Absolutely amazing hotel for the price! Very clean and right off the highway.

One of my worst experiences hands down, ever! The bed sheets, pillow covers and everything associated with the bed was riddled with nasty pee and blood stains. It was disgusting. I ended up laying down on top of my big towels that I luckily had with me, making sure none of my body was touching anything. I felt like throwing up it was so bad. I’m assuming it was old stains just washed over and over again, but at least there should be a point that you start throwing out the sheets and replacing them with new ones right? Ugh!

The vibe is calm and private, perfect if you’re trying to get away from the noise and just have some time to yourself. The room was spotless, cozy, and had a real sense of care to it. I’ve got to give major credit to the housekeeper—she’s the real MVP. Her attention to detail is on point, and it’s clear she takes pride in keeping everything fresh and immaculate. If you’re looking for a low-key, clean, and peaceful spot that feels like your own personal retreat, Moonlight Inn is it. I’ll definitely be back.

We didn't see breakfast. The staff was helpful, everything in the room worked and was very clean. They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was heaven! The price was very affordable, and we got a first-floor room. The mattress was too thin (like a futon). The bed had only 1 sheet and the thin cover. A blanket would have been nice. But the heater worked good.

We stayed at this place several times this was our 3rd stay and each time the rooms kept getting worse and worse, it’s suppose to be a strictly NO SMOKING hotel but the last room smelled like a ash tray even our clothes and hair and bodies smelled like it for days until we washed everything. The sheets on the bed was covered in stains and smelled like BO. The towels have stains all over them and they are brown and black instead of white. Roaches and alot of them. Called the front desk to request new bedding and was told it was just stains but they gave me new sheets and they was a little better so I’m thinking the ones on the bed was dirty. No blanket just a sheet to cover up with. The worst part was the room smelling like cigarettes and backwood cigars. Also it’s 100% non smoking but there’s ash trays in every room. Floors will make your feet turn black just from walking out of the shower. I gave them too many chances and it kept getting worse. 0/10 I would not recommend this place!

Hotel was great, Nick was amazing! However another guest that is staying long term had a male sex worker come over then proceeded to beat him very bad inside of the room, not even sure if he is alive from the attack and the same guest has a sound system installed in his room that vibrates across the hall and to surrounding rooms and he leaves it playing 24/7 even after being told to turn it down at 1am he did and then turned it right back on at 7am!

For $50 plus fees and taxes ($12), it was a good deal. The place is well lit outside and isn't a huge facility. It's in a good part of Houston. The only issues I saw were a gap under the door and the linen wasn't well cleaned, dingy — extremely so. Bring your own towels and sheets.

Location and price I can deal with a lot of things but roaches I can not. Work up to a couple crawling in my leg so I packed up at 6am and left.

the smell of room, sheets seemed a slightly dirty

I didn't like the moisture coming under the door because there was no door guard at the bottom. It was too human and the room to keep air conditioning running and they did not have the coffee in the mornings.

DO NOT STAY HERE my friend and i have stayed here a couple times and we got accused of having a pet multiple times when we did not and they just kept saying oh we saw you but last night we left early because there were bed bugs and we got moved to another room and it ALSO had bugs it was disgusting. if you stay here thoroughly check EVERYTHING.

I had my own but have forgotten one before. The only two negatives are I could tell that the person before me smoked in the room cause of the smell that lingered. Was pretty skeptical about the price and stayed in some pretty bad places, but I was pleasantly surprised, it is a smaller hotel and very quiet. The room was clean I didn't see any bugs. Loved the light up shower head.

The staff was great i just started walking again and the lady noticed i was using my walker because i just got my prosthetic foot so she helo with my bags and food thst i just pick up she place my bags and food inside the room for me

I should be in the process of getting my money back this was the most horrible place I've ever stayed in and I've been in prison before and I even compared it that I stayed and better prisons than I stayed that night I have pictures to prove it.

They knew there would be 4 people, 2 kids, 2adults, I had to go to the office and get 2 more towels and more plastic cups, there was just 1 small garbage container, friendly people but it could have been better

There was blood on the bathroom door, the main front door had to be closed super forcefully to even close but it still wouldnt even lock the bathroom door was the same way the carpet was sticky and nasty feeling by far the most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed at.

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest. Can’t be that bad .... wrong this is below the motel status. The room smelled and the breakfast was old fruit in a bowl bring from home and honey buns. I poured orange juice and befor putting to my lips realized it was a bug in my cup.

The hotel changed the price of the room after we were standing in front of the counter. No way to switch hotels last minute. Hotel was fine but not honoring the price because we did not pay cash was a frustrating change. Much nice hotels In the area for the price it changed to.

So I reserved a double queen beds room for me and my family and cant complain. It was very simple and basic but pretty everything we needed to relax and re-energize for the next day. Smooth check in and out. And fridge for the baby’s milk unlike four points sheraton near bush airport. Soft blankets and clean overall. Not the best mattresses but good for the night.
