    The hotel property inside was very unclean and appeared run down. Surprisingly, the room itself was ok and was better maintained, but with that being said, we had a cracked sink and the AC was loud and never stopped running.

    Clean large room & friendly staff. Restaurant nearby does have music so if you're not interested ask for a room on the other side. Free shuttle to & from airport. We were able to leave our car parked at hotel for $5 day! Overall we'd definitely stay again.

    Because of weather our flight was canceled until next day. Was able to secure 2 rooms last minute and they provided a shuttle to and from the airport. They were great.

    I asked the front desk lady at night time for extra blankets and she said “I can’t do that “ I asked her “why not ?” She said “because I do t have enough” I told her I was willing to pay for some extra blankets because my kids get cold at night. With an attitude she stands up from watching something on her phone (like she was interrupted) and walks to get me more blankets. What a joke pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. The elevators are filthy dirty and dark and the rooms are dingy. This doesn’t represent “Marriott” from the staff to the rooms to the lobby and exterior. Good luck

    Breakfast had everything you need, free shuttle was good add on, nice pool for the heat, room was very big and comfy, staff were friendly. Staff were not contactable via booking.com or email at all which was a problem if you don't have a Sim card, not very close to public transport for non-able walkers. Bus stop 25 minutes walk away and did not have a path most of way.

    The room was overall clean, our main issue was the room was very stuffy sorta like a wet moldy smell, area was close to airport but still didnt feel safe. The shuttle bus to the airport was not "running" at the time we needed to check out so we had to book a uber. also the water was scheduled to be off from 12 am to 3am which was the time we needed to check out to catch our flight.

    Very pleased with this hotel, especially with traveling with the family. The staff friendliness and willing to help with little things, really said a lot especially with weary parents traveling with children. I'm a picky about clean, comfortable and friendly, they got every one of them and I was impressed.

    Musty Smell. Could def tell this was an older hotel that had been renovated. Its sits in behind a Mexican restaurant so kinda hard to navigate at times when the restaurant was busy. The area around it seemed to be a little run down.

    As an avid traveler and former Flight Attendant, I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and this by far was one of the worst experiences. I booked this hotel due to a last-minute decision to fly into Houston to surprise my college student daughter for her birthday. As soon as I pulled up in the driveway, I knew something was wrong. It looked old and ran down from the outside. And once I walked inside, it looked even worse. It looked nothing like the pictures online so the pictures are either very old or they were AI. The hotel attendant at the front desk needs a new job. Customer service is not her forte. She didn’t speak. I actually spoke to her and said hi. How are you doing? While she just gave me this dry hello barely looking at me through the Braids covering her eyes. I wasn’t trying to carry on a conversation, but if you’re at the front desk of a hotel, regular politeness is expected. Unfortunately, this generation lacks a lot of social skills and cues. The lobby is very dark and dreary, and maybe that affected her, but I doubt it. She proceeds to tell me after I swipe my card that she did not have the room I reserved. So I asked her what what kind of room did you put me in? Without ever looking up at me, she says a double. I said OK is that a double queen? At which point she got frustrated, shrugged her shoulders, and said, “I don’t know a double”. I then politely cancelled the room and went to the Holiday Inn Express where the attendant was polite and the stay was great.

    Room was clean. House keeping staff were friendly. Overnight front desk staff has horrible service with unacceptable ugly attitude. Not helpful at all. We had a one month old baby with us and needed an extra blanket. She refused to give us one. Internet connection was very poor. Other than that our stay was ok.

    The location from the airport and free shuttle service. The gentleman checking us in couldn’t find my reservation said it was cancelled. I showed him the confirmation and he still couldn’t find it. He finally gave us a room not sure what he did. Next morning when checking out the key at the front desk said I still owed them money. Said the taxes hadn’t been paid. Explained to her what happened the night before. When I told her I booked through booking.com she said she wished people would stop using that website. We asked about getting on the shuttle back to the airport and she said no one was signed up. We told her we asked the guy the night before and he just said it runs every 30 minutes 24-7. I definitely won’t stay there again after the way we were treated.

The outside of the hotel, especially around the entrance looked a little worn and could use some new paint, a little spic and span cleaning, it may be a little landscaping to make it look more visually appealing. And all it was a convenient stay that was close to the airport, but it wasn't very memorable.

    I would have given it zero starsbut the one star was for the good shuttle service & the nice check out lady in the morning. The place is filthy. If we hadnt been traveling for 24 hours straight- and i wouldnt have lost money on the prepay hotel we would have went someone else. We slept with our hoods tied, of our hoodies and in out. Lotges and tried not to touch anything. Wd stayed for 3 hoursa d went to our next hitel. Huge white stains all i er couch, many hairs all in the bed- extra seats for pull out couch stains on those. Fioltgy carpet- very very very gross. Hope we didnt catch anything. Left checked in ealry to next hotel and took long showers. Hirrific for a marriot and if i could get a refund ir didnt prepay based in the pics they oosted i would have left.

