Some basic bathroom amenities and toiletries were not stocked in room when we arrived, and a hairdryer was not available in the room, which would have been helpful. Additionally, housekeeping services did not appear to be carried out daily you had to request it.

Good rate and would stay again.

This was one of the nicest hotels i’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t check in until late in the evening and the staff member was very polite and kind. There was a mistake with my booking, so my room was upgraded. The style and decor are very lovely, professional and clean. I was put into a king suite. The shower was amazing. The room was very spacious. Temperature was easily controlled, and the bed was firm with nice pillows. Having soap, shampoo and conditioner, was a surprise and a huge bonus. Plus they were quality products. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean. The food variety was vast and flavorful. The kitchen staff was present, active and polite. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but I did see it and it looked very nice. I wouldn’t mind vacationing for a longer time at this beautiful hotel. This isn’t the hotel‘s fault, but I would like others to be aware when you type in the address it’s gonna take you across the street from the hotel.

We booked the king deluxe suite—deluxe it was not. Cheap contracting, the room reeked of KILZ (deodorizing primer, I work in property management), tv zip tied to the mount, stained sheets, stained couch, filthy light switch covers, no way to turn off the fan lights unless you unscrewed the bulbs (thank goodness for a tall husband), all the lightbulbs were different temperatures making the room feel weird, a broken phone…the people at the desk were nice and the property is decent on the outside. But this is a 2 star hotel from my point of view.

We had a good stay. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Nice staff. The only thing was the pool room. It was too hot. The A/C was off. My kids were having fun in the pool in cold water. I told the young man in front desk that the termostat batteries didn't work, and he only said that he would write it down. It was just 2 AA batteries.

Only have a few complaints the mattress is as hard as cement it felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. The breakfast is ok no bacon and its the same everyday. Last you will need to go over the floor with a wet towel because they did not mop that floor. My feet were black at the bottom just from my bed to the restroom. That should not be. But the staff is as awesome and nice as they come. Stayed 4 days. Other then what I said it's a great place.

Did not get next day housekeeping as promised. Room had a strange BBQ pit smell. I stayed there 1 tear ago with no issues which is why I chose the same location this year.

They accepted my large dogs. The staff were remarkable, even gave me a larger room for the dogs. Room was perfectly cold and also clean. The only thing I have to say negative is the bed was extra firm. I like a soft bed and had trouble sleeping on it. And the hot tub has been concreted in. It's not under construction, it's full of concrete. Pool was great, they even had some pool toys.

We rented this hotel because it had a hot tub. But to our disappointment, we were told that there is no hot tub anymore. We tried the pool. But the pool was very cold. So, if you don't have a hot tub, please don't say you do.

The 2 elevators were obviously really old and mostly did not work, we had to take the stairs one time, they were constantly breaking down.

This hotel is what you expect when traveling. The staff made it feel like home away from home the entire time. I stayed for a week with my family of 4 and we had no issues. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast every morning, clean nice size pool, fireplace outside, and clean hotel from the front door to your room window. I loved every second here and will only be staying here for all future travel. 10/10 book NOW

The staff was fantastic, super friendly also as you’re walking into the property it’s very bright and colorful and just gives a really great vibe from the beginning! The room was spacious. We were in a king room with a sofa pullout suite it was very spacious and the shower was just the greatest! It had four different showerheads and the water pressure was just perfect! My son absolutely loved the shower and said that he wanted one of those in his house? Just wish that the pool would’ve been heated and that the Jacuzzi would’ve been available other than that everything was great they made up for that in other areas. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the kitchen were just so great and never made you feel rushed at all and kept everything stocked.

Property was very well maintained. Staff was very nice. The heated pool and Jacuzzi was a plus use that every single day! The breakfast was really good hot and well stocked. Would definitely stay there again in the future thank you. No complaints

Clean rooms & bathrooms The pool was un-swimmably cold, despite telling staff. Multiple families were there and all stated the same. Many of us out of towners look for hotel with pools to entertain our kids, so having no pool time was hard. The pool was so cold my daughter was shivering. On site convenient store is expensive, we bought 1 single beer, 2 small snack packs of cookies and a single popcorn was $16! All for making a buck but geezus!

air conditioning didn’t work in the first room when moved to the second room is never went to the temp set (which was 70) .. late check out isn’t available upon request even if facility is less than half booked.

The location was fine, Staff was helpful LOUD NOISE FROM WORKERS KIDS LIVING THERE!! Unacceptable. Reported noise twice & they still didn’t stop running on the 4th floor. Certain dogs shouldn’t be allowed. Ones that Bark all day & night.

Booked for the indoor pool and hot tub but the hot tub had been filled in. other than that great stay!

There was supposed to be on site EV charging. I called ahead and verified with the front desk. And there were NO chargers of any kind available at the hotel. I would not have booked the room if I had known this.

