Location was fairly close to the airport. Bed was very comfortable. Improve breakfast options. They only had raisen bran and hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. How about fresh donuts, yogurt? It was nice yo be able yo walk across to the strip mall to get some dinner. I came with my service dog, and was told I had to pay a $75 deposit. That is against the Disability act to do that. I understand that we will get that back, but this animal is trained as a Certified Service Dog. Management and hotel personnel need to be trained as far as what us acceptable and illegal to do regarding the Disability Act. So they can help to avoid a lawsuit.

beds are comfortable also it is a quiet hotel I could barely hear any plane landing had to wait more than a hour for my shuttle , due to miscomunication between staff - chauffeur even myself

The breakfast, boiled eggs were cold, muffins were cold, no hot meal like scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles.

Room was very clean and spacious. Morning breakfast was a nice surprise, enough of a variety for everyone’s taste. Interaction with all staff member during my visit was very great. Started with location of a water bottle filler (like at the airports) as I walked into the lobby upon arrival. Guy must have read my mind!! Great stay, highly recommend.

The staff have to coordinate the airport shuttle and they did not pick up when I needed to coordinate the shuttle so I had to pay $35 to get to the hotel. It was an unnessacary expense when the entire reason I booked the hotel was to be near the airport. When I presented my problem to the staff they were not helpful with it.

No coffee in the room Cold coffee in the main lobby with no intention of making any fresh coffee. Shuttle was good and that person should be running the show. Manger needs to get ahold of his operation. Or he needs to be replaced Also weed smell by our room on the first floor. Never again.

I spent a night there. On arrival at the airport, it was a long wait. The front desk receptionist make me feel uncomfortable, unwanted.instead of taking time to look for my name, she kept on telling me she cannot see my reservation even when I gave her the number. Then she said she taught name was Rachel. Far from my name. She let me in doubt. But I can say the morning receptionist was pretty nice and respectful. And the morning driver Mendoza as well.

The hotel and room was nice. The laundry was convenient and the gym was decent enough. Location was great and the courtesy shuttle was awesome. The staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived and when we left. Customer service goes a long way. These ladies were lacking in kindness.

Solid Hilton property near the airport. Check in was easy and the room was very clean. Basic but it had good amenities and the bed was very comfortable. They had very bright parking lot lights which could have been irritating, but they had black out curtains. Empty refrigerator for your own waters. I missed the breakfast for my early flight, but it is offered. Overall a great practical and comfortable choice near the airport

The rooms were not very clean, we made the reservation for 4 people they only gave us two full size towels. I went to the front desk asked for 2 more, she said they were in the drier to come back in two hours (it was already 10pm) I came back at 4am because we were trying to shower to get on a plane and another really rude front desk lady just told me they don’t have any more. Check-in was terrible, she was the rudest unwelcoming person ever- we arrived a half hour aftwr check-in time and she acted like we’re a day early and they weren’t ready. Passed by the front desk later and asked for the wifi password and she was also so busy flirting with her boyfriend she couldn’t give it to us. The parking lot was maybe a quarter full, not sure why they had to be so rude ans not have enough towels.

We were denied room as our plane was delayed and our room had been aild to another customer. We weren’t offered an alternative hotel or transportation back to the airport.

Booking.com messed up on my reservation and the hotel had no record of me arriving so I had to pay full price for the room. I managed finally to reach an agent with Booking.com who told me You would reimburse me for the price difference but since it's almost impossible to reach anyone from your company how the heck will that work? The coffee was terrible and the special yoghurt ran out by 7 a.m. I asked a staff member who said they didn't have any supply. Why didn't somebody notice this the day before and go buy something from even a supermarket so there was at least yoghurt. It was already low since there were not that many people there before that time. It was very stressful and thankfully the hotel had an available room as it was a busy Saturday night.

We never stayed here. They took our money with out us ever staying there. We booked a room after midnight and wanted to stay that same night. When we arrived at the hotel, they were all booked. They would not refund our money! Not a good experience! Very poor customer service! Not happy with Expedia at all!

