    Did not eat breakfast, location was great The bed felt like it had broken springs on one side. Could not make the room any cooler nor could you read the temperature. The cold-water faucet at the bathroom sink was so tight you could barely turn it.. Had to leave quickly, so didnt get a chance to the staff.

    Great location with convenient parking that was included. Staff was great. Location felt safe for me and my family. My dog was also well received. Go club suite if you can, very nice amenities included with it. Room is a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again.

    This property needs some love. The rooms haven’t been updated in years, I didn’t feel like the room was very clean (we found a roach in the room, the TV didn’t work and looked to be about 20 years old. This property isn’t Sheraton quality to me.

    The carpet on the 8 floor is dery a lot of spot black and dust. There is not coffee maker on the room and the hotel is design to uses the restaurante first floor that is good.

    The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. All of these things individually are not a big deal but experiencing them all in the same visit made the stay not as pleasant as expected from a Sheraton Hotel.

    The room was pretty clean with no major issues, but the room and hallways were very worn, old, and outdated looking. The AC had a weird smell so the room smelled kinda musty. Dingy, dirty looking carpet, stains and chips in the paint on the walls with ugly, poorly applied wood panel wallpaper. The mattress in my room was old and worn with a deep dip on one side that was uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the room, which was inconvenient. There was one microwave for all guests on the second floor in the laundry room. This wasn’t explained to me when I checked in. The staff didn’t give any details about amenities when I checked in except the hours of the restaurant. I asked if breakfast was complementary and she never answered me. I do like the fact that there’s security in the parking lot at night. This is not a luxury experience at all. Just good if you’re looking for something affordable with a convenient location.

    I do a lot of traveling, and maybe I booked the wrong Sheraton. But from my experience of Sheraton this is by far one of the oldest not up to date Sheraton's I've ever stayed at. I was very disappointed with all the stains, all the dust and dirt under the bed and on the chairs in the room. I was also not pleased there was no microwave or refrigerator I had to ask that one be brought up to me. When traveling you at least expect somewhere to keep cold drinks etc. For two nights I spent $460 but that's also adding the $100 deposit. I can say this is my first Sheraton experience that I felt I was at a motel when I entered the room. Unfortunately it's also so outdated that the TV is just regular cable you can't connect to Netflix or anything. But what I can say is the staff was absolutely wonderful and they made the stay much more pleasant. I hope that this Sheraton gets updated soon!

    The room was clean, but outdated, and some things were broken (the magnifying mirror attached to the wall wouldn’t stay in place and one of the room phones didn’t work). The woman who checked me in was rude to the man she checked in ahead of me, and made a nasty face after he walked away, but I don’t think she realized that I saw her. (I don’t know what her name is, but she had some sort of red marking above her right eyebrow.) The breakfast was delicious and the staff working the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the staff who checked us out were much friendlier than the first lady.

    Carpets seemed dingy. Bathroom shower was noticeably worn. Room was a bit dusty. And tv/phone cords were laid out messy. Had club access. Which was great. Got to heat up leftovers and grab snacks. Room was big. Good view. Large bathroom and shower. Water was hot with good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and free. Nice lobby. Front desk group was really nice. Eat at the restaurant at least once, you get charged and if you don’t use it, it’s wasted-they told me at the checkout.

    Half of parking lot blocked off, room smelled bad, loudest air conditioner ever, drunk person yelling at 230 in morning got locked outside his room in only his underwear, had to wait 30 minutes for cops to remove him, this was the room directly across the hall from us. In morning we complain to hotel staff and the manager said she wasn’t there so she doesn’t know what happened but she was unapologetic and said sometimes Saturdays got crazy.

    Half of parking lot blocked off, room smelled bad, loudest air conditioner ever, drunk person yelling at 230 in morning got locked outside his room in only his underwear, had to wait 30 minutes for cops to remove him, this was the room directly across the hall from us. In morning we complain to hotel staff and the manager said she wasn’t there so she doesn’t know what happened but she was unapologetic and said sometimes Saturdays got crazy.

    The room and stay were fine. After checking out, I found that while I had booked and paid for rooms through Expedia, Sheraton had also charged me. I have talked to robot Jolene but she sent me to another automated response that will not pass me through or give me the option to talk to a human being. You need to ditch your highly automated customer service until you work out the kinks and allow the customer to opt to talk to a human.

