I’ve stayed here a few times already and each time is great. No complaints. Fresh breakfast in the morning, staff is always helpful and polite, and the area is a little rough, but the property is super safe, and has proper security policies to keep its guest safe!

The entire property had a strong, stale odor, and my room smelled heavily of smoke. To make matters worse, I discovered roaches in the room during my stay. There was trash left in the microwave. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable. Between the reports of rodents and the presence of roaches, this was a very unpleasant and unsanitary experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

off brand type Cheerio's, Fruit loops, no milk, nice yogart, waffles, coffee, bagles, white and whole wheat bread, a microwave, a toster and scrambled eggs & link sausage one morning and link sausage & bacon another morning.

They had in hole in my wall. They also had roaches in the room. They corporate think. It’s time to steam clean their carpets their Internet do not work, proper in all three of the rooms. The TV kept going off and on.

Was left without clean towels , they made me take the dirty towels down so I could get “fresh” ones , the tub was nasty. The room smelled musty. The area is definitely not the best . Avoid if possible .

Elevators were scary & didn't work most of the time. The breakfast was okay, but for amount of people that were staying there, they need to extend the hours just a little bit. Cockroaches in the stairwell. Moist stains on the carpets. Corners of the rooms covered in dust. What looked like bloodstains on pillowcases. the Hotel didn't even have power one morning when I woke up and couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water. You get what you pay for.

Cleanliness was fine for what you pay for but found a hair in the shower when we first checked in, saw someone’s bobby pins on the carpet by the bed and toenail clippings by the wall. Also a questionable mark on the wall of possibly a bug? The guy at check in said maybe 10 words and basically none at check out. The breakfast was not that good and none of us liked the eggs. But it was the cheapest option so you get what you pay for. On the plus side there’s a few cheap and quick restaurants nearby.

Very dirty. Stains everywhere. There were roaches in my room. So i went to tell the front desk and the guy was very rude and blunt. and he immediately cancelled my booking with no questions. Didnt ask if i needed another room or anything. Then when i asked about a refund he said there's nothing he could do and my only option was to call customer service which i had to sit on the phone and wait for an hour until connected with someone.

Then I see about the reviews too late saying that they been had cockroaches, bugs & mice! Every review has a comment saying “they have a professional bug exterminator” etc. THEY ARE LYING! This whole building is INFESTED! I didn’t even wanna take a shower or even unpack my bag! I was so uncomfortable. This place is no good for anyone looking for a hotel stay.

The most important thing is there were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom in the main area. I tried to go to another place it was sold out so was the hotel. Roaches crawling on our backpacks and suitcases. White powder was in the room looks like possible roach bait. During the day and in the evening crawling all over. The room had a slight smell. I did kill a small roach in the bathroom and there was a lady bug in my room. The 1st night, was hard to sleep. The TV kept turning on by itself and the TV remote did not work. The 2nd Day, my room was not cleaned. There was daily breakfast that was good. and the room was made up nice otherwise

The Bed was super comfortable!!! The outside surrounding area looks a little rough but there was a nice burger king right next to hotel open 24 hrs. There is another fast food restaurant going in next door so maybe they are working on getting that area cleaned up. But we had no issues and will most definitely stay again.

As we walked in there was poop wiped on the wall by the big mirror and another roach on the wall by the window. We didn’t even try the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room made us feel the kitchen would be just as bad.

The staff was nice but I could not stay here. I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. I would recommend they tear this place down and start over! They try to mislead you with pretty pictures of the lobby but the minute you go to the elevator everything goessouth!

This place is just terrible. Run down and a pimp hub. Guys in there cars on the phone all night and morning. We stopped in after a 16 hour road trip to sleep over and on line reviews were good. But it's not.

I will not be staying here again! I first get there and the elevator seems like it was about stall or break. I get to my room and it's a mildew scent in the room, so I turned the AC on which should've been on already seeing it 102 degrees in Houston when I flew in. The bathroom was horrible! There's a hole by the vent and it looks as if someone ripped the vent cover off the wall and then did a poor attempt of putting it back. Then when I took a shower the water went from comfortable to scorching hot. I tried to turn it off but it seems that the washer is broken in the knob, however, I was able to turn the water off. I informed the staff but no one to fix it, so I took a hoe bath for the remainder of my stay. The bed frame looked a mess as well. I will not be staying there again.

I wasn't informed before booking the I would also have to pay a $50 deposit. I booked through Expedia, so I don't fault the hotel, it just would've been nice to know before booking. Staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is clearly old and needs some deep cleaning and remodeling.

