Nice having a tub but had to improvise a plug. Bed was good. Staff told me you needed to take a private car to the airport so I guess there was no shuttle, or was there? Smelled not quite fresh and someone else's pill was on the ground by the TV.

Beds were very uncomfortable, could feel the springs poking through. Burn holes in sheets on bed. Almost every time we asked for clean towels, towels had stains. Breakfast was not good, consisted of waffle maker, bread and cereal. You can tell they very much try to save every penny by giving the bare minimum. We did not enjoy our stay at all, even checked out a day early for a week stay.

There were questionable people hanging out in front of the hotel. We walked in the front doors to find the workers were behind a built proof glass (this made me question our safety). The beds are rock hard with 3 tiny size pillows as if some chopped a large pillow into 3. I will never never never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were horrible the staff were harassing me about the people who were their to help me decorate my hotel for my birthday/galentines the staff was very inconsiderate & disrespectful the staff was cursing at us EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL she made us feel so uncomfortable i was only there for 3 hours and she kept knocking on my door saying she was gonna call the police on us we weren’t loud, we didn’t have no music playing not even the tv. I paid 113 dollars for my room and it all went down the drain. they even turned the power off in my hotel after giving us a hard time which that did absolutely nothing but made it worse. mind you me and my sister checked into my hotel she had nothing to say until i paid my money for it thats when all of the bs started. THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, WEIRD, & DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS.

If it’s a budget stay you are looking for, this hotel is fine. The area is convenient with a lot of restaurants nearby and a gas station. The breakfast is basically only a waffle maker and cereals with a gallon of milk. All of the budget hotels I stayed at have a heavy marijuana smell, including this one. Spa was green and not maintained. First floor smelled really mildewy.

It was okay. My fiancé and I did not like the smoke smell. It started from the hallway and felt stronger in the room. The room itself contained random stains on the floors, the walls and the one seat on the corner. Also the microwave and one of the light switches did not work.

Easy access to interstate,gas,and food. There was security, however, I didn't feel save in the parking lot at night bc the fence behind the hotel is broken and there's people living in the wooded area on the other side of the fence. You have to pay for breakfast

The environment was great. Staff services were very friendly and kind. With beautiful smile on their faces, that's telling me that I could return here for my next trip. They charged extra money without informing us as they had already entered our credit card which is illegal and unethical,we did call to ask the reason but they were blaming it’s our fault and the refused to refund illegally deducted money. We felt embarrassed

Positive reviews have got to be a lie and negative reviews must get deleted. We checked in went to a concert and checked out deciding we would not be staying the night. We attempted to tell staff and they just stated they could not move our room but did not address the complaint. The manager is very rude. Houston was completely damaged with the storm we just had. So electricity was out for almost a week. I stayed home for 4 days then I made the final decision to get a room. I made the reservation the day before. Then the day I was supposed to check in, the electricity came back on. He denied my refund. So I give the manager and hotel a one star, because I would really no star, Definitely would not recommend this place.

OUR ROOM SMELT LIKE SMOKE. THE SMOKE DETECTOR HAD A PLASTIC BAG OVER IT. THE HOTEL WASNT VERY BUSY BUT SAID THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS.

Stayed here for one night and across the hall from our room, one of the guest seemed to be living in the hotel played his surround sound all day and until 2am, the front desk had to make him turn it off and he turned it right back on at 8am! Most importantly he invited a male prostitute to his room and then beat him very badly and I could hear the man screaming so loud and trying to get out of the room, he was beating him to death! It was the most scary thing I have ever encountered! There was no security at the hotel and I don’t know if the person even lived or not I never seen him again but I do know he never came back out of the room! Very dangerous man and location is very sketchy with prostitution and violence out the front door! I stayed at this hotel last year and it was very nice and quiet! It’s definitely neither one of those anymore. Needs better Management and Security ASAP! Nick was the front counter person and he was amazing! Very helpful and courteous!

Air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle the first night and the fridge didnt work so i couldn't store my breastmilk, it took a new worker to come in the next morning and give us a new room since the employee that night wasn't helpful. Breakfast didnt have any options or meat and the waffle machine didn't work, the only options were 2 cereals or muffins and toast. (The employee who was there the morning after checkin was helpful though)

The bed sheets wasn’t clean and it oooke slime they hadn't been changed in a month there are nasty stains on the wall. It smelt bad. I extra sheets or towels. One of the workers came outside and asked if I could send some money through cash app.

Room was right next to the meet room and the morning we stayed, a very large loud group of people used it for music and were very loud and rude at 9am. Do not recommend this place. House keeping does not change sheets which explains the disgusting smell/stains we found when we got there. Owner/manager was rude and the entire place felt sketchy. Breakfast was a complete joke. Only had minimal cereal and one waffle machine. Do not expect to actually have a decent “free breakfast” here
