Nice staff and good breakfast. Our only complaint was we were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. We had to take out our own trash and request towels and toilet paper several times

Great location and parking with restaurants and shopping close by. Staff members were absolutely marvelous. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the young man’s name that checked us in. He was the most polite and welcoming person I’ve EVER encountered during checkin. My wife and I travel very often and he really stood out. I can’t find any faults during our stay. Wonderful breakfast and so quiet that we joked that we were the only people in the hotel but we weren’t. This is our new hotel for our frequent Houston trips. Maybe we’ll create a trip just to come back here. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

Overall my stay was great. The carpet wasn’t clean in my room, it had fried chicken crumbs all over the floor by the sofa and I didn’t check in til after 9pm

Overall the room was pretty clean but we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and our trash never got picked up and thrown out nor did we receive any new towels thankfully I always bring my own from home. And we looked forward to getting in the pool and hot tub and neither were functional they were both filthy. Breakfast was mediocre but it wasn’t terrible the environment was awesome and the front staff were amazing from check in to check out.

- size of the room was very spacious. comes with a closet, mirror, desk, chair, big bathroom, and a cozy bed with a very thick comforter set - air unit that you are able to control (I went during the spring time and can say the a/c gets crazzzzyy cold which I appreciate) - fast wifi that I was able to complete work on with no issue - decent water pressure in the shower. gets you clean but nothing incredible (I’ve stayed in some pretty jank places. this was a nice shower that gets pretty warm as well) - decent breakfast. smells good going downstairs in the morning, some yummy little treats here and there as well near the front desk that are for purchase (they’ve got like laundry detergent and some other goodies too if you need ‘em) - nice little pool area, I can’t say too much though because I didn’t check it out - spacious elevator as well as stairs - FRIENDLY STAFF (I hate going to places when their staff members are trained corporate robots. They’re real people) - Lots of parking spaces (and free parking. just be careful about their speed bumps) - in a cute area with businesses in walking distance!! we were unable to leave the smoothie king people alone - good vibe, didn’t feel like I was going to get robbed - 18+ - at times, there were unpleasant smells that lingered around my room. I don’t believe this was the hotels fault, just people that smoked cigarettes outside and that faint sewagey smell that happens when it rains in cities. It wasn’t god awful, just happened a few times enough to be mentionable - HOUSTON HAS A BUG/ROACH PROBLEM!! Personally, I didn’t see any bugs in my room or around the property, but I am mentioning this because I saw this issue in the reviews. If you travel to Texas during the late summer/early autumn, YOU WILL SEE BUGS. It gets SO HOT that bugs seek shelter anywhere they can, regardless of how clean the place is. I went during springtime so it wasn’t hot enough for bugs. Do what you will with this info. - walk-in glass shower :( this isn’t a problem for some people, but I cannot stand these things. I’m not getting cracked in the shower so I don’t need the glass shower with the mirror pointing directly at it. If that’s your thing though, then this might be the place for you - BRING YOUR KEY CARD EVERYWHERE! This is common sense, but the hotel locks the outside doors after 10pm for security purposes and you need your keycard to get back in, otherwise you have to ring the desk. This also applies if you arrive at the hotel past 10pm. I believe it’s 10pm-6am that the doors are locked. I am very pleased with the security measures in place, but stumbling back to the door after hours and it not opening made me panic temporarily - the towels are kind of small. Like, not upsettingly small, but if you’re heavy around the waist or you got a big butt, you might bring your own towels - the hand soap is a soap bar. Very convenient and sanitary between each guest, but I’m a germaphobe so you can imagine my horror after the first bathroom use - the lighting in the bathroom comes from the mirror (like a vanity) and it’s a super bright white LED. now, if you are a psychopath that enjoys those lights, that’s great. they just aren’t for me.

I got eaten up by bed bugs.

A/C not working on arrival. Staff helped get it working, but it was loud and rattled internally all night long.

The property was clean and I love that there are several options around for food. The breakfast was wonderful as well. The front desk staff was also very accommodating from the time we arrived to time we left. The water was a little cold for showers.