We were only going to be there until 4:30 am. This meant no breakfast and the free shuttle wasn't going to be available until 5 am. We arrived a little before 11 am. They would not let us check in until 1 pm at the earliest. BUT if we paid an additional $35 we could have the room now. No rooms available for those with a reservation??? Who are they holding them for? What a rip-off.

Overall we liked this hotel. However, we found the pillows not very good and the bath towels way too small..they were more like hand towels. In addition, the free breakfast could be better with some healthier options and the butter actual butter. Yogurt machine was not working and I honestly hate yogurt coming out of a machine cause I really don’t know what I’m eating.

Lobby, hallway, room and bathroom were all SUPER clean and comfortable. Towels were very high quality (and very clean). Bedding was very clean. Pillows could be improved; they were too soft and insufficiently supportive. The mattress was great. The shuttle bus drive was terrific -- and ON TIME. Fabulous. Overall a very good experience.

The rooms were big and clean. We weren’t impressed by the $30 early check in, the room was ready when we got there, so not sure why we were charged the extra cost. Seems to be a way to gouge people while they’re travelling. The shuttle bus was very disorganized in the early morning to the airport.

Okay for an airport stay over, but wouldn’t choose to stay there again. Hilton isn’t a byword for quality anymore. Sound insulation is inadequate for its situation too. The cleanliness was excellent and the staff was very professional and kind, however the amenities were average. Small refrigerator, coffee cold and not kept hot, pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. Missing amenities that should be standard.

Wonderful property and room. Bed is super comfortable and I would definitely book again. They do not have a restaurant but there is a strip center 30 seconds away which has several restaurants in it and the Mexican restaurant had amazing food!!

This hotel was perfect for the use. I had a one night stay and wanted to be near the airport. It was clean, the rooms were comfortable, there was a small gym and a little convenience store on property. It checked all the boxes

We checked in at 2A with a departure of 7A and apparently inconvenienced the midnight clerk. No friendly greeting, no this is your room number nothing. When I asked her the number she stated “it’s on the cover”. Yes the room number was written on the card cover. Not sure how bad of a night previously but this was unprofessional.

I was in Houston for a quick 1 night/2 day business trip, so I decided to stay close to the airport. It was clean. Beds were comfortable and staff was courteous. It wasn't a fancy place, but just what I needed for my visit. I do wish there was a coffeemaker in the room, but they provided a "Muffin and Bagel" breakfast downstairs, which is what the young lady at the front desk called it. They also had hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juice and coffee (coffee was available all day). Just enough for me for breakfast. There was also a little walkable shopping area next door. There were a couple of restaurants, a Subway, and a liquor store. All in all it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place for me to stay for my trip.

Very clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service was a plus and the bagels, yogurt, and juice were perfect for a quick light breakfast. The staff was friendly and let us check out an hour late and hang out a bit in the lobby until it was time to grab the shuttle back to the airport. Good stay!

I would definitely book again

There are plumbing elements in the shower that have rusted. Sheets are made of synthetic fabric in general. This is disgusting. Poor noise insulation. You'll hear the noise from the planes very well. And for breakfast, you'll be hungry. Because you'll be offered a boiled egg, yogurt, muffin, and an apple! That's it! It's some kind of mockery of the guests. This room costs $85, no more.

Though one is thankful for eggs, serving COLD BOILED eggs 😳 is not good: no microwave in the eating area either. There was no water on the breakfast bar. We were told that water was down the hall away from the eating area.😏 However, there was bottled water in the locked snack shop for $3/bottle. REALLY???😳 There was no meat, & no cereal (instant oatmeal or grits) on breakfast bar. Orange juice was watered down down down. There was no ‘business center’ (with computer & printer) in the hotel. There WAS A PRINTER in the open area near breakfast area, BUT NO computer. It was very inconvenient to get a printout & had to get assistance from the 1 staff person on duty at the front desk. It took her SEVERAL TIMES to get a printout for me. Not a simple process at all. So much simpler to just put a computer with the printer. We did not find instructions in our room to connect to the internet. Called staff person & he said enter last name & room number. WOW!!! Nothing asked for such info when attempting to connect to the internet.🤔 We, my family members & I, will not be staying at the SPARK anymore.

