There was Roaches everywhere! Absolutely disgusting! Even in the fridge..i couldn't believe it so nasty and and floors were so DIRTY!! Never staying there again

You are staying at a hotel where a lot of quiet hard working people stay. There is a 711 gas station across the parking lot that sells hot fresh mexican type food and various coffee ect. The bedroom & bathroom were clean and nice. The hotel desk person was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the kitchen, but I imagine a family or working people would really appreciate that.

The room was good size, very clean and comfortable. Hotel was generally well maintained. Parking was good. They didn’t have iron and board which is not good business travelers like me. They also didn’t have any coffee in the morning

This is one of the sketchiest places I have ever been to. First the guy at the desk told me the wrong room number, he gave me the room number to a room where someone was already staying in. Went down stairs to ask again because I thought maybe I misunderstood but nope he tells me a totally different number that sounded nothing like the first one he told me. Went back upstairs to the “correct” room and the door opened without me even scanning the card key. That gave me a bad feeling so went back down and told him I was leaving because I felt uncomfortable because of the door being open before I opened it. He told me he would go upstairs and check with me but I just went with my gut instinct and left. He didn’t even bother to offer a different room, mind you there were less than 10 vehicles so there should have been more rooms available. Didn’t t offer a refund either, but I much rather lose out on that money than risking my family’s safety. With all this human trafficking going on I wasn’t about to risk my family and myself staying there. Never again.

On doing my reservation online I checked every thing and it said free Wi-Fi, Free parking and free continental or buffet breakfast for 2. There was no breakfast whatsoever, very unprofessional advertisement and very disappointment unlike other hotels. Only 2 small muffins in a wrapped plastic material. Disgusting. Never will we be staying there ever again, and I will not recommend anyone else and to let them know there are a lot of our friends who go to that area almost every weekend. Not pleasing at all, deception in your advertisement.

Well that didnt happen till after 6pm when we left hotel. I think they were just snooping.... rooms really nice and very clean i have to say. If they stocked us wirh towels or gave us one we would give 5 stars but it get 3 in my book because there were no towels and they wouldnt give us any.