    We found mold on sofa and bed. Asked front desk , they checked and told me that room was empty for 1 month. I was surprised to witness mold on sprillhill suits by Marriate . We end up not staying there. Since we went there to check in midnight, we were unable to book online any other hotel since same night. We drove door to door several hotel, and finally found on to stay. It was total hazards at middle of the night with family and kids.

    It was just ok. The window curtain doesn’t cover the entire window so it lets a lot of light in. Ther also isn’t much light in front of the mirror that’s by the kitchenette. The hotel did what it was supposed to do. AC was good. Clean enough.

    Overall , check in was smooth. The rooms were decent but, they are small. It was a lot of people roaming the hallways & making noise most of the night. My mom used one of the face towels & she completely broke out so it might be the type of detergent that they use to wash them. Another complaint about it is that the elevators need some work because it felt like we were about to drop down especially with the elevator on the left. The door wasn’t completely closed before it started moving which scared us. I made the manager aware of it. Breakfast was decent but, some of the food didn’t seem cooked long enough. Just a heads up that they only put out the waffle maker on weekends which was disappointing. Overall, if you just need a room to stay at for a day or two then this location wasn’t as bad as others.

    My daughters truck was broken into. PlayStation, clothes shoes, ice chest are among the things taken. The hotel staff was not compassionate or helpful at all. We had to call police ourselves. We were on top floors getting our things and saw a truck leaving with our ice chest in the back, video taped it and asked them to look at their cameras and they refused. They said they couldn't look at the camera in fact said the parking space where the truck was the camera didn't reach. It was in front of the hotel so that was questionable.

    It was an overall poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as a place to stay and absolutely would NEVER stay again. There was someone sleeping in the hall our first night, this made me extremely uncomfortable. Our room was so humid that our sheets, bedding, and towels were moist, the bathroom was very very small, the carpet was nasty, the breakfast was well under par.     Stayed with my family of 5. It was nice to have two full beds and a sofa bed that pulled out to sleep 2. The pullout mattress was stained and needed to be replaced though. The bathroom had a toilet and shower/tub and the quarters were so small that my child who is 60lbs and 4’ tall banged her elbow while trying to use the toilet. The facility needs to be updated but the staff was nice and the place was kept pretty clean. On our second night the hotel was out of towels which is not professional either I wouldn’t stay there again.

    In the outside is unkept. The “yard” is not cut. There were mushrooms in the yard because it was so long. The sink was stopped up in our room and it leaked underneath. The service was good and the breakfast was good.

    Our flight arrived at 10 pm and we spent one night before our cruise. I've stayed at multiple SpringHill suites before and this was definitely the least up kept property of all, however it was clean and they staff is so friendly. Hotel is located next to a very nice trendy Mexican Restaurant that surprisingly stays open until midnight during the week and 1 a.m. on the weekends, the food was delicious and so were the drinks and it is a total restaurant atmosphere not a night club. Property also offers 24 hour airport shuttle service and free breakfast which is the original reason why I booked. I would definitely stay here again based on how friendly and accommodating the staff was, and also because of the proximity to a very good restaurant that offers delicious late night eats since I only travel to Hobby Airport for cruising and I always take flights that arrive the night before so restaurant next door was a big plus for our family.

    Everyone was nice and friendly at the front desk instead of the young lady with the locs she was very dry as if she didn’t want to be bothered. I love that they serve breakfast and kept the area clean. My room look like it had dried blood in the floor in multiple spots. The area was very convenient and nice, but I strongly recommend more security if possible.

    I felt the property was as expected. Nothing really over the the top and nothing terrible. I would say the first night we stayed we had two rooms booked for 11 people and we had to use the couch /bed as the third bed but there were no blankets for it nor enough pillows and the front desk staff said they didn't have any to give us. Said they were booked full and couldn't accommodate us. We were just asking for what should have already been in the room that was designated for 6 people.

    Comfortable bed and large room but needs to be updated. Old carpet, popcorn ceiling, awkward bathroom. There was a man wearing a neck gator and a hat trying to swipe his card on the doors to enter and would approach us in the hallway, go face to face and stare. Very creepy and scary, and low security. Tequila 45 next door was easy and nice for dinner. Breakfast buffet was crowded and just ok. Warm options but sausage was in a bin of grease and eggs looked like rubber.

    When i requested the room, i called ahead to ask if there were rooms with 2 queen beds like we have had at other Springhill locations. I was told that the 2 doubles were really queens, so i booked the room. When i got there, sadly, there really were 2 doubles, and no queens. We dealt with it, but we were not happy anout the misinformation.

