provided me with a great birthday experience.

Watch out for overcharging. Carefully review bills especially the final checkout bill. There were $400 in fraudulent charges I had to remove before checking out.

Beautiful and modern rooms Poor comms as company didn't respond to messages on booking.com. Furthermore, sound insulation of the room was very poor. This hotel is full of NBA players so not a quiet relaxed vibe at all, mostly posers.

Everything, the staff was amazing, the room was clean, i came to celebrate my 24th birthday and they made me feel so special. I haven’t found a hotel that i prefer to be my stay action hotel when i want a little break and i now found it. Will definitely be coming back very soon! Loved everything

I would say that most of the people working there were so lovely. Jim Carey and the tall thin girl at the front desk, along with the house car driver were amazing and made us feel so pampered.the pool attendant was wonderful. The room was very nice. The 12 days of Christmas display was fabulous. The ones who weren’t were really not great. $60 a day for valet is literally insane. The hotel hot tub was freezing one day so we asked the spa if we could use their jacuzzi and the blonde spa person was exceedingly rude about it… we felt like criminals. It put a real damper on our trip. The restaurant in the hall was utterly horrid. The brunch charged for coffees, iced tea, refills and vanilla syrup at their brunch, which is ridiculous at brunch.

Took my wife for our wedding anniversary. Hotel, room was clean and beautiful. The staff provided excellent service in every department. The only complaint is the hotel scheduled plumbing repairs the morning of my stay which I wasn’t aware of until I already paid for everything and made it to my hotel room. I found out not by staff, but with a letter on the desk in my room. It stated there will be no hot water after 8am and would last for up to six hours. Which cut our stay short. I had planned on ordering breakfast in bed and relaxing there until check out time. Unfortunately without hot water after 8am we had to set an alarm to wake up early to get a hot shower and we checked out of the hotel by 8am and had breakfast in town with no need to go back. I don’t know if it was our floor only “17th”. It would have been appreciated to be informed ahead of time or be put on a different floor so my wife and I could have enjoyed a full stay. Especially taking into consideration it’s the most expensive hotel in the city of Houston.

The interior of the rooms is very stylish and spacious. The beds are super comfy, and the duvets are fluffy.

It’s absolutely beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. It’s waayyy to pricey in my option. Also, we wanted to not use Valet but they didn’t really give us an option and then charged us for it.. PER DAY.

Everything was exquisite.The room was perfect, the Bloom & Bee was fantastic, the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Can’t wait to stay there again!

We love it so much! We will be back. The only thing I will suggest is to adjust air-conditioning because it is too cold inside the hotel. Especially in the lobby and the Spa.

My wife loved her mother's day gift. She stayed the weekend by herself as a break from motherhood. She had a spa treatment that she enjoyed very much. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making her feel special. She especially loved the executive suite with all the details that comes with a luxury stay. In fact she loved her stay so much that wants to return and stay in the near future.

a wrap to the property around 3:40 went to check in we were told the room was not ready. I went back up to the front at 5 PM to ask if our room was ready yet and she stated no. That’s when I started to fuss, letting her know that we had dinner reservations at 6 PM. I needed a room. She was extremely nice. Helped us and put us in a room that evening we go to dinner. I text the number that’s on our valet ticket to get our car we get downstairs. We wait 20 minutes our car still not there. My husband goes to the valet desk for them to tell him they never pulled the car. This morning we go to check out I call to get both me and my husband‘s vehicle pulled because clearly people don’t check the text message that is stated on the valet ticket. I get downstairs. My husband‘s vehicle is there but mine‘s not I address the situation. They state that They’re going to get my car. They pull a car up that is not mine. So again 25 minutes later, I finally get my vehicle.

This was an amazing experience. Everything I asked for they provided, the staff knew my name even when just walking around. The rooms are spacious and having a tablet to control, lights, shades and contact front desk, order food, it allows you to get everything you need from the tablet. The Bluetooth speakers through the room is nice to listen to your own music. Everything was always clean, and staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting the high life experience.
