SCAM! I booked a reservation and when I went to the property location, no one was there. It was for two nights (3/7/25-3/9/25). I called the property phone number and they directed me straight to voicemail when I asked for help. There was a sign on the property door stating no trespassing as well as no vacant rooms. Scammers run this place. Stay away!

They have no tresspassing signs on big metal gates spanning both sides of the property. Drug addicts and the homeless have taken are the only one's there. The hotel was so BAD!!!! ITS LIKE FALLING APART. NOT CLEAN. I HAD NO TOWELS. A REMOTE WITH NO BATTERIES SO I WAS UNABLE TO WATCH TELEVISION. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE RENTING HOTEL STAYS.

The room smelled and. was dingy. It had roaches. The microwave didn't work. It was just running down. It was noisy. People beat on the door at night. It seemed real seedy. When my brother complained the front desk, they cut the power off in the room.

I booked 2 queen bed non-smoking and they gave me 1 bed and when I asked to change then they said will add 1 more bed in room in few min ( ok to me ) , I went to the room it was smelling ( weeds,smoke etc ), floor was shattered, no lights in room & restroom, TV was put on table as workaround ( it was broken ) & Fridge was broken too, leakege on cieling as well, Location was not safe for families, very dirty place , I asked them to cancel my booking and they did but still I am waiting for my refund from Hotels.com. Not at all recomend for anyone, I saw some wierd things inside the hotel premises as well. Shaddy place to visit.

This place is overrun by druggies and dangerous people. We couldn't stay there for the safety of the elderly lady. She was freaking out and the red cross volunteer was chased with a hammer by a man who was high.

There were a few homeless people walking in the parking lot, there were big bags of trash outside of rooms, minimal lighting in the parking lot, and big holes in the parking lot.

The rate was low but I felt it should've been lower. Staff was pleasant. Booked online in advance, when I arrived, the staff member was unaware how to complete the booking so I waited 4hrs before getting my room. The property isn't very appealing to the eye and the room wasn't much better. Less than stellar wifi and the tv was broken. Toilet stopped up after the 1st use

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that there was a third-party problem and there was no room available. Then I was told a room was available, but I would need to hang my own curtains and clean it myself so I chose not to stay there and had to relocate to a different hotel and pay three times as much because it wasn’t in early reservation.

I have stayed in hotels, motels and rooms all over the world, even 3rd world countries. This was the absolute worst place i have ever seen. We entered the room and we left told them to keep the money. Soda cup on top of drawer, ac did not work, and extremely dirty.

Didn’t stay in this hotel. Homeless camp in the parking lot of the building. People sleeping in bushes along the side of building. Not safe for a family, my wife was approached by panhandlers when we arrived. Never even checked in.

This is NOT an OYO property it is a place called Rest Up Inn. They had roaches on the walls and beds and holes punched in the walls. There are homeless people and drug addicts hanging around outside. I immediately went to the front desk and cancelled and found a hotel.

Do not book this place, not safe and a disaster. A newly “renovated room” which was terrible, no outlet covers, no shower curtains, no window curtains, door that was broken into.

They physically locked the door and insisted that no rooms were available on the second night. On the first night I was told that there was one room, but that it was really bad. I just had to make a payment to a link he sends. I ask repeatedly if I’m able to check in right then and he assures me I have nothing to worry about. It felt like a scam due to the call coming from no where. Nonetheless, I make the payment because my wife and kid were sleep and tired. > Go back to the car ,where my son and wife are waiting, and decide to drive there. Did not realize I was there bc the sign said another name and suspicious people loitering outside the hotel. > I arrived at the hotel at 3am 12/03 where I see a no vacancy sign. Walk to night window and clear behind the glass the check in lady is sleep with a sign that reads “no vacancies”. >I call the number back and the guy tells me everything is fine just check in. But the really horrible part was the people getting high with needles right outside my room and the roaches that were everywhere inside and out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

i booked for a week stay. upon arrival, i realized that the rooms were nothing like in the pictures online. i requested a non smoking room, they gave me the least smelly room because there were no real non smoking rooms. room was infested with roaches. i had to go out and buy my own roach bait. on about like the 5th day, they showed up around 8 am to spray concentrated pesticides. i clearly had to leave the room for a couple of hours. it is also located in a really bad area of town. there is a group of drug addicts that gather on the complex to just “hang out”. one day i stepped out to the car and found a guy just peeing out in the apt sidewalk. i had asked to speak to the owner but they were always unavailable. definitely do not recommend. expedia should update their listing to show what this place is really like. definitely not recommended

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and very efficient. There is one housekeeper (not Annie) that would skip me every time she cleaned though. I didnt need services but making sure I didn't need anything would have been nice. They go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. It's like family. the parking is pretty good. They are doing renovations on some rooms but the rooms are nice and comfortable. It's reasonably priced. I will definitely keep this location saved for the future and will definitely recommend this place to others.