I stay there on a regular basis for my work. They have undergone renovation and the rooms are very nice.

The lighting in the room is atrocious… clinical blue-ish-white lightbulbs instead of normal warm white bulbs.

The blanket was as thin as a bedsheet. The hot tub was closed. The bar was closed. The pool couldn't be entered because the door didn't work. It was clean, though.

I didn't like that my card wasn't working in sum places of the hotel. And the water in the shower wasn't that hot.

The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again.

There was paint spatter all over the carpets and floors. It made the floors look filthy. There was trash and linens left in the hallways outside of rooms during the entire weekend. There were no pool towels and when I asked for some, I was ignored. Also, there was some loud motor or fan of some sort that went off every hour. Made it almost impossible to sleep. I will NOT be going back.

The manager on duty was so incredibly nice, the other associates were all super helpful and kind. Best experience so far of any hotels we have stayed in since we started in 2023 using Expedia.

I would say the customer service is amazing they try breakfast was good how ever the phone system do not work so calling down to front desk or local calls was impossible phone didn’t work the internet didn’t work I couldn’t work from home so I had to take 2 days off because of bad internet room 205 should be deep clean before it rent out to anybody dog or cat pee all over you can smell it and the floor is sticky I kept informing front desk of phone and they new the internet was bad they just kept apologizing but it didn’t help I had to miss work and my kids caught a sinus infection from the cat or dog hair and pee I am disappointed i kept informing them and they act like i had to come down every day anytime i had a question instead of being able to call like I expected

My stay was well except the bathroom shower and breakfast food. The water drains way too slow almost like it needs maintenance or add Drano. The breakfast needs more verity of foods maybe then the food will be good. One thing I loved was the toiletries like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was sufficient and smelled really nice! The mattress beds felt like new. That was awesome! The pool is not what I expected but it wasn’t bad. I loved the water splash for my toddlers. Above all I’m happy to say thank you for having my family and I enjoy your property. We enjoyed our stay specially because I didn’t want to book 2 rooms. It was 2 adults trying to manage and care for 5 kids of all ages. We definitely needed to be all together so yes we only got one room and 2 beds but I wouldn’t have wanted it to be any different and a room with 3beds was not available. That’s ok though we enjoyed the quality time together. Thank you again!

After 10pm, someone barged into our room while my children and I were sleeping—the front desk had mistakenly given another guest our room number and key. This was not only shocking but incredibly unsafe. I immediately tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. When I went in person to speak with the front desk attendant, he had no explanation for how this happened. The next morning, I spoke with the manager, who was condescending and dismissive. She actually asked me to help them figure out what went wrong, saying they “need a new key system” and claiming we were “supposed to be in room 411” (we were in room 211). After pressing the issue, I finally received an apology, but she tried to downplay the situation by saying it was just a “mistake” and the front desk agent “flipped through the keys and gave the wrong one.” This didn’t add up—I had done pre-check-in and my key was already prepared with my check-in paperwork. There was no flipping through anything. Beyond this serious breach of security, the pool area is unsafe—the tile surrounding it is extremely slippery and hazardous, especially for children. During our first visit, a homeless couple spent hours in the business area on the public computer, making the space feel uncomfortable and unmonitored. The property itself is just okay, but after this incident, I no longer feel it’s a safe or profes

Very nice property. I really enjoyed the stay. Staff was great, room was clean. They even had a ceiling fan!!! I was so excited to see that. I would recommend and stay again.

Very nice property. I really enjoyed the stay. Staff was great, room was clean. They even had a ceiling fan!!! I was so excited to see that. I would recommend and stay again.

And incidentals to my knowledge is 100$. I still have not received my funds back after the general manager said she refunded it to Expedia when I didn’t use Expedia for booking and the funds should have went back to the card they took it from. The general manager said they would not extend my stay again based off what her employee did wrong at the end of the day customer service is everything and it’s uncalled for to be rude when it’s your fault just fix the mistake. However that wasn’t taking into consideration I refuse to ever stay at this hotel again. And I encourage any and everyone to always deal with Jose or Eduardo they are the only ones that provide great customer service.

This hotel was perfect. Will come to celebrate my birthday again. It was clean the staff was super nice and helpful. Checking out after 1p is fee. Most hotels is after 11am or 12 so this was really nice. They had a birthday shout out for me at the front desk. Was worth every penny. Only 125 I paid. Wow

Overall it was a great stay. Other than the staff i came across whom was very rude. The guys that work here are very understanding , friendly and professional. The women I can’t say the same. The front desk receptionist Eris is very very rude along with the other lady that works alongside of her

Hotel room was fantastic and spacious for our family. The only downside, was the shower. The water pressure was really low.

I had to constantly ask for towels for myself and kids. Received attitude about that from one staff member. It was noisy. The bathroom light didn’t work told staff an “oh ok” was responded. Pool area no towels available and extremely hot in the room.

