They had smoking rooms The guy at the front was rude very plain and unhelpful. There’s no elevator or buggies to carry your luggage in. When I got in my room, there was no lockout latch. It looked like it had been ripped off of the door so that was unsettling and I didn’t feel like I had proper security from unwanted we’re uninvited even staff because they have the master key and can get in if I was in the shower or or had company. They said that the rooms were built with soundproofing(info from booking.com,) but that proved to be not true whatsoever when walking in the hallway, I could hear conversations and people’s phones playing music from the hallway and their doors were closed and it wasn’t even like they were yelling or anything so I didn’t feel like I had much privacy didn’t feel very clean. The floors were sticky. But the location is exactly where I needed it so that was a Plus.

Pets barking nonstop && the room was unclean and smelled like piss . It was hands down the worst room I’ve ever been to . We did not stay long we did not feel safe .

Lobby smelled like moth balls 1st rooms bathroom was dirty they quickly changed the room and the 2nd room was better and bathroom was clean.. room did not smell like moth balls

No such thing as ‘just leave your key at the front desk’ and head to the airport at 5:00a. I was in the parking lot leaving when she was hollering at me from the hotel’s side door needing me to come back inside with my cc.

The ac unit in our room had a bad smell like mildew/ musty blowing out of it. The front desk was notified and the only solution they could offer was to spray perfume in our room. The floor was sticky when you would walk on it and the staff was unprofessional and seemed annoyed when these issues were brought to their attention.

I didn't get to stay there they canceled my reservation and I want my money back from you. Tara wasn't able to get there on the first day and when I got there they had canceled my reservation and I wasn't able to stay there unless I paid them for room after I had paid it through you so I was pissed and went and got me a room at the Windgate motel instead so I need my money back from you.

Toilet seat was broken, beds constantly felt wet, huge gap in room door that people could look through, table and chairs looked like they were just picked up from a random curb

O0 damage fee that was t re returned immediately..if you want to share the room with roaches, this is the place to stay. Won't be doing this place again. What a shame.

It allow dogs There was three people at the front desk 2 females and 1 male the two females were very nice and respectful the other one the male wasn’t he threatening to give me a 500.00 fine if I don’t stop using the front door to take my dogs out even though all the other visitors have dogs but they didn’t pick up after their pets……

Going thru renovation and the desk clerk could not really be understood due to his language dilect. The bed and pillows were not that comfortable.

I didnt like that there wasn't an elevator or a luggage cart available. The room could have been cleaned better. There was no complimentary coffee or any thing.

The corner of the bathroom door was broken off, there were dried paint droplets all over the ground, there were clearly deep orange stains on the bathroom counter (almost looked like blood). Scratches on the ground, NO VENT IN THE BATHROOM, Dust everywhere that isn’t a commonplace. The area around is ghetto, I checked in and immediately saw 2 of the grimiest looking woman I’ve ever seen. In conclusion the place just sucked and is not worth 55$ a night.

What I liked was that when I checked into my hotel. The cleaning lady just finished mopping and the floor was almost done drying. I put my bags inside by the front door, left, and returned after going out to eat. I brought Chlorox wipes for the remote control, door handles, and light switches. To my surprise, the wipes did not have dirty residue [brown or dark spots] on the wipes. I am assuming the cleaning lady does a fantastic job cleaning! Very thorough! I did kill some flying bug but hey, it's Houston, it is super humid and Houston is in a flood plain. No other bugs were present during my 2-day stay. The bed was all alright in terms of comfort. I brought my own bedding because I never trust any hotels bedding. The TV selection rocks, the WiFi is secure and fast [No lag], and that was great for my business work that I had to complete. If you are going to eat in your room, take out your own trash. Otherwise, you are inviting bugs. Simple common sense.

The motel is under construction so there is debris everywhere. They can only use 1 side of the entire motel. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. The towels smelled horrible. I only stayed one night.

They not changed the sheets every day mine was ditty and stained no shampoo or aconditioner quick service and fast specially if you reserved online

I have limited mobility but the elevator was out of order and my room was on the second floor. The one flight of steps was inconvenient but did not prevent me from coming and going. Everythin else about this property was excellent. The huge king size bed was comfortable. The in-room TV had hundreds of channel. The management was friendly and helpful.

alot of homeless people bothering me when I want to my car, The staff had a had time understanding my english. The TV needed two remotes hotell staff onle gives one so if you turn off the you cannot slect HDMI to cable box.

Not sure why this room didn't have the table and chairs like the others I previously stayed even though I booked Deluxe but that was minor so I didn't worry about it... Quiet and they don't allow any guests.

The room had roaches and I had to report bed bugs. When I took the bug to the front desk I was told I wasn’t able to get another room and that because the bed bugs were found later than two hours from checking in I wasn’t eligible for a refund.

Roach infested throughout the whole building. Worst customer service I've ever experienced....

Value was good , needs maintenance

I booked a non smoking room online only to be charged a non smoking room deposit. Not to mention the door in our room was not sealed properly we heard other occupants all night long in the lobby. Also the beds are extremely loud not sure if it’s do to the cheap bedding there or what.
