Great location, we enjoyed the stay, parking lot was closed of on one side throughout the night so people would have to drive around to exit we found that reassuring. Staff were nice throughout the stay no issues, we had our pets and we're glad floors where not carpet the AC lacked a little which made the room humid that would be the only issue, struggled during the day but at night it kept the room cool. They have a small gym, some weights, some mats and a couple machines to exercise. Ice machine first floor, breakfast was included, room had fridge and microwave, roku tv so you can what your regular apps, wireless charging next to bed to just set your phone down and it charges (loved that), there was a sofa as well, room was pretty spacious, we visit Houston often to see family and as long as every stay is this great we will come back.

I was able to sleep very well and comfortably. The breakfast I was disappointed in. Had to order me DoorDash. No eggs or bacon or sausage.

The staff was excellent and transportation great for taking us to the airport in a timely minor.

Staff is so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The shuttle service is great and punctual. Definitely will come back again for a stay. There's nothing I didn't like

It looks like they are in the process of doing upgrades. The Bathroom and the floor in the room seem to have been redone.

The hotel was great the front desk was very helpful. Will be coming back to Spark by Hilton for sure

This was a great choice for our family for an extended layover. Room was spacious and clean, staff very helpful and the shuttle to/from the airport was super convenient.

Location was not in the best area. A lot of riff raft going in and out of property. Had christmas decorations up.

Airport shuttle was easy and quick. The gym was a little lacking with no lift bench and the TV remote was gone.

This was the worst hotel experience. The hotel manager double booked my room, stated i checked out when i co.plained about my belongings missing when i had left. Then blamed expidea saying they canceled my stay when my app stated it was still in progress. Wouldnr give me a room or refund. Rude front desk after i showed all receipts and itenetary numbers. Worst place ever tried to stay athprrible experience.

Shuttle to hotel and back to airport was easy and nice. When we got to the room i had to flush the toilet because it hadnt been flushed. And i then used wipes to disinfect because of that. There was something i had to wipe off the chair. But the rest of the room seemed clean but i disinfected surfaces just in case because of how the toilet was left. Staff was plesant during checkin was helpful to get shuttle back to airport. Breakfast was typical cold continental breakfast but was adequate.

I extended my stay but no one could resolve this without a 1 hoyr plus phone call

We had a great stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and we were shuttled kindly to and from our 7-hour layover.

Parking was well lit and staff was friendly. Rooms clean and amble space in the room.

When I made reservations I ordered two rooms. When we arrived at the hotel they indicated that they only had a reservation for one room even though I had an email to certify that two rooms were reserved. The management rectified the situation by providing a second room at the same price. However due to this experience I will not be using this service again.

Staff was very nice. My husband tried to workout in the gym but none of the equipment worked. View from the room was an abandoned lot with a bunch of old material left. It was fine for a night to sleep and move on the next morning. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Location to hobby airport is good with a shuttle service. Inconsistent information between front desk staff, and do want to charge an early check in fee if booked through third party site. Hotel and rooms are simple with sloppy workmanship.

Easy check in, spacious room, friendly staff There was an oder in the facility ( needs change out mop water frequently) and the breakfast was not good at all.

I woke up with bug bites and I believe for them to be bed bugs.

I came for halloween. I'm extremely difficult to please when it comes to hotels in that area, but this one was clean. The full breakfast was nice, and the attendants at the front desk were very sweet. I'll definitely be back

The property looked like people were living in the hotel. I saw needles and dead roaches and upon pulling up and booked somewhere else. They will not grant me a refund despite the unrealistic advertisements they had for this dive hotel. Don’t stay there unless you want to take some 6-legged friends home with you, maybe a side of hepatitis. Run down. Lived in. Bugs. Needles. Blood on my bedsheets.

Cons: no coffee pot in the room. Bed was comfortable but better quality sheets are needed. They were worn and not so nice. Complimentary breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. Overall: good value for the price

All the people were super friendly. The bed was super comfortable because everything in the room was new. The maid service was wonderful, so in a nutshell, I couldn’t complain one bit.

Searched for a houston hotel by the airpirt and I get this hobby airport stuff despite clearly stating Huston international. Never could get a response from the hotel for a ride. Would hotels.com or the hotel make it right!? NO! I'll never use these crooks again. When I finally did contact the hotel, they wouldn't transfer my stay and rudely said they wouldn't refund it. My bank said it was refundable because the hotel and hotels.com messed up! They can eat it! Hahaha!! They lost a 10+ year customer over a $90 stay. Avoid these crooks at all cost.

20 min from downtown . Uber ride to Walmart or nearby restaurant cost about 5 bucks . Rides to downtown cost about 15. Neighbor is not the nicest but I was quite , I don’t hear sirens and though next to airport, I didn’t hear planes . I would walk to the corner store gas station if needed too , but not farther than that . The lobby to hotel sells items you want or need like water , beer , or an Engery drink, even ice cream 😊.

