    The staff was great and helpful. Putting up big lights to help guest, checking in to see how they are, and all around a great stay. The water pressure was the only negative thing I can say about the place.

    There was no breakfast. The shower water pressure was good The shower flooded the bathroom every morning. The whole floor was sticky and felt like walking on sand. Also pillows were way too soft and thin.

    i liked absolutely nothing about this motel. if i could give this motel zero stars, i truly would. i truly feel discriminated against. (we’re black) whenever we got there, my partner showed the front desk our booking. before he were able to get a good sentence out, he was told he was underage and wouldn’t be able to be serviced. (he hadn’t even shown his ID, nor was it asked for before he was told that). he is 20 years old. on their actual website, it clearly says that adults are required to be 18+. i then walked in myself and we were told that they had no more rooms available after we made reservations and that i was also underage before i were able to show identification, im 19 years old. i asked her what the required age was and she lied, saying “22, 24”. the two ladies at the front desk couldn’t speak clear english, so it was hard to understand them very well. although from what i did understand, they were very unprofessional and rude. when i tried to explain to the first lady, she brushed me off and refused to talk. we walked outside for no less than 2 minutes and went back inside, and she left the office. as far as the second lady, i asked her if we could get a refund since there are no rooms available, she told me that i would have to go online and cancel the booking. (mind you, on the booking app, in red, it said that if we were to cancel the booking, we wouldn’t be able to receive a refund. i noticed it said that a day before arrival but i was okay with it because i wasn’t expecting to not be serviced after already completing the reservation.) i explained to her that we wouldn’t be able to receive a refund online if i cancelled it. she told me that the man who handles things in this situation wasn’t here and would be back tomorrow. at that point, i gave up and began to see what other hotels were available. i booked a wait and save uber and waited until it arrived.

    The rooms were clean fresh and everything well kept rooms were cleaned daily and the owner and staff or polite and respectful of your private space great people The clean room the hospitality and the understanding that everyone ain't the same I love this place it helped me out in a hard time

    The privacy was nice. The owner also showed concern about his customers and property. Room was good enough for the time I stayed. Location was nice near grocery and restaurants. Also near the beltway, not a far drive. I would have been nice if they offered breakfast or some coffee. Also maybe more movie channels, only offered basic cable but all in all it was ok.

    The owners were nice. The ice machine worked good. Found one live roach upon arrival. Ceiling fan didn't work. Bed was so close to AC, you could never sleep with it on. No receptacle around sink area. Had to use plug for microwave. TV cable reception was so bad, the tv was go blank at times. No plastic liner for shower, just the fabric shower curtain.