I stayed at this property for 3 Days. It was nice experience to me as it is very quiet and clean property. Staff was very supportive.

We slept really well after being in the spa for a little bit. The room was very clean and we were given extra towels.

We stayed at this La Quinta location because our daughter was staying there, too, during her trip to Houston. It was a great stay for our short trip. The front desk clerks, especially Ally, were very friendly and helpful. It was no problem, for example, to get extra pillows. The room was spacious and included a kitchenette. We had plenty of hot water and good water pressure though the water was very hard. The bed was very firm. Fine for my husband but harder than I like. I’m glad we only stayed for one night for that reason. Checkout was a breeze but they should consider adding a drop box for key cards.

I do not know if the hotel had room service or not as we did not have clean washcloths or towels after first day. Also hot tub was not operational or the splash pad. We did have a great conversation with the manager Kathleen. Breakfast was good. Was hard to swim because of rowdy teens who took over as they only cared about themselves.

This hotel was weirdly placed, like the backyard patio was viewing an auto shop; and you have to be coming from a certain direction to pull into the parking lot of the place... but it was no big deal! Just not crazy romantic lol. Pool/hottub seemed super nice, too, we just didn't have time to use it. Breakfast was amazingly well done— Potatos were exceptional and no notes. Great breakfast!! And the staff was super kind. Rooms were clean and spacious. Laundry room on each floor was clean, too! Took full advantage of those and would stay again!!

When I walked in my room everything was on point. I only had a small concern about the bathroom a hair follicle here and there. I bought my cleaning supplies. Overall good condition.

Wow. The best Quinta I’ve stayed at by far. I love Quintas. This one was really nice.

Friendly staff. Room was cold. Pool was great. I did not get the King suite I booked. Bathroom was filthy— counter had black sticky stuff on it, toilet was dirty & the shower was disgusting. Showerheads & Glass door was full of mildew. Had to thoroughly clean myself to even use the restroom. Refuse to shower there. Checked out as soon as we could.

This particular hotel has wonderful service and the location is convenient. There was a man at the front desk named " Jose." He gave more than exceptional service to my family and myself. I told him that this is my hotel home. I will forever book at this location. Thank you all for everything!!!

Loved this was in the middle of lots of shopping. 24 hour hot tub and heated pool. Food was lukewarm at 730 for breakfast but other than that it was all amazing! Staff was friendly.

Biggest issue was the walls are so thin we could hear every conversation with the room next door and they had a toddler and baby so it was noisy

Needs a bit updating outside but wow I have stayed at 5 star hotels that don’t offer these kind of amenities. Staff was amazing.

They need to turn the hot tub to at least the minimum temperature to call it a hot tub. After traveling all day we wanted a nice relaxing soak but barely warm enough to be considered bath water. Disappointed in the AC/heat unit in room. Made awful disturbing noises all night.

Property is centrally located and very convenient for our needs. It is well lit and very spacious.

I loved that the pool was open 24 hrs for adults. The hot tub was awesome too. Very tasty continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was a good value too. Six stars out of five!

Everything was okay except for the reception at 1st she gave to me the wrong room and key so i was opening an occupied room.

I loved my room and the indoor pool. My only complaint is we couldn’t get the TV to work it kept displaying network status error. I did ask the front desk and he offered to come up and check but my boyfriend was sleeping and had to wake up early. The breakfast didn’t offer any meat options but was good.

We did check out early because the hot water was not hot. Luke warm and technically worked, but in cold weather it was not hot enough to wash your hair, just a quick rinse. We did report it to the front desk but nothing can be done for that on the spot. The bathroom was pretty run down, condition wise. Tiles were not actually attached to the floor so they move under you when you walk. The only concern I had about cleanliness was the excessive soap scum in the shower on all of the handles and 5 faucets. Not usually picky about this since it’s a hotel, but it was a lot. Everything else was exceptionally clean, especially for being a dog friendly hotel and we have no pups.

As far as the manager Jadulupe. Your manager skills are horrible. As far as the hotel property. I booked a suite for my kids. The room was dirty, carpet dirty, there were several random men walking anround the hall ways, we didn’t feel safe, and let’s not forget a hole where someone punched in was in the back of the room door. The bathroom tile is dirty. Luckily we didn’t drive out of town to book our stay. The only decent area was the pool. But even then we saw a couple of roaches. Stayed for a couple of hours and left the exact same day! No big towels available for any of their guests. Outdated hotel..

Towels are by request but the front desk was out of towels and blankets.

Nate was very helpful. I called a day before to ask Nate if he could give me rooms close to each other and he did his best to do just that. Upon arrival we got to meet Nate and he greeted my family with a smile and was very professional. I will say just make sure that when you book through Expedia and say pay at the hotel and use cash to make sure they key in cash or it will charge your card. I will definitely stay again. Our rooms was clean and so was the hotel, breakfast was good and pool area very clean