    Please before booking know that this an older model of the Sheraton it’s not as fresh looking as most Sheratons are today. I was disappointed there’s an old smell all through out the hotel. There’s no central AC and the floors are dirty looking. The staff was very nice to me and willing to do all they can to make my stay better but this was a lesson for me to stay with the hotels I know.

    I was so disappointed in this hotel the good reviews I saw is why I chose this hotel but they were nothing but lies, hotel was not clean nor did it smell pleasant walking through the door and it's rooms are very outdated, they try to clean to subdue the old smelling carpet and furniture, the bed slept horribly the fitted sheet didn't fit and when it came off there were stains on the mattress, the AC in the room was really loud, the tub held water when you shower, the ice machine didn't work on the floor had to go to another for ice, management was unable to be reached, there were bugs, like the disappointment was real, the only good thing about this hotel was the free parking, I would not recommend this place for even a one nights stay until they do better...

    This is an extremely old property with outdated amenities. The shower is a 1950's tile with an excessive amount of staining. There is no refrigerator or microwave available. The customer/guest service was amazing. The staff was extremely pleasant, very attentive, and resolved any issues in an expedient manner.

    I had called in a few days ahead to specify we needed(not just wanted) a walk-in shower. I was told there would be one. There was a tub and it was not comfortable for my wife. I wanted to change rooms, but she didn’t want to repack. There is no selection available to specify a shower. For elderly or those with poor balance, that is important.

    I stayed at the hotel last weekend and overall had a good experience. The staff was super friendly and courteous, which really made a difference. The only downside was that the pictures online didn’t quite match the actual look and feel of the building and room, they were a bit nicer in the photos than in real life. The cleaning staff did not replace used coffee packets or cups (necessitating a trip to the front desk for replacements).     While not bad, the property shows its age. It was likely much nicer when newer, but now feels dated. The rooms had a slight musty smell (not overwhelming), and the bathrooms were small. The mattresses and sheets looked better than they felt. Unfortunately, the pool was closed and there were no outdoor lounge areas. Overall, it's a decent value option, just don't expect typical Sheraton quality.

    I had a Club room for two nights. The room had nice towels and the bed was good. A nice chair for relaxing and a good desk. No robe, slippers. No microwave nor fridge. The club is not what I expected. Access to sodas, water, and coffee. Some fruit and granola bars. No reception. No food. There is a bar in the hotel. I was excited to hear they were having snacks on the two evenings I was there but it was so sad. A small tray of cheese cubes and fruit then two choices of wine which were poured into a plastic cup. I think they poured one inch of wine. It felt like a wine tasting. Very weird. The next nice was beer only. Once again poured from cans into a plastic cup. Why the club was not set up for a nice experience was strange. Restaurant food for dinner was bad. Actually got sick from my sandwich. Breakfast cost $20 each. Don’t think I will stay there again.

    Hotel is a little bit shabby and not updated (worn out carpet in hallways etc) but it is VERY comfortable and our room was very clean. Excellent staff - everyone we interacted with were SO nice but the best person was I believe Shavay, I might be messing her name up but she was a delight. Super kind and welcoming and warm, and made sure we were well taken care of for my birthday weekend trip. Hotel has a nice pool area and is quiet despite being right off the freeway (easy on/off) and very close driving distance to lots of shopping, food etc. We were only 15 minutes from House of Blues, we were in town for a concert so the location was perfect for us. And the hotel offered free secure parking which was lovely. The continental breakfast buffet is $20 per adult and delicious and fresh, included all the basics but also made-to-order omelettes, pancakes and egg options.

    We booked a double room but were told that they were overbooked when we arrived and where given a room with 1 king size bed and a pull out sofa-bed. The gave us complementary breakfast in exchange, but it didn't quite make up for having to sleep on the incredibly uncomfortable sofa-bed for 2 nights.

    Awful staff who were incredibly rude. Hotel had no water on the second day. Not their fault as the city shut off water to the area but no heads up, no apologies, no offer of some sort of compensation/suggestions of ways they could help and when I asked when water might be back, I was bluntly and rudely told to call the city myself if I wanted to know. In general the hotel was grotty, old and unclean but the issue with water and more to the point the treatment by staff was the part that I found totally unacceptable.

    This is the worst property I ever had the pleasure of staying at. First the GM Mark Clinton was not able to adhere to the Marriott’s policy’s. Secondly, the security guard started yelling at random guests and would not lower his voice. Unacceptable, I might try to give this property another shot in the future. We’ll see if they are able to change their business practices.