It was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had, we arrived to be told it was cash only. And that they couldn’t run the card on file or my cc the toilet and shower drains were clogged the entire time

The general manager was not very courteous when we got there. She was very rude towards the fact that we didn’t know there was a $50 charge due at the time of check in. The elevator was dirty and on the 3rd floor the down button was not functioning correctly. So we thought we were stuck there. So we had to take the elevator up to the 4th then down to leave. When I told the GM in the morning she said yes I know there’s a sign which had not seen one. I then told her if she knew that was the case why we weren’t informed of that when we checked in her answer again was there is a sign. By far the worst stay experience we ever had to date! Oh yeah the tub water was running when we got into our room.

The room was not cleaned properly before my check in, went in the room found a pair of dirty socks behind the small couch , it’s probably still there. Also the fridge in the room wasn’t working, asked for it to be checked and no one ever showed up I even told the room service lady she said she sent a picture to their group so I could get it fixed, anyways during my 3 day stay I had no fridge, good thing I had an ice chest .

The room floor was soak and wet then the manager told me if I wanted to leave I could and only offered me a $10 refund then didn't even honor that. He was not professional and had no concern. The rooms really need a deep clean. The first room i was given looked and felt like it was half cleaned. The second room was ok however they have a really bad bug problem. The elevators were also not cleaned. And it took a while to have house keeping come and clean when it’s not a lot of staff. Also when asked for my room to be cleaned it was half cleaned and the pillow cases or sheets wasn’t changed. Overall some the staff was nice however i wouldn’t recommend staying here

There is nothing quality about this Quality Inn. If you have the budget, spend $20-40 more and stay at an actually hotel. I can’t begin to describe the low quality of the structure (at no fault of the staff working). If you would like a peaceful, clean and comfortable rest from traveling this is not the spot.

The rooms, hallways and just the building in general were falling to pieces. Most of the plugs in our room did not work. One outlet was almost completely hanging out of the wall. There was a HUGE hole under the air conditioner. The elevators were filthy. The hallways smelled like marijuana. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We killed to roaches in one of our rooms and in our other room there were handprints all over the headboard and there a bug on the wall that had been smashed. The room smelled Smokey.

The bath was not clean all the way. There was a roach in the bathroom. The bed sheet was used and dirty. Lucky i brought my on sheets and the staffing was very kind and respectful and helpful. Just need to check the rooms and get a exterminator

We were at the front desk unattended for a while no sign of anyone around. It smelled like cigarettes and ash in the lobby. It looked extremely dirty. Would not recomend this hotel

This has been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. When we first arrived, there was no one at the front desk to greet us, we had to stand there awkwardly while we waited for someone to help us check in. I walked around the reception area and I saw a lady at the front seat with her back to us around a corner playing on her phone or something. There were roaches in the bathroom and climbing on the walls around the room. When we first walked into the room, there were crumbs on top of the comforter. There were holes in the furniture and curtains, and weird stains EVERYWHERE. It looked like there were blood smears in the bathroom, and the toilet could barely flush toilet paper. The tv remote didn’t have a back, and it could only turn the tv on or off, we couldn’t use the tv at all. There was also no smoke detector in our room. There was a spot where it should be mounted, and you could tell that there was one there at some point, but not anymore. The facility itself looks like it is falling apart. There are ceiling tiles hanging loose, the elevator buttons don’t work, and there is loose trash scattered about the halls. I walked in at around 8:00pm and saw a used bandage and a water bottle cap on the floor in the hall, and when I got up for breakfast they were still there. Honestly, I didn’t even try the shower because I was too grossed out. We just slept here because we had already paid for the night. I will never set foot in a Quality Inn again

The first room i was given had a family of roaches scurrying from under the TV. Second room has dust strings on the ceiling, hole in the bathtub and you can see the areas where the walls have been repainted

I liked That they have upgraded the parking lot and shower. What I didn't like was the breakfast it's not like it use to be. I didn't even wanna eat there

The hotel was eye soar walking in. The lobby ceiling was in disrepair and the elevators was extremely slow. They didn’t clean the rooms every day and when the did the didn’t clean the tables and desk. They didn’t vacuum the rug or clean bathroom well. I would not stay there ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Checkin went smoothly

Checking into the room was pretty cool nice decent room until about an hour later I see a few roaches crawling from underneath the table and later on roaches near my food when I checked in, no one told me anything about no gas but me being a man I am I had a lady friend come over and he stopped the lady from coming in That was embarrassing inconvenient
