I did NOT like nothin. Another word for this… I HATE it here I mean let me ask you question, do you like blood strain on your pillow when you’re expecting to sleep there a night? Blood strain on pillow so imagine all towel are still dirty too so I didn’t use towel to dry my body I had to air dry my body. I have two fridge and NONE of them work, two microwave and one of them don’t close right, the bed look dirty like they drop the sheet from outside and still decide to put it on bed, rusty on medal part especially where toilet paper is at and lucky I brought my own because I am very sensitive. I can’t have something dirty to my area. The couch was tear up so low when you sit on it. I only stayed for few hours not the whole day to night. Honestly I can keep going on and on. Massive Terrifying place that I ever experienced in my life. I would taken some pictures but I don’t I just need a place to sleep and shower. I got there like 1-2am and checkout 9am

This stay was horrendous. The man behind the counter was rude from the start. I reserved a King room, non-smoking. The room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was no remote for the T.V. I went to the office to express my displeasure; the man behind the counter raised his voice at me and said there were no free rooms. When I asked if he was going to discount my stay, since it wasnt what I asked for, he again yelled at me and said I would have to wait an hour for another room. As I had a schedule to keep, this was not feasible. I told him I was going to leave a bad review, and he said something in a language I do not speak, but I presume was not a friendly salutation. On top of that, the comforter on the bed was tattered and literally had holes in it, and the shower wouldn't stay hot for more than a few seconds at a time. The T.V. was set at 100 volume every time it was turned on, and the channel guide left in the room in no way reflects the actual channels on the T.V. Also, the remote only worked for channel up/channel down, power, and volume. I expect things to not be perfect with a budget motel, but this stay was truly below the bar. There's little worse than staying somewhere dirty and uncomfortable, all while getting yelled at.

I asked for a nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room with tar marks on the toilet and bathtub, black marks on the bedding, and roaches popping up here and there. There was one bath towel for two people. Additionally, the window had no lock or latch to secure so anyone could come through from the outside if they wanted.

The distance from the highway and that it was discreet and was a big building with lots of space The worker at the front was extremely rude didn’t even let us check in I called at 11:40 am and asked if we could check in early he said yes at 1:30 get there at 1-1:30 he then tells me Check in isn’t until 3 I ask who did I talk to that said I would beable to check in at 1:30 he said he didn’t know but he had been there all morning so we wait in the parking lot until 3 I go back in the front office to check in and he says that there aren’t any rooms clean I said well check in is at 3 he then got rude and told me he can’t do anything about me having a reservation and that I should go somewhere else since I hadn’t paid for the reservation yet I said well I have the cash and plan to pay in cash and I ask to speak with a manager and he said he was the owner I said oh your the owner he said no and that the manager wasn’t there either I said then why did you say you owned the building he then told me to go to another hotel I said sir I been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hrs cuz you said we could check in at 3 and it’s still nothing he was still very rude

This charge needs to be reversed to my CARD. The man that was at the check in, said I missed it by a certain time. I was unable to be let inside and not only that, the man was screaming in another language. He said you bought a room on priceline??? and he doesnt like bookings on websites, he said it was a poor way to book at his hotel. awful treatment, just got out of the ER and made and paid for the room for the night. I was sent to go to a dirty bustop to sit there the entire night in the rain

Old - roaches - locked down like it's a prison. Has elevators but good luck getting to them. I'm simi-handicapped - it was awful. I didn't expect much and that's exactly what I got.

Side story : My dogs literally got out of their kennel while we went to grab food for dinner. My oldest dog managed to open the door and got out into the parking lot ( Crazy , I know)! The staff called me to let me know about a wonderful couple who were helping to get them back in side. They were all so nice , when I was hysterical and embarrassed!

There was no work table and chair in the room. I had to push the coffee table and couch across the room to be next to the outlets for the work space. Was put on the third floor when the hotel had rooms on the first floor. At age 66, stairs at night can be rough.

Roaches. Big old, micro baby, dead…roaches. Told manager, who argued that it wasn’t, offered a second room that we both inspected and found another roach in that room. He didn’t offer compensation just a horrible unaccountable attitude. While standing there another guest made said they found roaches in their room…he was given another room too. It would seem the whole place is infested with roaches, but the indifference toward this horrendous issue from the management is the bigger problem.

Ac was broken and made noise place was infested with 1000s of cockroaches. We called and complained they did nothing about it. They didn’t even move us. They replaced the ac and 1000s of cockroaches spilled onto the floor. They were in our bed and our luggage. I made a complaint with motel 6 and attempted to mitigate with the hotel who just hung up on me. I need a full refund. PleAse call me at 928-515-9522

And we found towels with hair on them. The microwave was broken and they changed it for us the next day after 2 calls. Cleaning and customer service can improve.

The layout of the motel was very nice and mayched the pictures exactly. Had a cute little kitchen and sofa like a studio. But smelled in there, felt like it wasnt clean like it ahould have been. There was roaches which was the worst. Even though it was very convient to where the show we were going to and was close by. The hotel was free of bed bugs but there were a plenty of roaches everywhere, I've grown to get use to the hotels in Houston being that way because of the high traffic in and out of the hotels. There's alot of drug dealings going on everyday

There were roaches all over the first room I entered. I was relocated to another room that was also infested with roaches and was denied a refund. This hotel was absolutely disgusting.

We returned 2 hrs later to be refused service due to low water pressure. We had our 8 children w us and drove an hour in icy conditions to get to that hotel. The pipes in our home bursted and we had been without power for 2 days

Convenient location, sanitized room and good price versus some strange neighborhood. I had no issues during my stay, but some of my friends would be scared there.

Had one roach in the room that i killed & then after that once i went to sleep & the lights was out it looked like that’s when they came out! I woke up to something crawling on me & it was a roach.. i had to leave at 4/5a because it just was awful & it gave me the creeps! I have never had a bad experience at any hotel other than this one!

A/C in our unit worked when it wanted to. We stayed here two nights and the maids skipped over our room; I even called the front desk and told them that our room was skipped over, but she also said they get vacant rooms first, but she would let them know. So me and my fiancé left for the day, came back later that night and still no fresh towels, sheets, nothing. We love to visit Houston, since we’re not from here and have plenty of family and friends, we even stayed at a Motel 6 in Beaumont our last stay, and they truly made us feel valued without even asking. We only stayed here because it was the only dog friendly place we could stay, plus it was the closest thing to our family & friends. We had a non smoking room, but could still smell weed from within & outside the unit. We also encountered rowdy teenagers partying in the units next to us.. security came and shut it down which was great, but one day as we were leaving and a homeless person stopped us and tried selling us some drugs. Overall, it just made us feel very uncomfortable, and we couldn’t check out because they had a no refund policy for early check-outs.

Staff was great, except the overnight guy, also there is a off duty officer at the front who makes sure there is no loitering or any uninvited guest on property. Felt safe and comfortable.
