All Employees are well trained and eager to serve. The entrance to the hotel is not visible. The vacant land surrounded the area is tall grass.

The property is tired and in need of renovation. Which is exactly what they are doing now. It served our purposes well. We needed a place to spend a night near the airport, and it worked. The room was clean enough, the breakfast adequate (hot and cold items), shuttle service was okay both directions)

My stay was good the staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and big my only problem was my room had a Oder and smelled. It’s was clean just has smell. The pantry was overpriced. The breakfast was good it had a few options to choose from. My overall experience was very good I would go back in the future

The only eggs available had cheese in them I am allergic to cheese. The room was hot and uncomfortable was offered another room but came back late and was too tired to move rooms

I contacted the staff twice through Booking for more information but didn’t get a reply, so I had to call once I arrived at the airport to arrange the service. I then had to walk to a different terminal and wait quite a long time for the shuttle. While the staff member on the phone was very helpful, I would have appreciated arranging everything earlier. Also, the hotel is not that close to the airport: the drive was around 10-15 minutes.

The room had roaches, and they were in my bed. I had to change my room with the same issue 3 times. I need a full refund.

This property was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. Breakfast was good. I was in the area for work, so wasn't there but one night.

Not much to write my flight came into Houston at 11.45pm but the shuttle to the hotel wasn’t available after midnight. I spent only Saturday morning at the hotel. Didn’t really spent Saturday and Sunday night at the hotel .

While the rooms are clean, there are roaches. The front desk manager Anakaren is patronizing and rude. However, the maintenance staff (Mike specifically) was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is actually impressive for continental breakfast. The gym is just okay and not as pictured on the website.

The breakfast was fantastic. The pool was also nice. The downside was their hot water was not hot. They tried telling us that was as hot as it was going to get. There is no way it was over 78 degrees. It was cold. They moved us after night one due to the water issue. Had a luke warm shower. Last morning had another luke warm shower. The elevator was also out of order the majority of our second day. I get that things happen, but it was a bit ridiculous. The carpet was worn and had a hole in our room. The tiles in the shower were coming apart. Housekeeping staff was great. The shower issue is what made it a bad stay.

Amount of space is decent for price Had roaches in my room on the third floor, parking was very limited, location was not good at all. Had to wait over a month for me to receive my refund for my deposit after the staff had told me when leaving that I would get it in a few days. Called my bank, they said Staybridge had set the date for my funds to be released on 3/24/26 when I left the hotel on 2/27/26. Ridiculous

Room was clean and had many amenities. Staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. The airport shuttle was easy to navigate all you do is call from the airport and to leave the hotel you can sign up for a certain time at the front desk.

No plugs at all at the bed side.

Airport shuttle driver, Dean was wonderful and so kind. 4am staff wasn’t overly friendly and didn’t offer a receipt for my stay. My room was clean and bug free. Shower was a bit dated, but it was only one night.

I did not like anything The room I was given was unacceptable. It had a strong sewer smell, the room itself was dirty, the beds were only half made, and the linens were dingy. This was especially concerning considering I made my reservation two weeks prior to check-in. To make matters worse, the room appeared to be designated for a handicap guest. After speaking with management about the issue, I was informed that no other rooms were available. With my event scheduled to begin in less than an hour, I had to think quickly after being given such an awful room. Fortunately, I was able to secure another room at a nearby Staybridge Suites.

I woke up with bed bug bites on my neck. My husband doctor confirmed that it’s not an allergic reaction. They should pay attention to the room and bedding cleanliness.

The room was run down. Carpet in terrible condition, definitely needs to be replaced. Staff was walking around spraying fabuloso to cover the funny smell in hallways. Staff at the front desk were not welcoming.

Just a very average location. We only stayed out towards the airport due to the high cost of RODEO downtown. This isn't a bad place, but others are better for the money.

Clean room with lots of space, comfortable bed, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. My flight was canceled on a layover and they didn't hesitate to help me change my reservation, as I wouldn't be arriving until the following day. Not far from the IAH airport and quiet. Would recommend

The front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived. Even found me some ketchup for my fries! Room was large, clean and comfortable and the free airport shuttle makes it super convenient for a quick overnight stay while on a layover. Would stay here again.

The other disappointment was the water and the pressure, after a long day of traveling, thw water was not very hot and barely came out. We didn’t let staff know. Would stay again, and this time if I had any issues I would let staff know.

