Simplicity, good location, quiet... Breakfast could be improved

It was clean and organized. It was quiet all around, but a little noisy in the very early morning around 4ish. I enjoyed the close proximity to other hotels and fast food. The parking is a little irritating, but what can we do ?

There was no breakfast available. Only coffee and juice from machines.

Did not experience the breakfast but the staff was great and the room was great,the parking was good too

I looked in the lobby after I was told breakfast was served from 6am-9am. I didn’t see any breakfast out. All I saw was coffee. I was extremely disappointed in the fact they broke federal law by charging me a pet fee for my wife’s emotional support animal. I told them this was wrong and they told me I could chose to stay elsewhere. I told them that I was going to be charged for the room whether I stayed the night or not. I also showed them a letter certifying my wife’s need for her service animal. Even when I showed them documentation saying it is against the ADA they told me I was welcome to report them to BBB and they would respond to them. We will be looking to take possible legal action against them.

Not much to like other than the beds and somewhat clean I didn’t like that I got blamed for stealing towels from the room when all towels were left in the room. $50 were stolen from a card from a person that the room wasn’t even under and got access to that card without permission when making a purchase of a water bottle

This super 8 was clean and quiet great location for food and traveling to different locations the staff was kind and friendly. The bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave it. I had a overall N/ A

Room was clean, breakfast could have been better. The coffee needs work for sure. Person who made the coffee is not a coffee drinker...lol but drank 2 cups. Upgrade the brand of coffee, make less coffee to avoid waste....my opinion.

No good breakfast. And they wanted you to give $100 deposit for the hotel. Then I had to climb stairs to get to my room and I have a bad knee and they didn't have my reservation ready when I got there. And they want to tell you how many people you can have in the room.

Nothing fancy, but a good clean room and easy parking. There is a grocery store, a drug store and gas station nearby. Helpful staff. Convenient to Beltway 8.

The location of the hotel was very easy to find. The atmosphere was very quiet. It accommodated my mom who needed a room on the first floor. I don't have anything negative to say about the room or the location of the hotel. We were given all the amenities that we needed for our stay.

Staff were exceptionally helpful & went out of there way to help us Breakfast option was poor & sometimes nothing other than coffee or juice

Other than occasional knock on the door in the early morning hours till 3:00 a.m. other than that going on. It was a nice place. I would get a hotel room here again in the future. And tell others that it's a good place. Thank you

The old housekeeper is really rude. U have to beg for towels and the manager was trying to make me get my room clean. They constantly watching u. I asked another guest did they make him get his room clean and he said No. we came there to get rest and not be disturbed. Then they charge 20 a day pet fee. Ridiculous

We enjoyed our trip actually loved the set up of the room only complaint I have is that the water did not get hot ,taking a warm cold shower was not fun when the water did get hot it was after 1am

I booked a property then when I get there to to get the key they tell me there’s $1**deposit on cleanliness after I leave the room what the hell I’m not paying $1**to stay anywhere. These people are rip offs don’t stay there.

Our AC died and we live in Houston, Texas. We had to find a hotel that accepted our small dog, because it was too hot to stay in our home. We were able to get a room that night and for a good price. We were greatful and liked that the pet fee wasn’t crazy expensive.

The breakfast was a joke. The coffee machine was broken for days. The staff charged my credit card for the entire 7 day stay the first day. I told the front desk that I may have to leave early. I was told that the hotel gave no refunds even though I did not have a nonrefundable reservation. Extremely rude.

The owners of the property are very kind and do a great job maintaining the property. The property is new and very clean. I stay here a few days every week when I am Houston for work.

I had a truck with a 5 x 8 trailer and were able to accommodate me parking for my trailer. I would like to Thank the Kanu and Staff. were very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning.

While the property itself is decent, the staff is not. What isn’t listed is the fact they require a $100 CASH deposit. I tried to use a card, but they wouldn’t let me. The attendant was pretty rude about this. I won’t be going back there.

Stay was great. Rooms were surprisingly modern compared to other super8 facilities as facility was new. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast though did not have all the frills like hot scrambled eggs etc... but ok to have some breakfast for kids.

The front desk person was too slow ( night time) the building is new . Need some through cleaning. Otherwise it is good. We stayed two different rooms one is big the other is small. They don’t have elevator.

Motel is very clean, quiet and safe. Wish the front desk staff will be more friendly. Wish the breakfast will be more friendly too.

Was overall pleased with the hotel. A bit of a humidity issue inside the room probably due to the door seal, but not anything horrible. All of the staff was excellent. Very accommodating to our needs. I would likely stay again.

The only thing I’m complaining about is that the guy at check in told me I needed to give them a $100 deposit by card or $50 cash and that I would get it back once I checked out. Nowhere did it mention a deposit they need to include that to not catch people off guard. It almost made me wanna cancel the whole thing