Great location the room was not properly cleaned AT ALL!! THE SHEETS WERE DIRTY and had what it appear to be FECES STAINS!! I was uncomfortable and disgusted and the staff showed no care or concern with this issue

Great stay. Just a shame that i can't drive as it feels out of the way for visiting different places while there Think there could be more options for a warm breakfast instead of just eggs and flat sausage with nothing else to choose from. Shame the hotel doesn't have a bar onsite.

I’m disabled , I just had left knee surgery and IM doing was on the 3rd floor and the elevator broke so I had to try a nd walk down the stairs , VERY PAINFUL FOR ME !!! I WAS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND THE ELEVATOR BROKE AND IM DISABLE

The young gentleman front desk staff is welled trained and professional. House keeping staffs welcome as they see the guests at any time. Parking space is with large lot , enough to park the big F150 truck .

The smell of this hotel is totally pleasant and to the science. It has a neutral smell not covered up by a deep deodorant spray at all. But, I can see why, the morning crew were working very hard cleaning the carpets. Other hotels should take notes.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My sister actually stayed here for a week and the manager made her feel so safe! Was checking in on her and making sure she had everything she needed. I mailed a package for my sister and she received it from the front desk with no issues. I definitely recommend staying here. They aer very accommodating. Monica had soooo many nice things to say.

Great location. When we arrived it was 8:00 pm and we were able to walk to a restaurant. We used the workout room in the morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

Though I have seriously clean habits, I had to deal with a lone roach in the bathroom. Made me feel ick. Perhaps have a pest company spray around. Something I've noticed when staying in La Quinta's, the walls are very thin, so I heard the tv, children, and dog next door. I suggest bringing a white noise machine, that did help. Overall, great stay, I'd stay again.

Went back down to get someone to fix it. Then that night the tv stopped working. The screen blacked out but sound continued to play. Over all the property is in a nice location and is clean, but having to ask repeatedly for a toilet in a room to be fixed is not okay.

Website does not say that there is $150 deposit, upon my arrival the guy at the front desk was trying to charge me $150 deposit. This is a 2/3 star hotel, $150 is ridiculous. While he proceeded to tell me he will take it down to $100, that’s how much it usually is not an extra $50. Then I found out I had an extra charge pending on my account including with the deposit and the room charges when they checked me in the room. These pending charges take at least 5 business days if they fall off. This is very inconvenient and needs to be displayed on the website. Folks be aware of extra charges and deposit amount. If they could fix that it would be nice, the property is clean and quiet that’s a plus.

The A/C unit in my room was severely leaking on the 4th floor. I checked in late so I didnt want to change rooms. Barely slept with it being so noisy and smelt of mold/mildew due to that fact.

The comfortable bed, great amenities made it relaxing. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. Above all, the exceptional service from the attentive staff made my stay great. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, and outstanding hospitality.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is incredibly professional, and friendly, and provides outstanding customer service. The location is ideal, just 15 minutes from Houston’s top attractions and downtown Houston (without traffic), and the parking is both great and free. The rooms are cozy, with super comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. As a bonus, it’s conveniently located near a Starbucks and other fantastic food options. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had to take out our own trash. We stayed for 10 days, the first time they didn't take the trash out of the room they told me that if we requested it they could do it every day, but then again I had to take the trash out and they told me that they didn't have enough staff to do it every day, so they did it every 3 days. I left the trash outside the room until it was picked up the next day, so did other guests and there were several bags of trash in the hallway throughout the night. If you need a hotel for a long stay, I do not recommend it.

The area was busy with easy highway access and plenty of dining options. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was a welcome contrast from a busy day. Lovely room with friendly staff and nice amenities.

Location is good. Felt safe. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Due to the hurricane they did not offer daily breakfast. The outdoor pool area is quite smaller than the pictures show. It’s open from 8-8 which is not ideal when that’s the hottest time of the day and the pool was not cooled.

My hotel stay was good. The cleanliness, convenience of amenities with restaurants and attractions no more than twenty minutes away were exceptional. Me and my Family will stay again.

Everything is amazing about this hotel. Inside, outside, and the surroundings were clean, quiet and modern. Fridge and microwave included, Dove soap, shampoo and lotion included. Great new, clean amenities. Cant beat this value for the money. I definitely recommend.