Worst customer service ever! No hot water in the showers and the hotel was booked. They provided another room for me to JUST shower as they say and got upset when my toiletries where in the room when I came from church! This was my birthday weekend! Worst manager and front desk ever! Don’t ever stay here rooms are terrible! How would you get mad at a paying guest when you inconvenience me and my kids without having hot water in the room! I would never stay here again and I recommend you don’t either

The room was great, the staff was great. My only complaint is the hot water. I took a cold shower, the water started warming up some, after my shower was complete. So when you pay over $100, you dont expect to have to let the water run for 30mins before you can take a comfortable shower

There was no hot water coming from shower, and the water pressure was pretty low. I did feel a little unsafe in the area, because people were outside smoking weed, hanging out. And the place is so far from the streets. But it was well lit.. The staff are very nice

The hotel is very close to the airport but there is no shuttle which was stated on Expedia. My room was an efficiency which was nice and they have snacks in the evening Monday - Wednesday.

Decent 3 star hotel. Had a complaint about the damp carpet in the room and got changed no fuss. However this was to a higher floor with the elevator out. That got fixed the next day though.

The check in took forever. They asked for my card I’m not sure why but the following day I had to cancel the card because I had two fraudulent charges. The elevator was broken. We had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. The carpet was filthy. The clientele was shady. There was no safe restaurant nearby.

The note on the door should have been the give away to turn around. No fire system or sprinklers. Upon entering, it was sweltering in the lobby and dining area. The carpet throughout was buckling up in places. The door to the pool was so heavy to open and slammed shut. It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. The elevator needs maintenance. The room was horrible. I’ve been bitten by bedbugs and even saw a roach. When I told the worker about the roach, she asked what she wanted me to do about it. Overall do not go here unless you want to be bit by bedbugs and anything else. 0/10 do not recommend

Bathroom has some wood peeling up from counter area, and 1 lamp in the corner didnt work too. Other than that, it was quiet, it was clean, had everything I needed. Luckily I bring my own sprays for these situations.

The Hotel experience was great. It was exactly what we needed. The access road to get to it was weird. There were tight pilings in the road.

We stayed for only I night because it was close to the airport. The carpet was frayed in multiple places and the curtains were torn. When the toilet was flushed, it sounded like someone screaming. The grossest thing was that there were bugs - little brown beetles. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Staff was friendly and room was large but showing its age, and satellite dish to room tv wasn’t working properly. Outdoor pool was unfortunately closed on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Falsely advertised as having an airport shuttle which was not true, and we had to find and pay for our own transportation back and forth to the Houston Airport. Very little around here and closest food is just fast food 10 minute walk away and not sure how safe it was to walk in this area. Would not recommend staying here.

I’m here for the layover and the proximity to the airport. They have free breakfast and also a free lunch at 5pm. Overall is great.

Desk chair is broken, furniture is kind of old. The bed sheets are okay, fairly clean. Room is also pretty spacious. However, my room has a roach problem. I would not stay here again unless they do some serious pest control.

I stayed for 2 nights the staff was friendly and helpful, unfortunately the hotel has cockroaches I told the front desk my main concern was finding they crawling around my suitcase, literally had to leave my suitcase outside my home to be sure I didn’t bring any into my home. Also they don’t tell u this off hand but they take a $50 hold on ur account before checking in. But $60 was taken off my card.

Property boasts free airport shuttle, but when I got there, they told me it didn’t start until 7:30am. My flight was at 6am…That negated my reason for staying in a hotel that was close to to the airport…found out that an 8 minute ride was considered PEAK and was $60

Staff at front desk was not very friendly. He did not greet me or explain why he was running my credit card for a 75 dollar deposit fee. When I asked he pointed to a sign on the counter saying it was explained there. When I asked if I would get it back he hesitantly said yes. As he gave me my cards I said thank you and heard nothing from him. As we got off the elevator to our floor there was a smell of vinegar or strong detergent so I figured we were near the laundry. Our room was warm and lights were not bright enough or switches not working. The couch had stains on it and the end of it looked as if a cat had scratched it, torn. We slept well as the room cooled off by evening and floor was quiet. We were on the third floor so the outside lights were pointing directly at our windows which for some reason had plastic on the outside as if they were under construction or brand new. Either way we were able to close the curtains to prevent the bright light on us as we slept. Check out staff was friendly. Overall I would not return to this hotel or recommended it to anyone. Not for the price I paid. 👎

The pool is closed for the season is an important detail to a family. And every external door was propped open by a rock eliminating any actual safety of the building.

Bathroom drain clogged, bed was flat, building was old and worn out, airport shuttle was old, area seemed unsafe at night.

I reserved a room with 2 beds they gave me one with a king bed so we had to use the sofa bed which it was horrible to sleep on. The mattress was so thin that you felt you were sleeping on top of the wire

Asked young men for a different room but available room was also had a strong smell. Asked for refund and he agreed as long as he spoke with booking agent. Resolved and refund in process.

The hotel and room were lovely, however the AC went out and no one could tell us when it was going to be fixed. Although we liked the room, we had to move to a different nearby hotel.