Things broken in the room, plumbing issue, window wasn’t glass and broken, curtains broken, cockroaches all over the place, not clean at all, homeless people were residence of the place and all around the place, management was not supportive, we left in less than an hour and management refused to refund our money.

This motel is more like a stay by the hour facility. I don't know where the pictures of the property came from, but it's definitely not this motel. The latch lock on the door was completely broken. The TV was maybe 14" - 21" and had cables running all over the room. The room itself was dirty, and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. The staff didn't care. The parking lot was full of homeless people and drugs. The parking lot lights did not work. The neighborhood was completely unsafe. We checked out after 30 minutes - handing the keys to the man in the office. When i requested a refund, Oyo said we never checked out. I called the property and got the run around from the man who answered who finally gave me the customer service # to call since he said there was nothing he could do. I called customer service and was hung up on multiple times. I tried to contact Oyo USA through their Facebook page, but they are hit or miss on answering. I will never stay at another Oyo property again because of this experience.

I booked the room to take a remote exam. I went to the location twice. First time, I was told the room was not available due to a plumbing issue and the room was flooded. I left and spoke to the exam's customer service and they told me to get proof the room was cancelled, that way my test will be rescheduled and not cancelled. If my test is cancelled, I'd be charged $135 and I would have to restart my application for the program next year. After having no luck reaching the property via the chat, I went back to the location. I told the person at the desk the issue and asked for proof of the cancellation due to the plumbing issue. He wouldn't do it. He said, they don't have anything with the letterhead. He said, he's never done it before and because I didn't pay yet, I wouldn't need it. I explained to him, several times, what the situation was and why I needed it. I told him, that even though he didn't do that before, that doesn't mean, he shouldn't do that in the future, and it's normal to provide a cancellation confirmation to a customer. I just need something to prove that I wasn't just absent I had a legitimate cancellation. He said, he never had to do it before and he can't do it. I asked for a manger, he said, he's the manager. I asked for the owner, he said, he is the owner. He sent a cancellation request, I asked for a screenshot. He said, he sent it via chat to cancel the room, and the chat disappeared. Luckily, I did get the cancellation, I hope it's enough proof.

Booked online. Arrived to property. Disgusting appearance. Walked in, was told rudely by front desk that he had no openings and would not refund me as I booked online. Front desk also turned away three other guest for the same reason as I was in the “lobby.”

The images in the ad do not match the reality of the hotel at all. It is a completely dangerous area. I had to ask for towels about 3 times before they gave it to me, the lights in the room were broken, I also had to ask for them to fix it, not to mention the countless cockroaches that were walking around the room.

Really bad experience at this location. I had booked ahead and when I arrived to the location the front desk employee stated there where no rooms available, even if I had booked ahead. Also the place didn’t look like the pictures, it seem like it was being remodeled, on the outside the hotel had a different sign, really confusing. Also the surroundings looked unsafe, a lot of homeless walking around on the property. I don’t recommend this location.

The rooms aren't properly cleaned and anyone can walk thru the door! A homeless man literally started banging on people's door around 2-3 in the morning. The room looks nothing like the picture

This is not a place for no one to stay at, My Toilet and Tub was clog up,The room was not clean and it is not safe, do to the area is drug infested.

Needed a place to stay after getting stuck in Houston. The owner and her husband were so sweet. I have no complaints about that. They were given a s*** show of a motel and are trying to fix it. However, it’s in a sketchy part of town, the sheets were used, there were cockroaches, and panhandlers were everywhere. It’s not the safest place to stay, but I had no other choice. They tried their best but I was super sketched out. I’ll check them out again in a year to give them time to revamp.

We booked a hotel a week earlier and when we get there they said that we didn’t have a reservation but they already took money from my bank so I just have to dispute and have to find another hotel right away

Drove up and the place looked abandoned. Vagrants directed me to the on-site house keeping that said there are no rooms due to renovations and ringing the bell to get a key never came into view nor acknowledged a visitor.

Definitely false advertisement, was there for a concert and was met by a line of people cancelling their reservations for motel being unsafe, populated by many strange men and people outside. When we arrived thank goodness the front desk attendant told us to assess the room prior to agreeing to check in because she knew the poor condition of the property and rooms. The room was repulsive and the OYO brand should be ashamed to be actively listing rooms at this property knowing the uninhabitable conditions of the rooms. I understand that the OYO just acquired this property but keep it shuttered until it’s up to par!! I wouldn’t even let an animal sleep in those rooms! Needless to say I declined the room and stayed elsewhere!

I did not like that the property was filthy (trash and mattresses in the parking lot) and was obviously a heavy drug use property and not at all safe. We chose not to stay there in fear for our lives.

The staff was very friendly, even with a midnight check in they kept my reservation. the only problem was there was a few roaches in the room.

This is a horrible property where I did not stay. Frankly speaking this so call "hotel or motel etc" should not be as an option for anybody. It is an abandoned place with homeless people in every floor, therefore security does not exist, comfort either etc. I hope you can refund the money asap. Eagerly waiting for your reply. B.Bonilla
