I requested a room on the first floor because I carry a lot of tools and luggage with me. They said no and put me on the second floor several times in the night. I had a cockroach crawl onto me well in my bed worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

It just looked like our room was wiped down , was not cleaned properly, the bathroom was the worst , we were looking to go to the mall and thought it was closer even the 7/11 that was out of business so we had to walk further just for a corner store . And we paid to be there till 11am no reason they should be calling at 10:30 am atleast call AT 11 that’s the time we paid for it was very busy alot of activity going on ppl were not considerate of being loud and making noise right in front of our door we had to look out the window multiple times for them to leave my rate over all is a 4 for the room commute and the things we expected and didn’t have

Location and price for this type of room was fine. Smoke/humidity smell was very strong and bad.

My stay was fine , checking in/out was easy and very quick. However the guy in the front seemed to get jittery or irritated within a certain timeframe of our interaction. Also the bed were great and comfortable and clean but there were roaches and certain parts of the bathroom that weren’t clean.

Very clean and like new room with very comfortable bed ..Also was in a safe place and was very quiet at night .. I was in town to work and for the great price I will be staying there Everytime I'm in the area for work . Plus the location is great because anything u need is very very close .

Hotel was unprepared for our arrival. Reserved room was not available. Substitute room had not been cleaned. Wife noticed and was not pleased. Convenient location for our visits. We have stayed here before, but are unlikely to do so again.

I didn’t like the fact that when my little brother got in the shower a roach immediately started crawling on the shower curtain. My little brother had to hold the roach through the shower curtain while I pop it with my shoe. Also, I was so tired from riding around looking for a room and I tried to lay down to get some rest and BOOM ! A roach was crawling on my leg which resulted me to stay up all night and leave the whole state that morning. It was that bad that I jumped straight on the road that morning without sleep.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is a little noisy, with folks hanging around outside, but not too much of a problem. The area where the hotel is located has gone downhill a bit, but the hotel is brightly lit, and seems very safe.

This is a no-frills motel off of FM 1960 near Willowbrook. The room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom. Good working TV. The only complaint is that the room did not have a TV station guide to know which channels to locate movie channel. And it would be nice if the motel provided at least a basic Continental breakfast for guests.

It was quiet. That's it. Staff rude, unprofessional, has no GSR experience, Roaches in room Fridge that leaks and 2 days never got offered to fix it or change rooms

Right when I walked in room I set my food on the dresser to open the fridge and put it in. A roach crawled out from behind the dresser on the wall near my food. I put it in the fridge &killed the roach. Had to be at work in an hr. So no time to switch. After. I got back from work I walk n and there is a puddle of water on the floor n front of fridge. It's leaking and not even cold inside I told the office and he didn't offer to change me rooms or anything. So I asked for towels to at least clean it up he said ok I had to come get it. So I go down to get them and while I'm standing there explaining about the puddle of wAter I mention that I have food in there that will go bad and while I was at work I booked for another night so I need the fridge fixed or a diff room. He looks on his comp and goes on to argue with me that I don't have another reservation and that it's not on his list. I give him a confirmation number that he totally ignored and refused to attempt to locate my prepaid advanced deposits reservation. I told him could you please locate it because I'm showing you my receipt so. Obviously om not lying. He said I don't work for booking.com it's not my job to locate your reservation. I said well guess wut I'm not checking in to booking Com I'm checking in to motel6 and that's here if ur standing behind that desk it is most definitely your job. He said no it's not I do. Ot have to find your reservation that's not my job. . Complete incompetent front desk people. Terrible customer service, roaches

Nothing about this place is worth reporting. There is no way this facility is up to any state code. I've switched rooms three times in less than 12 hours. I ended up leaving.

Overall good until our last day was out of water for almost 12 hours. The office told us when we called that they were working on it nothing more or less. They didn’t even care to let there guess to know if we didn’t call we would have been out of luck knowing and that’s ridiculous spend all that money and can’t let us know nothing that’s beyond me. Like It was supposed to okay.. not trying to accommodate anyone or nothing but have the never to call when it’s time to check out to leave. I must admit last stay was the most horrible drag out night.

All this property needs is a paint freshener in the room. Everything worked and was clean and comfortable, with lots of towels. One extra lamp would have been great, as the room was a little bit dark. Coffee in the lobby would also be nice, but you can’t have everything with such a good rate.

Never got chance to check inn the guy that was working at desk at 345pm was rude when I was trying to check in I asked to speak to manager or owner he said he was the owner and manager said he didn't like people using online apps to reserve room and he wanted cash.This type of person should never be in position that customer service is required he isn't interested in making money for a business he is lucky that he is in motel business the rooms fill themselves because if he has to sell anything believe me busy would fail he stated that it's better to rent room by 2 hours prostitution makes him more money then to rent room all night so guess motel 6 is set trafficking supporter.i also noted that his out door lighting is not up to electrical standard by any means has it wired up direct instead of plugged in not plate wires exposed so everyone expect the worst in rooms if there doing that outside probably no fir detectors place probably burn to the ground while he is taking I ng care of hookers Anything

Room was clean and staff was polite. Will stay there again. They accepted our dogs with no questions. Need better blankets in rooms, should have brought my own, but they could provide better ones. Also need new shower head, it barely put out any water.

The room was disgusting. Five minutes walking in my socks and they were coated in dirt. I scrubbed every surface twice and it still felt gross The staff was unhygienic and rude.

The rooms ive had in the past have always been very clean and comfortable. However, my most recent stay had a couple cleanliness issues, which i had yet to encounter in previous stays. The floor was sticky and when my son walked around bare foot on the floor, within a couple hours, his feet were black on the bottom from the floors not being clean. I kept my flip flops on. The bottom of the shower had also not been clean. The place was busy because of 4th of July so i was placed in a smoking room (i didnt mind, but i dont smoke) and the comforter had a few burn holes. Aside from that, the bed was clean and comfortable. There were roaches mentioned in other reviews, but in all of my stays, ive never seen any. Including this time. And believe me, i looked. That is a huge dealbreaker for me. The location is safe and quiet, the parking lot is well lit, and doesnt get a lot of foot traffic. Its right by tons of food and shopping options, but youll need to drive to get there or get delivery, unless you dont mind walking a bit. If you bring a dog, there's not a lot of places to take them to poo aside from a few small patches of grass between here and the property next door. Anyway, i recommend this place.

Not bad for price. Did not like that the maids came into room after we had left the room later in the day. Usually they don't bother until you check out unless its for an extended stay.

The hotel was closed die to power loss and they wouldnt even let me check in. We couldnt stay at the hotel and ive been trying to get a full refund for days. Expedia sold me a room that wasn’t available..... I want a refund

Stay away from this property. Not helpful front desk was the first sign. The towels were paper thin. The white stains were on the couch and carpet floor. Broken bathroom door and no toilet tissue holder. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.