    Warning!! Check which airport you're flying into/out of in Houston!! Was not aware of the 2 airports that are close to each other (George Bush and Hobby) so booked this hotel by mistake! Shuttle couldn't pick me up, ended up costing me $100 for rides to/from airport my layover. Also, pool is not in service during winter months - which was not advertised on booking. The only plus to this hotel is that there is a busy Mexican restaurant within walking distance - it was nice to watch the live band, but VERY loud (bring ear plugs)!

    How would we know there was 2 airport hotels in Houston? This hotel is 45 minutes from the airport yet it has “Airport” in its name! We flew from Panama to Houston, call the hotel for the shuttle and no one knew where Zone 3, Pickup 14 was. We waited for 1/2 hour and called the hotel back and that’s when we found out this hotel was 45 minutes away and they don’t shuttle from the Bush International Airport. I would like a refund.

    The property is clean, the staff is friendly. We stayed in a two queen bed suite - the desk worked quite well for me, and I like that. It was separate from the main bedroom area – that allowed me some privacy while I worked, and my mom watched television. I will say the– the bathroom and shower are quite small. The breakfast options were minimal, but the coffee was pretty good. I felt safe and would definitely stay here again.

    Nice hotel. Beds are very small. We are suppose to have a room with 2 queen beds but I’m sure they were only doubles. There is not much around the hotel to do or eat.

    This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It smelled musty and looked old. Beds were so uncomfortable we barely slept. Not worth the money at all. It’s sad because normally these are great rooms. In need of major updates!

    The staff absolutely made this property enjoyable. The inside was kept very clean and the services were top notch. On the downside, adjoining properties weren't kept up as nice and even seemed sketchy at times. There is a really good Mexican restaurant next door but it's the only within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend taking walks after dark for the area has some rundown buildings and such and no one would guarantee your safety.

    Not hotels fault I guess but there was a really ratty looking couple in lobby. The girl was begging guy to get the bags but he appeared to be high on something.and not comprehending what she was saying. Front desk person made a point of telling me they weren't on my floor. Anyway, I didn't feel safe going out to eat so I ordered in. It was night anyway but also them being in the lobby made me rethink going out even though the restaurant was on the corner.

    It was an ok stay. The location is not family friendly, there was a weed smell outside around the property. Next to a restaurant if you want to eat there. Was good enough to crash for one night.

    The pull out bed under the couch was not clean and had 2 spiders crawling on it. Front desk stated that they didn’t have extra blankets or sheets. They did eventually find a sheet. Bathroom has no working exhaust so very steamy. At 8am, the fire alarms went off. Was told we didn’t have to evacuate, but alarms went off for over 30 minutes. Left with headaches as we called out Uber to pick us up early to take us to Galveston.

    We loved the hotel itself and the staff. The location, near the airport, was what we needed. The hotel is modern, clean, and very nice. Our experience tanked, however, because of the NOISE. It is directly next to a hopping restaurant and bar with very LOUD music on Friday and Saturday nights which ends at maybe 12:30 am. When you are traveling and can't sleep it is not good. In addition, our room HVAC was loud with a rattle. It was really a shame because otherwise we really liked the SpringHill Suites.

    Very friendly staff and eager to accommodate. I really like the feature of receiving a text notification when the room was ready. My room was perfect. It checked off all boxes with the mini kitchenette. I would definitely recommend.

    The toilet in our room remaines stopped up pur entire stay. The hotel stated they did not uqve maintenance on hand at the time. They offered us a plunger. We stayed 3 nights with this problem and the only response was them offering us a plunger each time the toilet would clog. Terrible.

    Bed was comfy - I’ll give them that. Otherwise couldn’t wait to get out of there. Strong smell of chemical cleaners, coffee cold who does that? Breakfast eggs were plastic, sausage not done. Pool green. AC unit sounded like a construction site all night long. Sorry - just not good and I’m not a picky person.

    I went to check in, computers were down had to wait, purchased a soda, it was flat. I went to get ice, it was broken, had to go to another floor, got stuck on the elevator, went to use ATM it was broken, bugs crawling across the bathroom floor, day 2 key cards would not work.

    the hallways were dirty and smelled bad. the areas around the hotel is dirty. the elevators are not clean and outdated. the entry way needs to be cleaned. all around this location is very dirty and unclean.

    This place is the worst! Toilet not working, floor is dirty, towel is dirty, cockroaches running even after the terminator stopped by. Only one elevator working. They won’t let me cancel the reservation and only allowed changing room! I blame Expedia too..not very helpful!

    We chose this hotel for the pool with 4 children. The pool was locked up. Upon request, it was unlocked after an hour wait. We did not go in because it was filthy dirty.