The room was very clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The front desk person working that night was very nice and knowledgeable, he told us about the times the shuttle arrived, and also that a bagel breakfast was available the next morning. He told us about what restaurants were open late as we had come from the airport and had not eaten. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful, only thing I want to say is they should add a bench or somewhere to sit outside the hotel for the guests. Went outside and ended up just wandering around the property aimlessly trying to find a spot to sit but didn’t find one

I like the spacious room and amenities. However it is far away from the city and not convenient to get around, except to and from the airport. And the shuttle service to and from the airport is definitely a perk!

We flew into the Hobby airport expecting to get a car and get to our destination. After the car rental place refused us service we had to find a hotel fast. I used the Expedia app to book a hotel near me (standing in Hobby airport) and it gave me this hotel. "Thinking" it was close I booked it. When I asked a person at the airport where the shuttle pick up was he stated there was no pick up at this airport for a hotel near the other airport. I called this hotel to ask to switch my reservation to the Spark hotel in Hobby they stated they could not do that.

Quiet and clean hotel before a flight.

Very professional and friendly staff. Convenient access to airport.

Arrived and told that parking is only allowed for the nights you stay there, not long term during trip. Wording needs to be more clear and not misleading. Also, broken glass in parking lot in two different spots so glad we had to do a park and shuttle system elsewhere.

Check-in was quick and the hotel was very clean, making it a smooth and comfortable stay. You can hear jets taking off throughout the night—as expected near the airport—but the free shuttle is a great added bonus

Some restaurants seemed located near the hotel, no supermarkets or shops but pantry service is good enough. Microwave oven, coffee maker, hot water boiler are not in the room. Coffee service is helpful, but not temp-controlled. The reception staffs are very kind and helpful.

Good location need restaurants and gas pumps. Very clean, welcoming, cute simple modern decor, nice bed, good tv….. perfect for a good rest!

A representative for Spark indicated that they did not have my reservation and since I chose to pay at the hotel I just decided to go to the Hampton Inn on JFK Blvd instead.

Room was cleaned. Quiet area. Close to airport and car rental. Easy to car rental area.

The breakfast time mentioned is 6 am to 10 am. Arrived at 9 am to have breakfast. And there was nothing, no coffee, no bread, no jam, nothing. 40-45 guests were waiting for breakfast, and the manager refused to provide any kind of breakfast items to guests. She said she had never in her life seen a situation like this and didn't know what to do next. We could see a stack of bread and dry food items in the stock room behind her, and we asked to provide those at least, and were told that those stocks are for the next day, and she has no authority to touch them. She advised us to ask for compensation later, and we will be compensated accordingly. But later, when we asked for compensation through Expedia, we were refused as that is against their policy. So, no breakfast, no care of solving the problem they created, and no compensation. Great customer service.

Nice hotel but the toilet paper was almost gone in the rooms bathroom and the breakfast is not good, we expected much better for the price.

Newer clean hotel near the airport. Front desk manager Luis was extremely helpful. I needed to return my car in the evening as my flight was very early the next morning. He was kind enough to send his airport transport vans to pick me up from the Rental Car Center. Thank you Luis and the van driver !

Loved our stay

The property was located closely to the airport and convenient in that sense, however the 3rd shift front desk agent was extremely rude and unpleasant. In fact this young lady was so unpleasant that next time I am flying out of Houston I will be staying at a different facility. When I called the hotel to speak with the manager on duty 3/8/25 @3:05pm, I was told there was no present manager on the property. Seems this hotel is ran by a bunch of immature, unprofessional, children.
