The breakfast, lunch and dinner was the only positive experience I had at this hotel.. The beds was like sleeping on wood. The pillows were to soft. The cleaning staff didn’t do a good job of cleaning the rooms. And my room was not ready when I arrived. I have to wait over 5 hour for my room before I was allowed to check in.. They when I asked for a little more time for late check out, they refused to grant my request..! Not a good experience at all.!

Seem like the restaurant area close to soon didn't give a chance to people who were coming in later to eat.

The restaurant closed too early to come date people coming in later. Also we were charged for our service dog I didn't think that was right.

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable.. The pillow are to soft and very uncomfortable.. the cleaning crew was very nice.. The food was decent. The waitress was nice and friendly..

It was clean, I won guest of the day, and I enjoyed my stay.

The night crew at the desk was excellent. Our incoming flight was late and we did not arrive until 1:00 am. Not much time to use any facilities as we were out early.

The greeting at the reception was far from welcoming us. I’m physically disable no one to help us with our luggage. No bell hop to bring it to our room. We had to do ourselves. Eve in the restaurant greeted us with a smile, she made us feel comfortable. Eve is a dedicated employee with her side kick they made us smile.

Very easy check in...quick access to airport. Our only knock. They said shuttle would be 20 minutes.... was 55 minutes. (Breakfast not the greatest) Accommodations were overall good.

Parking was efficient and the staff were professional. The room was dated and musty smelling. Shower excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Lounge was okay with excellent food.

The location was good compared to being close to the airport It took 10 minutes for the water to get hot. Once it did get hot it never stayed hot. I was told because I was on the fifth floor it takes time for the hot water to get to me. In the morning when I woke up, I went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush and the room had dust mites in the carpet.

I stay here often going back and forth to Costa Rica. It convenient and good shuttle service. Leave my truck and security is driving around. Good food. Love it this time because they up graded me to a suite. Nice for my Service Dog to have more room. I will be back !! -

All the staff was very friendly. The location is great and the airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes. We will use this hôtel again.

Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

I like thst it is close to IAH and I like the fact they are 24 hour shuttle I have been staying at this hotel for many years. This morning, when I went outside to get in the shuttle, there was a man laying halfway on the concreat at the front of the hotel and on the black top . I thought maybe he was dead, but But the drivers made him get up. Kind of surprising. The hotel needs a face lift. It has been many many many, many, many years with the same decor.

Floor had wet spots (soaking wet) curtain had a huge stain.

When we walked into the room, it was certainly not clean, a thick layer of dust everywhere (allergies), there were hairs in the bathroom, shower, and sink, and dirty glasses were set with the ice bucket. We went and spoke to front desk manager who was very helpful and gave us a new room, which actually was clean.

We were able t sleep off our red eye flight in a comfy, quiet, dark room for a few hours. We had a nice lunch in the bar and plan to get some more sleep before our early flight tomorrow. I liked everything, especially the in hotel restaurant. It was great Our room had no microwave. I think with the current rates, it should be a microwave in the rooms. We never seen the continental breakfast on Clublevel

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 2 night stay. The only "issue" was a missing gift card in the thank you card we received from Isabel. I was a bit disappointed when I arrived at the airport Starbucks only to open the envelope and find no card. Overall though, it was a very pleasnt stay.

I did have to ask twice for conditioner as the girls be provided in the shower was empty, but they did bring it! I love that the provide the large bottles for use. It smells nice as well. We used their parking for the week we were gone and my car was just the way I left it safe and sound. Paid about 28 dollars for that service. There was cheaper parking around but this was so convenient. Also the shuttle to and from the airport were top notch and easy.

We were there for The BullShooter Dart Tournament. Reservation was for a King with a couch. Checked in and had a queen with no couch. Called the front desk and room was changed with an upgrade to a suite. Staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant, the food was excellent for dinner; the shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and efficient. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. I would just say the windows in the hallways probably need a good cleaning and the carpet was worn in the hallway as well.

This is one of the better properties around IAH. The hallways can be noisy and can be heard in the room a little to easy, especially for people going in and out at all hours because of the airport crowd. The parking a shuttle are great and the beds are comfortable.

Excellent for a solo female travelling on her own. The Resturant downstairs was wonderful and the staff very freindly.

Property is pretty nice, staff excellent, good bar and pool, but no restaurants nearby. Restaurant in hotel is good though!

Room nor anywhere in the hotel even in there little business center has plugs to accept USB for charging computers and phones. Need to get up to speed with technology. Room carpet was not very clean and sticky. On one day they left no bath towels and I had to dry off with a small hand towel. House keeping needs to step up their game !!

It is a good hotel to stay at for the airport shuttle. They do not provide free breakfast.

Morning staff at check out were clearly cranky and short. Barked into a conversation I was having with the shuttle driver about the destination of the first driver that had backed out of the pick up area without picking me up and leaving. Which in turn caused me to be past the boarding time of my flight and inevitably I missed my flight. I however was given my room back and late check out

Sheraton name usually brings about a newer feel to the name. This building was old and you can smell it. Customer service was poor and the windows were really dirty. It wasn't nice to look out of the window. The only positive people in the building were the drivers to the shuttles. They brought out a happy vibe to the environment.

The tub was not acceptable peeling enamel caused me to put a towel on the bottom. Being didn't smell fresh. I was disappointed.

After returning home from our stay, I noticed a extra charge that was never mentioned during check-in or check-out. This charge came out of nowhere, and when I tried to contact the hotel for an explanation, I was either put on hold indefinitely or **hung up on**. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I've been completely ignored. The staff seems to have no interest in addressing their shady practices, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Combine this with the disgusting condition of the hotel, and it's clear that the **Sheraton North Houston** is not just a disappointment, but a complete scam. **Avoid this place at all costs** It's dirty, dishonest, and unprofessional. I will never stay here again. **Beware of hidden charges!**

Room was great. I had asked for an item and it took the staff the requests to get it. I also called the restuarant for in- dining and at first the message said they were closed, they weren't closed. I tried again and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. Poor customer service. I door dashed my meal since they obviously didn't want my business.

The Sheraton always has everything you need beautiful hotel airport shuttle, food options. I wish the youngsters of today were able to understand what it is to provide customer service. I find that they demand it for themselves, but do not do it themselves in the workplace. I blame that on the individual and not the company usually that individual find their way through the exit, Food was good.

Stayed here during the hurricane. No power the entire time but totally price gouged when getting food or water. Horrible communication from the property. Absolutely horrible.