Our family of eight had to stay in Houston overnight due to a flight delay. I booked two rooms at Spark because it was close, affordable, had an airport shuttle, and breakfast included in the price. After booking, I called and they even ensured that our rooms would be right next to each other, which was great. The shuttle service was great. I was disappointed with the breakfast though, which was pretty much just bagels, yogurt, and juice, whereas most hotels nowadays seen to all have some kind of hot breakfast option such as eggs, waffles, etc. They didn't even have cereal. The rooms were fine for what we needed, but I wouldn't call them welcoming or comfortable, as they were somewhat stark and "cold" (not referring to the temperature). The elevator was a bit sketchy. Many hotels have an extra blanket in the closet but I had to go to the front desk to get one. Overall the service was great but the accommodations left a lot to be desired.

This was the cleanest, nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. Nice- meaning the staff! The price was great! Nothing!

This hotel was great considering it was late at night, I had to find another place for my family and I to stay since our original hotel was infested with roaches.

Everything was great except for the smell. A strong odor that was a cross between mildew and cleaning solution. As soon as I walked into the entrance the smell hit me and it permeated throughout the building and in the room. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me as I was happy with the cleanliness, friendly staff, amenities, etc. but just be aware if you are overly sensitive to smell. I’m not sure what the deal was.

I called to cancel and get a refund because on the way to the hotel we were in an accident and couldn't be there and was told that Expedia would have to refund and then Expedia told me that the hotel would have to authorize the refund and when Expedia reached out to the hotel directly they told us they couldn't refund as per thier policy. I called to speak to a manager and he never called me back. My wife was hospitalized and i told them i could prove it they still said no. I am very disappointed in Holton. I will not ever stay at an hotel associated with Hiton again. Please consider booking with them and stay elsewhere if possible.

Nice property for the location. Sketchy area, however, they offered small truck parking, and the hotel was gated, therefore, outsiders couldn't get in and it made me feel more comfortable. The hotel itself was good and would definitely stay again

Hotel was nice and very clean. Staff was kind. Housekeeping was very unpleasant they knocked on my room door twice before normal check out time. Yes I had the do not disturb tag on the door. Shuttle service to the airport was amazing, very kind gentleman!

Horrible experience, horrible hotel, horrible staff. They tried to charge me early check in for extending my stay and trying to keep the same room, forced me to check out midday for no reason

We needed a 1 night stay for a family visit and weren't willing to break the bank for it. This is a recently renovated and remodeled hotel. Renovations included new construction in the lobby and absolutely all previous furniture, beds, bedding, towels, TVs, EVERYTHING was REPLACED and old stuff thrown away. Smells super clean and new. Looks super clean and new. Continental breakfast included every day until 10:00 AM which gives you the opportunity of getting up a little later and not having to join a battle of late sleepers competing fot the last breakfast items left. Folgers coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. Super rare find for a budget hotel. This is a new brand which is currently expanding. Keep an eye on new locations coming up. We will definitely do so for future trips.

The property was nice and the rooms were nice with your standard IKEA style cheap furniture. My only issue is the breakfast. They shouldn't even be allowed to say they serve breakfast. There's nothing there if you need some protein.

Let me start by saying it is probably about 5 minutes away from the airport and they provide transportation it is listed on their amenities. Super clean place it looks recently renovated, although they don’t have a pool which we did not need by the way it was good enough for us. I liked it staff was super friendly.

We found only 1 restaurant close to the hotel. Nothing else in the area.

This was my first stay after the hotel remodel has been completed and they did a great job! The entire property was very welcoming from the time I drove up. The interior looked fresh and welcoming, thstaff was polite and professional, the room was great and the bed was superb. If you need to stay near Hobby Airport, you can't go wrong staying here, it's stands out as one of the better hotels in the area.

The customer service was very polite. The rooms were freshly renovated recently (use to be The Comfort Inn). The breakfast was good, nothing too special. Just some bagels, bread, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, & breakfast drinks (free). The room that I stayed in was very clean & spacious. Since it was recently renovated, the smell of paint was present. When turning on the bath water, for a few seconds the water was brown. It cleared up after running for a couple of seconds. The room I stayed in was next to the elevator, which made noises throughout the night when in use.

Property had obviously been recently renovated - still had plastic around the smoke detector in our room. We had three roaches in our room when we arrived. Staff did not seem surprised, nor did they offer any options to help with them. Bathroom had signs of age and damage. Parking lot had signs that you had to pay to park, but we were told the parking was free. Hard to get in and out of parking lot. Would not stay here again.

The lock on the door didn't work. We had to check in with the desk to get let in our out of our room. They're was no breakfast. When we asked about it they said, "Oh she hasn't shown up for the last three days."

Pool area was damaged and looked poor but I understand there was an auto accident