The room was filthy with hair in the tub, a whole door missing from the closet, dust covering the wall vents thickly, the AC panel had no filter it in, the dishwasher was not mounted into place and had a pool of old water in it with visible mold on the drainage hose, and running water down the sink caused the entire room to have. Sewage smell. The staff only said “sorry” without addressing any issue. Also, there was a loud pool party past 10 PM. My husband took pictures of the nasty conditions, so I can’t upload from my phone. Called corporate to discuss the issue. Supposedly a case was filed - theee days later I’m still waiting on a phone call.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The staff was great, and the shuttle was on time to get us to the airport. My new go to property when I stay due to flying out early

Front desk staff in this property is unfriendly. Access road is in poor conditions. Microwave was not operational and had to be replaced. Ironing table was in poor condition and had to be replaced. Exhaust fan in the bathroom had a rattling noise and apparently needs replacement. Room service was good.

The staff is unhelpful. The carpet is all bunched up.

Most of the hotel smelled like mildew and mold. There where the yellow "watch your step" signs everywhere, especially on the ground floor. Our room had a large industrial fan in it (on the floor) blowing into the second bedroom. There was also a strong smell of mildew. The hotel was full, so we had no other room option. There was also no bedding for the sleeper sofa. We were given two mattress pads for the bedding and were told there was nothing else available. My teenage son ended up sleeping in our vehicle due to the lack of bedding and the strong mildew smell. The front desk clerk (the following morning) was uncaring and extremely unprofessional. We are currently waiting to here back from the hotel manager.

Pick and drop off folks were very friendly.. the room obviously had not been updated in a very long time. The bed had an old shriveled plastic mattress pad and was very uncomfortable. I had requested a quiet room and it was very quiet.

Great lodgings for a family with children-kids had their room & bathroom, parents had other room with bathroom (be careful of the tub in the king bed room-a bit slippery). Full kitchen with glass dishes & cups-dishwasher as well in the great room. Bedding was fantastic.

The two room suit was clean, but the door to one of the room loose, unable to locks bathroom door, curtains panel different lengths. No ice machine or ice maker didn't work.

This is a great place for a quick airport layover. Staff are friendly and they have a pantry to purchase quick bites if you arrive late. The free shuttle and breakfast is an added bonus.

Really enjoyed my stay at this property. They have a decent breakfast each morning, and on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings they offer dinner. They also have free laundry onsite (3 washers, 2 driers) for guests which was a huge plus while traveling with my 3 children! The pool was open (it was pretty chilly) but my kids really enjoyed it. Convenient to lots of fast food restaurants (Wendy’s, whataburger, Popeyes, Burger King), and a gas station close by. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Houston!

The bed was dirty, the carpet was filthy, the walls had holes in them, the water pressure in the shower was low, and the room smelled like cigarettes (despite a no smoking policy). Our baby got a rash after sleeping on the sheets, we have no proof that the rash was from the hotel, but it appeared after she slept on the sheets and went away a few days after. The night time front desk worker was seldom at his desk, and when he was he was rather rude. I will say that the day time desk clerk was friendly and helpful as were the fantastic repair workers. We reported two issues with the room directly to the repairmen (plumbing and a drawer that would not stay closed) and when we returned to the room both those issues were solved. The hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle service included. The breakfast was fine, good enough for the money and it had enough options to serve our entire group. This place serves a purpose, but do yourself a favour and stay at the Holiday Inn Express, as we did on our way home from Houston after our cruise.

Cockroach will welcome you. Shuttle service does not work 24hrs. It works when just driver wants.

Front desk sent us to the wrong location for Airport shuttle pickup. Did not seem to care. Shuttle driver was excellent!

The shuttle driver name Beverly didn't come over to the stay bridge suites to pick me up,she told front desk the bus was full,so two people had to walk over to the Holiday inn Express , And she passed the Stay bridge up and didn't stop there so we would of been late to airport if we wouldn't have walked over there, very bad attitude of shuttle driver for both establishments. Beverly told front desk this at the stay bridge and she told me,very rude of her.

Rooms were “ok” with stains, torn carpets, tattered curtains. Daily housekeeping doesn’t do more than make bed and refresh towels - no cleaning at all, as evidenced by the trash barrel and dirty countertops left that way. Eve/night staff would rather be on their phones than help guests or know what’s going on. Several hours of brown water from faucets and the answer I received was essentially I work nights and don’t know. Ask during the day. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. Seems more transient housing than s true hotel.

My blanket had spots looked like blood && it looked like someone popped in out toilet we ask for extra blankets the lady said they don’t have anything but I think she was lying if the man that be there at night was there he would of gave us some the the white lady told us the pool was permanently closed then turn around kid in the pool but besides that everything was ok
